We're a small, growing marketing team. We’re seeking a systems thinker who can contribute marketing ideas, tasks and projects with a combination of elbow grease, AI skills, creative problem solving and drawing on their lived experience. This person will get pointed at a problem and expected to solve it, sometimes with minimal direction and assistance.
Metabase is used by hundreds of thousands of people to answer questions about their own data, most of whom aren't analysts. We've always believed the best marketing for a tool like ours comes from people who use it. So we're looking for someone who is closer to our user than to a traditional marketing résumé: you've been the person on a team who figured out the data, wired up the integration, built the dashboard nobody asked for, and then explained it to everyone else. You bring that confidence to other tasks, including those you’re trying for the first time.
If you've used Metabase, or you write SQL and have opinions about BI tools, we especially want to hear from you. You'd be marketing to yourself, which is a big advantage. You’ll be working closely with everyone on the marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You'd be joining at a point where the marketing team is small enough that what you build becomes how we do things.
Responsibilities
The specifics will shift dramatically. Over the first year, expect a mix of:
Helping build and refine our marketing stack the way an engineer would: know what's connected to what, what's breaking, and what's quietly costing us money.
Building integrations and automations between our tools using APIs, webhooks, MCPs and whatever glue is appropriate
Publishing and managing webpages via github; optimizing via A/B tests; spinning up landing pages with minimal direction.
Owning smaller channel experiments end to end, from hypothesis to write-up, including (especially) the ones that fail.
Supporting our community events programs, including logistics, speaker wrangling, pre- and post-event comms, the data collection that makes an event worthwhile.
Pressure-testing our messaging against your own experience as a data-curious person who uses tools like ours.
What we're looking for
You don't need a traditional marketing background. You do need to be data-curious, technically fearless and close to our target persona. The core traits we’re looking for are some combination of:
You've used Metabase or are comfortable writing SQL.
You have fluency with AI tools and know when to apply them.
You communicate clearly in writing, which is vital for our remote, async culture.
You have high-agency, are resourceful and are comfortable learning new things.
You have experience in analytics, ops, support, consulting, engineering, product, or marketing.
Working at Metabase
Amazing views from our beautiful
downtown San Francisco office
Zoom channel
Unlimited PTO, and a team that takes it
Substantial equity in a venture-funded company
Remote-first and async by default
Small, engineering-led, and opinionated about building a product people like using
We're bringing data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is
$71.7K–$130K annually
, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
US Benefits
Our US benefits package also includes fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days.
How to apply
Send us a resume and a short cover note. We read them.
In the note, we'd love to know:
What you've built or figured out that you're proud of, even if it was small and internal
How you've used Metabase, or where you've used SQL
Metabase is an equal opportunity employer. We're building a team of people with different backgrounds, and we mean it.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Render's first Forward Deployed Engineer to work hands-on with our most strategic customers. Our largest contracts and fastest-growing AI startups are scaling on Render, and this role provides them with a dedicated, concierge-level technical partnership. You will balance two motions: white-glove engagement with our top accounts, where you work closely with the customer's engineering team as a trusted technical partner, and scoped onboarding intensives that get high-growth startups confidently building on the platform. As the first FDE in our Field Engineering organization, you will define the playbook for this function, prove the model, and shape how it scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with Render's top accounts as their dedicated technical partner, providing concierge service across architecture reviews, migration planning, and hands-on delivery.
- Run scoped onboarding intensives for high-growth startups, from intake and success criteria through hands-on-keyboard execution.
- Lead the database side of customer engagements, including Postgres architecture, performance tuning, and complex data migrations from Heroku, AWS, and other cloud providers.
- Drive activation and expansion in strategic accounts: turn major credit grants into durable production adoption, surface expansion signals from your technical work, and partner with the account team to convert them into revenue.
- Own the ongoing technical relationship for your accounts: proactive architecture and health reviews, collaborative roadmap sessions, incident follow-up and RCA, and escalation point for hard technical problems, working closely with the account team.
- Build the FDE playbook: qualification criteria, engagement templates, success metrics, and reference architectures that make the program repeatable.
- Act as a high-signal feedback channel to product and engineering, translating customer friction into prioritized product input.
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs after each engagement and durable long-term coverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role: forward deployed, solutions, customer, or professional services engineering.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals; you can write production-quality code and work hands-on-keyboard inside a customer's codebase.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure: containers, CI/CD, networking, autoscaling, and running real workloads in production.
- Deep Postgres and database expertise: schema design, performance tuning, replication, and production data migrations. Our largest engagements consistently turn on this skill set.
- AI fluency: you work with AI tools daily to accelerate your own delivery, and you understand LLM application architectures well enough to guide the teams building them.
- Excellent communication with everyone from startup founders to enterprise platform teams, including executive-level conversations.
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you can stand up a new function without an existing playbook.
- Commercial instincts: you understand how technical wins connect to expansion, renewal, and revenue.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Migration experience from Heroku, AWS, or other clouds onto modern platforms.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI and LLM applications (RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, inference workloads); many of our fastest-growing accounts are AI-native.
- Prior experience as the first hire in a role or a founding member of a new program.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

About the Job:
At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users.
In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.

Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Corporate Security at Ramp owns the security of our internal environment: the device fleet, the identity and access layer, and the AI tools employees use for their work. We are hiring a Systems Engineer to build and operate the controls across these systems.
The role is hands-on, writing code and building agentic loops wherever possible rather than solving problems manually. You will help manage device configuration and patching via configuration-as-code, authentication and authenticator policies in Okta, network and gateway enforcement in Cloudflare, and the controls around our enterprise Claude and OpenAI deployments. These systems overlap heavily in practice, and the work is largely about integrating them and automating what would otherwise be manual administration.
You will report to the Corporate Security lead and work closely with IT, Security Engineering, and AI DevX.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain update policies for both OS and software, and monitor the fleet so that newly introduced applications are brought into the patching cadence
- Build automation for endpoint security agent remediation across EDR, DLP, VPN, and similar tooling — detecting missing, stale, or unhealthy agents and bringing devices back into compliance
- Maintain device configuration baselines as code, including drift detection and hardening standards
- Configure authentication and authenticator policies in Okta: SSO, MFA and authenticator enrollment, device trust, and conditional access
- Remediate identity posture gaps surfaced by ISPM tooling: stale accounts, orphaned service principals, over-scoped OAuth grants, MFA gaps, and excess privileges
- Implement and operate controls for enterprise AI usage, including identity-aware access, logging and retention, DLP where appropriate, and enforcement
- Automate across these platforms using their APIs, build reporting on control coverage, and document how the controls you build are operated
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5 years of experience in Client Platform Engineer/Endpoint Engineering, Identity Access & Management, or Corporate Security
- Hands-on macOS management at scale: MDM (Jamf, Fleet, Kandji, or equivalent) and macOS update mechanisms
- Working knowledge of an identity provider (Okta or similar): SSO, authentication and authenticator policies, SCIM provisioning, and conditional access
- Scripting ability in Python, Go, or Bash, and experience automating against platform APIs
- Experience with EDR and endpoint vulnerability management (CrowdStrike or similar)
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between technical enforcement, policy, and user friction, and to explain those tradeoffs clearly
NICE TO HAVE
- osquery and Fleet, or other query-based fleet visibility tooling
- Identity posture management (ISPM) tooling, or access review and governance platforms
- Cloudflare Zero Trust, or other proxy, DNS, or network-layer enforcement, including TLS inspection
- Exposure to AI and LLM security concerns: agent authorization, tool calls, model gateways, data leakage through AI tooling
- Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Windows fleet management alongside macOS
- Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI) as they apply to endpoints and access
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

Orchestrate Technical Delivery:
Coordinate architecture and requirements sessions with client engineering teams and translate outcomes into actionable delivery milestones. Oversee delivery across audit and engineering teams — backlogs, sprints, and stage gates — to ensure high-quality, on-time releases, and provide formal go/no-go recommendations at key milestones. Manage technical dependencies including repository access, audit cycles, and vendor onboarding, collaborating with legal on contractual or SOW-related blockers.
Coordinate Third-Party Infrastructure:
Synchronize delivery timelines and technical specifications with third-party infrastructure providers and partners, supporting senior leadership in commercial and contractual decision-making where needed.
Facilitate Dependency Mapping & Risk Management:
Facilitate stakeholder coordination and dependency mapping across cross-functional teams, resolving operational blockers at the working level and escalating critical decisions to senior stakeholders. Maintain the program's risk and compliance register and drive a regular cadence for regulatory-readiness governance and mitigation.
Build Account Intelligence:
Maintain deep, current knowledge of each ecosystem's goals, tech stack, governance, roadmap, and funding landscape. Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before they are asked for.
Grow the Account:
Partner with Sales, Secure Development, Security Services, and Growth to identify upsell opportunities, build compelling renewal narratives tied to value delivered, and contribute directly to the business unit's recurring revenue and subscription targets. Coordinate on target-state and go-to-market use cases, monitoring GTM execution and flagging slippage to program leadership.
Engage Technically:
Review codebases at a high level for estimation purposes, hold meaningful technical conversations with client engineering teams, and translate between the client's technical context and OpenZeppelin's delivery teams.
Operate with Rigor:
Monitor team performance against key delivery metrics including resource utilization, allocation, and on-time delivery. Use our internal tooling (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and our internal automation system) to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality:
Every interaction should exceed expectations. You set the standard for exceptional client care across all account touchpoints, and the judgment calls that AI tooling cannot replicate are yours to make.
You have
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Solutions Architecture, or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery on time and within scope, and managing a book of business with renewal and expansion responsibility.
Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level for estimation and to hold credible conversations about smart contract architecture. You do not need to write Solidity, but you should not be lost in a code review.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 infrastructure, and the dynamics of open-source business models. Genuine passion for the space.
Solidity or Rust reading proficiency, or hands-on cybersecurity experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills. Clients call you first because they want to, not because they have to.
Strong commercial instincts: experience managing renewal cycles, negotiating change orders, and building account expansion narratives.
Superb organization and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements concurrently across many stakeholders and time zones.
Advanced English; excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to a CTO and a CFO in the same meeting.
Advanced knowledge of project management and collaboration tools including GitHub, Notion, Linear, Slack, and HubSpot.
Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
Prior experience working directly with protocol teams, L2 ecosystems, or blockchain foundations.
Familiarity with OpenZeppelin's product suite (Contracts, Open-Source Tools, Audits, AI Auditor).
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Background in solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or professional services delivery.
Experience in a high-growth startup building processes from scratch.
PMO or people management experience.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
We’re looking for a highly experienced FP&A leader to build and scale the FP&A function. This person will own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning, while partnering closely with Accounting and budget owners across the business. The ideal candidate has built FP&A processes from the ground up and has experience operating in a high-growth, scaled environment ($1B+ ARR).
What you'll do:
- Own the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Build the FP&A function, processes, reporting, and operating cadence from the ground up.
- Lead monthly and quarterly budget-to-actual and variance analysis, identifying key drivers and translating them into actionable insights.
- Partner directly with functional leaders and budget owners on headcount, spend, investment decisions, and ongoing budget management.
- Work closely with Accounting to ensure actuals, accruals, and financial reporting are accurate and appropriately reflected in forecasts.
- Develop scalable financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operating decisions.
- Establish clear financial KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and create greater visibility into business performance as the company scales.
- Bring structure and financial discipline without creating unnecessary process or slowing down the business.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or related financial planning experience.
- Deep, hands-on experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience building or significantly scaling an FP&A function, rather than only operating within an established process.
- Experience at a company operating at significant scale, ideally $1B+ ARR/revenue.
- Strong partnership experience with Accounting and cross-functional budget owners.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
*Nice to have:
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, technology, AI, or another rapidly scaling business.
- Experience supporting a company through hypergrowth and/or major financing, IPO-readiness, or public-company scale.
- Experience implementing or improving FP&A systems, tooling, and automation.
- Experience developing headcount and workforce planning models in partnership with Finance and People teams.

- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.
We want team members to deliver excellence to our companies and members and be ready to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare services.

📍JOIN ALAN OPERATIONS TEAM IN LYON
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Expert role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:
- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️
- Passionate about delivering & optimizing top notch operations: not scared to get your hands dirty to get into technical processes, making them clear and delightful for our operators and members
- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English as well as in French or Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to variable situations
- It’s even better if you have experience in the insurance or the healthcare industry

Lead and own the Group Internal Audit function for Capital.com, providing independent, risk-based assurance across all regulated entities, business lines, and geographic markets. The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the audit function, designing and operating a hybrid audit framework, and providing the Group Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership with timely, credible assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the group.
The role has an unconditional duty to escalate material control failures, significant audit findings, and regulatory concerns directly to the Group Audit Committee, independent of any instruction from executive management or any group function.
The role operates at the intersection of group governance and local regulatory accountability, requiring both strategic thinking and deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial services regulation. The postholder works in close coordination with the Global Head of Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between audit and compliance risk assessments, while maintaining the independence required of an effective third-line function.
Responsabilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned to group growth plans, regulatory expectations across all six entities, and the evolving risk landscape of a digital CFD and trading business.
Build and lead a high-performing, independent internal audit function capable of providing credible assurance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Group Board, Audit Committee, and CEO on control environment quality, emerging risks, and regulatory developments with audit implications.
Audit Planning and Delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute the annual group audit plan, covering all entities, material business processes, technology infrastructure, regulated activities, and outsourced functions.
Lead and oversee audit fieldwork and reporting across operations, trading systems, technology and cyber, AML/KYC, financial crime, market abuse surveillance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty (UK), product governance, third-party and outsourcing arrangements, model risk, and financial controls.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control weaknesses and gaps, and provide actionable, proportionate recommendations.
Ensure audit reports are clear, accurate, evidence-based, and issued within agreed timescales.
Issue Management and Follow-Up
Maintain a group-wide audit issue log, tracking the status of all open findings across entities, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the Audit Committee as appropriate.
Challenge and validate management remediation responses and closure evidence to ensure issues are genuinely resolved rather than administratively closed.
Regulatory and Governance Alignment
Ensure the audit programme addresses the regulatory expectations of all relevant regulators: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia), SCB (Bahamas), SCA (UAE), and CNMV (Spain).
Provide independent assurance on material business change programmes, new product launches, strategic outsourcing decisions, and regulatory change implementation across the group.
Liaise constructively with external auditors and regulators, coordinating audit coverage where appropriate and providing regulators with access to audit documentation as required.
Requirements
Significant internal audit leadership experience within a multi-jurisdictional financial services group, broker, or investment firm — ideally including FCA-regulated and CySEC-regulated entities.
Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements for investment firms (MIFIDPRU, SYSC, COBS, PROD, DISP, AML/CTF, Consumer Duty) and familiarity with CySEC, ASIC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to Capital.com's operational footprint.
Proven experience designing and operating a hybrid or co-sourced internal audit model at group level, including methodology ownership, panel governance, and quality assurance of specialist providers.
Experience auditing trading platforms, CFD or derivative products, technology infrastructure, financial crime controls, AML/KYC processes, and outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive relationships with Boards, Audit Committees, and senior management while maintaining audit independence.
Track record of preparing clear, compelling assurance opinions and presenting findings at Board and Audit Committee level.
Experience managing or developing an internal audit team across multiple locations or entities.
Qualifications
Professional audit qualification (CIA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CPA or equivalent) — CIA strongly preferred.
IIA membership or equivalent professional body membership.
Strong knowledge of the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and its application in a multi-jurisdiction financial services context.
Familiarity with UK SMCR and equivalent senior manager/controlled function regimes across relevant jurisdictions.

The team is Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first, spanning 45+ countries.
About the role:
You'll join the Python Development team to design and build new backend services, expanding engineering capacity so Salmon can launch strategically important new service lines.
What you'll do:
— Design and build new backend services in a microservice, event-driven environment, with reliability as the primary constraint.
— Coordinate architecture and integrations with the Core and RBB teams to keep cross-team delivery consistent.
— Contribute to the delivery of a major new service line, such as collections or cross-matching graphs, as business priorities take shape.
What you'll own:
— Own key components in the existing architecture and take on new service domains as they come up.
— Design service architecture and choose communication patterns between services.
— Instrument services with metrics for monitoring and alerting, and cover them with unit tests.
— Identify and resolve technical debt and architectural bottlenecks.
— Build and maintain shared libraries and tooling for recurring tasks.
— Explore and adopt new instruments, and bring your own ideas to how we build.
What makes you a strong fit:
— 3+ years of production experience as a Python backend developer.
— Strong Python skills including typing, testing, packaging, asyncio, threading, multiprocessing.
— Production experience with microservice architecture.
— Familiarity with event-driven systems such as Kafka.
— Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on AWS EKS.
Nice to have:
— Experience with AWS and Terraform.
— Knowledge of domain-driven design.
— Experience with a statically typed compiled language.
— Work experience in finance, antifraud or risk.
— Experience with graph databases and graph-based data models.
What we offer:
— Build what's next in Southeast Asian fintech.
— Ownership and flexibility.
— Stock option plan with four-year vesting and 25% cliff after the first year.
— Hybrid-first work model with fully remote work available for eligible roles and core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 19:00 Manila time (UTC+8).
— Company-provided tools and equipment.
— Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila.
— Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on location and policy limits.
— Access to an internal mental health support specialist.
— 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days.
— 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila.
Relocation and family support:
— Relocation support including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics.
— Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses.
— US$2,500 per year for flights home.
— Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: US$1,000 per month for each child under two and US$500 per month for each child aged two to 18.
Growth and team experience:
— Opportunities to learn and share expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications.
— Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person.
— Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events.
— High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry's SDKs instrument dozens of platforms and our ingest pipeline takes in billions of events every day. The Telemetry Experience team owns what happens next: the product surfaces and APIs where that telemetry turns into something a developer can actually debug with.
As a Senior Software Engineer on Telemetry Experience, you'll own that experience across the sentry.io http://sentry.io product - Python/Django and Postgres on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend. You'll work upstream with our SDK teams on what gets sent and with our ingest teams on how it arrives, then own the part customers actually touch: the APIs, the workflows, and the interfaces where it all lands. Your job is to make that feel native to every developer who uses it, whether they ship a backend service, a mobile app, or a game.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own projects end to end. Take a problem from a rough customer complaint through scoping, design, implementation across the stack, rollout, and measurement. You'll write the design doc, cut the work into shippable pieces, and stay with it until the numbers move
- Work across the full stack of the Sentry monolith. React and TypeScript in the browser, Django and Postgres behind the API. Most projects here touch both, and the interesting decisions live at the seam
- Partner closely with SDK and ingest teams. Telemetry arrives exactly as the SDKs send it and as the pipeline shapes it. You'll shape those contracts together with the engineers who own them, rather than working around what shows up
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and other product engineers. You'll bring the technical perspective that makes a design better, explain constraints in terms of what they cost the user, and sweat the details other people skip: empty states, error messages, loading behavior, the edge case that only bites 2% of accounts
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather own an outcome than a ticket. You take ambiguous problems, decide what to build, drive it across team boundaries, and follow through after launch. Nobody has to hand you a spec
- You're obsessed with making an experience smooth. Friction offends you. You notice the extra click, the confusing label, the query that takes 400ms too long - and you fix them instead of filing them
- You solve problems for customers, not for the codebase. Sentry's users are developers, so you can read their bug reports, sit in their tooling, and tell the difference between what they asked for and what they need
- You communicate well in writing. Working across SDK teams, ingest teams, product, and design in a distributed company means your docs, PR descriptions, and updates do a lot of the work
- You like being full-stack. You don't need a handoff to change an API and the component that calls it, and you enjoy holding the whole path from event payload to rendered pixel in your head
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, and with Python (Django or similar) backed by a relational database such as PostgreSQL - depth in one side and real competence in the other is fine
- A track record of driving non-trivial projects end to end, including the parts that require getting other teams to agree with you
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
BONUS POINTS
- Familiarity with the application monitoring and observability space
- Experience building developer-facing products, SDKs, or public APIs
- Experience with high-volume data stores or streaming systems (ClickHouse, Kafka)
- A track record of contributing to open-source projects
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 60,844,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). The salary that Sentry offers you is adjusted to the current market situation and will be above the IT-KV.
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem will manage and grow Render's most critical technology partner relationships. This role involves building and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy — spanning AI ecosystem integrations, hyperscalers and early bets on emerging platforms — that drives meaningful distribution and growth for Render. These partnerships touch nearly every part of Render — Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Business Development — and often involve senior stakeholders at some of the largest and fastest-moving companies in AI, so doing this well means coordinating closely across those internal teams and keeping Render's leadership regularly informed.
The ideal candidate brings real technical depth in AI and developer tooling, paired with a proven background in partner management, strong relationship-building instincts, and the executive presence to engage with partner leadership at the highest levels. You should have a deep understanding of how to build and scale product-centric partnerships — from ecosystem integrations to platform-level bets — in a fast-moving, technical market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map Render's technology partnership landscape across AI labs, hyperscalers, and emerging developer products, and build the strategy for where Render has the strongest right to win.
- Own outcomes for the partnerships portfolio — set clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics (e.g., ecosystem integration, developer adoption, joint launches, revenue impact) and hold yourself accountable to them.
- Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution, taking deals from evaluation through negotiation, launch, and renewal, including commercial terms.
- Partner closely with Product, DevRel, and Product Marketing to secure roadmap and staffing commitments, drive integration execution, and run co-marketing — and work with Finance and Legal to structure and manage commercial agreements.
- Scope and lead our thinking on building out a Render Marketplace — including the value proposition to customers and key partners, product and engineering requirements, and commercial and financial terms.
- Own ongoing relationship management for key partners — acting as their primary point of contact, running business reviews and planning sessions, driving expansion and renewal over time, and serving as their internal advocate at Render.
- Bring operating rigor to the program: track and report on partnership performance, maintain clear documentation, and keep leadership updated on progress and upcoming launches.
- Build out a team of partner managers as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or product-facing roles at technology companies — ideally where partnerships were critical during a period of hypergrowth.
- A highly technical background is strongly preferred — former PM, forward-deployed engineer, or engineering experience, particularly within AI — so you can go deep with partner engineering and product teams on integration architecture, connectors, and protocols.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing complex, high-impact partnerships across AI, cloud, or developer platform ecosystems.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, DevRel, Legal, and Finance to execute complex initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
- Strong bias for action — comfortable operating both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with MCP, plugins, connectors, or app/marketplace ecosystems specifically.
- Deep familiarity with the developer tools and infrastructure landscape, and a point of view on how emerging AI-native companies find distribution.

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Supply is responsible for knowing everything happening in the compute market: who's building, who's buying, and on what terms. This role owns a specific and fast-moving slice of that map — emerging clouds and international markets — and owns the full relationship lifecycle in that space, from first outreach through to closed terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a real-time picture of the emerging cloud and international compute landscape — who's active, what they're building, and what terms are available
- Own the full partnership lifecycle in this space — from identifying and sourcing new providers, to negotiating terms, to ongoing relationship management
- Develop and manage relationships across a broad set of emerging and international providers, from account reps up through leadership
- Identify, structure, and help close opportunities where Baseten can move quickly to secure favorable capacity terms
- Define compelling value propositions tailored to different types of providers, rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch
- Partner closely with others in the team already covering this space to build out a durable, well-organized intelligence and relationship function
- Collaborate with the broader Supply and Deals functions to bring opportunities to the table and support negotiation when it's time to close
REQUIREMENTS
- Equal parts relationship-builder and operator — you can open a door and also drive it all the way to a closed deal, not just make the introduction
- Background as a broker or market participant in the compute/cloud space is a plus, though we're looking for relationship-builders, not high-pressure sales types
- Creative-thinkers with the ability to build strong rapport with all types of people at all levels of an organization
- Comfortable with a role that offers strong equity upside in exchange for being early and building something from scratch, versus a purely cash-heavy comp structure elsewhere in the market
- Self-directed and high-energy; thrives operating with real autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-changing market
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing network within emerging cloud providers, GPU brokers, or international compute markets
- Prior experience at a neocloud, GPU marketplace, or compute brokerage
- Experience building channel or ecosystem partnership programs at scale
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
