Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a team building and validating AI-powered and traditional features for a leading personal finance platform. You’ll own quality across web, mobile, and API — with a particular focus on testing AI/LLM-integrated components where standard deterministic methods don’t apply.
This role requires someone who understands the fundamental difference between testing software that has a right answer and evaluating AI outputs that have a probability distribution — and who has done both in production.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, design, and execute test cases for AI-powered components and traditional features, applying the appropriate methodology — eval-based or deterministic — based on the target behavior.
- Analyze traditional functional requirements as well as AI model behavior specifications, prompt outputs, and edge-case scenarios.
- Turn business requirements, user flows, and business process procedures into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual feature testing across platforms and verify bug fixes.
- Create clear, detailed defect reports and document unexpected AI model responses, hallucinations, and performance regressions.
- Assist in developing QA practices for emerging technologies including AI frameworks, and disseminate best practices across the team.
- Become a subject matter expert in core systems, interfaces, business processes, and reporting tools.
- Partner closely with functional teams, engineers, and IT in a global environment with aligned LATAM working hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing across web, mobile, and API.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright in a production testing environment — this is a primary requirement for this role.
- Hands-on AI feature testing experience — validating AI/LLM-integrated products for accuracy, relevance, robustness against adversarial prompts, edge cases, and safety/toxicity.
- Clear understanding of eval vs. deterministic testing — the difference between pass/fail based on exact input/output and evaluating probabilistic AI outputs using human-in-the-loop evaluations, score metrics, benchmark datasets, and semantic evaluation.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycles including iOS and Android specifics.
- Proven experience in integration, regression, performance/load, and UAT.
- Hands-on knowledge of browser DevTools and log monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with test management systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with HTML proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler.
- Hands-on knowledge of Xcode logs and ADB logs.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate our growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
You’ll build our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up: sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Success in this role looks like building real, high-impact partnerships with tangible value for Ramp, our partners, and the audiences we reach together. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can also run a deal: you come up with the partnership, you know why it matters for the business, and you execute relentlessly to get it out the door. You should have an instinct for great ideas, a strong creative point of view, and a close read on what’s happening across media, sports, and culture. Most importantly, you’ve turned those ideas into campaigns that break through culture, get attention, and drive business outcomes.
Ramp is a place for people who move fast, take ownership, and are looking to do the best work of their careers. We want someone who can build this function out, bet on partners that matter, and create collaborations that move the needle and are unmistakably Ramp.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Ramp’s brand partnerships program end to end: partner strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Find high-value partners across finance, sports, business, and media who can put Ramp in front of new audiences.
- Build a system for spotting and tracking emerging talent so we can place smart bets early. We sponsored Neal Shipley while he was still an amateur golfer, and TBPN in the very early days. We like spotting emerging brands and talent before everyone else does.
- Develop bold partnership concepts that tie into Ramp’s brand, product priorities, launches, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead deal strategy and negotiation, including pricing, asset packages, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms.
- Work with teams across Ramp to run and test campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, so every partnership delivers both creative impact and business results.
- Manage active partnerships day to day. Keep deliverables on track, and keep finding new ways to work with existing partners so Ramp gets the most out of every relationship.
- Work closely with Ramp’s sales team to spot deals where a partner could help, and find timely, relevant ways to bring them in.
- Handle reporting for every partnership. Track delivery and performance, share what you’re learning, and recommend when to renew, expand, change, or end a deal.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- A track record of developing, negotiating, and executing high-profile brand, media, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a fast moving in-house team or at an agency. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset and is willing to challenge conventional approaches and take a first principles approach.
- Strong creative judgment, with the ability to spot culturally relevant ideas and turn them into partnerships and campaigns that earn attention.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and launch new programs quickly from scratch You can move from strategy to execution quickly, manage complexity, and drive work across teams.
- Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics. Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold bets.
- Ability to switch between strategy and in-the-weeds execution. In one meeting, you’re zooming out to set the vision and framework, the next you’re diving into day-to-day execution and delivery.
- A strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams.
As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders.
As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective.
Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have.
You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way.
- Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership.
- Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides.
- Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides.
Activate partner field teams
- Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so.
- Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter.
- Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team.
- Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute.
Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run.
- Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes.
- Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one.
Measure and evolve programs
- Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests.
- Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar).
- You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting.
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly.
- You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers.
- ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA.
- Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume.
- A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs.
- Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company.
- Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.
