WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced engineer who has designed and built secure software systems to help define the security foundations for our AI products. You’ll work with product and engineering teams on agent runtimes, tool permissions, retrieval, content writes, observability, and abuse-resistant design. You’ll turn product risks into clear architecture, reusable guardrails, automated tests, and production systems that help teams ship new features safely.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define and build security architecture for product surfaces that operate across customer workspace content, including tool execution, content writes, retrieval, permission checks, provenance, and auditability.
- Make the secure path the easy path for product teams by shipping reusable libraries, review patterns, test fixtures, and guardrails that prevent classes of vulnerabilities.
- Build automated red-team and regression testing for risks such as prompt injection, indirect instruction following, data exfiltration, tool misuse, cross-tenant leakage, and unsafe workspace mutations.
- Translate threat models for new product surfaces into concrete engineering requirements, production checks, and launch criteria.
- Use production signals, incident learnings, and targeted experiments to harden Notion over time, then feed those learnings back into architecture and developer workflows.
- Help define the security bar for how engineers use coding agents, MCP-enabled tools, hooks, and internal automation without introducing new risk.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Secure software engineering craft: You have 8-10+ years of experience designing, building, or securing complex software systems, and you are comfortable working in production code with product and platform engineers.
- Security architecture judgment: You can look at a complex system and reason about where the permissions, data flow, or trust boundaries are likely to get weird, and help re-design it to make them better.
- Security product strategy: You can turn a complex security risk you see into a product design or architecture that can be built.
- Builder mindset: You’d rather leave behind a useful tool, test, library, or pattern than a task or project for someone else to pick up later.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building or securing products with tool use, retrieval, workflow automation, content writes, or complex permission boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with prompt-injection testing, red teaming, model behavior evaluation, or abuse-resistant application design.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS security models: permissions, sharing, audit logs, data residency, encryption, compliance, or customer-facing trust guarantees.
- Experience building developer tooling, CI checks, coding-agent workflows, MCP integrations, or internal frameworks that shape how engineers build software.
- Public security research, vulnerability writeups, conference talks, or open-source work related to product security or secure developer infrastructure.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $340,000 per year.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Security Risk team is responsible for how Anthropic identifies, prioritizes, and drives treatment of its most important security risks. We are rebuilding risk management to operate as an engineering function through automation and AI-native platforms to enable decision making. The systems we assess span Anthropic’s full security landscape, from authorization primitives to cryptographic foundations, so the team needs breadth across domains and the ability to go deep in any of them. Security Risk, in deep partnership with Security Engineering, will help define the security program to shape how both engineers and non-engineers build and ship software.
The conventional GRC playbook was not built for a company shipping frontier AI. You will help define what replaces it, with a direct line to CISO-level decisions and the mandate to build the AI-native platform underneath. You’ll work across a breadth of areas from identity and secrets management to infrastructure security, with your focus shaped by your strengths, ability to learn quickly, and the team’s priorities. This is largely greenfield work, and you will help define the architecture and discipline.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of Anthropic’s most complex security risk problems and drive them end to end with minimal oversight, turning ambiguous signals into a defensible view of severity and likelihood and seeing them through escalation, treatment decisions, and remediation
Build the systems that make risk measurable and let risk work scale, including quantification tooling, automated intake and triage, and the observability that partner teams use to understand their own risk posture
Work alongside Security Engineering as a calibrated technical peer who pressure tests architectures and treatment plans, translates findings into prioritized remediation roadmaps, and makes the investment case for what to fix now, what to accept and track, and what to defer
Mentor engineers and risk practitioners across Security and the broader engineering organization, and help build a risk engineering culture in which teams own their risks and our team provides the visibility and judgment that supports the
Security risk engineering
Work across the breadth of Anthropic’s security landscape, spanning areas like identity and secrets management, developer security and supply chain, infrastructure security, and secure frameworks, and build the context needed to reason about risk credibly in each
Go deep where a risk demands it, understanding how these systems are built and how they fail so that assessments and treatment plans reflect engineering reality rather than abstraction
Risk assessment and quantification
Identify systematic risks through threat modeling and structured assessment, then drive the severity calibration and escalation conversations that follow, bringing leadership a defensible position and a clear recommendation that holds up under pointed questions
Contribute to the team’s quantitative risk work, applying methods such as calibrated estimation and Monte Carlo simulation where they meaningfully change a resource or treatment decision
Risk platform and automation
Design and build AI-native risk tooling that uses Claude to classify incoming risks, augment triage, and continuously sense changes in our risk landscape as teams ship
Create the dashboards and data pipelines that give engineering and product teams real-time visibility into their risk posture and make distributed ownership of risk practical
Remediation strategy and investment
Partner with Security Engineering and risk owners to design remediation roadmaps that are explicit about sequencing, ownership, and the investment required
Measure outcomes rather than activity, focusing on decisions made and risk reduced
Minimum qualifications
At least 8 years of software engineering or security engineering experience, including leading and remediating complex security risks independently
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong programming skills in Python or at least one systems language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++
Broad knowledge across the core security engineering domains, with depth in at least one, including identity and secrets management, developer security and supply chain, infrastructure and cloud security, and secure frameworks
Calibrated risk judgment, meaning you can put a defensible severity and likelihood on an ambiguous problem and change your position when the evidence changes
Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives and navigating complex organizational dynamics
Outstanding communication skills, translating technical concepts effectively across all levels of the organization
A track record of bringing clarity and ownership to ambiguous technical problems and driving them to resolution
Low ego and high empathy, with a history of growing the engineers around you and supporting diverse, inclusive teams
Passion for AI safety and the role security and risk management play in building trustworthy AI systems
Preferred qualifications
Owned a named security risk and driven it from discovery through remediation across multiple teams
Briefed executives on risk decisions and defended accept, remediate, or transfer recommendations under challenge
Built security automation, detection, or risk platforms adopted across an engineering organization
Shipped LLM or agent-powered tooling and workflows that automate security or risk activities
A security engineering, detection engineering, or offensive security background with a risk-based prioritization mindset
Built or operated a quantified security risk program (FAIR-style decomposition, Monte Carlo simulation, loss exceedance analysis) whose outputs changed real resource decisions
Enough familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP to know what compliance does and does not buy you

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering/Delivery teams on feasibility, effort estimation, and the best solution approach for each client
Support the handover to the Delivery team once deals are closed-won, and help lead project kick-off meetings
Provide enablement and training to develop clients' usage of the platform through technical information and guidance
Build and maintain a reusable library of demo assets, templates, and a presales knowledge base to scale the function and reduce repeat effort
Any other task that may be assigned

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
We’re seeking a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead to captain a high-performing team of Customer Solutions Architects and help drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers: from agile startups building towards their first launch to established brands with highly scaled workloads. This role will support the East Coast region across the Americas.
As the CSA Team Lead, you will be responsible for both people management and customer outcomes - supporting team execution while developing repeatable best practices across pre-sales discovery, proof-of-value onboarding, and technical success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Supabase, CSA Leads oversee a portfolio of high-value customers by empowering their team to deliver technical excellence and long-term customer success. You'll work directly with the team to:
- Hire, coach, and grow a global team of CSAs who serve as trusted technical advisors to our customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define and scale the CSA motion across the full customer journey—from discovery through adoption and renewal.
- Create structured onboarding, training, and development plans for CSAs to level up in technical storytelling, Postgres optimization, and customer success strategy.
- Ensure CSAs consistently deliver successful outcomes, unblock adoption, and drive value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts.
- Work directly with strategic customers when needed—especially during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding milestones.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
PRE-SALES DISCOVERY:
- Lead and review technical discovery led by CSAs to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success.
- Guide CSAs in designing and presenting platform demonstrations tailored to high-value customers, helping them clearly articulate the value of the Supabase platform and team.
- Collaborate with Growth team members to size deals, provide anticipated usage estimates, and identify potential workloads supported by the Platform.
PROOF-OF-VALUE ONBOARDING
- Support your team in defining and executing proof-of-value scopes that balance business outcomes with low-friction onboarding.
- Ensure CSA-owned timelines, success criteria, and engagement tactics result in a high proof-to-conversion success rate.
- Build reusable onboarding flows (email sequences, docs, templates, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS & EXPANSION
- Help your team build detailed account plans focused on both short-term adoption and long-term expansion opportunities.
- Provide ongoing technical coaching for CSAs conducting architecture reviews, schema design evaluations, and performance tuning for production workloads.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer feedback, share emerging customer needs with Product & Eng, and communicate roadmap milestones back to customers.
TRUST & PLATFORM ADVOCACY
- Coach CSAs to act as internal and external champions of Supabase, building trust with customers through consistency, clarity, and deep product expertise.
- Uphold a standard of excellence in customer engagement, ensuring Supabase becomes embedded in the way our customers build.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, technical startup environment.
- Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), with a deep understanding of schema design, indexing, and query performance.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications using frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
- Clear, confident technical communicator and storyteller. Must be able to distill complex technical topics into actionable outcomes for customers and team members alike.
- Experience navigating stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and internal BI dashboards.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.

Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.
50 Billion Daily Bid Predictions
The adjoe Ads Data Science team owns the entire bidding algorithm that decides which ad you are most likely to enjoy from start to finish: conversion prediction, user quality estimation, and bid shading. Every bid adjoe placed in an ad auction is the output of ML models making 50 billion predictions daily, trained on data from our mobile SDKs that capture real user behavior at scale.
The team moves fast: new ideas tested offline, A/B tests launched in production within minutes. We rely on industry-proven state of the art technology, adapted to our needs and self-hosted where it matters: PyTorch and TensorFlow for modeling, Trino and Athena for querying a 350TB Iceberg data lake, Airflow and Ray for orchestrating our different training pipelines across multiple GPU clusters. Models are built on 600+ features and trained on 200 million data points, with the full ML lifecycle owned by the team from research and experimentation to deployment and real-time inference at sub-200ms latency.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in Data Science, 2+ in leadership. You have a track record of architecting and deploying ML solutions, recommender systems and neural networks specifically, and have led data science teams through hiring, mentoring, regular 1-1s, and career development. At adjoe Ads, you'll be growing and managing the team of Data Scientists, Data & ML Engineers, Data Analysts that owns the entire bidding algorithm.
- At least 50% hands-on. This is not a purely managerial role. You work on data science tasks yourself, own critical procedures like experiments and implementation details, and mentor data scientists in advanced modeling, programming quality, and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in data at scale. You've worked with large, diverse data sources AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, Flink, S3, MySQL and know how to extract signals from a 350TB data lake. Strong Python required; experience building an MLOps stack with Airflow, Spark, or Flink is a strong plus.
- Bridges math and business. You can dive deep into mathematical foundations and translate complex model behavior into clear decisions for product and business stakeholders. You align with the adjoe Ads product team and Cloud Infrastructure on priorities, tools, and best practices.
- Contributes to the roadmap, not just the backlog. You work on long-term strategy and quarterly OKRs, contributing to adjoe Ads' position as a strong competitor in the programmatic adtech market.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the DACH market. As Regional Partner Manager for DACH, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our Munich sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's DACH partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the DACH partner community.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's DACH partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in DACH, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the DACH sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in DACH
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in Munich with existing knowledge of the DACH technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with DACH-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
