IT Engineer
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated, systems-oriented IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. This role combines hands-on IT operations and Tier 1–2 support with ownership of identity, access, endpoint management, and employee lifecycle workflows.
You will work closely with the IT Operations Engineer and Security team to operate and continuously improve a modern, SaaS-first, highly automated IT environment. This is a junior but high-impact role designed for someone who wants to grow into identity-driven, automation-focused IT.
Responsibilities
Identity, Access & SaaS Operations
Support day-to-day administration of IAM platforms such as Okta (or similar IdPs), including user lifecycle workflows, access provisioning, group management, and MFA.
Assist with SSO and SCIM integrations between IAM systems and SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other internal tools.
Help enforce least-privilege access principles and support periodic access reviews and audits.
Execute secure and timely access provisioning and deprovisioning aligned with documented lifecycle processes.
Endpoint & Device Management
Support macOS endpoint management using Addigy, Iru, or similar platforms.
Assist with device enrollment, compliance monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle workflows.
Coordinate device preparation, shipping, replacements, and secure device recovery for offboarding employees.

Employee Lifecycle & Automation
Execute and coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including:
Account provisioning and access configuration
Device setup and logistics
Role-based access enforcement
Secure deactivation and asset recovery
Assist in building and maintaining low-code / no-code automations (e.g., Okta Workflows) to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
Ensure lifecycle processes are documented, repeatable, and auditable.
Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Tier 1 & 2 IT Support
Provide day-to-day IT support across identity, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS endpoints.
Serve as an escalation point for more complex access, integration, or device issues.
Perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis rather than applying temporary fixes.
Identify recurring operational problems and contribute to durable, system-level improvements.
Vendor Lifecycle & IT Operations
Support vendor onboarding, evaluation, and renewals.
Assist with SaaS access reviews and vendor offboarding.
Help maintain visibility into vendor usage, contracts, and lifecycle status.
Contribute to improving procurement and asset tracking processes.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles.
Experience providing Tier 1–2 IT support in a SaaS-heavy environment.
Solid understanding of identity and access management fundamentals, including SSO, SCIM, MFA, and RBAC.
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience supporting macOS environments or strong endpoint fundamentals.
Comfort working in a terminal / CLI environment appropriate to experience level.
Ability to read and modify scripts written in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Backgrounds in Microsoft-centric environments (O365, Azure AD, Intune) are welcome, provided there is comfort learning Okta and SaaS-first tooling.
Nice to haves
Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Addigy, JAMF, Iru, or Intune.
Experience building or maintaining low-code / no-code automations (e.g., Okta Workflows).
Exposure to SaaS-first, identity-driven IT architectures.
Familiarity with vendor management, procurement workflows, or asset lifecycle tracking.
Interest in identity governance, security-adjacent work, or enterprise automation.
Relevant certifications (Okta certifications, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Google Workspace, Microsoft certifications).

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Enterprise Transformation owns Kraken's internal AI platform. AI tooling is deployed at scale across the org. Tiered spend controls are live, a governed integration gateway is in production, and a system inventory is being built against real regulatory obligations. The next constraint is not access. It's capability. The frontier moves every few weeks, and most of what arrives is a protocol, API, or primitive that someone has to turn into something the rest of the company can safely use.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook. Identify capability gaps between what's possible and what the organization can safely use, then close them by evaluating vendors or building internally.
- Own the governed integration gateway as an engineering surface. You'll handle connector onboarding, authentication flows including OAuth and federated identity, reliability, and vendor escalation when things break.
- Build internal tooling that extends the platform. Think agent scaffolding, reusable skills and prompt assets, evaluation harnesses for model changes, provisioning automation, and integrations between AI tooling and your systems of record.
- Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate. Set caps by role and tier, build alerting rules, manage exception queues, run monthly reconciliation against vendor commitments, and eliminate the current single author risk in cap automation.
- Implement the technical controls behind policy on data handling, retention, and model eligibility. This means identity integration, SSO and SCIM, entitlement by role and tier, and workspace configuration where retention terms differ by model class.
- Work directly with teams to unblock them. Sit with them, understand the workflow, build or configure the thing that enables them to get real leverage from the tools.
- Run technical enablement. Deep dives for tool rollouts, office hours for model releases, and authority over the engineering detail in knowledge base material.
- Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end. Model turn ups, feature enablement, deprecation, provisioning queue, vendor configurations, and seat true ups.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Enterprise SaaS administration at 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform.
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship working software, not just configure vendor products. Python or a comparable language should be natural to you. Version control, CI, containers, and secrets management are everyday tools.
- Experience integrating against LLM and SaaS APIs with working familiarity of agent and tool use patterns, including MCP or equivalent tool calling architectures.
- Working knowledge of identity and access. Okta or an equivalent IdP, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity are things you've worked with.
- Operational discipline. You understand intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, and the instinct to document a fix the first time you make it.
- Genuine teaching ability. You can explain a technical capability three different ways on the same day to compliance, traders, and backend engineers.
- Clear written communication for technical documentation, runbooks, and policy pages.
- Judgment about what to build. You can tell the difference between a capability the organization actually needs and a demo that will be abandoned in a month.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience standing up an internal developer or AI platform, including the self service and guardrail layers.
- Exposure to FinOps or software asset management practice.
- Experience with low code or workflow automation platforms.
- Atlassian administration depth in Jira, Confluence, or JSM.
- Familiarity with regulated industry audit and evidence work in financial services.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions.
React, Next.js, TypeScript.
— Redux Toolkit (плюс — RTK Query), HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS.
— REST API, SSR, серверный Node.js.
— Server-Sent Events (SSE): механика стриминга, обработка событий, реконнекты, graceful degradation.
— Unit-тесты (Jest / React Testing Library), код-ревью, GitFlow.
— SOLID, DRY, KISS —
Bell Integrator.
— Конкурентная заработная плата (по итогам собеседования).
— Аккредитованная ИТ-компания.
— Формат работы: Москва офис (м. Кутузовская), после испытательного срока возможен гибрид.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer who operates across the full picture - someone who deeply understands how great web interfaces are built and how they perform, works autonomously, and translates that knowledge into exceptional web products and design systems.
Financial products are complex. Our users range from first-timers to power users, and the challenge of making that experience clear, fast, and trustworthy is one we take seriously. At this level, you're not just executing - you're bringing product intuition to the work, identifying where things break down, and making calls that shape the direction of what we build.
How you can make an impact:
Work autonomously across our web products, building high-quality UI with a strong point of view on how it should feel, function, and perform
Own and evolve complex, reusable components within the Aave design system - setting the standard for quality and consistency
Set the bar for frontend performance, from data loading, fetching and caching patterns through to server rendering and streaming
Bring product-level thinking to everything you work on - understanding user needs, business context, and technical constraints, whilst balancing them well
Collaborate with our talented designers, engineers, and product leads to bring clarity to ambiguous problems
Help raise the bar for the team through the quality of your work and the way you approach problems
Let's connect if you have:
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS and system design and architecture
Deep experience with frontend performance engineering - measuring it, diagnosing it, and fixing it
Strong command of Next.js patterns for data loading, fetching and caching, and experience handling server rendering and streaming data to the frontend
Deep experience with component-driven design systems and component design patterns, and building for consistency at scale
The product sense to work without a detailed brief - you can identify what needs to be solved, not just how to solve it
A demonstrated ability to take complex UX problems - information-dense interfaces, multi-step flows, edge cases - and make them feel resolved and clear
Nice to haves:
An understanding of backend data handling
A feel for animation best practices when data is updating, and how that plays out in re-renders across a UI

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

We Before Me
,

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
OKX is going all-in on AI-native localisation. The field has long been stuck on one trade-off: you can have translation quality, or you can have scale, but not both. And the real question was never "is this translation accurate?" — it's "can the user actually understand it and get through the flow?"
Web3 is the hardest place to solve this. The vocabulary reinvents itself constantly, with new tech jargon, protocol names and memes appearing every week. It sits next to dense, high-stakes trading terminology, where a single mistranslated word can mislead a user or move money. And every market has its own fast-moving regulations, so the "right" translation is a moving target that must stay compliant across jurisdictions in real time. If you want a localisation problem that is genuinely unsolved — high ambiguity, high stakes, high velocity — this is it.
We're going to break the trade-off with agents. You will own the 0-1 build and launch of two things:
A frontier
agentic translation system
that localises every market (20+ languages) with a human-in-the-loop mechanism.
A self-improving
agentic QA product
that autonomously evaluates translation and end-to-end localisation quality, flags its own failures, and closes the loop.
This is a build-the-frontier role, not a manage-the-vendor role.
This role does not require a linguistics or translation background, multilingual ability, or algorithm engineering skills. We're looking for a PM leader who can build a frontier agentic translation and QA system from 0 to 1 — and make the whole organisation share responsibility for localisation quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead a squad of product managers and developers, and work hand-in-hand with language managers, to ship the translation and QA systems into production. You set the product direction and quality bar; your PMs and engineers build the agents, harness and evals; and the language managers ground the system in what "good" actually means in each market. Your job is to make these three groups operate as one team — and to make localisation quality something the whole organisation owns, not just the language team.
Own the agentic translation system
Architect and ship it end to end, from 0 to 1, across all markets and 20+ languages — where models carry the work and humans set the standard and make the final call. Break the cost curve: hold quality flat while coverage scales across languages, content and release velocity, so cost stops growing linearly with the business. Make the system interoperate cleanly with OKX's existing localisation stack and content pipelines, rather than living as an island.
Build the agentic QA and quality automation
Stand up an autonomous QA agent that evaluates translation and localisation quality at scale — catching regressions before release, monitoring in production, and self-verifying every fix, using LLM-as-a-judge and eval harnesses rather than manual review. Evaluate not just accuracy and fluency but cultural fit, bias and safety — especially on regulated and financial content, where a wrong or non-compliant phrasing is a real risk. Make quality measurable: define and drive a hard quality signal — human-acceptance rate, or the edit effort needed to reach shippable quality (e.g. Translation Time-to-Edit) — so quality is a metric the system optimises against, not a subjective call. And protect the funnel: conversion on key user journeys should never be adversely affected by language or localisation issues.
Make it self-improving
Drive a sustained reduction in severe and recurring production issues — every escape becomes a new guardrail, and the system gets smarter with every release.
What We Look For In You
PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1, beyond translation.
Proven ability to ship genuinely novel products at the edge of LLM capabilities—and repeat that success here.
Accountable for business outcomes and measured on business metrics, not delivery volume.
Deep hands-on experience building large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems from 0 to 1.
Experience with harness/orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
Has built quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous-system launches.
International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.
Nice to Haves
Built an agentic system from scratch
Shipped agentic / LLM applications in production
Finance, payments or another highly regulated industry.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Teams do their best work when they’re aligned, and alignment depends on shared context. Today, the context that matters most to a team is scattered across a dozen tools: tickets in Jira and Linear, specs in Confluence and Google Docs, decisions buried in meeting notes, threads in Slack and Teams. Every new conversation starts with someone hunting it down.
We’re changing that. The Integrated Workflows team is building the layer that brings a team’s real working context into Mural, so people (and the AI working alongside them) can align on shared knowledge and design the workflows they need. When this works, a person opens a canvas and the project, the open work, the last three meetings, and the doc everyone keeps referencing are already there. No team should have to start from a blank canvas. That’s the problem we’re solving, and we’re early enough that the person in this seat will shape how it’s done.
YOUR MISSION
This isn’t connector maintenance. You’ll be defining how an AI-native product reaches into the outside world: what context to pull, how to represent it so models can reason over it, how to respect permissions and privacy across systems that each model them differently, and how to make all of that feel effortless to the end user. Few teams anywhere are working at this intersection of AI, integrations, and collaborative product design.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build connectors, including MCP-based connectors, that bring context from systems of record, docs and wikis (Confluence, Google Docs, Notion, and others), meeting notes, and communication tools into the Mural canvas
- Shape how that context is modeled, normalized, and made useful to users, so the canvas becomes a live picture of how a team works rather than a snapshot of one meeting
- Bridge product and engineering: translate messy realities (different auth models, data shapes, rate limits, permission systems, partner review processes) into a product experience that just works
- Build the integration platform, the shared frameworks, services, and patterns that let any team at Mural ship connected, context-aware experiences without starting from scratch
- Own the security and trust posture of everything crossing our system boundary, including permissions, data handling, and graceful behavior when an upstream service misbehaves
- Maintain and evolve our public API with the backwards-compatibility discipline a published interface demands
- Lead projects end to end, from research and prototyping through release and iteration, with a bias toward getting value into customers’ hands quickly
- Use AI tools as a core part of how you build, and help the team get better at it
- Mentor colleagues, contribute to technical design, and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and documentation
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A product mindset: you care about why something is being built and who it’s for, not just how
- 5+ years building and shipping production software at scale, with fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js (React and Python are a plus)
- Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs and platforms: OAuth and token lifecycle, webhooks, rate limiting and backoff, pagination, versioning, and degrading gracefully when things fail
- Genuine curiosity about AI-driven products and development practices, and a willingness to experiment
- A track record of designing scalable, reliable systems and delivering them iteratively
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading technical discussions and navigating trade-offs
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or interest in learning it
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Office add-ins) or shipping through a partner marketplace or app review process
- Experience designing or maintaining a public developer API
- Background in high-growth or startup environments
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We're looking for a Principal iOS Engineer to lead the iOS engineering team and shape the architecture of Aave App. You'll combine hands-on technical depth with day-to-day team leadership to deliver a secure, intuitive consumer savings experience built on blockchain infrastructure.
This role owns the technical direction for iOS, from application architecture and engineering standards to wallet security, transaction flows, performance, and release quality. You'll turn product goals into a clear roadmap, guide engineers through complex decisions, and partner closely with design, product, backend, protocol, and security teams.
Production experience integrating blockchain functionality into an iOS application is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to lead decisions around wallets, private keys, transaction signing, RPC interaction, and onchain state.
How you can make an impact:
Own and evolve the technical architecture of Aave App on iOS, setting direction that supports rapid product development without compromising security or maintainability
Design and ship core blockchain functionality, including wallet creation and connectivity, key management, transaction construction and signing, gas estimation, RPC interaction, onchain reads, and account-abstraction flows
Lead the integration of onchain and offchain data across savings, funding, withdrawal, bridge, vault, portfolio, notification, and analytics experiences.
Set standards for application architecture, Swift and UIKit code quality, testing, observability, performance, release safety, and incident response
Remain hands-on in the codebase, particularly for foundational architecture, security-sensitive functionality, complex integrations, and critical production issues
Partner closely with design to deliver precise UI, refined interactions, accessibility, and a cohesive mobile design system
Coach and mentor iOS engineers, delegate meaningful ownership, provide clear technical and performance feedback, and contribute to hiring and team development
Let's connect if you have:
8+ years building production iOS applications, including experience operating at Principal, Lead, or equivalent level
Deep Swift and UIKit expertise, with a strong understanding of iOS architecture, concurrency, networking, navigation, application lifecycle, and native frameworks
Hands-on production experience integrating blockchain functionality into an iOS application, including wallets, private keys, transaction signing, RPCs, gas, and onchain transaction lifecycles
A track record of setting architectural direction for a complex consumer application
Experience leading engineers through ambiguous, high-impact work, raising quality through mentoring and review, and creating clear ownership across a team.

Our Platform and Core Engineering teams build the systems that make Kraken secure, resilient, and scalable. Their impact isn’t measured by customer-facing features, but by the strength, correctness, and leverage of the foundations they create. These teams power Kraken systems behind the scenes — enabling product teams to move fast while meeting the highest standards for reliability, compliance, and security.
Engineers design shared services, internal platforms, and critical infrastructure that support company-wide initiatives. They optimize for safety, scalability, observability, auditability, and operational excellence — often operating in regulated, security-sensitive, and risk-heavy environments where precision matters.
We’re looking for engineers with deep systems ownership and an architecture-first mindset — builders who take pride in long-lived services, thrive in complex environments, and are motivated by strengthening the backbone of the crypto ecosystem.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and implement robust Rust services and foundational libraries that power Kraken’s core infrastructure, prioritizing correctness, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Write reusable, testable, and highly efficient code built for scale, observability, and operational resilience in production environments.
- Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture, shaping low-latency, fault-tolerant services that support global trading and internal platforms.
- Work alongside hundreds of experienced Rust engineers, contributing to a high-bar engineering culture grounded in ownership, rigor, and craftsmanship.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and scaling shared systems, internal platforms, and supporting multiple product roadmaps
- Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
- Have a security-first mindset during system design to ensure robustness
- Demonstrate the ability to autonomously debug issues across the stack (OS, network, application)
- Apply a solid understanding of distributed systems and technologies, including RPC protocols, Kafka, and Event-Driven Systems, to design scalable solutions
- Collaborate effectively with product teams to gather requirements and constraints for designing appropriate systems
- Take complete end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries
Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

ClickHouse is hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Workplaces to build our workplace function from the ground up. This is a foundational role: there is no existing playbook to inherit, so you'll help design the policies, standards, and operating model that will support ClickHouse's workplace experience as we grow. You'll be responsible for a small but growing footprint of offices across multiple regions, and you'll need to balance our remote-first philosophy with the reality that in-person environments matter — for teams, culture, and moments that are hard to replicate over video.
This role reports to the Head of Procurement and will partner closely with People, IT, Security, Finance, and regional leaders. You should be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building something new rather than maintaining something established.
What You Will Do:
• Workplace Function Build-Out: Design and stand up ClickHouse's global workplace function from scratch, including policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes that can flex across regions and scale as we grow.
• Global Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for ClickHouse's small offices across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent standard of experience while adapting to local norms, labor requirements, and regulations.
• Remote-First, In-Person-Enabled Strategy: Develop a workplace strategy that reflects our remote-first culture while creating high-value in-person environments — team hubs, offsites, and gathering spaces— that strengthen collaboration and connection.
• New Office Setup & Space Planning: Lead site selection, buildout, and launch of new small offices as ClickHouse expands into new regions, in partnership with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
• Vendor & Facilities Management: Own vendor relationships across regions — broker, landlords, building management, facilities, food and beverage, and events — working closely with Procurement on sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance on space planning,
onboarding logistics, workplace technology, and headcount-driven capacity planning across regions.
• Budget Ownership: Own the global workplace budget, track spend across regions, and identify
opportunities to optimize cost without compromising the employee experience.
• Policy & Process Development: Create scalable, well-documented workplace policies — health and safety, visitor management, workplace security, and office access — adaptable across jurisdictions.
• Events & Team Connection: Support company gatherings that reinforce culture and connection across a distributed team.
• Point of Contact & Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and emergencies across regions and time zones, establishing clear escalation protocols.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations, ideally including experience building a workplace function or program from the ground up.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed organization with multiple small offices across regions, and an understanding of the operational and regulatory differences that come with that footprint.
• Genuine enthusiasm for remote-first ways of working, paired with an appreciation for why in-person environments matter to teams — and the judgment to know when and how to invest in each.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience, with comfort partnering closely with a Procurement function.
• Experience managing a budget, with a track record of finding operational efficiencies.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously in a role with significant ownership and limited existing infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the cultural fluency to work effectively across regions, time zones, and languages.
• Based in the Americas or EMEA, with the flexibility to travel to regional offices as needed.
Nice to Have:
• Experience negotiating international leases or managing office buildouts outside your home country.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and workplace compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience designing workplace programs specifically for hybrid or remote-first organizations (e.g., home office stipends, co-working allowances, hub-based gathering strategies).
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

The engineering team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Compliance Core builds and operates the platform that customers rely on to evaluate blockchain risk in real time and continuously monitor activity across billions of transfers. Our systems screen transfers and withdrawals, reassess exposure as new information arrives, aggregate risk at the user and organization level, and power datasets used by other teams and customers.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team and shape the next generation of this platform. You’ll help decide what to evolve, rebuild, or retire, and sequence those changes while keeping our systems reliable for every customer. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for the team’s growth, delivery, and operational health.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the platform’s modernization. Set technical direction with the team, make architectural trade-offs, and turn complex changes into incremental migrations with clear milestones and safe rollouts.
- Stay hands-on. Review code, write and challenge design documents, contribute prototypes or targeted fixes, and work directly with engineers to resolve difficult technical problems and production incidents.
- Build and develop the team. Hire exceptional engineers, set clear expectations, provide candid feedback, manage performance, and support career growth. Create an environment where people can challenge ideas, take ownership, and do their best work.
- Own delivery with your partners. Work with Product and upstream teams to turn customer needs and industry changes into an executable roadmap. Make priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs explicit, and follow through on commitments.
- Make production operations sustainable. Set standards for reliability, latency, throughput, and data correctness. Improve observability, testing, incident response, and on-call practices so the platform can scale
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Experience building and operating high-throughput, event-driven distributed systems
- Strong hands-on engineering judgment. You can work through implementation details, identify the real constraints in a design, and help the team make sound architectural decisions.
- Experience managing engineers, including coaching, performance management, and career development, with evidence of improving both team effectiveness and engineering quality.
- A track record of delivering complex technical initiatives across teams, breaking ambiguous problems into manageable steps, and balancing immediate customer needs with longer-term platform investment.
- A collaborative leadership style: you welcome challenges, explain your decisions, and help engineers develop the judgment and ownership to lead work themselves.
- Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, or eagerness to learn.
Nice to have:
- Experience modernizing or migrating critical production systems while maintaining service continuity.
- Familiarity with JVM services in production.
- Experience operating customer-facing systems with strict latency and availability requirements.
- Background in compliance, payments, fraud, or another regulated domain.
- Blockchain protocol knowledge.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. We’re ensuring we keep learning by committing to continually revisit and reevaluate our diversity culture.
We encourage applicants across any race, ethnicity, gender/gender expression, age, spirituality, ability, experience and more.
