The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n's pricing and packaging into a deliberate, data-informed growth lever - one that scales revenue and adoption across our entire go-to-market, from our 1.5 million-strong community to global Enterprise accounts.
To do so, here's what you'll own:
BUILD THE ANALYTICAL FOUNDATION FOR PRICING
- Build and own the model connecting unit economics, agent run cost, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value.
- Maintain competitive and market intelligence so our pricing keeps pace with a category that's shifting fast.
- Run pricing experiments and turn the results into documented, reusable learnings.
DESIGN OUR PRICING & PACKAGING ARCHITECTURE
- Shape plan design and packaging across our community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers, plus add-ons like our startup and charity plans.
- Design pricing for new SKUs and consumption-based models as our product and cost-to-serve evolve around AI Assistant and n8n Connect.
- Build packaging frameworks and decision tools that product teams use directly to launch new features.
DRIVE AND ROLL OUT PRICING DECISIONS
- Lead cross-functional pricing decision-making and secure buy-in across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data.
- Own the rollout of major pricing changes end-to-end, from decision to launch to measured impact.
- Build and own our pricing frameworks: list pricing, discount guardrails, decision rubrics, grandfathering rules, and usage-based billing decisions.
Requirements
Must-have
- 📈 Pricing leadership in B2B SaaS: You have 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy, including at least one full cycle leading a major pricing model transition — subscription to consumption, seat-based to usage-based, or a platform repricing.
- ⚡ Hands-on with modern pricing models: You've personally designed and rolled out consumption-based, outcome-based, or AI-native pricing at a company past $100M ARR.
- 🔀 Both self-serve and Enterprise motions: You've owned pricing on both sides of the funnel — self-serve/PLG (activation, conversion, tier design, funnel experimentation) and Enterprise, sales-led (packaging for large accounts, deal economics, discount governance). n8n monetises both, so fluency in one motion only isn't enough.
- 🧮 Deep analytical rigour: You build the financial model yourself and reason fluently about unit economics, cost-to-serve, gross margin, willingness-to-pay, and elasticity.
- 🔌 Billing fluency, technical and operational: You understand event metering, rating, entitlements, proration, overage, and revenue recognition well enough to design pricing that's actually operable — and you've partnered with a Billing function on invoicing, dunning, true-ups, and disputes.
- 🛠️ Empathy for technical users and buyers: You understand where, how, and why developers and technical buyers assign value across a product experience.
- 🧩 Frameworks over bottlenecks: You've built packaging frameworks and decision tools that product teams use independently, rather than routing every pricing decision through you.
- 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You bring Product, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Billing into alignment on contentious commercial decisions.
- 🧭 Motivated by scope, not headcount: You're energised by owning a global, high-stakes topic as an individual contributor, with analytical support from Data and RevOps and rollout support from Program Management.
Nice-to-have
- 🎓 Formal pricing training: You've been trained at Simon-Kucher or the pricing practice of another consultancy, and you bring that rigour with you.
- 🧑💻 Developer tools experience: You've priced products sold to engineers and technical teams.
- 🌍 Open source or freemium background: You know how to design pricing that converts a free community into paying customers without breaking trust.
WHY JOIN US?
At n8n, pricing won't be an afterthought argued about in the margins of someone else's roadmap - it'll be your function to build. You'll be our first dedicated pricing hire, which means low-hanging fruit everywhere and real scope to shape how a $5.2bn company monetises across community, self-serve, and Enterprise, in 100+ countries and across both cloud and self-hosted. You'll work directly with leaders in Product, Sales, Finance, and RevOps, and you'll see your decisions land in our ARR in months, not years. You'll join a supportive, remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Sound like a challenge you're excited to take on?

About Salmon
Salmon is a fast-growing consumer fintech group, founded in July 2022 with the vision of creating the best credit-led neobank in Southeast Asia. We chose the Philippines as our first market and are now a licensed consumer-lending group, working towards becoming a licensed bank.
Salmon was founded by three co-founders who built and held senior leadership positions at Tinkoff, a highly successful tech-enabled bank that reached a market capitalization of more than US$20bn. We've built a highly qualified, global team of finance and technology professionals and are backed by world-class investors, including ADQ, an investment company wholly owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi, and other prominent fintech investors.
We're building a financial technology business that works impeccably 24x365, creating thousands of jobs and providing high-quality access to finance for millions of Filipinos — and would love to have you join us on this journey.
About the role
As Salmon's Mail Management Officer, you'll own the operational backbone of Card Production and Delivery — from ordering and monitoring blank plastic stock to managing courier performance and resolving customer complaints. You'll work closely with the Mail Management Head and other stakeholders across Banking Operations to keep this function running accurately, on time, and audit-ready, while helping strengthen and document the processes behind it.
What you'll do
Run card production and delivery operations
- Order, pay for, and monitor blank plastic stock, and maintain inventory of blank plastics and personalized cards
- Tag initial card releases and redeliveries in the system, and monitor card delivery end to end
- Oversee destruction of spoiled blank plastics and aged cards
Manage vendor and courier performance
- Review delivery reports and escalate any non-compliance with the service provider's SLA
- Manage courier performance and conduct regular assessments
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to card delivery
Keep controls and compliance tight
- Ensure maker-checker controls are in place with proper segregation of duties, acting as checker or maker depending on the task
- Ensure approvals are within delegated authority and tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times
- Comply with BSP, AMLC, PDIC, and other applicable regulatory requirements, and adhere strictly to company policy and code of conduct
Drive process improvement and audit-readiness
- Review and update documented processes in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement while keeping controls in place
- Initiate projects that benefit the team and the company, and participate in UAT/UVT for systems that affect the team
- Identify and escalate issues promptly, proposing resolutions to your immediate supervisor
- Organize team files (soft and hard copy) in line with the record retention policy, and ensure audit-readiness in task execution
Support the wider team
- Collaborate and attend meetings with stakeholders, flagging areas of impact to the team
- Act as reliever for teammates on leave per the team's relief arrangement, without compromising segregation of duties
- Take part in cross-functional assignments within Banking Operations, and other tasks as assigned
What makes you a strong fit
- Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or a related business course
- 5+ years of experience in a banking institution
- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Card Production and Delivery
- Solid grasp of maker-checker controls and segregation of duties
- Working familiarity with BSP, AMLC, PDIC, and other relevant banking regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a track record of audit-ready documentation
What you're joining
You'll be part of Banking Operations at a company building a financial technology business meant to work impeccably 24x365 — creating jobs and high-quality access to finance for millions of Filipinos. Card Production and Delivery is a function where the gap between a smooth process and a compliance gap is your work, and where getting the controls right keeps the rest of the bank moving.
What you'll do: Build PoCs with the team, then take the proven ones to production or write the spec for the team that will run them. Solve real problems, finding the pain points, design the fix, ship it and prove the value.
