Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is migrating a Tier-1 US payments platform from a single AWS region to a multi-region architecture.
We're hiring multiple Database Engineers to implement the DynamoDB replication, failover, and operational tooling for this program. You'll work under the Principal Database Architect and partner with the client's data and SRE teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement and operate cross-region replication using Amazon DynamoDB Global Tables, ensuring reliable multi-region data replication, high availability, consistency, and disaster recovery.
- Codify everything in Terraform (or CDK).
- Build the observability layer for replication health: lag metrics, consistency checks, alarm thresholds, and runbook automation. Datadog is the primary observability stack; CloudWatch is the baseline.
- Author and execute failover and failback runbooks. Run game-days using AWS Fault Injection Service. Measure and report against RTO and RPO targets.
- Implement KMS cross-account replication, IAM service principals for replication roles, and the secrets and parameter strategy for region-local dependencies.
- Support data extraction from the monolith into microservices: build CDC pipelines (DMS, DynamoDB Streams, Kafka Connect, Debezium), validate data integrity, and own the cutover sequence for individual extractions.
- Pair with application engineers on connection-string abstraction, retry and idempotency patterns, and graceful degradation during region failover.
- Write design docs and runbooks the client team can take over after the engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED)
- 8+ years in production database engineering on AWS, with hands-on responsibility for at least one of: payments, banking, brokerage, or comparable financial-services workloads.
- Deep production experience with DynamoDB and at least two of: Aurora MySQL, Cassandra, ElastiCache (Redis or Valkey), DocumentDB, Neptune. Working knowledge of at least two more.
- Practical experience with cross-region replication in production using DynamoDB Global Tables: you've configured and operated multi-region DynamoDB deployments and handled failure scenarios such as replication conflicts, regional outages, replication delays, and consistency or version-skew issues.
- Strong Terraform (or CDK). You can build a multi-region module from scratch and explain the trade-offs.
- Comfort with CDC tooling (DMS, DDB Streams, Kafka Connect, or Debezium) and the operational gotchas (schema drift, ordering guarantees, replay).
- Linux, networking fundamentals (VPC, Transit Gateway, peering, DNS), and IAM / KMS proficiency.
- Solid written communication and ability to operate in a regulated client environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Cassandra multi-DC operations experience at scale (nodetool workflows, repair strategy, tombstone management, cross-region anti-entropy).
- AWS MSK or Kafka MirrorMaker 2 experience for cross-region event replication.
- Experience with Datadog Database Monitoring and custom CloudWatch metrics.
- AWS Database Specialty or Solutions Architect Associate / Professional certifications.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for a Product Owner to own the paying customer's experience after purchase.
We're not looking for a task manager. We're looking for someone who will own a part of the product end-to-end, from hypothesis to results.
Your mission
You'll own what happens after a user pays: getting every paying customer to a quality match as fast as possible.
This is not a classic subscription-retention role, and it's not SaaS onboarding. We need someone who knows how to increase the share of customers who reach the value moment, through better activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
What you'll work on
— Getting offer volume right: making sure customers see neither too many nor too few options
— Improving the relevance of recommendations and building trust in what we show
— Increasing relevant invites to paying customers
— Raising the probability that a new customer forms a quality match in their first week
— Designing mechanics that bring users back into conversations (e.g. gamification, nudges, reminders)
— Understanding which matching parameters matter most for different user segments, and using segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment of offers to improve results
The quality of free members' communication itself is outside this role. Your focus is activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
How you'll work
— Find bottlenecks and growth points in the post-purchase journey using data, research, and common sense
— Turn ideas into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics
— Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists to ship fast and efficiently
— Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines for smooth, predictable delivery
— Run experiments, analyze results and product metrics, then iterate and scale what works
Who we're looking for
A B2C product person with hands-on experience in:
— Customer experience and customer journey design, activation, onboarding, or the first-session experience
— Discovery-driven products with a large volume of offers or listings
— Search or feed relevance, matching, or recommendation systems
— Segmentation, personalization, and enriching offers with data
Relevant backgrounds
Marketplaces and aggregators, dating and social discovery, real estate and classifieds, e-commerce with large catalogs, or any product built around discovery, matching, recommendations, or personalization.
We expect from you
— You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
— You can drive delivery
— You know how to validate results and run A/B tests and other experiments
— You're comfortable with qualitative and quantitative product research
— You work well cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
— You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities
— You focus on results, not process
— You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
— You're comfortable with changing priorities
— You communicate clearly and directly
— You treat failures as learning, not setbacks

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don't. It's a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it's a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How We Use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn't make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Novakid is an online English school for kids. The Visitor Squad owns the funnel from first visit to paid lesson: landing pages, registration and booking, blog, and the visitor's personal account. We track two key metrics, visitor → lead and visitor → booking, and test almost everything we ship through experiments.
This is a backend-first role: about 70% backend (Python, some
Node.js
) and 30% frontend (React/TypeScript). You'll own the server side of the funnel: APIs behind registration, booking and the visitor account, attribution, and server-side integrations with ad platforms. When a feature needs frontend work, you'll take it end-to-end yourself. You'll work within the squad's processes: planning, grooming, code review, sprints and releases.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain Python services and APIs behind the funnel: registration, booking and the visitor account
Build and own server-side integrations with ad platforms (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API and similar): event delivery, deduplication, retries and monitoring
Own attribution on the backend: end-to-end visit tracking, UTM persistence, and diagnosing gaps in V2L/V2B data
Keep services fast and reliable: caching, query optimization, debugging server-side rendering in our
Node.js/Express
layer
Investigate production incidents through Sentry and see them through to resolution
Support A/B testing on the server side: feature flags, rollouts, and cleanup after experiments
Ship frontend changes in React/TypeScript when a feature needs it
Requirements
5+ years of production backend development in Python, including services you designed, shipped and supported in production yourself
Strong backend fundamentals: API design, relational databases and SQL, caching, background jobs, and integrating third-party APIs (auth, rate limits, retries, idempotency)
Production debugging experience: logs, error tracking, finding the root cause of an issue
Node.js
: comfortable reading and changing an Express service
Working frontend skills: enough TypeScript and React to deliver a feature end-to-end. Expert level not required.
An understanding of how tracking data travels from click to report, and the ability to find where it gets lost
Product mindset: you work with metrics and hypotheses, not just tickets
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Server-side conversion tracking (CAPI, Events API, server-side GTM)
BigQuery: checking your own hypotheses with data
CDN and edge caching (CloudFront or similar)
GDPR and consent mechanisms
E2E testing with Playwright or Cypress
Our Tech Stack
Python,
Node.js
, Express (SSR), TypeScript, React,
Next.js
, Sentry, GrowthBook, BigQuery.
What we offer
Fully remote work
A chance to shape the future of AI-driven education
A fun, dynamic team that loves building innovative products

We’re hiring a 6 month fixed term VP, Global Strategy & Operations to help accelerate Xero’s next phase of transformation and growth. This role is ideal for a high-horsepower operator and strategist who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and can turn complex problems into structured action.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across the business and lead a small team to drive strategic initiatives, operational execution, enterprise transformation programs, and planning rhythms that improve focus, alignment, and business performance.

In this role, you will:
- Own a key workstream within our enterprise transformation efforts – including operational improvements and AI-enabled workflow transformations – ensuring that design decisions thoughtfully connect business outcomes with the employee experience.
- Collaborate with senior leaders throughout the lifecycle of change initiatives, from shaping design principles and operational models to hands-on implementation and adoption.
- Partner with leaders to assess organisational health, identifying opportunities to refine structures, clarify accountability, streamline decision-making and improve cross-functional ways of working.
- Drive high-impact problem solving: structure ambiguous business issues, evaluate trade-offs, and develop data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Operate effectively in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly and leaders must balance short-term execution with long-term thinking.

We’re looking for a strategic operator who combines strong analytical thinking, with practical execution capability and mature judgement.
Required capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, AI enablement, or large-scale business change
- Significant experience in strategy, operations, transformation, consulting, business management, or related leadership roles within a global technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to design and lead complex cross-functional org design and transformational projects
- Highly logical and structured thinker and communicator: crisp framing, clear storylines, and strong prioritisation.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen; comfortable evaluating trade-offs, investments, operating performance, and business impact.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and align diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
- Ability to operate at both strategic altitude and execution depth — comfortable in executive discussions and close to the work where needed to drive outcomes.
- Combines strong strategic and analytical capability with operational rigor and a bias for action.
The leadership style that will win here
- High drive with calm execution: brings energy and urgency while creating clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Structured and pragmatic: balances strategic thinking with operational follow-through.
- Collaborative influencer: builds trust quickly and works effectively across teams without relying on hierarchy.
- Curious and adaptable: learns fast, asks thoughtful questions, and adjusts approach as the business evolves.
- Team-oriented leader: raises the bar for quality, execution, and partnership across the organization.
