Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing to deliver impactful product improvements.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions and move quickly.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for
IT Support & Operations Specialist
.
Your main tasks will be:
Run the infrastructure end-to-end: VPS, dedicated servers, virtual machines, VPN, MFA, firewall, remote access — plus the monitoring, logging, and backups that keep it honest.
Administer Google Workspace completely — accounts, groups, aliases, security policy, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and any migrations that come with it.
Own Slack, OpenAI, and every other SaaS platform we run — including version and system migrations when they happen.
Be the actual IT support for a distributed team — L1/L2 on Mac and Windows, onboarding and offboarding, remote laptop setup, device lifecycle.
Negotiate with vendors, manage procurement, and control payment on cloud resources, licenses, and invoices — the part most sysadmins never touch, but you will.
Show up occasionally when we run an offline "station" and physically set up the room — laptops, mics, sound.
We expect from you:
You've spent 5+ years as a sysadmin or in IT ops, and you've actually run Google Workspace top to bottom — including a domain migration, not just user management.
You know Slack, Confluence, Jira, and SSO/2FA (Okta, Google, Azure AD or similar) from hands-on use, not a course.
You've got working knowledge of at least one public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and the on-prem basics — DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewall.
You've built and tested backups, not just scheduled them, and you understand mail security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) well enough to fix it when it breaks.
You've dealt with vendors and procurement directly — contracts, invoices, renewals — this isn't a nice-to-have here, it's half the job.
Scripting (bash/Python/PowerShell) is a plus, not a requirement.
Your English and Russian are both solid enough — B1+ — to run a call with a vendor without a script.
What do we offer:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
to work full-time;
The
initial pay level
or
pay range
for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
Vacation
28 calendar days per year;
7 wellness days per year
(time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
Bonuses up to $5000
for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
50%
payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
Corporate discount for
English lessons;
Health benefits.
According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system:
receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The role & impact
As our Affiliates Manager, you’ll own the strategy and day-to-day management of Xero’s global affiliate channel, across both the Xero and Melio brands. You’ll look after publisher relationships end to end and shape campaigns that bring new customers to our websites, optimising them towards lifetime value and first-time payers. Working across Impact and PartnerStack, you’ll manage a multi-million dollar channel and be accountable for clear, measurable returns.
This is a rare chance to help build an affiliate channel that sets the standard for SaaS, at a global, publicly listed company. You’ll help us move from doing acquisition well to doing it at scale, building tools and workflows (many powered by AI) that make growth repeatable. You’ll be the person who can sit down with an engineer or applied scientist to work through tracking, attribution and incrementality, then turn those insights into plans that publishers, partners and stakeholders get behind.
The team & how they connect
You’ll join our affiliates team, part of Xero’s wider performance marketing function, working alongside a fellow Affiliates Manager in Sydney who specialises in publisher relationships. The two of you will share ownership of the channel, with your measurement and technical know-how complementing their partner expertise. You’ll Make it together with product, data science, engineering, brand and our external affiliate agency to bring every campaign to life.
Initially, the role will focus on
➔ Getting hands-on with our affiliate platforms, Impact for Xero and PartnerStack for Melio, and the tracking and reporting behind them.
➔ Reviewing performance and attribution data across both programmes, and closing any tracking gaps quickly.
➔ Growing and nurturing high-quality publisher partnerships across our core markets of Australia, the UK and the US.
➔ Shaping the channel’s roadmap, including AI-powered tools and automation that help us scale acquisition.
Where and how you can work
This role can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, near one of our offices. We work in a hybrid way, mixing time with your team in the office with time working from home, and our offices host regular boost days that make catching up in person easy.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
➔ You’ll bring hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale, whether from an affiliate network, platform, agency or the client side.
➔ Experience running programmes on platforms such as Impact or PartnerStack, from partner recruitment through to optimisation and reporting, is something you bring.
➔ A strong grasp of tracking, attribution, measurement and incrementality means you enjoy getting into the detail with engineers and data scientists.
➔ Building trusted relationships comes naturally to you, from publishers and partners to technical and business stakeholders.
➔ Owning budgets and commercial targets feels familiar, and you can turn data into clear insights that show the value of the channel.
➔ Curiosity about AI is part of how you work, and you Make it happen by finding, testing and rolling out new tools that help the channel scale.
Apply even if your experience isn’t a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
