- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER

- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
THE ROLE
ElevenLabs runs a deliberately lean finance team across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. The stack is built around NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment, with a BigQuery/dbt warehouse underneath. We want a close where people review exceptions and agents handle the rest. You'll own that stack, from architecture and integrations to controls and vendors. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue.
- Run NetSuite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls.
- Own the integration layer: Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse. Month-end should reconcile by design instead of by hand.
- Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration. You'll also handle the finance setup of every new entity.
- Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests.
- Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit readiness.
REQUIREMENTS
- You've administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases.
- You've owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and you know how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition.
- You build integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and you're comfortable in SQL.
- You understand R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and you can work with accountants, engineers and auditors in the same week.
- You work AI-first: tools like Claude Code or Cursor are part of your day, and you automate a workflow before you staff it.
- Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, or n8n, or dbt/BigQuery; SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead a Finance Systems & Automation team as the company scales.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in CET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London.

THE ROLE
We're hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A at ElevenLabs. You'll own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, the budgeting cycle and the monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO and board use to run the company as we prepare for IPO. Pigment is in place and our data sits in a warehouse with dashboards on top, but the company isn't fully modeled yet. You'll build the core model first, then use it to evaluate every major investment.
- Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, bringing inputs from commercial, product and compute finance into one model of record.
- Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting with budget owners.
- Set up the monthly cadence of results, budget vs. actuals, functional reviews and quarterly business reviews, and prepare the financial section of the board pack.
- Bring capital allocation discipline to large decisions on hiring, compute and strategic spend.
You're a builder who still builds the model yourself. You've likely done this at a high-growth tech company where the planning process had to be created while the business scaled, and you care about recommendations that get implemented, not only presented.
REQUIREMENTS
- You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions.
- You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company, and turned the numbers into a clear narrative for executives or the board.
- Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and your recommendations get implemented.
- Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar), comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse, and you use AI tools every day.
- Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead a central FP&A team as it grows toward IPO.
- Own the planning and guidance process once we are a public company.
- Take on broader strategic finance scope as the function scales.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT+0 to GMT+2 timezones preferred. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks.
Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs’ largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events.
Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture.
This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations.
Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers.

Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event.
Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room.
Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
The Rendering & Animation team (R&A) builds the graphics engine which renders the canvas for all Figma applications. Our mission is to make rendering performant, feature-rich, reliable, maintainable and extendible across all products & surfaces. The team plays a core, bedrock role for the company because it underpins the technology driving the user experience, touching many other teams, and as such is one of the most impactful areas of Figma.
The R&A team is devoted to hiring individuals with graphics expertise. We are interested in a variety of sub-domains, including 2D GPU-driven rendering, computational geometry & vector graphics, animation frameworks, anti-aliasing algorithms, shader effects, and more recently branching into video/image processing. A PhD Intern specializing in any of these areas would be a phenomenal fit for the team with a lot of exciting projects available.
As an intern on our team, you'll take ownership of a high-impact project at the intersection of your technical strengths and our most pressing graphics, rendering, or media challenges. You'll work closely with your intern manager, team leads, and collaborators across 1–2 partner teams to deliver tangible results within your internship. This is an opportunity to do significant, portfolio-worthy work that directly supplies Figma's visual platform.
This is a 12 or 16-week internship role that can be held from one of our US hubs (San Francisco or New York) starting in May or June of 2027.
What you'll do at Figma:
Learn from industry graphics engineers and participate as an embedded team member of the Rendering & Animation team
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and researchers to scope and execute your work
Develop, validate, and document solutions from prototypes to production-ready systems
Drive projects that apply research insights to meaningful product challenges
Contribute to exciting domain areas; some examples: crafting and optimizing shaders for sophisticated effects, investigating improvements to anti-aliasing algorithms, improving media processing capabilities, animating spline interpolation, and more!
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Current enrollment as a 4th or 5th year senior PhD student pursuing a PhD in Computer Graphics, Media Processing, or a related field
Experience working with OpenGL, WebGL, WebGPU, Vulkan or Metal and their respective shader languages (GLSL, WGSL) or other low-level graphics APIs
Proficiency in either C++ or Rust
A track record of rigorous problem-solving through academic or applied research, with experience thinking holistically about use cases and the low-level technology required
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Demonstrated expertise in computer graphics, supported by publications at conferences such as SIGGRAPH, Eurographics, High Performance Graphics, NVIDIA GTC, or Pacific Graphics
Proficiency in WebAssembly, web graphics, 2D graphics, performance optimization, animation, geometry, or media
Interest in art and design applications
Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to write, debug, and optimize code
Related industry experience via a past internship or full-time role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating across functions
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
This internship role is based in either Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, and has the hourly base pay rate stated below. Figma also offers interns a housing stipend and travel reimbursement. Figma’s compensation and benefits are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in France and Southern EMEA. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across France and Southern EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.
- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience).
- Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell).
- Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires.
- Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect.
- Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization.
- Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines.
- Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
- You like staying ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and French
WE'D BE PARTICULARLY EXCITED IF
- Like working in a fast pace environment
- Can also speak Spanish and or Italian
- Based in Paris or London so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office.
COMPENSATION
We offer a competitive salary, equity and benefits. Your offer will reflect your experience, skills and the scope of the role.
Location: Toronto; Montreal
Workplace: Hybrid
WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
About the role
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to keep Cohere's AI organization running at full speed. You'll report to and support the Chief AI Officer and work to bridge across all teams and functions at Cohere (including research, modelling, product, delivery, security, sales and operations). In any given quarter, the org ships new AI product demos and releases, customer pilots and scaled solutions, security updates, often across regions and time zones. Your job is to make sure the right work priorities win when everything feels urgent, that our plans turn into high-quality shipped work, and that our Chief AI Officer can focus on leading instead of firefighting.
Much of this is operational: the planning calendar, the budget, the headcount plan, the weekly business reviews, the communication strategy (internal and external), the cross-functional handoffs. Your role is the operating rhythm of the org: meetings, priorities, plans, and the decisions that come out of them. You will be a member of an experienced, high-performing and supportive leadership team.
What you'll own
Own the operating rhythm and planning: annual and quarterly planning, goal-setting, and the weekly and monthly business reviews. Drive budget and headcount planning against the slate, and keep both honest as priorities shift mid-quarter.
Keep major programs from colliding or stalling across research, modelling, product, delivery, and security. Be the person teams come to when it isn't clear who owns a decision, or how to navigate trade-offs.
Be the connective tissue between the Chief AI Officer’s org and the rest of the company: cross-functional planning with product, engineering, security, and finance, so the org's commitments are realistic and its dependencies are visible.
Own and lead special projects: Lead the things that don't fit neatly on any one team's plate: a reorg, a new partnership, a flagship research event, an org-wide planning week. Own them end to end.
Who you are
You have 12+ years of operating experience, with real time inside an AI/ML organization in a Chief of Staff, business operations, or senior program-operations seat. You know how to partner with teams shipping fast & often to high-stakes organizations, and you know how to change course with agility when needed.
You understand how AI actually works—at the level of someone who's done it rather than managed it from a distance. You can talk credibly about how a model turns into a product, what data requirements demand from both research and engineering, and where delivery motions usually break. You're fluent in the numbers. Model performance metrics, data pipeline throughput, budget-to-impact. You don't have to run every program yourself. You do have to understand them well enough that the people who run them respect your judgment.
You hold strategy and execution in the same hand. You can sit in a planning conversation with the Chief AI Officer in the morning and chase down a stuck deliverable in the afternoon.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, you handle ambiguity with curiosity and confidence, you stay calm when it's messy. You have a track record of bringing order to a fast, complex org without grinding it to a halt.
You are an outstanding communicator and know how to wield soft power. Clear writing, straight talk, the ability to influence teams and individuals, and the executive presence to represent the Chief AI Officer in high-stakes conversations.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About The Role
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
The Role
Own a portfolio of small and mid-sized advertisers across South Africa, selling media solutions on behalf of our partner platforms. This is a new-business hunting role first and an account management role second. If you are energised by clear targets and an active client list, this is your seat.
What You Will Do
Revenue and growth
Deliver your quarterly portfolio (BU) target, agreed with your Sales Manager. 100% achievement meets expectations.
Track against year-to-date and annual targets, quarter on quarter.
Grow your portfolio 20% year on year and retain 80% of your existing client base.
Generate 10% of quarterly revenue from new business: clients not yet onboarded, or inactive for 6+ months.
Reactivate 10 churned accounts every quarter (no spend for two full quarters or more) through proactive outreach and welcome-back incentives.
Send at least 2 revenue-driving proposals per week (deck, one-pager or email with a clear idea plus KPIs or benchmarks).
Account management
Hold at least 8 client or agency meetings per week (in person, virtual or by phone), each logged with a recap.
Run at least 6 client workshops per quarter (2 per month) and stay in weekly contact with clients.
Deliver at least 2 post-campaign reports per week, plus QBRs for key accounts.
Support Ad Ops to drive delivery and help clients reach campaign KPIs: optimise, troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
Spot and close upsells (IO top-ups, budget additions, extensions) and record them at project level in Salesforce.
Product and client knowledge
Know each client's business, history, spend and campaign performance.
Build deep working knowledge of our partner platforms, their products and updates, and educate clients through workshops.
Administration and Ad Ops
Execute Ad Ops processes accurately and on time, in line with Aleph procedures: trafficking bookings, sending IOs for signature, creating ad accounts, loading or publishing funds and granting access.
Reconcile client accounts, monitoring Go-Lives, slow-pacing IOs and expiring budgets.
Maintain tool expertise, internal process proficiency and administrative hygiene.
Salesforce and sales hygiene
Log everything in Salesforce: emails, calls, meetings, contacts, companies and upsells.
Maintain a BANT-qualified pipeline with genuine week-on-week movement and accurate closing dates.
Submit a bottoms-up weekly forecast within 20% of your agreed quarterly target.
Send meeting recaps within 24–48 hours, respond internally and externally within 24 hours, and escalate any opportunity delayed beyond 72 hours.
Keep client folders and collateral current on the shared drive (linked, never attached).
Schedule prep and debrief time around meetings, with a written agenda in every invite.
Prepare a handover document with a designated buddy for all approved leave.
Who You Are
3+ years in digital media, adtech or platform sales, ideally across SMB or high-volume portfolios
A genuine hunter — you enjoy cold outreach, you work the reactivation list, and you do not wait for inbound
Relentless energy and activity levels: five meetings and two proposals a week without being asked twice
Disciplined in CRM — you treat Salesforce as your own forecasting tool, not as admin
Confident presenting to founders, marketing managers and agency teams, and comfortable running workshops
Commercially sharp, resilient under target pressure, and quick to turn a client conversation into a proposal
Johannesburg-based, with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings

ABOUT THE ROLE
Productions is the “done for you” managed services wing of ElevenLabs, built for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts in linguistics, mixing and post-production to deliver human-edited dubs, audiobooks and more in 15+ languages, directly on the ElevenLabs platform. Our customers include global media broadcasters, publishers, gaming companies and major film studios.
We’re hiring engineers to build the systems behind it: the platforms that let human expertise and AI work together at the quality our clients expect, and the labelling tools our research teams use to improve our models. You’ll own a scope in one of these areas:
- Human data platform: the labelling and evaluation platform research uses to continuously improve our models. You’ll ship new task editors, improve reliability, catch misuse and build the metrics behind higher-quality data pipelines.
- Core productions engine: the backend machine nobody sees but everybody relies on. You’ll build and maintain the services that run our production workflows, with room to lead projects.
- Editor platform: the professional editing tools our production teams work in. You’ll build in Rust, combining UI systems with a deep understanding of the underlying system.
We’re building professional tools and core infrastructure, not consumer features. The work is mostly building, with little hand-holding. You’ll carve out your own scope and own the outcome.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus on designing UI systems. You’ve shipped and run production systems end to end.
- Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms, workflow or task engines, or data pipelines. You take pride in the infrastructure nobody sees but everybody relies on.
- Comfortable switching between building a new tool or editor and hardening the platform underneath it, and keen to lead projects when the opportunity arises.
- Opinionated and able to defend your ideas, but know when to just grind. You’re happy doing the unglamorous work, and you’re hungry.
Bonus:
- Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools, with a systems-level understanding of what sits underneath.
- Experience with data labelling or annotation platforms, or managing crowdsourced workforces.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe and the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT+1 timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Dublin, Amsterdam, and Warsaw.

Location: Tokyo, Japan
Location: Japan (Tokyo)
Type: Contractor (12 months to start)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a contractor based in Japan to support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan and Korea.
This role will focus on building strong relationships with students and campus communities, supporting locally relevant community activations, surfacing meaningful student stories and insights, and helping establish the foundations for sustained student engagement over time.
About the Team
OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
The Community team focuses on finding exceptional power users of our tools and turning real usage into stories and signals that shape both product direction and how the world understands OpenAI. We do that by learning directly from users, then working together to package up insights and use cases into formats that can travel: playbooks, webpages, launch assets, event series and clear “here’s how people actually use this” guidance.
About the Role
ChatGPT and OpenAI’s broader tools can help students learn, create, build and solve problems in new ways. But for many, discovering meaningful ways to use AI can still feel like navigating a black box without an instruction manual.
The OpenAI community exists to bridge that gap by working directly with the people using our technology every day.
Our role sits across three core areas:
- Build direct relationships and channels with student leaders and their communities
- Amplify how these cohorts are actually using AI, enabling peer-to-peer learning and accelerating adoption through real examples
- Channel insights and feedback from these communities into our product and research teams
Our current student engagements serve as a key entry point for building long-term relationships with students and priority campuses—helping us identify emerging power users and support growing communities through authentic, student-led engagement.
The goal is for every participant to leave not only with an “I wonder if…,” but with the confidence to build with AI—and a community to learn alongside.
This role will report to the Community Lead, APAC and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and our external agency partner to support the growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts primarily in Japan, and selected engagement efforts in Korea.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan, with opportunities to support relevant engagement efforts in Korea
- Identify, recruit, and onboard students to participate in our global OpenAI Student Collective program
- Build partnerships with student clubs and campus communities to host Labs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, hosts, and campus partners
- Coordinate communications, scheduling, logistics, and event execution; resolve issues and remove blockers
- Represent OpenAI on Campus
- Develop and maintain dashboards and systems to track events, performance, and program scale - including student participation and event engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Source, review, and curate stories and use cases across events and online communities
- Publish progress updates and monthly recaps, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Community team to improve, maintain community resources, including guides, templates and checklists.
Qualification
Must have:
- 5 years experience building, managing or growing communities, ideally student or campus-based communities.
- Excellent execution skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once, from onboarding and event coordination to story capture and reporting..
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving follow-through.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with students, partners and internal teams.
- Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Docs / Sheets, Airtable or similar workflow systems.
- Willingness to travel for student community activations across Japan, and occasionally Korea where relevant
- Japanese language proficiency
Bonus:
- Active participation in tech and AI communities, with a strong understanding of how these ecosystems operate beyond top-line metrics
- Strong interest in AI and familiarity with how the space is evolving, including emerging product and agent experiences.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners.
- Strong relationships with student communities, clubs or universities in Japan and Korea
- Korean language proficiency
