ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at Eneba and help the team deliver trusted, business-ready data. You’ll lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers.
You’ll define what analytics engineering owns and where it is going, connect the team’s work to real business needs, and ensure curated data can be used directly by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents without an analyst in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and own the analytics engineering strategy, direction, and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 10 analytics engineers through regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance management, review cycles, and hiring, helping them become increasingly autonomous.
- Establish the analytics data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, quality standards, and ways of working that guide how the team builds and maintains models.
- Ensure analytics engineering work begins with a clear understanding of the business problem and delivers data that people can use with confidence.
- Enable reliable self-service analytics by making curated data usable by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents, with appropriate semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance.
- Evaluate the current analytics landscape and make pragmatic, evidence-based decisions about what should be improved, stopped, rebuilt, or delegated.
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, as well as senior leaders.
- Build a strong understanding of Eneba’s business and translate varied stakeholder needs into a clear direction for the team.
- Identify and empower technical experts within the existing team to help define and implement engineering standards.
- Evaluate analytics tooling and delegate technical discovery where appropriate, while retaining final ownership of analytics engineering architecture and tooling decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and developing data, analytics, or analytics engineering and people-management in product-focused tech companies.
- Experience defining strategy and setting direction for analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related function.
- A track record of establishing data-modeling architecture, principles, or standards that guide how other engineers build and maintain models.
- Strong business judgment: you focus on why data is needed and what problem it solves, not only how models are built.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing data in executive-level and cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to form clear, evidence-based opinions, challenge existing approaches, and lead change under sustained pressure including recommending that work be stopped or rebuilt when needed.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-moving organization with low approval layers, where data supports many business functions. Scale-up experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling, hands-on experience with DBT, and familiarity with at least one BI or dashboarding tool.
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred. Please submit your resume in English

Our Security and IT team keeps the 360Learning platform secure, compliant and auditable for the 1,500 organisations that learn on it every day. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, your mission is to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time.
360Learning runs its learning platform on Azure and Kubernetes, certified ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Over the past two years the technical security workload has grown on every front: a larger and more regulated customer base sending their own scans and security assessments, a wider detection and response scope, more infrastructure to keep hardened and auditable, and a growing backlog of security engineering projects that never reach the top of the queue.
We are creating this position to add real technical capacity on the infrastructure side of security, and to move part of our security posture from manual effort to automated guardrails. You will be the bridge between security and platform engineering: deep enough in infrastructure to fix things yourself, and close enough to security operations to know what to look for.
“Ours is a small, senior team with a broad scope: information security, compliance, infrastructure governance and internal tooling, with dual audit accountability on ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. That means direct impact and no layers between you and the decision. Roughly half of this role is greenfield build work you will own end to end.” Guillaume Seigneuret, CISO and Hiring Coach.
Within 1 month, you will:
Complete our onboarding and learn how we work through our own platform and our Convexity culture
Map our Azure and AKS environment, our detection and logging coverage, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and the Security Engineer
Meet the DevOps, platform engineering and IT teams you will work with daily
Shadow alert triage and one customer security assessment end to end
Within 3 months, you will:
Be autonomous on our AKS and Azure environment and handle infrastructure related alerts end to end
Have shipped at least one concrete hardening or automation improvement in production
Own the infrastructure scope of vulnerability management, from triage to remediation follow up
Within 6 months, you will:
Have the honeypot live and producing high fidelity alerts
Have measurably widened SIEM connector coverage, with documented log sources and retention
Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
Within 12 months, you will:
Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
Have largely automated audit evidence on the infrastructure scope
Have eliminated long lived credentials on the critical paths, so engineering teams ship on secure defaults they did not have to think about
The Skill Set:
5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands on infrastructure practice
Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, runtime security
Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure. Strong AWS or Google Cloud experience with a genuine interest in converting works too
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Scripting and automation: Python or Go, plus shell. Comfortable reading and writing code, and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
Log analysis and investigation: cloud audit logs, query languages, correlation across identity, network and application sources
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

An overview of this role
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.
As a Senior Backend Engineer on
Tenant Controls
, you'll design, implement, and evolve backend capabilities for a global platform that millions use. You'll solve problems of high scope and complexity, influence technical and product direction, and improve system quality, reliability, and performance beyond assigned feature work. Working across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security, you'll make pragmatic architectural trade-offs and partner with product managers and designers to deliver value to users in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
What you’ll do
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, choosing between modular-monolith code, shared components, and independently operated services.
Influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, partnering with product managers and designers to shape requirements around user needs.
Define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, application programming interfaces (APIs), and operational readiness, advocating for quality, security, availability, and performance.
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Diagnose and prevent performance and reliability issues at scale, participate in incident response, and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
Experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible use and sound judgment.
What you’ll bring
Strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming, with the ability to learn and adapt rather than mastery of a single language.
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear asynchronous written communication, connecting product needs with technical decisions and directing your own work.
Experience building or operating agentic AI systems in production, including loops, tool use, and error-handling strategies that support reliability at scale, beyond prompt engineering alone.
Helpful, but not required: experience with high-throughput distributed systems, concurrency or profiling; containerized production operations (such as Kubernetes); database performance (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, schema evolution or partitioning); large-scale modular monoliths or event-driven systems; public technical communication, open source maintenance or developer-focused software as a service (SaaS).
About the team
You'll join

We build the framework that defines, counts, and observes every application rate limit and migrate existing implementations onto it. Our mission is to give GitLab.com a single way to define, configure, and observe these limits, so operators can understand them during an incident and change them without a deploy.

This is an initial two-month, part-time engagement, with potential for extension subject to performance, business needs, and mutual agreement.
The Role
Nex creates active-play experiences that bring people together through movement and games.
Working with our Core Technology team, you’ll build and refine electronics and enclosures, collaborating with software engineers and researchers to turn concepts into reliable, usable prototypes. This is a hands-on prototyping role, not a mass-production hardware program.
The Mindset
You’re a practical builder, comfortable with schematics, soldering, CAD, and testing. You balance speed with engineering discipline, make sensible build-versus-buy trade-offs, and take ownership of the complete prototype.
What You'll Do
Design and modify circuits and PCBAs; select and integrate components.
Create mechanical CAD, 3D-printed enclosures, and practical mounting solutions.
Assemble, bring up, rework, and debug prototypes using lab measurements.
Collaborate on firmware and software integration, resolving interface, connectivity, and power issues.
Iterate quickly from test findings and build consistent, reliable prototype units.
Document schematics, PCB files, BOMs, CAD, assembly instructions, and known limitations.
Success Looks Like
Fast iteration from identified problems to tested improvements.
Usable, consistent prototypes that withstand repeated testing and handling.
Clear documentation enabling the team to maintain and reproduce builds.
What You Bring
Demonstrated experience building working electronic prototypes, including circuit design, board bring-up, soldering, rework, and debugging.
Hands-on experience with mechanical CAD and rapid enclosure prototyping, such as 3D printing.
Experience integrating microcontrollers, sensors, wireless modules, and battery-powered electronics.
Confidence using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers, and other practical debugging tools.
Ability to work independently, make sensible trade-offs, and deliver within a short iteration cycle.
Clear communication and documentation skills, including explaining issues and options to software engineers.
Availability to work on-site in Hong Kong on a half-time basis for a two-month engagement.
Preferred
Experience with Bluetooth-connected devices, sensors, or interactive hardware.
Embedded C/C++ skills and experience modifying firmware for device bring-up and diagnostics.
Experience with compact, battery-powered consumer-device prototypes.
Familiarity with component sourcing, PCB fabrication, and local rapid-prototyping suppliers.
Experience preparing hardware for hands-on user evaluation.
Interest in games, physical interaction design, or consumer electronics.
If you are interested in this position, please share your CV and examples of hardware you’ve built—photos, videos, or brief write-ups are welcome. Describe your contribution, a problem you solved, and how you tested it. Include your availability, proposed schedule, and contractor rate.
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field

GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.
That owner is this role.
You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.
What you’ll do
Orchestration: own how communication gets made and shipped
Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar: every product launch, feature release, campaign, promo and announcement in one place, with owners and dates.
Build and fix the communications planning process so marketing can absorb a dense flow of product launches without things getting lost between teams.
Run launches end to end, covering both product and brand comms. Take the go-to-market input from product marketing leads and turn it into a channel plan: CRM (email, push, in-app inbox), in-product surfaces, community, social, website and blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR, out-of-home. Then drive it to delivery.
Write the briefs. Translate business goals into creative and content briefs that designers, motion designers and copywriters can actually execute against, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Be the single window into the design and production team. Prioritise, sequence and unblock requests instead of letting every stakeholder queue separately.
Hold the timeline. Chase dependencies across product, legal, compliance and finance so assets are approved and live on the date we committed to.
Close the loop: pull post-campaign results with the analytics and CRM teams, run the retro, and turn what you learn into the next brief.
Campaigns and partnerships: take the brand beyond its usual channels
Plan and run integrated 360 campaigns: one message, the right channels, launched together, on time and to a high standard.
Drive special projects and integrations, from concept and partner selection through to production and results.
Coordinate ambassador, celebrity, influencer and KOL partnerships, including long-term ambassador programmes with a series of activations, not just one-off placements.
Manage the production side: external agencies, creative studios and production houses, timelines, budgets, contracts and usage rights.
Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations and sponsorships.
Support the Brand Director in rolling out the brand refresh across every touchpoint.
Message: own what we say and how it sounds
Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the portfolio: what each product promises, to whom, in what words, and how the products connect into one proposition.
Turn technical and financial mechanics such as mining rewards, tokenomics, cashback, yields and VIP tiers into copy a first-time user understands without a glossary.
Own tone of voice and message consistency in practice, not just in a deck: review outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines before they ship.
Maintain the shared toolkit (messaging docs, key-message one-pagers, FAQ and objection handling, launch templates) so other teams stop reinventing product copy.
Write and edit the high-stakes pieces yourself: launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive and partner-facing materials.
Work closely with legal and compliance within the advertising and financial-promotion constraints of each channel and jurisdiction, so approved copy is also compliant copy.
Track how competitors and the wider crypto and fintech market communicate, and bring back what’s worth noting.
What success looks like
First month:
the calendar exists and is trusted; every product’s messaging is documented in one place; the brief-to-delivery process is running without you being chased.
First 3 months:
launches ship on schedule with a full channel set as the default, not the exception; message consistency across channels is visibly better; each launch produces a documented result and a next-step recommendation; the first integrated campaign or partnership project beyond our core channels is live or in production.
Requirements
4+ years in marketing communications, integrated campaigns, brand communications or product marketing, either in-house at a tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
Hands-on experience running integrated 360 campaigns at national or regional scale.
Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches: you can walk us through campaigns you ran from brief to results, and say honestly what worked and what didn’t.
Solid understanding of how production works: timelines, external contractors, budgets, approvals and rights clearance.
Experience coordinating external agencies, creative studios or production houses.
Genuine project management ability: prioritisation, dependency tracking, and working to deadlines and budget across teams you don’t manage.
The ability to hold a high creative bar while saying no, moving a date, or telling a senior stakeholder their request is out of scope.
Comfort with complex products: you enjoy the work of understanding a mechanic properly before writing about it.
Data literacy: you read campaign performance and use it to change the next brief.
Strong writing and editing in English (C1+). You’ll be assessed on real copy, not on adjectives in a CV.
Fluent Russian.
A portfolio or case studies of campaigns and projects you’ve led.
Would be a plus
Both agency and in-house tech experience.
Experience with ambassador, celebrity or influencer partnerships, especially long-term contracts with a series of activations.
Special projects, brand integrations, sponsorships or out-of-home campaigns.
Experience with a rebrand, or building brand or messaging systems from scratch rather than inheriting a finished one.
Experience in crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments or investment products.
Familiarity with advertising restrictions on financial and crypto products across ad platforms and jurisdictions.
Additional languages.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
