We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Marketing Analytics Director
to lead the evolution of our marketing data stack and raise the analytical rigor of the entire marketing organization. This is a critical role for a builder-practitioner who works at the intersection of Data Science, Marketing Strategy, GTM, and AI Operations. You won't just report on the funnel. You will build the systems that make every analyst on this team sharper, including the AI agents themselves.
As the
Marketing Analytics Director
, you will be the lead architect of our data-driven growth engine, connecting high-level strategy with advanced technical execution. You will move beyond traditional reporting to build a self-sustaining marketing ecosystem, leveraging Google BigQuery, Grafana, and agentic AI to create a unified source of truth and a culture of analytical rigor. Your mandate is to move the needle on demand generation across the entire marketing funnel, while raising the standard for how analytical work gets produced, challenged, and shipped across the org.
You will architect a dual-track target-setting framework that balances high-velocity top-of-funnel growth with deep-funnel quality, ensuring GTM resources are directed toward high-converting user cohorts optimized for Grafana adoption and long-term retention.
You will be expected to engineer the underlying data schemas, design predictive models, and implement the BI frameworks that shape our global GTM strategy. We are looking for a technical expert who can translate complex data into clear executive-level direction and who proactively builds systems that prevent AI-generated noise from drowning out actual signals.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic GTM Partnership:
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the GTM Leadership team (VP of Demand Gen, VP of Regional and Events, Head of Marketing Ops, CMO, Revenue Operations, Sales leadership and more), translating complex data into a clear roadmap for demand generation and revenue growth.
Dual-Track Target Setting:
Architect and own a sophisticated forecasting framework that balances top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality, optimized for Grafana Cloud conversion and retention.
Predictive Modeling and ROI:
Develop and maintain machine learning models (Attribution, MMM, LTV) to predict campaign impact and steer budget allocation toward the highest-ROI channels.
Data Warehouse Architecture:
Oversee the structure of marketing data within Google BigQuery, ensuring a scalable single source of truth that connects product usage data with marketing touchpoints.
Causal Inference and Inflection Hunting:
Move beyond descriptive analytics to perform causal inference and predictive trend analysis. When the data shows an anomaly, whether a 3-month spike, a regional dip, or a campaign that overperformed, isolate the window and dig in.
Executive Storytelling:
Transform technical data outputs into clear, compelling narratives for the executive team and board. Deliver a succinct read and go deep where pushed.
Utilizing AI and Automation
Agentic Insights:
Deploy LLM-powered agents (Claude Code, MCP-based tooling, or comparable) to monitor BigQuery datasets and automatically flag quality shifts in the funnel before they impact revenue.
Autonomous Workflows:
Implement orchestration patterns (N8N, custom MCP servers, or equivalent) to build self-healing data pipelines and automated responses to market signals, such as automated spend shifts based on conversion anomalies.
Predictive Quality Scoring:
Build and deploy AI-driven scoring models that separate high-value potential users from low-signal volume, helping Sales and Marketing prioritize effectively.
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a lead architect capacity (IC track or player-coach; people management not required) within a high-growth SaaS or PLG environment.
Demonstrated history as a force multiplier. You can point to specific tooling, rituals, evaluator systems, or frameworks you built that made other analysts or the broader org measurably better. A portfolio of dashboards you personally produced is not sufficient.
Data Science and Engineering: Mastery of SQL and Python required. Deep experience architecting data environments in Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar warehouses.
Hands-on AI fluency as a builder, not a user. You have built and shipped agentic systems with Claude Code, MCP, or comparable tools. You understand where LLMs fail and how to design around those limitations. You have built evaluator agents, prompt-grading systems, or analytical quality tooling in production.
Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience building complex logic and integrations using N8N, custom API orchestration, or MCP-based tooling.
Visualization and BI: Advanced proficiency in modern data stack visualization tools (Grafana, Looker, Tableau) to build executive-grade dashboards.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to create structure in highly ambiguous environments and build target-setting frameworks from scratch.
MarTech Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with connectivity between Salesforce, marketing automation, and product-led data streams.
Executive presence with experience presenting to executive and board audiences, including sound judgment about what data is and isn't ready to share up the chain.
Bonus Points For
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Statistics, Business Analytics). MBA or MS in Data Science is a significant plus.
In the US, the OTE compensation range for this role is $
178,503
- $
214,203.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

- We operate a global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum. 3 days of your annual leave entitlement are reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days to allow the team to really disconnect.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform team. This is an individual contributor role with outsized technical scope: you'll be the technical anchor for how Xsolla builds secure, high-scale auth infrastructure — setting direction, making hard architectural calls, and raising the bar across the org.
You will own the strategy behind authentication, authorization, and session management at scale, and evolve our OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows and token lifecycle to meet both product and compliance needs. You operate with significant autonomy, but your decisions ripple across teams — so you'll spend real time building buy-in with engineering and security stakeholders, not just designing in isolation.
You are technically deep, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the escalation point when production IAM issues get hard. You write the RFCs and design docs that people actually read, and you create leverage for the broader engineering org through documentation, tooling, and mentorship — without needing a management title to do it.
HOW WE WORK
Xsolla operates across multiple time zones, and the IAM platform underpins authentication and authorization for every product we ship. Strong written communication is essential — your architectural decisions and designs need to stand on their own and be actionable without you in the room.
We value directness, technical depth, and follow-through. If a design or production issue has real security or reliability implications, we expect you to say so clearly, defend your position with evidence, and stay engaged until it's resolved.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We're looking for a Staff Data Engineer to own the architecture and technical vision of our data platform. This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role where you'll set the technical bar for the team, drive cross-functional alignment on data infrastructure strategy, and solve our hardest engineering problems. You'll operate across AWS serverless technologies, Snowflake, dbt, and Terraform, but your impact goes well beyond any single tool: you'll shape how we think about reliability, scalability, cost, and developer experience at the platform level.
This role is for someone who doesn't just build great systems, but makes the engineers around them better.
The Role:
- Own the technical architecture of ClickUp's data platform, making design decisions that balance scalability, cost, reliability, and velocity.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for data infrastructure in partnership with leadership.
- Design systems at scale: build frameworks, abstractions, and patterns that other engineers use daily.
- Lead complex, cross-team technical initiatives spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, and data analytics.
- Drive cost optimization across cloud infrastructure and compute, turning efficiency into a competitive advantage.
- Build and evolve our data pipelines using AWS serverless (Lambda, Fargate, Step Functions, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora), Snowflake, and dbt.
- Establish and champion engineering standards: observability, testing, CI/CD, code review, and documentation practices.
- Design and maintain infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, including LLM frameworks, feature pipelines, training data systems, and model monitoring.
- Mentor senior engineers, provide technical guidance through design reviews, and raise the overall engineering quality of the team.
- Influence org-wide technical decisions and represent data engineering in company-level architecture discussions.
Qualifications:
- Significant professional experience in data engineering or backend/infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years operating at a senior or staff level.
- Proven track record of owning architecture for data platforms or large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud services (Lambda, Fargate, Step Functions, S3, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Aurora) and infrastructure as code (Terraform and/or CDK).
- Expert-level SQL and Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouse) knowledge, including performance tuning and cost optimization.
- Strong experience with dbt and modern ELT/ETL patterns at scale.
- Advanced Python skills with emphasis on building reusable libraries, frameworks, and tooling.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect) in production environments.
- Experience building data infrastructure for AI/ML: feature stores, training pipelines, embedding pipelines, model serving, or LLM integration.
- Deep understanding of streaming and event-driven architectures (Kinesis, Kafka, or equivalent).
- Mastery of CI/CD, Git workflows, containerization (Docker), and deployment automation.
- Strong communication skills: ability to write technical RFCs, influence without authority, and translate complex trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of mentoring and growing engineers, with a multiplier mindset.
Desirable
- Experience operating data platforms at high scale (petabyte-level warehouses, millions of events/sec).
- Familiarity with data mesh or data product paradigms.
- Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost management at scale.
- Prior experience in a technical leadership role without direct reports (staff/principal IC track).
- Contributions to open-source data tools or technical communities.

We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Our Risk & Compliance team is hiring a Senior AML Analyst who will improve the effectiveness, resilience, and scalability of our financial monitoring program. You will own Lithic's AML and financial crime monitoring program at the SOP and monitoring-engine level, and you will be the person who turns our agentic monitoring and investigation tooling into realized, defensible capacity. This is an ownership role, not purely a queue-based execution role: you’ll certainly handle escalations, exceptions, and perform population sampling, but the goal is routine, documented volume is increasingly absorbed by automation, and you own the design, tuning, and exception handling that sit around it.
What You’ll Do:
Own and continuously improve the AML and financial crime transaction monitoring SOPs, keeping them aligned to current regulatory requirements, evolving typologies, and operational reality
Own the feedback loop into Lithic's monitoring engine: partner with your Analytics, Engineering, and Product peers to evaluate alert logic, assess rule and scenario effectiveness, and tune thresholds to reduce false positives while preserving coverage
Lead the testing, deployment, and tuning of agentic transaction monitoring and investigation solutions, including documenting the investigative context the tooling needs to produce repeatable, examiner-ready output
Investigate complex suspicious activity independently and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs; own escalations and the judgment-heavy cases automation cannot close unattended
Supervise and quality-check alert review and investigative output, including AI-assisted output, so decisions hold up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny
Synthesize monitoring performance data, operational trends, and emerging financial crime risks into actionable program insights, and define and influence AML KPIs and KRIs
Lead governance preparation for relevant oversight forums and support bank partner and exam-readiness deliverables
Train and mentor analysts on investigations, money laundering typologies, and the agentic tooling, so program knowledge scales beyond any one person
What you'll bring:
3+ years of AML/BSA and transaction monitoring experience in fintech, payments, or a bank-partnered environment
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AML programs or work streams with limited guidance, including authoring and maintaining SOPs and preparing governance materials
Deep knowledge of money laundering typologies and emerging financial crime trends, with the ability to investigate complex activity and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs independently
Hands-on experience evaluating alert logic and assessing or tuning transaction monitoring rules and scenarios for effectiveness
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Strong written and verbal communication
Solid grasp of the BSA/AML regulatory framework (USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and sanctions, SAR requirements)
Nice to Have:
CAMS or CFE (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Experience deploying or tuning AI, automation, or agentic tooling in a compliance or investigations context
Experience with OSINT tooling and SQL or Snowflake for investigative data retrieval
Card issuing, payments, or fintech experience with exposure to sponsor bank relationships
Background in high-risk verticals (MRBs, crypto-adjacent businesses, or similar)
The annual US salary range for this role is $65,000 - $120,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
