Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech.
Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
THE ROLE
You'll own and build Tempo's corporate IT infrastructure — identity, device management, endpoint security, and the automation that ties it all together. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a help desk seat. You'll bring software-engineering rigor to IT systems and help secure a company operating at the frontier of crypto.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and automate the full identity lifecycle — HRIS → Okta → SaaS apps — eliminating manual provisioning and off boarding gaps
- Complete and maintain SSO/SCIM integrations across the entire SaaS stack
- Own Jamf Pro end to end: PreStage enrollment, configuration profiles, software updates, certificate distribution
- Deploy and tune endpoint security (SentinelOne) — policy management, MDM-driven deployment, alert triage
- Expand SIEM coverage and write detection/alerting rules with a detection-as-code approach
- Build toward infrastructure-as-code management of all IT tooling (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Resolve hard identity, device, and access escalations that get past first-line support
- Drive SOC 2 readiness — unified audit trails across identity, device, and security systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in IT engineering roles
- Hands-on Okta administration: SSO, SCIM, SAML/OIDC integrations, lifecycle policies, Okta Workflows. Understands HRIS-as-source-of-truth (Rippling or similar)
- Production Jamf Pro experience: PreStage enrollment, configuration profiles, software update management, certificate distribution. macOS-first
- Deployed and operated an EDR platform (SentinelOne or comparable) — policy tuning, MDM deployment, alert triage
- Strong scripting (Python/Bash/Go preferred), comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, auth flows, and event-driven workflows
- Git-based config management, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Terraform or equivalent
- Solid grasp of DNS, certificates/PKI, ZTNA (Tailscale or similar), and modern access control models
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Crypto/blockchain security exposure — multisig/hardware-wallet workflows (Fireblocks or similar), phishing/lookalike-domain campaigns, high-value signer threat models
- Detection-as-code: SIEM detections as version-controlled rules (Panther Python models, Sigma, or equivalent)
- Apple platform depth beyond basic Jamf — DDM, MDM protocol internals, notarization/signing/packaging, macOS security frameworks (TCC, system extensions)
- Mapped controls to SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS — understands what audit-ready evidence looks like
- Built Slack-driven workflows, bots, or self-service internal tooling
- Public open-source contributions to IT/security tooling

Deliver actionable insights on risk and controls effectiveness to senior leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders on new initiatives to ensure risk mitigation is planned appropriately.
Develop risk-based internal audit programs, as well as monitor remediation of identified issues to closure.

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The IT & Security Team
The Information Security function operates independently under our Legal team and owns everything that keeps the OpenZeppelin organization secure. That means managing our Security, Privacy & IT Program end-to-end: our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 posture, vendor and privacy risk, incident response, our bug bounty programs, and the identity, endpoint, and access systems the whole company depends on. It is also the team our customers meet during security diligence. As our enterprise relationships deepen, increasingly with banks and other regulated institutions, our own program must be as credible as the security we deliver to customers.
Today that program is established and audit-ready. The next chapter is turning it into an enterprise-grade security function that stands up to the scrutiny of the most demanding enterprise customers, partners, and regulators, while safely accelerating our adoption of AI across the company.
What you'll be doing
You will own the strategy, design, and continuous maturation of OpenZeppelin's Information Security Program, and be accountable for managing the team executing it. You can issue-spot security and privacy risks before they materialize, explain the principles behind security and compliance controls to auditors and enterprise security teams, and calibrate our security program proportionate to risk.
IT and infrastructure:
Oversee identity and access management, provisioning and onboarding/offboarding, end-user security (MDM, endpoint protection, security training), physical security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data backup, using automation and AI-powered workflows to make IT and security operations scale faster than headcount.
Strategy, governance and budget:
Set the strategic direction, multi-year roadmap, and risk posture of the Information Security Program; deliver on department OKRs; and own the IT and technology budget, with ultimate responsibility for technology procurement.
AI security and governance:
Own the secure adoption of AI across the company: evolve our AI governance framework, review and approve AI tools and agentic workflows, and secure our agentic infrastructure (identity, least-privilege tool and data access, secrets handling, monitoring, auditability). Manage frontier model providers as critical vendors, covering security and data-handling diligence, retention and training-use commitments, DPAs and subprocessor flow-downs. Meet emerging obligations such as the EU AI Act, so we can make transparent, defensible commitments to enterprise customers about how our products and internal AI usage handle their data.
Compliance, audit and enterprise trust:
Own our audit, certification, and attestation strategy and execution (penetration testing, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001, successor frameworks) alongside internal security audits; run a third-party and vendor risk management program; and serve as the external face of our security program with customer security teams, regulated financial institutions, and auditors.
Privacy and data governance:
Maintain a comprehensive data map of how data flows into, through, and out of the organization, including flows to model providers and through agentic workflows, with data classification, records of processing, and a vendor/subprocessor inventory. Own privacy compliance in partnership with Legal: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPAs and contractual security commitments, and privacy-by-design reviews of new products and features.
Security operations and incident response:
Own the incident response program end-to-end, including playbooks, tabletop exercises, post-incident reviews, and breach-notification obligations in partnership with Legal. Manage our bug bounty programs, and partner with development teams to embed security best practices in the SDLC and our software offerings.
You have
10+ years of Security and IT experience, including 3+ years leading a IT Security and GRC function (not solely IT operations) in a high-growth tech company, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, not just execution.
A demonstrated trajectory toward CISO: you have owned a security program end-to-end, presented to executives or boards, and can articulate the "why" behind every control you have implemented.
Experience securing or governing AI/LLM-enabled products or enterprise AI adoption including agentic systems and third-party model-provider risk, with an ability to apply privacy and data-protection laws and practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) in the AI context.
Nice to have
5+ years working in blockchain or a FinTech with an enterprise client base (e.g., financial services), including navigating rigorous third-party security diligence.
Logistics:
Our interview process takes place on Google Meet or Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:
Recruiter Call (30 minutes)

BILLING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST (SAAS)
🌍 Where do we hire from? Check that your country appears on this page https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing. For this role, you’ll have at least 5 hours daily overlap with our UK-based Finance team.
Hi there, I'm Rene Pavlides, Head of Finance at TestGorilla. I’m excited to share more about the Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we’re building the world's leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We’re all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we’re now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll own customer billing, accounts receivable and collections for our subscription business. You'll investigate invoice and payment discrepancies, resolve them directly with customers, reconcile billing and payment records against the ledger, and fix the processes that keep causing them. You'll join a lean, three-person, AI-empowered Finance team, working directly with our Head of Finance and Senior Financial Controller, with lasting and broad ownership from day one.
Billing, AR, collections and reconciliation are core, permanent responsibilities. What grows is the build side. As you learn our systems and reporting definitions you'll take ownership of MRR/ARR reporting, and we'll expect you to automate the manual workflows behind it rather than maintain them. If you'd rather fix the process than work the queue, that's the part of this job that gets bigger.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Owning customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries, refunds, failed payment recovery, credit notes and corrections within agreed approval limits, and working with Customer Success on complex or sensitive billing cases.
- Owning accounts receivable, collections and dunning (via Upflow), resolving failed payments and billing disputes directly with customers.
- Getting to the root cause of recurring billing issues and fixing the underlying process, rather than just resolving individual cases as they come up.
- Owning reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and the ledger, explaining timing and definition differences, and producing MRR/ARR movement reporting and analysis that helps Finance understand what has changed and why.
- Improving and introducing Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting, and moving routine work towards exception-based processing.
- Supporting billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective: defining requirements, testing outcomes and monitoring exceptions, and partnering with Product and Engineering when a technical change is needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment.
- Has personally owned customer billing and AR or collections, including investigating exceptions and following issues through to resolution.
- Has personally resolved complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers.
- Has run customer billing in a subscription or other recurring-revenue business, and is hands-on with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio, Paddle or similar.
- Is skilled at reconciliation, and able to independently work through why two financial or customer datasets don't agree.
- Has strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Is comfortable using AI and automation to reduce manual work, and can point to a recurring Finance process they personally improved or automated.
Most people in this role will have at least four years of relevant experience. We haven't set an upper limit, because we care far more about what you've owned and how you've progressed than the number of years.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn't exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement - let's buck that trend!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following:
- Experience with a subscription billing platform such as Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Maxio or Paddle.
- Experience with a collections platform such as Upflow.
- MRR, ARR, churn or subscription-revenue reporting.
- SQL or self-service BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI or Holistics.
- Experience building or maintaining automations using tools like Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make or Python.
- Multi-currency billing, pricing/packaging changes, or ERP migrations.
- A professional accounting qualification.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Please note: In this role, you’ll be hired as an Individual Contractor.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world.
- Competitive compensation: Receive competitive pay of between €43,440 and €54,300 per year + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs).
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
*Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing.

- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities.
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches.
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being.

We're looking for an experienced law leader to join our Limassol office and oversee our global legal strategy.
As our Senior Legal Counsel, you will take on a broader remit than most in-house roles. You’ll build, implement, and maintain the corporate, commercial, and employment framework, protect our intellectual property across international markets, collaborate closely with product teams to help launch new features, and work directly with founders and key stakeholders. - Partner with Product: Work with product, design and marketing teams on new features and designs.
- Own the Platform Relationship: Develop terms, in-app purchase, subscription rules and refunds.
- Protect Players and Data: Own terms of service, privacy policies, GDPR compliance, and the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play. Own player safety and child protection: age rating, age assurance, parental controls, moderation and reporting.
- Negotiate Commercial Deals: Draft and negotiate publishing, distribution, platform, UA and outsourcing agreements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Experience: 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate, Commercial and IP at a Cypriot or UK law firm or Big 4 company; Candidates combining top-tier law firm or Big 4 experience with in-house experience at a leading video game, IT or tech company will also be considered.
- Education: A UK or Cypriot bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) is required; other jurisdictions will not be considered given Cyprus's common law framework. An LL.M. and/or legal ranking recognition is a strong advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in intellectual property law.
- Compliance Expertise: Applied GDPR experience beyond policy drafting, and working knowledge of app store policy in practice (Apple and Google developer terms, in-app purchase, subscription and refund rules) and player safety/content moderation obligations for a multiplayer game.
- Language Skills: Native-level Greek and fluent English (written and spoken).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Medical insurance for you and your family, including dental and optical coverage
- €500 monthly Wolt allowance
- SportBenefit subscription

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As a Global Capacity Manager at Baseten, you will lead the "engine room" of the company, architecting, securing, and optimizing the global GPU fleet that powers our customers' AI workloads. You’ll own the end-to-end journey of capacity management, from securing multi-million dollar GPU clusters to building the automation that ensures 99.9% uptime across multi-cloud environments.
This role is a great fit for entrepreneurial engineers who want to bridge the gap between high-finance asset management and deep infrastructure engineering. You will act as the fleet orchestrator for the world's most advanced chips, ensuring Baseten never experiences a capacity outage while maintaining elite unit economics.
To be clear, this is a high-stakes engineering role. You will be hands-on with Kubernetes
orchestration while also leading specialized pods focused on the next generation of hardware, like NVIDIA’s Blackwell (B200) architecture.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- The B200 Frontier: Architecting the infrastructure readiness and deployment strategy
for Baseten's first Blackwell GPU clusters.
Global Workload Orchestration: Building "Multi-cloud Capacity Management" systems
to move customer workloads seamlessly across regions to optimize cost and latency.
- Precision GPU Triage: Developing automated Go-based operators to identify, cordon,
and repair unhealthy H100 nodes in under an hour.
- The Supply Chain of Intelligence: Partnering with leadership to secure and reserve
dedicated capacity for Baseten’s largest enterprise customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Specialized Pods: Act as the lead for specific GPU pods (e.g., H100 or B200),
managing the full lifecycle of acquisition, air traffic control, and maintenance for those
assets.
- Advanced Orchestration: Execute complex workload migrations and "sticky"
deployment drains, ensuring deployment scheduling rules meet strict regional and
compliance requirements.
- Build for Scalability: Design and implement the "next version" of Baseten’s capacity
management system to handle a 10x increase in GPU volume.
Financial Modeling: Leverage your understanding of unit economics to build ROI
models for GPU spend, ensuring Baseten scales profitably.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with SRE, Infra, and FDE teams to take discrete
operational tasks off their plate and verify "last mile" follow-through on infrastructure
changes.
- Incident Response: Lead capacity-crunch response by rapidly untainting and re-
coordinating workloads during high-pressure outages.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,
or a related field
- 5+ years of professional work experience in a high-growth environment, preferably at a
hyperscaler (GCP, AWS, Azure) or a specialized GPU provider
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including hands-on experience with taints, cordons, node
draining, and custom operators
- Demonstrated experience with Go or Python in a production-level environment
Strong financial literacy and the ability to model complex trade-offs between capacity
reliability and cost
- High tenacity and collaborative mindset
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
