Growth Product Manager (CS Team)

About Adapty Adapty makes it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. It powers 20K+ apps, processes $3B+ in subscriptions every year and has been growing fast for four years. The team is 210+ people, backed by 500 Startups and Surface Ventures. What this role is about Clients come to Adapty to grow subscription revenue, and this role makes that happen. You own a portfolio of 30–40 apps and act as their growth partner: you understand their funnel from ad click to purchase, find where money leaks out, and bring concrete recommendations on paywalls, pricing and A/B tests. This is not a ticket-answering job. Proactiveness, retention, adoption and expansion in your portfolio are yours to drive, so you spend your time in analytics dashboards and strategic conversations, and you are comfortable turning a good insight into a commercial one. What you'll be doing — Own a portfolio of 30–40 clients as their main point of contact, accountable for retention, health and growth. — Onboard new clients after the handoff from Sales: integration, the first funnel and paywall, campaigns going live. — Close product adoption gaps: audit how each client uses Adapty, spot underused features, flag at-risk accounts early. — Drive account growth with paywall and UA analyses and concrete A/B test recommendations. — Find and close cross-sells across the product line. — Be the voice of the customer: relay feedback, bugs and feature requests to the product team and follow up. — Know the product inside out and handle detailed technical questions and complex use cases. What we're looking for — Hands-on experience with in-app subscription monetization. — Full-cycle mobile growth background: UA, funnel optimization, monetization, A/B testing. — Fluent English, written and spoken. — Comfortable with sales: you open commercial conversations and close expansions. — Strong communication: you can hold a strategic conversation with a founder or growth lead. — Independent and proactive. Nice to have — Experience at a SaaS company in the mobile industry. — Working knowledge of Amplitude, Meta Ads and creative testing. — A track record of measurable account expansion or upsell in a CS role. — Familiarity with support/CRM tools. What's in it for you — A strong product with industry-best metrics (top 5% fastest-growing SaaS). — Compensation tied directly to your results. — Direct communication and ownership, no bureaucracy. — Flexible remote work from anywhere, or onsite in the Belgrade or London offices. — Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage and more.
