About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our Strategic Deals team originates, structures, negotiates, and closes the deals that secure the compute Anthropic uses to train and serve frontier AI systems. We work closely with engineering, infrastructure, finance, legal, product, and go-to-market teams to expand Anthropic's access to cloud capacity, silicon, networking, and the financing behind them.
We are hiring several Strategic Deals Leads focused on compute and infrastructure. In this role, you will source opportunities, design partnerships, and negotiate high-value agreements with some of the world's largest technology companies, and you will connect deal terms to structured finance solutions. Your work will directly shape how quickly and reliably Anthropic can bring new compute online.
Each hire will bring deep expertise in one or more of these areas while working across the broader infrastructure stack:
Cloud compute:
building and running a pipeline of capacity across established and emerging cloud providers, and structuring the financing that connects capacity commitments to their economics.
Compute infrastructure:
going deep into the silicon supply chain, structuring co-development and early-access deals with semiconductor and emerging hardware companies, and securing networking, backbone, and memory supply.
Compute partnerships:
owning multi-year partnerships with the largest cloud providers, where compute commitments, financing structures, model availability on partner platforms, marketplace and co-sell arrangements, and pricing and revenue-share constructs are negotiated together.
Key responsibilities
Own deals end to end in your focus area, from opportunity identification and term sheet development through diligence, negotiation, internal approval, close, and post-close execution
Lead negotiations for complex, high-value agreements with hyperscalers and other cloud providers, semiconductor and hardware suppliers, networking and memory vendors, data center operators, and emerging infrastructure companies
Bring capital markets and financing thinking to every transaction, including vendor financing, equipment leasing, capacity prepayments, project finance, and credit and residual value guarantees
Build financial models, term analyses, and commercial frameworks that compare supply options and give leadership a clear view of value, tradeoffs, and risk-adjusted outcomes
Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to understand future workload requirements and translate them into long-term supply strategies and commercially viable deal terms
Build and own senior relationships with commercial, finance, product, and legal counterparts across the AI infrastructure ecosystem
Drive internal alignment with legal, finance, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams on deal terms, risk parameters, and the approval path for large commitments
Track market, technology, competitive, and financing developments across AI infrastructure, including supply constraints, and turn them into clear recommendations for senior leadership
Represent Anthropic externally with corporate executives, investment banks, and infrastructure investors involved in our transactions
Minimum qualifications
A track record of originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value technology, infrastructure, or capacity transactions as the principal and lead negotiator (not in a supporting or advisory capacity) and the ability to operate independently from day one
Transactional experience in at least one focus area: cloud capacity or data center transactions, semiconductor and hardware supply (accelerators, CPU, memory, or networking, including backbone), or hyperscaler and cloud partnerships
Working knowledge of how large infrastructure commitments are financed, such as vendor financing, take-or-pay obligations, equipment leasing, or project finance, and the ability to shape financing terms alongside commercial terms
Financial modeling skills to build and pressure-test the economics of large infrastructure transactions
Experience developing term sheets and negotiating definitive agreements alongside legal counsel
Ability to work with technical teams and translate engineering requirements into deal structures, contract terms, and strategic business recommendations
Experience negotiating agreements that combine infrastructure or capacity terms with commercial, product, or go-to-market terms, and an understanding of how those components interact
Experience building partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders across internal and external organizations, including executive leadership
Preferred qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in strategic deals, corporate development, partnerships, investment banking, or business development at technology companies, hyperscalers, cloud providers, or financial institutions, with direct transactional ownership
Direct experience working with or inside a hyperscaler on AI or cloud partnerships, including familiarity with model gardens, marketplaces, co-sell programs, and partner economics
Experience managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously at different stages of maturity and commercial development
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where market structures, provider economics, and partnership norms are still evolving
A genuine interest in the future of AI infrastructure and in Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Coach, develop and set clear expectations for Senior Analyst(s).
- Create and implement a high-quality, scalable and collaborative partner-engagement framework.
- Identify opportunities to use better data, tooling, workflow design and documentation to improve response quality, reduce duplication and increase the resilience of the Compliance operating model.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within compliance, regulatory compliance, risk, audit, legal or a related function in payments, fintech, banking or another regulated financial-services environment.
- Demonstrable experience leading external partner, banking, scheme, audit, regulatory or due-diligence engagements.
- Experience translating regulatory or partner expectations into practical requirements, delivery plans, governance and measurable improvements.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional workstreams with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and deadlines.
- Experience coaching or managing people, setting priorities, giving feedback and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and the compliance expectations relevant to banking partners, payment schemes and regulated financial institutions.
- Working knowledge of relevant compliance domains such as AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC/CDD/EDD, licensing, safeguarding, operational resilience, regulatory change or control assurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present complex issues, defend recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively, distinguish material from non-material issues and escalate appropriately.
- Strong organisational, analytical and project-management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- ICA, ACAMS or another relevant professional qualification is desirable.
HOW YOU WILL WORK AT CHECKOUT
- Be The Owner: Set direction, create accountability and ensure commitments are delivered.

As an Engineering Manager, Gitaly at GitLab, you'll guide a deeply technical team focused on building, maintaining, and providing expertise on Gitaly, GitLab's Git data storage tier. The team's work spans development of Gitaly, support for teams across GitLab, new tooling, scalability improvements, new data formats, and ongoing maintenance of the Gitaly codebase.
This role is a good fit for you if you can guide senior and staff engineers through complex, long-horizon technical work while building a culture of technical rigor, clear accountability, and ownership. You'll help the team balance roadmap delivery with GitLab product and infrastructure priorities, especially as much of the team's work is centered on scaling Git storage and adjacent foundational work. Partner with teams like Git and other stakeholders who rely on Gitaly expertise for performance, feature design, and roadmap clarity.
Represent the team credibly with cross-functional partners and in stakeholder conversations about Gitaly direction, performance, and scalability.
What you’ll bring
Experience managing engineering teams with direct reports, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
A management philosophy centered on building engineer agency and ownership, with credibility grounded in consistency, follow-through, and technical judgment.
Proven ability to guide highly specialized engineers through ambiguity, structured debate, high-stakes technical tradeoffs, and the realities of operating a service that is critical to GitLab.
Strong written communication and remote, asynchronous collaboration skills across distributed, multi-timezone teams. You're comfortable moving work forward in documents, issue threads, and asynchronous reviews, not just in meetings.
A track record of delivering under pressure on ambiguous, long-horizon technical projects with clear outcomes, and of reasoning from fundamentals about maintainability, technical debt, and long-term platform viability.
Hands-on background in version control systems, distributed systems, storage engines, or other low-level infrastructure domains, with the ability to engage credibly with systems code and architecture, ideally in Go or similarly performance-sensitive environments.

- Engage with the community: Take part in community spaces as a genuine, recognisable presence. Welcome new members, answer questions, de-escalate tense discussions and pass member feedback on to the relevant teams.
- Report on and improve public ratings: Contribute to regular reporting and, over time, take ownership of initiatives to improve Eneba’s public ratings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Less than a year of hands-on experience taking part in and/or growing online communities on platforms such as Reddit and Discord, along with a background in customer support, community management, social media or reputation management, and a real interest in gaming culture.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Engineer - Satellite Communications
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Reports to: Director, Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid. 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Engineer in Satellite Communications, you will own the satellite-to-ground link, the core communications protocols, and the end-to-end transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Trend is that our constellation produces an increasing volume of data and we want it down faster and more reliably. As we scale, the communications link sets the limit on what we deliver and how fast customers receive it.
You'll own the end-to-end communication stack: the satellite-to-ground link (X-band, Ka-band and S-band), the underlying protocols used, and the transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Today these decisions are spread across several teams. This role brings them under one technical owner.
The work sits where software meets physics. On one side are link budgets, modulation and coding, and spectrum constraints; on the other are schedulers, distributed systems and production operations. The hardest problems live where the two meet.
You own what you build, from design to production, across a stack that combines cloud, on-prem and real hardware. Our engineering culture is AI-positive, with active use of copilots and LLMs to improve speed, code quality and productivity.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the architecture of the satellite-to-ground link acrossX-band and Ka-band payload downlink and S-band command and control
- Measure what the constellation delivers against its theoretical capacity, and lead the work that closes the gap
- Design how data moves from ground station to customer, including latency tiers and delivery accounting
- Build alongside software engineers, contributing code and reviews, not only architecture documents
- Lead technical initiatives across team boundaries and align teams on link and data path decisions
- Grow satellite communications expertise across the domain through mentoring, design reviews and shared standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Communications engineering on at least one flown mission, including personally diagnosing an anomaly on a live satellite.
- High-rate payload downlink experience in X-band or Ka-band, beyond S-band command and control
- Ability to build and defend a link budget: EIRP, G/T, Eb/N0, margin, rain fade, elevation constraints
- Practical CCSDS knowledge: transfer frames, virtual channels, synchronisation and channel coding, file delivery
- Experience owning how data moves from a ground station to where it is consumed, with latency and completeness guarantees
- Hands-on coding in Python, Go, C++ or similar; you ship code, not just designs.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving
- Fleet-scale contact planning and scheduling across commercial ground station networks, especially leased third-party capacity
- DVB-S2/S2X with adaptive coding and modulation
- Delay-tolerant networking, or other store-and-forward file delivery with completeness accounting
- SDR and DSP work: GNU Radio, FPGA or RFSoC, including personal or open-source projects
- Awareness of spectrum regulation and coordination. We have a separate spectrum licensing team, so this is a plus rather than a requirement
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner Screen Call (30 min)
- Hiring Manager Interview (90 min)
- Technical Interview (120 min)
- Values and Fit Interview (60 min)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (60min)

STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, PRODUCT DISCOVERY ENGINE
ABOUT US
Constructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you’ve probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We’re approximately doubling year over year despite the market slowing down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a systems-minded Staff Product Manager to take Constructor’s search and discovery to the state of the art — and keep it there — across every retail industry we serve. This is a highly technical, high-leverage role at the core of our Product Discovery Engine chapter: the teams responsible for how we retrieve, understand, and rank the right products for every shopper, on every query, for every customer.
Your job is to raise discovery quality and, through it, our customers’ business metrics. You won’t be measured on features shipped — you’ll be measured on relevance and business outcomes, like conversion, revenue per visit, and search-attributed GMV, moving up.
You’ll start embedded with our Search Quality team, owning its strategy and roadmap and getting deep into the systems that decide what shoppers actually see. Over time, your mandate grows to setting direction for the entire Product Discovery Engine chapter — deciding where we’re heading and why across recall, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and the ML infrastructure underneath. This is a Staff role today with a clear path to Director as you take on chapter-wide leadership.
Search at Constructor is fundamentally a machine learning problem, so this role lives and breathes ML. You’ll partner closely with ML, data science, and engineering to turn the latest research into production wins, keep us ahead of both commercial competitors and academic state of the art, and be the connective tissue that aligns multiple teams — ML Recall, ML Infra, and, over time, teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management — behind a single, coherent vision for great discovery.
If you’re excited about driving innovation across dozens of the world’s largest retailers, being held to relevance and business outcomes, and pushing an already best-in-class product further ahead, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own business impact, not features. Drive measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV alongside relevance across our customer base.
- Deliver across every retail industry. Move quality and business metrics across all the verticals we serve, accounting for the differences in catalog, language, and shopper intent.
- Keep us at the state of the art. Continuously translate the latest ML / IR research and competitive moves into production wins, and ship SOTA ML / LLM-assisted capabilities that beat our previous best on relevance.
- Set chapter vision and strategy. Define the multi-quarter direction for the Product Discovery Engine — where we’re heading and why — tie it directly to customer business outcomes, and rally teams behind it.
- Lead Search Quality first. Own its strategy and roadmap, driving measurable improvements in the relevance and correctness of results.
- Orchestrate across the pipeline. Unify recall, ranking, query understanding, and personalization behind one definition of quality and one set of business metrics, so improvements compound instead of colliding.
- Turn ML research into production wins. Partner deeply with ML and data science to take models — from candidate generation and recall to LLM-assisted interpretation — from idea to production, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Make quality measurable and explainable. Build the metrics, evaluation frameworks, and tooling the whole chapter uses to measure, attribute, and explain discovery quality and its business impact.
- Own quality under pressure. Lead investigation and triage when issues arise, and design durable, systemic fixes rather than one-off patches.
- Grow the mandate. Expand into chapter-wide leadership spanning ML Recall, ML Infra, and — over time — teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first year, you will have:
- Driven measurable lift in search-attributed conversion and revenue per visit — moving business metrics, not just quality metrics.
- Driven measurable business-metric lift (conversion, revenue per visit, GMV) and relevance lift across every major retail vertical we serve.
- Shipped at least one state-of-the-art ML / LLM-assisted capability into production that beats our previous best on relevance.
- Won head-to-head quality benchmarks against every major competitor in the verticals we compete in, with a repeatable, defensible methodology.
- Taken core quality metrics to best-in-class levels and kept them improving quarter over quarter.
- Stood up an evaluation framework and tooling that ties model and system investments directly to customer business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive product management experience (typically 8+ years) in search, discovery, ML, or NLP-heavy products, including time operating at a senior or staff level.
- A track record of moving business metrics at scale — conversion, revenue, engagement — not just shipping features, and of setting strategy across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end search pipeline: query interpretation → recall / candidate generation → ranking → reranking → personalization → delivery.
- Strong ML product depth — owning production models and reasoning about tradeoffs between high-capacity (LLM / batch) and low-latency (real-time) approaches — and a habit of staying current with state-of-the-art research.
- Fluency with retrieval and recall, query understanding (tokenization, synonyms, spelling correction, multilingual support), and search evaluation frameworks.
- A rigorous, measurement-first mindset that ties every quality investment back to business outcomes.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership — able to align teams with different goals behind a shared definition of quality and a shared set of business metrics, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, data science, and ML Ops.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, setting direction where none exists yet, and leading through clarity and credibility rather than the org chart.
BENEFITS
- Unlimited vacation time — we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
- A competitive compensation package including stock options.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee).
- Fully remote team — choose where you live.
- Work-from-home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- Parental leave for qualified employees.
- Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
This position is fully remote — Constructor.io http://Constructor.io is a remote-first company.

At Constructor.io http://Constructor.io we are committed to cultivating a work environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities to all applicants regardless of their education, diversity of opinion, race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or affiliation in any other protected group.

If you are not selected, we will retain your data for a limited period as described in our Recruitment Privacy Notice https://constructor.com/recruitment-privacy-notice. Imunify360 Security Suite
is an innovative security solution designed specifically for shared and VPS/Dedicated servers. The automated, easy-to-use solution with the six-layer approach to security delivers comprehensive and complete attack prevention.
We are looking for a Lead Security Engineer - Vulnerability Response to join our Web Protection Team.
The challenge ahead
When a critical vulnerability in a popular web application or WordPress plugin goes public, attackers start exploiting it within hours. Most site owners can't patch that fast. We want our customers protected before the first attack reaches them, and we want them to know it.
That's the challenge we're hiring for:
AI-driven vulnerability response.
Build and run a pipeline that detects new high and critical vulnerabilities, generates WAF rules with AI assistance, validates them, and ships them to production in a short window.
Protection plus public announcement, both automated.
The same pipeline that ships the rule also produces the public advisory. Every critical vulnerability we cover is announced soon after the rule ships, so customers and the market see that Imunify closed it first.
Build on what works.
An AI-assisted pipeline already runs for our WordPress protection plugin. The first big project is to extend this approach to ModSecurity/Coraza WAF rules.
Speed without breaking sites.
On shared hosting, a rule that blocks legitimate traffic is a customer incident. Fast and precise both matter.
Make it measurable.
Time-to-protection, coverage of critical vulnerabilities, and false-positive rate are the numbers this role owns.
About the role
You will own the vulnerability response pipeline end to end and be its main builder. You combine deep web application security expertise with strong automation skills, and you think about the product: what customers need, what to measure, what to build next. You'll lead a small team of security analysts and work closely with automation, QA, and marketing.
What you'll do
Design and build the AI-driven pipeline from disclosure to announcement: vulnerability intake, triage, rule drafting, testing, release, and the public advisory.
Lead the extension of our existing WordPress-plugin pipeline to ModSecurity/Coraza rules.
Write and review WAF rules (ModSecurity/SecLang) for real-world web vulnerabilities.
Build test harnesses that check rules against exploits and real traffic before release.
Lead and mentor security analysts: set priorities, review their work, remove blockers.
Define and track time-to-protection, coverage, and false-positive rate, and improve them.
Automate advisory generation as part of the pipeline, and agree the format and review flow with marketing.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
5+ years in web/application security: vulnerability research, detection engineering, WAF engineering, or similar.
Deep understanding of web attack classes (SQLi, XSS, RCE, auth bypass, path traversal, file upload, deserialization) and how to detect them in HTTP traffic.
Hands-on experience writing WAF rules (ModSecurity/SecLang, OWASP CRS, or similar) and regular expressions.
Able to read PHP code and understand a vulnerability from an advisory or a patch diff.
Strong Python: you've built automation pipelines that run in production. CI/CD and automated testing.
Hands-on daily use of AI/LLM tools; you know where to trust them and how to verify their output.
Proven track record of leading a technical project end to end.
Product mindset: you reason about customer impact, not only technical correctness.
Upper-intermediate English or better.
Nice to have:
WordPress ecosystem security: plugin vulnerabilities, vulnerability feeds (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan), CVE credits or bug bounty.
Coraza or other WAF engines.
Exploit analysis or threat intelligence background.
Linux server administration, hosting industry.
Personal skills:
Strong ownership: you take a goal, not a task list.
See the whole process and find the bottleneck, not only fix individual issues.
Communicate clearly and raise risks early.
Calm under pressure: critical vulnerabilities don't wait for working hours.
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, that allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (
https://cloudlinux.com/candidate-privacy-notice
), which provides detailed information on how we maintain and handle your data.

The Editorial Publishing team is looking for a team member to write, edit, and review material that Anthropic publishes about its own systems, including model cards, risk reports, safety and security reports, and other technical material. You’ll have a front-row seat to some of the most consequential material a frontier AI lab produces, working cross-functionally with teams like Alignment, Interpretability, Safeguards, Policy, and Legal to produce rigorous reports on tight timelines.
You’ll be describing model behavior, training environments, evaluation methods, and their limitations, and must be legible to both technical experts and general-public readers. The ideal candidate brings clarity and structure to complex writing and editing processes involving many stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Write and edit technical public-facing reports and blogs for Anthropic
Takes pieces from inception to publication on short deadlines
Solicit input from partner teams across Anthropic, while preserving narrative clarity
Minimum qualifications
Strong alignment with our mission and experience working in AI safety
Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work that demonstrates an ability to explain technical subjects to non-specialist readers
Familiarity with how frontier AI systems are trained, evaluated, and deployed
A track record of shipping accurate, polished work on short deadlines and under pressure
Ability to work with subject matter experts to understand technical concepts and fact-check assertions
Strong judgement about how to incorporate legal, policy, and reputational considerations into the work
Comfort taking ownership in a fast-moving environment where processes are still taking shape
Preferred qualifications
Experience writing or editing safety or security reports, postmortems, transparency reports, or similar public disclosures
Experience as a technical writer or editor at a technology company or research lab
Comfort working in a content management system (CMS) and publishing web content
Experience using AI tools like Claude to streamline editorial processes

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains.
