ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of businesses first hear that story. As we expand internationally, paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels — and localized, high-craft creative is what makes them work in a new market.
Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail. You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad.
This is a temporary full-time role, based in London.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets.
- Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU.
- Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate.
- Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar.
- Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy.
- Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity.
- Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline.
- Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work
- Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels
- Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising — with an eye for what resonates in UK/EU markets
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter
- Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback
- Comfort collaborating with a primarily US-based team across time zones
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects)
- Based in or able to work from the London office
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling
- Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar
- Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social
- Experience creating or localizing creative for multiple international markets
- Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies
- Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks

About the Company
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, Galaxy Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, FirstMark, Lightspeed, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
Rain operates around the world and services global businesses and platforms with embedded financial products and services. We work with some of the biggest businesses in the world and serving them means servicing their end users around the world. Getting there usually means expanding our licensing coverage either through direct force projection or through strategic partnerships. Once we’re in a market this work transitions to getting our products and services up and running to ship local products.
Market Expansion is a high impact, small, SWAT-like team that owns launching local financial products in each of our target geographies. We like to work in person and we work on every market Rain decides to enter. As part of this team, you will go exotic places, meet exotic people, and build exciting products.
The team is, by definition, heavily cross functional requiring team members to work with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Go To Market.
We are accountable for the outcome, not for the project plan. The model is deliberately temporary in each market. A launcher deploys into a market, launches the product, hires and hands over to a local GM, and moves to the next one.
A market launch is a complex project that runs 3 to 12 months, touches around twelve cross functional capabilities and more than ten internal functions.
If you want a clean, independent role inside one function, this is not for you. If you want to be personally accountable for making an impact on one of the fastest growing financial technology companies, keep reading.
What you’ll do
- Be Global: Spend significant time, in person, in each market you launch.
- Be Autonomous: Own a market launch end to end, from the point the entry decision is made to the point the business runs without you.
- Operate Across the Company: Work with our legal team to manage the local regulatory and legal processes for licence expansion or transfer where we go direct.
- Define and execute the operationalization strategy for each market, meaning the specific decisions about how Rain's technology, team and systems get deployed in the local market.
- Identify and solve blockers to quick market launch.
- Coordinate and drive a 100 day plan for each market, including the workstream owners, the sequencing, the reporting cadence, and the escalation path when a workstream slips.
- Identify and hire the key local roles, usually a country lead and their first two or three hires, and ramp them up / coach them through the first few weeks at their roles.
- Detect what is missing before it becomes a problem. Additional licences, gaps and remediations that nobody has scoped.
- Own and improve the playbook.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- Background: roughly 5 to 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity operations, or an operating role in a regulated fintech or payments business.
- Communication skills: you can independently write high-quality formal documents, and represent Rain in high-stakes meetings (e.g., with regulators, investors, partners, customers…).
- Business and tech acumen: can work through complexity across different workstreams (e.g., pricing, tech, legal, compliance) identifying what matters in a context full of noise.
- Project management experience: you have driven complex projects to completion, particularly when task owners don’t directly report to you.
- Practicality and effectiveness: you get things done quickly despite challenges, and are able to deliver a high amount of output when required.
- Intellectual curiosity: you are eager to go deep into technical topics, particularly when the response is not obvious.
- Desire to travel: you are interested in spending significant time in person in the target markets to launch the product, hire a local team, and solve problems.
- Location: you are based in New York or Madrid, or have a willingness to relocate.
- Languages: you speak native / fluent English.
Bonus attributes:
- Direct experience with regulatory approval processes, market expansion, post-merger integration, on either side of the table.
- Experience in payments, card issuing, e-money or banking, whether at an operator, a regulator, an adviser or a network.
- Having expanded a business into a new geography, including taking a product or a programme live in a new jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of the payment / crypto regulatory landscape for payments and digital assets.
- Familiarity with stablecoins and how onchain tech interacts with traditional payments.
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Arabic.
- Experience building a function from scratch, including hiring the team who came after you.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. You’ll help shape Source by Webflow https://webflow.com/blog/introducing-source-by-webflow, our new platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together. Source is where the hard work of web marketing happens: scaling what works, driving impact with every iteration, and keeping brand and content consistent as teams and agents move at speed.
You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate. This work spans the full content lifecycle, from authoring and governance to localization and publishing. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and gets excited about making complex content infrastructure feel simple — so marketers can move fast, agents can operate reliably, and every experience a brand ships stays coherent and on point.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $191,700 - $230,000
- Zone B: $180,000 - $216,000
- Zone C: $168,300 - $202,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- 209,000 - 251,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design
As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

- Bare metal and cloud environments (e.g., AWS EC2, GCP VMs, HPC clusters).
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, hardware failures, and resource contention in distributed systems.
- Analyze system metrics, logs, and traces (e.g., dmesg, journalctl, nvidia-smi, Prometheus, Grafana) to identify root causes of issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical compute systems
- Nice to have: Optimize system configurations (e.g., kernel parameters, filesystem tuning, network settings) for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI workloads.
KUBERNETES & CONTAINERIZATION

- Pod and node issues (e.g., CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, ImagePullBackOff).
- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes, StorageClasses).
- Resource management (e.g., Requests/Limits, QOS classes, node affinity).
- Troubleshoot container runtime issues (Docker, containerd) such as image pull failures, OCI compliance, or runtime errors.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to understand and improve existing IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and Go-based tooling.
DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and internal documentation for common compute issues (e.g., GPU debugging, Kubernetes troubleshooting).
- Contribute to post-mortems with actionable follow-ups to prevent recurring incidents.
- Train internal teams on best practices for compute infrastructure and debugging.
- Help define and refine support processes as a founding member of the new Compute Support team.

- Experience with bare metal, virtualization, or HPC environments (e.g., Fluidstack, Coreweave, Vast) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and patiently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for resolving issues efficiently and improving system reliability.

- Keep the technical library current as the platform ships, deciding what's gone stale, what needs rebuilding, and what's newly worth teaching
- Partner with product and engineering to understand what's coming, so education is ready when it launches rather than catching up after
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and/or design
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write, review, and explain code - leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and refine quality.
- Demonstrated experience teaching technical concepts to a mixed audience through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work
- Willingness and ability to present on camera - from an outline or word-for-word script, in studio or from your own home setup
You’ll thrive as a Senior Technical Educator if you:
- Build things because you need to understand them, not just to ship them
- Can address multiple audiences — the visual developer who's never opened a code editor, the engineer evaluating how Webflow can help them build better, and the marketer who’s been handed off components and templates to build with
- Take feedback on your on-camera work as craft input rather than personal critique
- Enjoy collaborating with technical and less technical education teammates alike, recognizing the unique role each person plays in the success of a project
- Are passionate about learning, education, and helping others succeed
- Are equally confident showing the messy middle of a build or the polished result
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical-creative weapon behind our enterprise business.
This role is part cinematic director, part AI production engineer, part educator. You build the demos and proofs of concept that show Fortune 500 brands what's possible, then make those customers succeed in production: broadcast-grade cinematic work, repeatable workflows on the Higgsfield stack, and trained client teams that keep creating after the engagement.
The bar for this role is insanely high-quality cinematic knowledge and taste. You know why a shot works: lensing, lighting, blocking, camera movement, pacing, edit rhythm. And you know how to get that out of generative models, reliably, at commercial quality, on deadlines measured in days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SET UP ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS FOR SUCCESS
- Convert client briefs into tailored, visually stunning demos and proofs of concept.
- Own the technical-creative side of pilots from kickoff to production rollout.
- Track the generative AI model landscape constantly so our work stays ahead of anything the client has seen.
DELIVER CINEMATIC WORK
- Direct and produce cinematic AI campaigns end-to-end for enterprise customers: creative direction, shot design, character and asset consistency, generation, edit, delivery.
- Set and defend a broadcast-grade quality bar that makes the platform look world-class in public.
BUILD PRODUCTION WORKFLOWS
- Turn one-off wins into repeatable pipelines: model chains, presets, prompt systems, automation (APIs, MCP, agentic workflows).
- Reverse-engineer reference ads, film looks, and visual styles into reproducible Higgsfield workflows.
EDUCATE AND ENABLE
- Train customer teams hands-on: live workshops, demos, documented workflows they actually use.
- Become a trusted creative-technical advisor to CMOs, creative directors, and production leads.
FEED THE PRODUCT
- Bring what you learn in the field back to Product, Engineering, and Research: gaps, failure modes, feature requests, new use cases.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- A portfolio of cinematic AI work at commercial quality. Portfolio first, we review every single one, and it matters more than your CV.
- 5+ years in commercial, film, or creative production; 2+ years hands-on with generative AI.
- Deep, current fluency across the generative stack: image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX and motion workflows. You can name the models, the pipelines, and exactly how you got each shot.
- Real cinematic craft: shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, editing. You can explain why a frame works, not just generate it.
- Proven client-facing delivery: pilots, PoCs, or commissioned productions taken from brief to finished high-end results on the client's timeline.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and running live demos under pressure.
- Ability to teach: you can make a non-technical creative team dangerous with these tools.
- High sense of ownership, drive and startup, can-do mentality. You are expected to get running on the ground from Day 1.
- High agency. Excellent English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Background in film, advertising, fashion, or e-commerce content production (director, DP, editor, creative director).
- Expert-level familiarity with each AI model, including Higgsfield's proprietary models, tools, plugins and skills
- Scripting or automation experience (Python, APIs, ComfyUI, MCP, agent pipelines).
- Prior forward deployed, solutions engineering, or sales engineering experience at an AI or creative platform.
- An existing audience or community in the AI creative ecosystem.
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and Fortune 500 brands.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are looking for an Accountant to join the team! This role will handle royalty accounting at Hasbro, focusing mainly on entertainment royalty revenue. This includes participation and residual reporting as well as preparing statements for our third-party partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Royalties, this position will ensure entertainment royalty revenue and related balances are recorded fully, accurately, and promptly. The Accountant will also assist with royalty accounting for Hasbro's wider licensee network. This role requires an accountant who takes full responsibility for their work and continuously seeks improvement.
This is an exciting time to join the team! We are modernizing how royalty accounting works by strengthening controls, simplifying processes, and setting a higher standard for accuracy and efficiency. We want someone who contributes to that from day one. Success here means performing your work reliably while identifying manual, repetitive, or fragile steps in your tasks and improving them.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
What You Will Do as an Accountant:
Manage entertainment royalty revenue accounting — calculate, classify, and record entertainment royalty revenue precisely, and prepare required journal entries, account reconciliations, and support for our business partners.
Keep track of participation and residual payments and report on them. Prepare guarantee statements for third-party partners. Confirm accuracy and timely delivery.
Support the close and controls by completing month-end and quarter-end close tasks. Prepare reconciliations and checks that maintain accurate and well-documented royalty accounting. Help address any gaps as they arise.
Cultivate continual advancement in your work — consistently detect manual, repetitive, or unstable steps and redesign, automate, or refine them; evaluate the impact and solidify the improvement.
Support the broader royalty function — help with royalty accounting, reconciliations, and analysis across Hasbro's wider network of licensees as required, contributing wherever the team requires additional capacity.
Collaborate throughout the business by working with Finance, Legal, business operations, and the broader royalty team. Keep royalty accounting consistent with operational realities and help resolve issues.
Read and apply contract terms by reviewing licensing and entertainment agreements and amendments. Ensure royalty accounting reflects the deal terms. Work with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Support audits — prepare documentation and respond to internal and external auditor requests, helping ensure the control environment holds up to scrutiny.
Complete ad hoc projects — support special analyses and process or system initiatives as the function evolves.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or proven experience; moving toward or showing interest in a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is beneficial.
1–3 years of accounting experience, including internships; public accounting and/or public company experience and Big Four exposure are a plus.
A genuine bias toward continuous improvement includes concrete examples from a job, internship, or project. These examples show spotting a manual or inefficient task and making it faster, cleaner, or automated.
Familiarity with US GAAP and internal controls / Sarbanes-Oxley principles; experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606) or entertainment revenue accounting (ASC 926) is advantageous.
Adaptability and curiosity with systems and technology, and eagerness to use tools to work more efficiently and reduce manual effort.
Experience in reviewing contracts, along with familiarity with entertainment, media, or licensing accounting, is advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and BlackLine a plus.

Galaxy is seeking a People Operations Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS to join our People team in a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting our global workforce. This position will initially join on a temporary-to-permanent basis and will play a critical role in two key areas: global payroll operations and the implementation of Workday, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. In your first three-six months, success will mean helping Galaxy deliver a clean and well-controlled Workday go-live, ensuring payroll readiness and data integrity, and establishing scalable processes that can transition into steady-state People Operations
Leading up to go-live, this individual will partner closely with People, Payroll, Finance, Technology, external implementation partners, and other key stakeholders to support the successful implementation of Workday. This will include data validation and migration, business process design, testing, integrations, payroll readiness, documentation, and change management.
At the same time, this person will help manage and strengthen Galaxy's global payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and that payroll processes, controls, data, and vendor relationships can scale with the organization.
Following implementation, the role will transition toward ongoing ownership and optimization of Workday and global payroll operations, including system administration, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, controls, and the employee experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the details while understanding the broader operational picture - someone who can identify an issue in a payroll reconciliation or employee record, work cross-functionally to resolve it, and then improve the underlying process so it doesn't happen again.
What You’ll Do:
Workday Implementation & HRIS
Serve as a key People Operations partner for Galaxy's Workday implementation ahead of the January 1, 2027 go-live.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation resources to support requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, integrations, and implementation activities.
Coordinate and execute data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities to ensure accurate employee and payroll data within Workday
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, identify issues, and partner with appropriate stakeholders through resolution.
Support payroll parallel testing and other payroll-readiness activities ahead of go-live.
Help establish scalable HRIS processes, controls, documentation, and governance.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and resources for People team members, managers, and employees.
Support change management, training, and communications associated with the Workday launch.
Following go-live, help manage ongoing Workday administration, including business processes, employee data, reporting, security/access, system updates, and issue resolution.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale People processes through Workday and other technologies.
Global Payroll
Support the end-to-end administration of payroll across Galaxy's global employee population, partnering with internal teams and third-party payroll providers as appropriate.
Review payroll inputs and outputs to ensure employees are paid accurately, completely, and on time.
Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance analyses and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate employee lifecycle changes impacting payroll, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, benefits deductions, leaves, and other employee changes.
Partner with Finance on payroll funding, reconciliations, reporting, and related accounting requirements.
Work with People team partners to ensure HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee data remain aligned across systems and vendors.
Support payroll compliance requirements across applicable jurisdictions and partner with internal and external subject-matter experts as needed.
Manage day-to-day relationships with payroll vendors, escalating and resolving issues while holding partners accountable for service and accuracy.
Maintain payroll calendars, controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to standardize and strengthen global payroll processes as Galaxy continues to grow.
People Operations
Maintain a high standard of employee data accuracy and integrity across People systems.
Produce and analyze People and payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Support employee inquiries related to payroll, HR systems, and People processes, providing a high level of service and discretion.
Partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other teams on projects affecting employee data and operations.
Support audits, compliance requests, reporting, and other People Operations initiatives as needed.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential employee information with sound judgment and discretion.
Support global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., US, UK, Ireland, Portugal, and EOR-supported countries), including timesheet approvals, payroll data prep, and coordination with in-country payroll vendors.
Assist with new hire onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, and offboarding processes within Workday and related HR systems.
Prepare reports, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses to support payroll and people operations initiatives.
Help document processes and maintain SOPs for HRIS, payroll, and people operations workflows.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, HR data, and system access with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of relevant experience in People Operations, payroll, HRIS, HR technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations; global or multi-country payroll experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with Workday or another enterprise HRIS; direct Workday implementation experience is strongly preferred.
Experience participating in an HRIS implementation, migration, configuration, or significant system transformation is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the connection between HRIS data, payroll, benefits, Finance, and employee lifecycle processes.
Demonstrated ability to reconcile complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and drive issues through resolution.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets, reporting, and analysis.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams simultaneously.
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep deliverables moving across multiple stakeholders.

You'll land on either an SDK https://docs.sentry.io/?original_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fsentry.io%2Fcareers%2F%3Fteam%3DEngineering%2B team or Ingest — and either way, you're in the critical path, not on the sidelines. SDKs are where past interns have shipped async support for our Python SDK https://blog.sentry.io/meet-sentrys-2025-summer-interns/#simon-1-16 and a faster AWS Lambda extension https://blog.sentry.io/meet-sentrys-2025-summer-interns/#martin-1-17 — real code running inside frameworks developers use every day. Many of our new grads started out as interns here first — read the stories https://blog.sentry.io/life-at-sentry/ from Sentaurs who liked it enough to come back full-time.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be matched with one of our SDKs https://sentry.io/platforms/, Product or Ingest teams, based on your interests and experience
- Design, develop, and ship features and systems that drive real value to customers
- Own projects end-to-end, from design through production
- Receive ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentorship from your manager and teammates
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Want to be treated like an engineer from day one
- Care about how software actually works
- Are excited about where AI is taking software development and want to build in the middle of it
- Want mentorship that's real, not scheduled
- Like shipping things and seeing them used at scale
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recently completed or completing an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science or a related field
- At least one previous internship or equivalent hands-on experience
- Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures fundamentals
- Comfortable using GitHub: branching, pull requests, code review, the works
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or a similar dynamic language, picked up through internships, personal projects, or coursework
- Can pick up a new language or framework quickly and run with it
- Experience collaborating on an engineering project with a team (class, open source, work, it counts)
- Available to start in 2027 and able to relocate to Vienna, Austria (we'll help get you there and cover housing)
- Please note the following:
- Visa sponsorship is considered on a case-by-case basis
- This is a full-time position
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 43.456,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). The base salary (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is EUR €80,000.00. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit and perks programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage as well as temporary relocation support). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY

This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible.
