About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Dashboard, the team helping customers get more value from the WorkOS suite and helping WorkOS grow as a business. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would.
You’ll lead engineers working across customer onboarding and growth, billing and monetization, and AI assistance in the WorkOS dashboard. The team’s work connects the customer journey from signup and integration through production and expansion. You’ll partner closely with design, go-to-market, finance, and other engineering teams to make that journey simpler and more effective.
This role offers meaningful autonomy to shape what we build and why. It’s a great fit for a strong product thinker who enjoys working closely with product managers and taking the lead on product decisions when the opportunity calls for it. You’ll have room to identify customer problems, propose new directions, and carry ideas from discovery through launch, with ownership of the outcomes. If you’re excited by the chance to combine engineering leadership with product judgment, there’s a lot to build here.
You’ll also drive technical strategy, empower your team to execute on projects with a direct impact on customer success and the business, and play a pivotal role in scaling the team and recruiting exceptional engineers.
WHAT YOUR TEAM WILL BUILD
- Growth and onboarding: help developers move from signing up to integrating and running WorkOS in production. Improve onboarding and next steps, and work with go-to-market teams on timely outreach informed by product signals.
- Billing and monetization: build annual-credit capabilities, make billing more reliable and automated, and give customers clearer pricing, usage, and credit information in the dashboard.
- AI assistance for developers: bring the Dashboard Agent, WorkOS MCP server, Ask WorkOS, and Support Bot into a coordinated experience, with shared retrieval, evaluations, and quality standards. Help developers get useful, consistent answers and make progress with WorkOS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a high-velocity team that ships product fast and with polish across growth, monetization, and developer assistance.
- Be deeply technical and hands-on: read the PRs, write prototypes, and work with technical leads on architecture and project scope.
- Shape the roadmap in close partnership with product managers, design, go-to-market, finance, and engineering. Bring your own product perspective, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions directly where needed—from defining the problem and choosing an approach to measuring the outcome.
- Help the team improve the customer journey from signup to production and expansion, using product signals and customer feedback to choose what to build next.
- Balance rapid product iteration with the reliability and correctness customers need from billing and the quality they expect from AI assistance.
- Push for clarity, focus, and high energy in every sprint. Drive urgency without burning people out.
- Spend time with customers and engineers alike—digging into pain points, testing assumptions, and improving the craft.
- Coach, mentor, and grow a team of curious, driven engineers through direct feedback, clear goals, and meaningful ownership.
- Partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of having successfully led product-focused engineering teams in high-performing organizations that shipped real impact.
- You've written code at a high level, and you still love to get your hands dirty. You view leadership as an amplifier, not a step back.
- Bias for action and scrappiness: You don’t over-optimize for process. You optimize for velocity, customer value, and learning.
- You deeply care about the developer experience. You think about UX, APIs, performance, edge cases, and joy.
- You ask "why" obsessively, and you push yourself (and your team) to learn constantly.
- You build trust, give direct feedback, and create space for engineers to thrive.
- You have experience partnering with internal recruiting teams to drive effective and fair hiring processes. You realize that recruiting is a large and important part of your role, and have a track record of recruiting, hiring, and mentoring top engineering talent.
- You’re a strong product thinker who connects customer needs, technical possibilities, and business outcomes. You collaborate well with product managers and are comfortable driving product decisions yourself, using customer insight and evidence to make tradeoffs and build alignment.
Experience with onboarding and growth, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products is especially relevant. You do not need prior experience in all three areas.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is building the connected AI workspace where teams and agents think together, bringing knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into one place. Joining Corporate Accounting means helping build the financial foundation for a business shaping how work gets done in the AI era.
As a Senior Accountant on Corporate Accounting, you’ll own key areas of general ledger accounting and the month-end close, helping ensure accurate, timely reporting. You’ll partner closely with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to explain fluctuations, surface issues, and support accurate reporting at Notion’s scale.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own assigned areas across monthly, quarterly, and annual close: Prepare accurate journal entries and adjustments with clear supporting documentation, and complete close work on time.
- By your 90th day, independently manage your assigned close areas, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve outstanding items with a clear rhythm for identifying and escalating issues.
- By your 90th day, analyze financial results and explain variance drivers in management reporting, partnering with FP&A and other stakeholders to make the numbers clear and actionable.
- By your 90th day, use AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline analysis, reconciliations, and recurring workflows—freeing time for higher-judgment accounting work.
- By the end of your first year, strengthen controls and accounting processes across your areas, supporting accurate financial statements.
- By the end of your first year, drive scalable improvements across Corporate Accounting, collaborating with FP&A, AP, Legal, and other teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting, applied to produce accurate and well-supported accounting outcomes.
- Progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years with hands-on ownership of month-end close processes.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and an active, practical approach to using AI and automation to streamline accounting workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including explaining fluctuations and their business drivers.
- Ownership, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset: you look for ways to make the work more accurate, scalable, and easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We are hiring a
General Counsel
, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role leads Canonical’s global Legal and Compliance function.
This is a unique opportunity for an
exceptional and commercially-minded senior lawyer
to lead the legal and compliance function of a profitable, fast-growing technology company that is privately held with the intention to list on a public exchange. We’re looking for someone with genuine fluency in the software industry and in open source dynamics, who can translate that insight into clear positions on licensing, commercial contracts and risk, and hands-on execution.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will
own Canonical's legal, regulatory and governance posture
and lead a distributed team across EMEA and the Americas. Your primary challenge will be to continue building both the team and the architecture: a management layer across two regions, and the governance, contracting and controls a public company needs, in an environment that regularly does things the industry has not done before. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams on licensing and IP questions, with the security function on customer assurance, and you will advise the Board and its committees directly.
In our selection process, we
prioritize intellect and judgement
alongside depth of practice. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background, an active licence to practice, and demonstrable exposure to a multilayered global operational environment.
Location:
This role will be based remotely in EMEA time zones.
The role entails
Leading the global Legal and Compliance function: setting it's structure, standards and priorities across EMEA and the Americas.
Building and managing a management capability: hire and develop managers, set objectives, review performance against a clear bar, and address under-performance directly.
Setting the operating cadence of the function: intake and prioritization of legal work, service expectations with internal clients, and reporting on workload and risk to the leadership team.
Owning public-market readiness on the legal side: corporate governance, group and entity structure, delegated authority, policies, disclosure controls and records, in partnership with Finance.
Advising the CEO, COO, CFO and the Board, and supporting in Board and committee meetings.
Owning the commercial contracting framework: standard templates, negotiating positions, and a deviation and escalation process that makes commitments visible before they are signed.
Leading intellectual property and open source licensing strategy, including copyleft, trademark and the terms on which Ubuntu and our products are distributed.
Owning the global compliance programme: data protection and privacy, export controls and trade compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, competition and AI regulation.
Managing litigation, disputes and regulatory engagement, together with the external counsel panel, its budget and its quality.
Advising on M&A, partnerships, strategic alliances and financing as the company grows.
What we are looking for in you
An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
A degree in law, or equivalent, and an active licence to practice in an EMEA or Americas jurisdiction.
Substantial senior in-house experience in a global technology or software business.
Proven experience leading a distributed legal team, including managing managers across regions and time zones.
A track record of setting and holding a high performance bar: hiring well, developing people, and dealing with under performance directly rather than waiting it out.
Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function, including deciding what is retained, delegated and sent to external counsel.
Technology related experience of:
negotiating and owning commercial technology contracts, including enterprise software and subscriptions, channel and reseller agreements, hardware manufacturer agreements, cloud and services
advising on open source licensing, including permissive and copyleft licences, and familiarity with how open source communities operate.
Experience of, or demonstrable readiness for, public company governance: listing preparation, board and committee support, disclosure and controls.
Depth in at least two of: data protection and privacy, IP and trademark, export controls and trade, competition, or disputes.
Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, hold colleagues accountable, and share ideas without hesitation.
Professional written and spoken English with excellent drafting and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
International travel two to four times a year for company events up to two weeks long.
Nice-to-have skills
Experience taking a company through an IPO, or practicing as counsel inside a listed company.
A technical or engineering background, or fluency in how software is built and shipped.
Experience of a subscription or recurring-revenue business model.
Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function.
A qualification in more than one jurisdiction.

We consider geographical location, experience, and performance in shaping compensation worldwide. We revisit compensation annually (and more often for graduates and associates) to ensure we recognize outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus or commission. We provide all team members with additional benefits which reflect our values and ideals. We balance our programs to meet local needs and ensure fairness globally.
Distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person.
Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
Bi-annual compensation review.
Company recognition rewards.
40 days annual leave per annum, including public holidays and our All Company holiday periods.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
2-5 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful AI partnerships in the industry — Anthropic and AWS.
A world-class AI/ML team that can actually execute on what you sell.
Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Responsibilities: Conduct online product demos and meetings with SMB leads to present Keepgo’s B2B solutions and drive deal closures. Communicate with leads through multiple channels, including emails, whatsapp, and online meetings, until successful closure.

As Legal Administrator, you will keep our regional legal operations running smoothly: managing contracts and signatures, corporate entity records, KYC/KYB requests, external counsel coordination and legal document logistics across multiple jurisdictions. You will work with global and regional legal leads, internal stakeholders and external partners across entities and time zones.
The role suits experienced paralegals, legal assistants (asistentes jurídicos), corporate secretarial and legal operations professionals, and executive or administrative assistants with legal exposure.
What You Will Do
Documentation & Data Hygiene
Template and Contract Management:
Maintain, update and organize standard regional legal templates and demand letters in designated folders and within the agreement management system.
Signature Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of legal documents, including active tracking, obtaining signatures and rigorous follow-ups with internal and external signatories.
Information Management:
Manage digital filing systems and shared directories, performing periodic audits to ensure strict data hygiene and consistent naming conventions.
Entity Data Maintenance:
Keep a master record of corporate entities (jurisdictions, directors, registered addresses, filing deadlines) up to date.
KYC, Finance, Billing & Vendor Support
Bank and Regulatory KYC/KYB Support:
Support the KYC/KYB processes required by banks and regulatory authorities for the group's own companies, including gathering and submitting corporate documentation (certificates of incorporation, UBO information, director details, proof of address, etc.) and coordinating with internal stakeholders to respond to bank and regulator requests.
PO and Invoice Management:
Handle the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process within internal ERP systems, validating invoices against engagement letters and following up on outstanding payments or billing discrepancies.
External Counsel Liaison:
Act as the primary operational point of contact for external law firms on invoicing, billing updates, conflict checks and routine document follow-ups.
Certificate Requests:
Handle routine requests from clients and vendors for certificates of good standing, insurance certificates and similar documents.
Operations, Logistics & Governance
Legalization and Logistics:
Coordinate specialized legal document processes, including public notarization, apostille certifications and secure regional courier logistics.
Regulatory Status Tracking:
Liaise with local and regional corporate registries and regulatory authorities to monitor application statuses, filing updates and compliance requirements.
Contract Repository Reporting:
Produce periodic reports on contract status, KYC completion rates and outstanding signatures for global leads, and obtain those outstanding signatures directly.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience; experience in a law firm, in-house legal or corporate administration, or in an executive or administrative support role is a plus.
A highly organized, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation across multiple jurisdictions without anything slipping through the cracks.
Proficient English, both written and verbal (essential); additional languages relevant to the regions covered are a plus.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, managing competing priorities across multiple entities, time zones and stakeholders.
A proactive, self-starting mindset: you chase outstanding items and flag issues before they become problems, without needing to be prompted.
A genuine interest in administrative, operational and process-oriented legal work, with a clear wish to build and grow in this type of role over the long term.
Why Join Aleph
Real impact:
You become the operational backbone of the legal function, keeping contracts, signatures, entity records and bank KYC/KYB requests moving across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Room to grow:
This is a long-term path into legal operations, a discipline that is growing quickly in Spain, with direct exposure to global legal leads, ERP processes and external law firms.
A collaborative team:
You will work with colleagues and stakeholders across regions and time zones, in a role that rewards ownership, initiative and clear communication.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 33,000.
