_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to set the technical direction for key parts of our AI Developer Tools team. You will work at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering, building the AI-powered tools and the platform that let teams across Docker prototype, deploy, and scale their own AI developer tools.
As a Staff Engineer you will own the technical design and delivery for two areas:
- AI-Powered Developer Tools. Design and build AI agents and tools that accelerate developer productivity, surface observability insights, and automate operational reviews. You will help teams adopt an AI-native way of working and speed up adoption of tools such as Claude Code and Codex. Examples include AI-powered code review and refactoring assistants, automated test generators and local environment setup tools, deployment pipeline diagnostic agents, and agents that simplify on-call work during incidents.
- Self-Service AI Developer Tools Platform. Design and build the platform infrastructure that lets product and platform teams across Docker unblock themselves by prototyping, building, and deploying their own AI developer tools. You will set the patterns and standards that let teams experiment, iterate quickly, and graduate successful prototypes into production-ready services.
You will report to the Senior Manager, AI Developer Tools, and work closely with the team's Principal engineers, engineering leadership, product engineering teams, and platform teams across Docker.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT WOULD MAKE SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
You are a hands-on technical leader who works well at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering. You have shipped production systems built on LLMs and AI agents, and you can explain what worked and what did not. You think in platforms: you design something once so that several teams can move faster. You have clear opinions about what makes a developer tool good, and sound judgment about when to build, when to integrate, and when not to do either. You are comfortable in a fast-moving AI landscape and balance technical quality with shipping iteratively. Before you design, you ask about scale, users, and constraints rather than assuming them. You lead through influence and mentorship, and the engineers around you get better because you are on the team.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP AND ARCHITECTURE
- Set technical direction and own the architecture for AI-powered developer tools and the self-service platform within the team's roadmap
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements, plans, and staged decisions. Ask about scale, users, and constraints before designing, and write down your assumptions

- Design integrations between AI developer tools and existing developer infrastructure such as CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, and deployment systems
- Take part in the team's on-call rotation and use what you learn to improve alerts, runbooks, and tooling
STRATEGIC IMPACT AND INNOVATION
- Evaluate emerging AI/LLM technologies, developer tooling trends, and agent frameworks, and recommend what Docker should adopt and what it should not build
- Define how we measure AI tool effectiveness, including adoption, productivity gains, and developer satisfaction
- Improve AI tool performance, cost efficiency, and developer experience through architectural improvements
- Contribute to the technical approach for hardening proven internal tools so other teams across Docker can adopt them
- Lead cross-team technical delivery, surface risks early, and work with Infrastructure, Security, and Data on shared standards
LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP
- Mentor senior engineers on AI/LLM integration patterns, agent development, and platform engineering practices
- Lead design reviews and raise the quality of design and code reviews across the team
- Create reusable patterns, documentation, and architectural decision records (ADRs) that other engineers build on
- Help the team turn good individual AI-assisted engineering practice into shared workflows and controls
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

- Work with the Senior Manager to agree on initial technical priorities
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Lead the technical framing and delivery plan for one significant problem, from requirements through to production
- Document the architecture, technology choices, and integration patterns for that work, including ADRs
- Ship a production AI developer tool that sets patterns the team can reuse (for example an AI-powered code review agent, a deployment diagnostic agent, or an on-call assistant)
- Contribute to the technical foundations of the self-service platform: deployment pipeline, observability integration, security controls, and cost management
- Lead design reviews for your area of the roadmap and begin mentoring other engineers
- Take part in the on-call rotation
FIRST YEAR OUTLOOK
- Be the trusted technical lead for your area of AI Developer Tools, and a sought-after partner for teams across Docker
- Deliver at least one material outcome that spans multiple teams or systems
- Have multiple production AI tools demonstrating value across Docker's engineering organization
- Help build a self-service platform that lets multiple teams build, deploy, and operate their own AI tools with little friction
- Define and instrument how the team measures AI tool adoption, effectiveness, and developer productivity impact
- Grow other senior engineers into broader ownership, and reduce the number of decisions that depend on a small set of people

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. This is a rare opportunity to define the government GTM motion from the ground up - shaping how federal, state, and public sector organizations adopt voice and conversational AI. You’ll work directly with the founders, product, and the broader revenue team to identify high impact use cases across government agencies and regulated environments, build the pipeline, and close strategic deals. Success in this role means combining deep public sector expertise with a builder mindset: establishing our presence in the market while helping shape the long-term strategy for the government vertical.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities where voice and agents can transform government services, citizen engagement, and internal workflows.
- Develop and execute account strategies across key agencies and departments.
- Navigate complex procurement processes, compliance requirements, and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
- Build trusted relationships with senior public sector leaders, procurement officials, and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions that meet government requirements (security, compliance, deployment models).
- Partner with Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementation and long-term expansion.
- Represent ElevenLabs at government events, industry conferences, and strategic briefings.
- Help define the long-term public sector strategy and vertical playbook as we scale the business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector organizations.
- Have successfully closed complex deals within federal, state, or regulated environments.
- Are comfortable navigating government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles.
- Have experience building a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages.
- Possess strong executive presence and can engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
- Are passionate about how AI and emerging technologies can modernize government services.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you operate both strategically and tactically.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Financial Services: the banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, and wealth managers people trust with their money, their families, and their futures. These institutions win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere. Their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type, whether they’re checking a balance, disputing a charge, filing a claim, or asking about a loan.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to institutions reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the financial services industry.
- Be able to balance a diverse pipeline of large financial institutions who require white glove experience with medium sized regional clients who require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows. Our public use cases include account inquiries, payment support, fraud triage, loan origination, claims processing, collections, and compliance verification. Others include caller verification, onboarding, policy servicing and renewals, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in AI governance and model risk
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, Technology, and Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through model-risk, security, and architecture review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Financial Services positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Financial services experience (banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, payments) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close

- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, model risk, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals

Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
The Opportunity
OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com and storia.ro). This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.
You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.
You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.
This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries.
What You'll Do
Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution.
Build with AI as a daily lever - prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery and experimentation.
Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit fast, with minimal bureaucracy.
Present and defend your concepts to senior stakeholders - building alignment through evidence and conviction.
Navigate a matrixed organisation: identify opportunities to move quickly, build coalitions, and drive progress without waiting for perfect alignment.
Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one - not just optimising what exists.
AI native - you build with AI in your personal and professional life.
Entrepreneurial DNA - uncomfortable with "business as usual," driven to create new value.
Fast and execution-driven - moves at pace, ships quickly, and creates momentum rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
High product craft - rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, data-driven decision-making.
Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment.
Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight.
Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles.

You bring years of hands-on buying experience, but here you no longer run budgets yourself: you take that expertise into client deals. You gather everything we need to show the client, on their own data, what the agent will change in their numbers, then present it.

ABOUT THE TEAM
We are looking to hire for our Applied Engineering function.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a hands-on Tech Lead who bridges high-level team leadership with active technical contribution. This is a 50/50 hybrid role designed for an engineering leader who still loves writing code, diving into architecture, and building alongside their team.
You will spend about half your time managing team dynamics, execution, and delivery, and the other half staying close to the codebase, contributing directly, conducting technical reviews, and helping navigate complex architectural trade-offs. If you are a former founder, entrepreneur, or seasoned Tech Lead who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering and people leadership, this role is built for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Balance Hands-On Coding & Leadership: Maintain an active coding presence (roughly 50% of your time), driving features, reviewing PRs, and staying embedded in day-to-day technical delivery.
- Lead & Mentor Engineers: Coach and support a high-calibre team of ~9 engineers, fostering a healthy, high-trust environment focused on growth and delivery excellence.
- Drive Architecture & System Design: Work closely with senior engineers and architects to design scalable Web3 systems, weigh trade-offs, and solve complex technical bottlenecks.
- Delivery & Project Execution: Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and execution across complex technical workstreams in a distributed environment.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate deep technical concepts into pragmatic delivery timelines for key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Team Operations & Hiring: Support technical hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement of team processes and engineering standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Hands-On Technical Depth: Strong background as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager with a proven ability to write production-level code and architect complex systems.
- Proven People Leadership: Experience managing or leading engineering teams, with a track record of supporting engineer growth, team culture, and delivery predictable execution.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage startup lead is highly desirable.
- Web3 / Systems Familiarity: Strong interest or background in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, distributed systems, or low-level systems programming (e.g., Rust, Substrate, Go, or C++).
- Pragmatic Delivery Skills: Strong ability to handle sprint management, dependency tracking, and cross-team communication without sacrificing technical rigor.
- Remote-First Collaboration: Excellent asynchronous communication skills, operating comfortably in European or closely aligned time zones.
