ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
We build the products and infrastructure that millions of Canadians trust with their financial lives. Data & Engineering at Wealthsimple spans everything from the client-facing apps to the systems running underneath them — and we hold ourselves to a high bar on both. We move fast, but we build thoughtfully: quality, security, and scalability aren’t trade-offs here, they’re the standard.
The Production Engineering team sits within Platform Experience, on the boundary between Platform and Product. Our mandate is to raise reliability across Wealthsimple’s most critical flows — reducing incidents, helping service teams ship safely, and turning individual fixes into platform-wide improvements. We measure ourselves against two targets: 99.9% uptime on critical flows, and fewer than 1% of weekly active users experiencing errors in the app. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care deeply about craft, you’ll fit right in.
About the role
This is a new role — one that doesn’t yet exist at Wealthsimple — and it’s a meaningful one. As a Staff Software Developer on Production Engineering, you’ll bring senior technical leadership to the work of making Wealthsimple more reliable at scale. You’ll work across platform and product teams, identify the highest-leverage reliability problems, and build solutions that don’t just fix the immediate issue but raise the floor for everyone. This isn’t a role where you sit in one corner of the codebase. It’s a role where you shape how engineering gets done across the company.
What you’ll do
- Improve the platform to prevent incidents — designing and driving adoption of guardrails, sensible defaults, and engineering standards that reduce the likelihood of failures across services
- Build tooling that reduces time to mitigation when incidents occur, including contributing to our in-house product on AI-assisted incident response
- Own the investigation and follow-through on load test findings — translating results into concrete reliability improvements across critical flows
- Work across platform and product engineering teams as a technical influencer — participating in architecture and readiness reviews, coaching service owners, and driving adoption of scalable reliability practices
- Identify recurring failure patterns and design platform-level fixes that prevent them from showing up again in a different service
- Contribute to the team’s reliability syncs with product engineering, helping align on incident themes, critical-flow risks, and the next highest-leverage initiatives
Skills you bring
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in platform, infrastructure, or SRE work
- Demonstrated track record of improving reliability at scale — reducing incidents, building guardrails, or driving operational standards across multiple teams
- Strong proficiency in backend systems and distributed architecture; you can diagnose complex failure modes across a service mesh
- Experience with load testing and capacity planning, and the ability to translate findings into concrete engineering improvements
- Proven ability to work across engineering teams as a technical influencer — driving adoption of standards and practices without direct authority
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Argo and modern deployment tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to both engineering teams and senior leadership
Who you are
- You think in systems — you’re not looking for the fix, you’re looking for what caused the problem and how to make sure it doesn’t happen elsewhere
- You’re comfortable working without direct authority; you build credibility through the quality of your thinking and the clarity of your recommendations
- You hold a high bar for operational excellence without making it someone else’s problem to catch up to — you bring people along
- You’re energised by ambiguity, not slowed down by it; you know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent
- You’re curious about where AI-assisted tooling is headed in reliability engineering, and you want to help shape how we use it — not just observe it from a distance

This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
RC Capital is RevenueCat's first move into financial services. Our first product, Early Payouts, gives developers access to App Store proceeds without waiting the usual 30 to 60 days for Apple and Google to pay them.
As Sales & Operations Specialist, RC Capital, you will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end - from identifying and qualifying suitable prospects through screening, onboarding, activation, ongoing support, account operations, and portfolio health. You will combine commercial judgment, customer care, operational discipline, and risk awareness to help RC Capital acquire and serve more healthy customers.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role on a small founding team. You might move from a discovery call to an onboarding issue, a portfolio review, and a workflow improvement in the same day. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and GTM Operations, and report to the VP of Strategy & Operations. You will also help build the playbook and systems future teammates inherit.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Sales and qualification. Manage a portfolio of inbound and targeted outbound opportunities. Run discovery, assess product and customer fit, coordinate screening, handle objections, maintain momentum, and guide suitable prospects to a clear decision.
- Onboarding and activation. Lead approved customers from decision to activated. Ensure customers understand how to use Early Payouts successfully.
- Customer support and portfolio operations. Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, including questions, disputes, and operational issues. Coordinate with RevenueCat Support and specialist teams, and own follow-through through resolution.
- Risk-aware execution. Apply documented customer, fraud, and risk policies consistently; investigate issues; document decisions; monitor emerging patterns; and make sound recommendations. Escalate exceptions and regulated or high-impact decisions to the appropriate risk, legal, finance, or leadership owner.
- Lifecycle performance and insight. Maintain a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support demand, usage, and portfolio health. Turn data into recommendations on funnel quality, conversion, time to activation, drop-off, retention, customer experience, and risk indicators. Bring structured customer insight to Product to inform roadmaps.
- Systems, automation, and playbooks. Improve CRM, support workflows, internal handoffs, reporting, documentation, and automation. Use AI thoughtfully to reduce manual work and response times without weakening controls or customer trust. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Data, and Product on durable implementations.
- Customer and growth. Partner with Marketing on focused acquisition and lifecycle experiments. Support marketing efforts like campaign execution, competitive analysis, and content that drives demand.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a high-ownership, customer-facing commercial or operations role spanning sales, account management, customer success, customer support, or customer operations.
- A track record of moving opportunities through a commercial process and managing a meaningful volume of customer relationships with strong follow-through.
- Experience in fintech, payments, lending, factoring, embedded finance, or another environment where customer growth and operational risk are closely connected.
- 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns or managing CRM-driven outreach.
- Strong operational judgment: you clarify ownership, define next steps, document decisions, apply policy consistently, and recognize when an issue needs specialist review.
- Analytical fluency across CRM, support, and analytics tools, with the ability to diagnose funnel or portfolio performance and recommend action.
- Practical experience improving workflows with automation and AI, including judgment about where automation introduces unacceptable risk or a poor customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive with prospects, clear during onboarding, calm in disputes, and concise with executives and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity on a small, autonomous team and working hours that meaningfully overlap with US time zones.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience with payment operations, underwriting, fraud and risk workflows, disputes, or compliance-adjacent processes.
- Experience launching a new product, business line, or operating motion before the playbook was written.
- Knowledge of mobile apps, developer products, subscriptions, or App Store economics.
- Experience contributing to CRM or lifecycle campaigns, customer-facing content, or growth experiments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Intercom or Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, and product analytics platforms.
What success looks like
In your first 30 days
- Understand RC Capital's product, customers, unit economics, risk model, and role within RevenueCat.
- Map the lifecycle from first signal through activation and live-account support.
- Establish baseline reporting for pipeline quality, conversion, time to decision, time to activation, support demand, repeat usage, and portfolio health.
- Shadow sales, onboarding, support, risk, and account reviews; then handle initial customer interactions with support.
- Ship one concrete improvement to a workflow, report, playbook, or automation.
By 90 days
- Independently own a portfolio from qualification and screening through onboarding and ongoing operations, escalating genuine exceptions appropriately.
- Give the team a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support, usage, and portfolio performance, with recommendations rather than reporting alone.
- Run a consistent cadence for opportunity follow-up, onboarding, live-account reviews, and issue resolution.
- Ship workflow or automation improvements that reduce manual work or customer wait time without weakening controls.
- Support marketing efforts to deliver on targets.
- Translate recurring customer and operational friction into structured recommendations for Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Support, or Marketing.
By 6 to 12 months
- Improve key lifecycle measures such as conversion, activation speed, utilization and retention.
- Help grow a portfolio of healthy customers while keeping fraud, disputes, losses, and other agreed risk indicators within guardrails.
- Maintain a commercial and customer-operations playbook another teammate can follow without relying on context held only in people's heads.
- Help turn the early motion into a repeatable engine and identify which responsibilities should move to partner teams or future hires as volume grows.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).

About the Opportunity
As a Staff Engineer, y
ou'll own the
build-out of our security engineering
and DevSecOps capabilities: designing
and developing the security
products, platform services, and
SDKs/Agents that embed protection
directly into how code is
written, built, shipped,
and run.
This is a
role for someone with
real depth in security,
broad coverage across the
stack, and the engineering
muscle to ship. Just as important is
the ability to drive
adoption — security that
lands in complex,
fast-moving business environments
rather than sitting in a
policy document.
What You’ll Be Doing
Architect and build our end-to-end DevSecOps platform
and the SDKs/Agents behind our security products, covering code, build, artifacts, images, deployment, and runtime.
Lead runtime protection through RASP and Java Agent
— bytecode instrumentation, runtime hooking, and detection/interception engines using ASM, ByteBuddy, and Instrumentation, with continuous tuning for performance, stability, and compatibility.
Integrate and productise scanning capabilities
across SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, code scanning, and image scanning. You'll embed tools like SonarQube and Coverity deep into CI/CD and close the loop from detection through blocking, remediation, and re-test.
Go deep on application security offence and defence
— designing detection, remediation, hardening, and counter-measures for XSS, SQL injection, SSRF, deserialisation, command execution, authentication/authorisation flaws, and API security.
Bring AI-native security engineering to life.
Apply LLMs and AI Agents to vulnerability analysis, rule generation, false-positive attribution, remediation guidance, security knowledge capture, and engineering automation — and build a coherent view of the architecture, mechanics, and security implications.
Embed as the security technical expert inside engineering teams,
driving security standards, onboarding specifications, release gates, risk tiering, and remediation mechanisms that measurably lift the security baseline and delivery quality.
Partner across engineering, architecture, SRE, QA, and business teams
on priority projects, solving the genuinely hard security problems and turning the solutions into reusable platform capability and repeatable practice.
What We Look For In You
Strong computer science and security fundamentals
— deep understanding of operating systems, networking, compilers and the JVM, distributed systems, application security, cloud-native security, and supply chain security. Both breadth and depth.
Expert-level Java,
with hands-on depth in the JVM, ClassLoader, Java Agent, ASM, ByteBuddy, bytecode instrumentation, and performance profiling and tuning. Plus working proficiency in Python or Go.
Substantial production experience with RASP, SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, image security, and code scanning
— enough to design a capability, integrate the engine, build the platform around it, and take it to scale independently.
Real offensive and defensive experience.
You understand the root causes, exploitation paths, detection logic, bypass techniques, and fixes for common web, API, and microservices vulnerabilities — and can design from both the attacker's and defender's point of view.
Fluency with LLMs and AI Agents,
including a considered view on model capability limits, agent architecture, tool calling, context engineering, evaluation methods, and how AI is reshaping both security engineering and the attack surface.
Strong engineering execution paired with product instinct
— able to lead the design and delivery of security products, platform modules, and SDKs/Agents while balancing security outcomes against performance overhead, integration cost, and long-term operability.
Exceptional ownership,
cross-team communication, and the persistence to move security governance, rule enforcement, and remediation through to a clear result.
Nice to Haves
Security engineering experience at a top-tier internet company, cloud provider, or leading security vendor
You've led the build of a DevSecOps platform, application security platform, RASP, code scanning platform, or cloud-native security platform
Background in security product development, SDK/Agent engineering, vulnerability research, red team exercises, or purple team work
Shipped AI + Security work — security copilots, intelligent rule generation, automated analysis, or remediation recommendation systems
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Pair static ads with advertorials as part of the funnel
Build
lifestyle imagery
tailored for PMax and Demand Gen placements
Produce creative at volume across the full Google static format set (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, and native display sizes)
Read and interpret performance data to identify what's converting
Continuously test, volume, and variation and iterate based on results
Requirements
Proven experience designing
static ecommerce ads
for Google (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax)
Strong knowledge of the
Google static format set
(1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, native display sizes)
Hands-on experience with
AI creative tools
such as fal.ai, Higgsfield, Manus, and Claude
Strong grasp of
direct response design principles
— creative built to convert, not just look good
Ability to read and act on

A testing mindset: comfortable producing high volume and variation, and iterating based on what wins
Portfolio required, showcasing static ad design (ideally direct response / performance-focused work)
Benefits

PlanetScale is growing rapidly and reinventing the database space. Our database platform offers developers the fastest and most reliable Postgres and Vitess/MySQL databases, enabling businesses to efficiently handle data and workloads of all sizes.
PlanetScale is backed with over $100M in venture financing from top-tier VCs including a16z, Kleiner Perkins, SignalFire, and Insight Venture Partners. And we serve some of the most innovative companies in the world such as Block, Anysphere (Cursor), MyFitnessPal, Etsy, Kick, and thousands more. Our customers entrust us with what is often their most precious digital asset, their data, so the stakes couldn’t be higher.
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own the strategy and hands-on execution of high-impact experiences that connect developers, engineering leaders, customers, and the broader tech community with PlanetScale.
What’s the job to be done?
Own the end-to-end events strategy and portfolio for PlanetScale, spanning owned developer experiences, conference presence, sponsored/partnered events, executive dinners, pop-up activations, meetups, field programs, and hybrid/digital formats.
Set the creative and experiential bar, bringing a strong point of view on design, storytelling, branding, and details so every touchpoint (booth, merch, venue, food, etc) reflects PlanetScale’s brand and stands out.
Drive measurable outcomes in developer acquisition, product adoption, community growth, pipeline, and brand love. Define the metrics that matter and hold the program accountable to them.
Build and manage a global events calendar. Evaluate, prioritize, and execute a disciplined portfolio of events.
Own and manage the events budget with clear ROI frameworks, financial discipline, and the ability to reallocate based on performance data.
Manage vendors, agencies, venues, AV, and creative partners; hold external partners to the same quality standard expected internally.
Operate as a highly hands-on individual contributor while setting strategy. This is a lean role where you’ll both define the vision and drive the majority of the execution yourself, while building the foundation to grow the function over time.
Innovate on format: bring fresh thinking beyond traditional conference booths (hackathons, build-alongs, intimate technical roundtables, hybrid experiences, unique activations, executive events).
These attributes best describe you
You have experience running or heavily contributing to events for developer or highly technical audiences, whether from an events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or Developer Relations background. You know what resonates with engineers and builders versus what feels like generic marketing.
You have strong taste and creative vision. You can point to events you’re proud of and articulate why specific design, content, experience, and logistical choices mattered.
You are both strategic and highly operational. You’re comfortable setting direction and then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
You thrive in cross-functional, matrixed environments and can influence without pure authority across Sales, DevRel, Marketing, Brand, and leadership.
You are comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high ownership. PlanetScale moves fast. You bias toward action while protecting quality.
You enjoy wearing multiple hats and are energized by a high-IC role rather than pure people management.
What you will need
3+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, Developer Relations, or developer community roles, with meaningful ownership of strategy and execution.
Experience working with developer, engineering, or technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage event budgets and deliver measurable results.
Experience producing or significantly contributing to a mix of owned events, conference presence, executive/customer dinners, meetups, and field activations.
Excellent project management, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (often 30%+ depending on the calendar) to attend, oversee, and host events.
Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent PlanetScale with polish and authenticity in high-stakes settings.
This job requires you to work from our San Francisco office at least 3 days a week.
What else will help you be successful
Prior experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or databases.
Background in Developer Relations or developer community building.
Experience with hybrid or digital-first formats alongside in-person.
Existing relationships in the developer conference and events ecosystem.
Comfort creating or guiding technical storytelling and working closely with DevRel and Product on content and speakers.

What we haven't fully built yet is the real-world version of that, and as Field Marketing Manager, that vision is yours to own.
