ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Cybersecurity is one of the areas where AI could do the most good — and one where the capability must be built with particular care. As a Research Engineer on this track, you'll push our models' capabilities in vulnerability discovery and remediation, security analysis, incident response, and across the offensive-to-defensive spectrum of cybersecurity, and it will be your job to develop that ability deliberately and safely.
The work sits at the meeting point of research and engineering: you'll devise new approaches and be the one to implement them. Concretely, that means designing and building RL environments that reproduce realistic security scenarios, pipelines that generate synthetic training instances at scale, and experiments and evaluations that show what our models can actually do. Your results feed directly into the production training runs that shape our frontier models, in close collaboration with Mistral's researchers, engineers, and security specialists.
Security specialists and ML engineers are both welcome here — what matters is that you can hold your own in both worlds, and are eager to go deeper on the one you know less.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement RL environments simulating cybersecurity scenarios.
- Build the pipelines and infrastructure that generate synthetic cybersecurity training instances at scale — thousands of scenarios, not one hand-crafted exercise.
- Conduct experiments and evaluations of model capabilities on these environments, from quick prototypes to controlled benchmark runs.
- Own the infrastructure behind the environments: containers, sandboxes, VMs, cloud deployments, and orchestration (Kubernetes), all managed as code.
- Partner with researchers and security specialists across Mistral, distilling their domain expertise into reproducible environments and datasets.
- Write clear, efficient code in Python and enforce strong software-design practices: testing, code review, CI/CD.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on expertise in offensive and/or defensive cybersecurity: vulnerability analysis, web/network/cloud security, secure coding practices, and SOC.
- Strong software engineering skills: clean, reliable, well-tested code — not just exploit scripts.
- Fluency in Python plus comfort reading lower-level languages (C/C++) for vulnerability analysis.
- DevOps experience: Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployments, sandboxed or simulated environments.
- A pragmatic research-to-engineering mindset: ship a working first version, then refine and scale it.
- Working knowledge of RL techniques and LLM training methodologies, or strong motivation to develop it.
- Self-starter, low-ego, collaborative — comfortable working across research and engineering.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- CTF, cyber-range, or bug-bounty experience — as a player, challenge author, or platform builder.
- A research background in cybersecurity, academic or industrial, or in another experimental discipline.
- Prior experience building RL environments or large-scale ML training infrastructure.
- Relevant open-source contributions and projects.

Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE JOB
Mistral AI is seeking an Applied AI Engineer focused on robotics deployment. You will take state-of-the-art AI models and make them work on real robots, in real environments, for real customers. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of machine learning and physical systems: you will own the path from model to deployed autonomy, working alongside robotics engineers, ML researchers, and systems engineers to deliver end-to-end autonomous solutions across diverse use cases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Integrate AI models with robotic hardware, sensors, and embedded systems, bringing modern perception and language-driven capabilities onto physical platforms.
- Improve the robustness, reliability, and safety of robotic systems operating in real-world, unstructured environments.
- Test and validate algorithms in simulation and in real-world deployments, moving fluidly between the two.
- Analyze field data to improve model performance and system reliability, closing the loop between what happens on the robot and what happens in training.
- Bring up, tune, and debug the autonomy stack — localization, mapping, navigation, and perception — on real hardware, from sensor calibration to real-time performance.
- Develop and tune robot navigation behaviors — path planning, obstacle avoidance — so systems hold up in dynamic, cluttered, and partially observable environments.
- Diagnose failures end-to-end: mapping drift, localization dropouts, perception edge cases, timing issues — and fix them.
- Collaborate with robotics engineers, ML researchers, and systems engineers to deliver complete autonomous solutions for customer use cases, from prototype through production deployment.
- Build and maintain the tooling needed for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed systems.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong software engineering in Python and/or C++: clean, readable, high-performance code; comfortable working in and improving production codebases.
- Knowledge of robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.
- Experience with robot perception and state estimation: SLAM, localization and mapping, path planning, sensor fusion, or computer vision.
- Solid mathematical fundamentals — geometry, probability, and estimation — and the judgment to know when a hand-crafted algorithm beats a learned one.
- Familiarity with simulation tools and robotics development environments (e.g. Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable with the messiness of the real world: hardware quirks, edge cases, and field surprises don't scare you.
- Low-ego, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Doesn't need roadmaps. Ships.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience deploying ML models on embedded or edge hardware (GPU/NPU inference, quantization, real-time constraints).
- Hands-on experience with sensor modalities such as LiDAR, depth cameras, or IMUs, including calibration and time-synchronization.
- Exposure to VLM/VLA models or other foundation-model approaches for robot perception and control.
- Experience with navigation in GPS-denied or otherwise challenging environments, or with visual-inertial odometry.
- Working knowledge of established autonomy tooling — e.g. Nav2, SLAM Toolbox, Cartographer, RTAB-Map, or AMCL — and knowing when to build versus reuse.
- Experience with behavior trees, dynamic costmaps, or fleet-level navigation.
- Contributions to open-source robotics or ML projects.
- Experience with safety-critical or regulated deployment environments.
- Track record of success through personal projects, professional projects, or academia.

An overview of this role
We are hiring a Staff Product Security Architect to join our Security Platforms and Architecture organization at GitLab.
Rather than operating as a purely consultative body, Security Architecture at GitLab functions as a hands-on technical driver. Our mission is to embed proactive guidance directly into modern developer workflows and automated coding environments, embedding security standards into the software development process from the outset. We strive to enable teams to deliver secure, resilient software seamlessly while minimizing reliance on manual security gates.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product engineering organizations, spearhead architectural strategy for critical capabilities, and serve as the primary Security Owner driving risk reduction for key entries within our risk management framework. Your daily work will span architectural design reviews, technical prototyping, and establishing scalable patterns that enable engineering teams to execute autonomously.
What you’ll do
Partner with engineering and product leadership across GitLab, developing enough context in their domains to anticipate security problems rather than react to them
Lead security architecture and design work for strategic initiatives, and provide direction to the cross-functional teams delivering them
Identify, assess, and prioritise systemic security risks, and act as Security Owner for high-priority items in the Product Security Risk Register, co-executing remediation with the teams who own the code
Codify recurring security decisions into reusable artifacts — guardrails, standards, design patterns, skills, and reference threat models — delivered into developer and AI coding tool workflows
Build proofs of concept and prototypes to unblock engineering teams and shorten the distance between a security requirement and a working implementation
Conduct security architecture reviews for large or strategic projects, and coordinate with Application Security so that review coverage is comprehensive and correctly prioritised
Threat model new and existing systems, and establish the patterns that let teams threat model their own work
Work with Security Research on proactive exploration of unknown risks in GitLab's architecture
Anticipate emerging security challenges and propose architectural responses before they reach implementation
Mentor security engineers across the division, and represent security architecture to engineering audiences
What you’ll bring
Depth in application security architecture, including authentication and authorization models, privilege escalation, multi-tenant isolation, and trust boundary analysis
Experience securing distributed systems, including service-to-service authentication, secrets handling, and the failure modes of security decisions made across process boundaries
Working knowledge of software supply chain security: build and release integrity, artifact provenance, and dependency risk
A track record of proactive architecture work — identifying risk before it becomes an incident, and designing something that prevents a class of problem rather than an instance of one
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leadership and influence technical direction through expertise rather than gatekeeping
Experience defining security standards or patterns that teams adopted without being compelled to
The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on, including reading unfamiliar code, building prototypes, and contributing changes
Clear written communication, and the ability to make a security argument to an engineering audience that does not already agree with it
A view on how security guidance should be authored and delivered for AI coding tools, not only for humans
About the team
Security Architects are a part of our
Security Platforms and Architecture
team, who address complex security challenges facing GitLab and its customers to enable GitLab to be the most secure software factory platform on the market. Composed of
Security Architecture
,
Security Research
, and Application Security, we focus on systemic product security risks and work cross-functionally to mitigate them while maintaining Engineering’s development velocity.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, challenging the status quo of adtech by redefining how apps acquire users and generate revenue. Our two products, Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, sit at opposite ends of the mobile advertising spectrum: rewarded engagement and programmatic in-app advertising. Together they run on 13% of the world's smartphones, connecting advertisers, publishers, and hundreds of millions of users, with one goal: making mobile advertising work better for everyone in the ecosystem.
Next-Gen Machine Intelligence for Scalable Discovery & Engagement
The Data Science Research team builds foundational ML representations and advanced AI capabilities that enhance both Playtime and adjoe Ads. Operating as a horizontal deep-tech layer, the team leverages advanced AI and deep learning approaches—specifically generative approaches —to deliver critical systems such as high-dimensional user embeddings, general content understanding and sequential recommendation. These frameworks scale adjoe's products beyond standard industry limitations, utilizing behavioral and transactional data from over 770 million users.
The team operates at the intersection of bleeding-edge R&D and high-scale production engineering, acting as the company’s internal science bar raiser and primary consulting layer for complex ML bottlenecks. The stack is optimized for deep learning and heavy data throughput: PyTorch and [Ray/Hugging Face] for training and fine-tuning foundation models, Trino and Athena for querying massive user-behavior data lakes, and dedicated GPU infrastructure for heavy workloads. The full lifecycle of these AI capabilities is owned by the team—from academic paper translation and offline prototyping to deploying core algorithmic frameworks built to sustain high-throughput, realtime production environments.

Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Role
AI agents are already booking travel, subscribing to software, running procurement end to end, and moving money on behalf of users — much of it through Rain. Our Agent Control Layer is the governing surface for that activity: it enforces approved counterparties, amounts, merchants, and task scope at initiation, before a transaction ever occurs, rather than reconciling damage after the fact.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own that platform. This is a 0-to-1 role inside a category being defined in real time. You will own the developer-facing surface — APIs, SDKs, controls, docs — that teams building agents use to give them spending power safely. McKinsey projects $3–$5 trillion in global agentic commerce by 2030. The primitives that make it trustworthy have not been built yet. You will build them.
You will report to the Head of Product and work daily with engineering, risk and compliance, network partnerships, and the developers shipping on us.
What you'll do
• Define the primitives for agent authority: spend scopes, merchant and counterparty allowlists, velocity and amount ceilings, task-bound credentials, human-in-the-loop approvals, and clean revocation.
• Own scoped virtual cards for agents — cards provisioned for a single merchant, amount, and task, retired the moment the task completes.
• Extend the rest of Rain's stack (wallets, virtual accounts, onramps, offramps, cross-border payments) to agent initiators within the parameters our customers define.
• Treat the API as the product. Own endpoint design, error semantics, idempotency, webhooks, sandbox and simulation tooling, SDKs, and reference agents.
• Own documentation and the onboarding path with the same rigor as the product itself. Time-to-first-authorized-agent-transaction is your metric.
• Run a tight design-partner loop with agent builders — read their integration code, sit in their debugging sessions, ship against what you find.
• Build the roadmap from first principles: form a thesis on where agentic commerce goes next, sequence bets accordingly, and kill what isn't working quickly.
• Partner with risk and compliance on Know Your Agent — agent identity, attestation, delegated authority, auditability, and dispute handling in a world where the cardholder wasn't the one who clicked.
• Represent Rain's technical point of view in Agentic Payments Alliance working groups and with Visa, Mastercard, and stablecoin partners as standards take shape.
• Write the specs, launch posts, and positioning that teach the market what controlled agentic payments actually means.
You’ll likely succeed if you have
• 8+ years in product management, with meaningful time on a developer-facing platform, API, or infrastructure product. You have shipped something engineers chose to build on.
• Technical depth. You read API diffs, write your own queries, prototype against your own endpoints, and hold your own in an architecture review. You don't need to have been an engineer; you do need engineers to take you seriously.
• 0-to-1 instincts. You have taken a product from a blank page to real usage in an ambiguous market, and you're comfortable with a roadmap that changes because the ground moved.
• Payments or fintech fluency, or the obvious appetite to acquire it fast. Authorization flows, issuing, interchange, chargebacks, settlement, KYC/KYB - you know these, or you'll learn them in weeks rather than quarters.
• Judgment under risk. Every control you design trades capability against loss. You can reason about that tradeoff explicitly and defend where you landed.
• Strong writing. At Rain, specs, docs, and launch narratives are the job, not overhead.
• Bias for motion. You would rather ship a narrow thing this month and learn from it than scope a broad thing for two quarters.
Bonus attributes
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents - tool use, orchestration frameworks, MCP, evals.
• Stablecoin or onchain payments background: settlement, custody, treasury operations, or wallet infrastructure.
• Experience working directly with card networks, issuing processors, or sponsor banks.
• Time at an early-stage company during a period of fast scaling.

Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit enables people to build software with AI. The infrastructure underneath that experience must make it straightforward to launch services, isolate workloads, and run reliable systems at scale.
We're hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Cloud Infrastructure: the shared infrastructure as code (IaC), networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms that Replit's product and platform teams depend on. You'll lead and grow an existing engineering team building and operating these foundations, including Kubernetes, shared edge networking, service mesh and workload identity.
This is a platform-building role with production accountability. You should be comfortable going deep on a design or incident while developing a team that does not depend on you for every decision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the cloud-platform roadmap. Lead the team's IaC, networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms. Translate product, platform, reliability, and security needs into sequenced outcomes, balancing foundational investment, lifecycle work, and delivery commitments against the team's capacity.
- Make infrastructure repeatable and self-service. Build maintained IaC interfaces for services, cells, connectivity, identities, and shared resources. Enable internal customer teams to provision infrastructure without bespoke coordination or dependence on individual experts.
- Operate what the team builds. Own platform availability, upgrades, isolation, recovery, and incident remediation. Maintain clear SLOs, sustainable on-call coverage, and primary and backup owners for critical systems.
- Stay technically engaged. Review designs and production changes, debug difficult failure modes, and use AI coding tools—including Replit—to prototype and automate. Apply rigorous review and verification to AI-generated infrastructure changes.
- Build and grow a high-ownership engineering team. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, set clear expectations, manage performance, and hire against agreed needs. Delegate meaningful ownership as the team grows.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated engineering management. You have led and developed engineers, made prioritization and performance decisions, hired thoughtfully, and delivered through a team—not only acted as its strongest individual contributor.
- Software-oriented infrastructure depth. You have built and operated cloud platforms or distributed systems and can reason across infrastructure code, Kubernetes, networking, service identity, and stateful dependencies.
- Safe-change and production judgment. You have owned consequential migrations and incidents, can explain failure modes and rollback limits, and know when simplifying a system is better than adding another platform.
- Platform-product and engineering judgment. You understand internal customers, create interfaces other teams adopt, and make clear tradeoffs among reliability, developer autonomy, engineering effort, and workload efficiency.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-tenant, cellular, regional, or dedicated enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with GCP/GKE, Terraform or similar IaC systems, Cloudflare, Envoy/Istio, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and managed data services.
- Experience with large-fleet rightsizing, infrastructure consolidation, or migrating CI compute without disrupting developer workflows.
- A track record using AI tools to increase engineering output while preserving production safeguards.
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:
💰 Competitive Salary & Equity
💹 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only)
⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
🩼 Short Term and Long Term Disability
🚼 Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave

📱 Monthly Wellness Stipend

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

As a staff software engineer in Reverse ETL, you’ll be on the front lines of integrating data activation capabilities into the Fivetran product along every dimension – authentication, billing, data model, UI and more. You’ll be a senior member of a distributed, collaborative, agile team of engineers of varying experience levels and diverse backgrounds.
This is a full-time position based out of our Toronto or Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.

Solid understanding of relational databases (experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake) is a bonus)
Proven experience in system integration, including API consumption and development (experience with infrastructure management is a bonus)
Familiarity with leading cloud providers, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Experience being on-call
What You’ll Do
Make contributions to all parts of our tech stack, which comprises Ruby on Rails, Typescript, Vue, and AWS.
Be comfortable “filling in the gaps” in product / design specs. The prospect of being able to prototype to test ideas out before committing to building is exciting to you.
Work closely with our product team, leaders, and customers to help design and develop features that make Fivetran the one-stop shop for data activation.
Mentor early-career engineers, perform thoughtful and constructive code reviews, advise on best practices, provide project-level leadership, operate across teams, departments, and time zones.
Lead major projects, from driving research spikes, to writing and socializing design documents, to planning the implementation and rollout

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building a vibrant community where designers and product builders come together to learn, grow, and connect around their shared passion. Our Advocacy team is central to this mission—empowering our users through engaging content, meaningful interactions, and genuine advocacy.
We're looking for a Designer Advocate to partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. You'll bring deep design expertise, strong product intuition, and a genuine love for the design community into our go-to-market strategies. You'll also champion our users' voices internally, ensuring their perspectives shape our product evolution.
You'll be covering the DACH region, where our main languages are German and Polish. Being fluent in either/both of these languages is pretty much a plus!
This is a full time, hybrid role based out of our Berlin hub.
What you'll do at Figma:
Empower users at scale: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows
Create compelling content: Develop written, visual, and video resources that reflect how modern teams actually design and build, from early exploration to production-ready systems
Inspire community connections: Foster meaningful relationships within the Figma community, identify collaboration opportunities, and nurture user-driven initiatives
Speak and engage at events: Regularly present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events, sharing practical insights from real-world design work
Champion user voices: Stay attuned to community feedback, sentiment, and emerging design trends—advocating internally to inform product decisions and improvements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Deep, hands-on Figma expertise and an entrepreneurial drive, with experience embedding Figma in real product teams and taking ideas from early exploration to polished, impactful outcomes
A thorough understanding of modern product design workflows, development environments, design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted design or prototyping
Strong technical design skills, including experience working alongside developers or building tools that support design systems, and an understanding of how design decisions translate into development at scale
Clear, compelling communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex workflows and systems, speak publicly, and engage large audiences
A passion for contributing to the design community and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to connect with it in person
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Fluency in German or Polish

Video is one of the most powerful ways we bring the Figma brand to life, and we are building the function to match that ambition. As a Video Strategist, you will define what video does for this brand and build the operation that delivers it: the strategy, the franchises people come back for, the production model behind them, and eventually the team that runs it all. You will sit within Brand Marketing and partner closely with design, creative, comms, product marketing, community, and advocacy to turn complex product and customer stories into work people want to watch and share.
This is a rare combination. Figma is a beloved brand with a creative community that already wants to hear from us, and a video function that is still yours to build.
This is a full time role based in San Francisco or New York hub, or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Set the strategy: Define the role video plays across brand, social, editorial, product launch, community, and event moments. Own the format architecture and the prioritization framework that decides what we make and what we pass on
Build franchises: Create and run a portfolio of recurring video programs that compound audience over time, alongside the campaign and launch work. Own the development pipeline for new formats and the call to renew, evolve, or retire a series
Build the engine: Decide what we produce in-house, what goes to agencies and directors, and what we source from creators, with the economics behind each. Own the video budget and vendor relationships, and build the standards we are missing today around briefing, review, rights, and asset reuse
Lead the craft: Set and hold the quality bar for video made anywhere under the Figma brand. Write and approve briefs, run creative reviews, and enable cross-functional teams producing their own video with guardrails and coaching rather than gatekeeping
Measure what matters: Partner with our Brand Marketing Technologist to define what good looks like for each format and franchise, instrument it, and report it in a way that changes what we make next
Grow the team: Lead, hire, and develop the video team and the external bench, and make the case for the resourcing the strategy requires
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years across video, brand storytelling, editorial, content strategy, or production leadership, including several years leading a video function or team
A track record creating and running recurring video franchises that outlasted a single season and grew an audience
Experience owning a production model end to end: the in-house versus agency versus creator call, a real budget, and the partner relationships behind it
People leadership. You have hired, developed, and given hard feedback to producers, editors, or an external bench
Fluency across the format spectrum, from social-first short-form to long-form storytelling, launch films, and customer narratives, with clear opinions on what each format is good for
The ability to set a creative bar for work made by people who do not report to you, and to hold it without becoming the bottleneck
Comfort as the video voice in rooms with senior stakeholders, including the judgment to disagree productively and the measurement literacy to defend your decisions
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hands-on editing or motion graphics ability. We are not hiring you to sit on a timeline, but craft fluency sharpens judgment and helps you move fast
Experience with live event and conference content at scale
Familiarity with music licensing, talent releases, and usage rights at volume
Experience building creator and influencer partnerships
Experience scaling video inside a company going through rapid growth or a brand evolution
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our team and help shape the tools of the future. You should be a motivated self-starter with experience partnering with engineering teams and shipping real products. In this role, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and research to have a meaningful impact on Runway's design direction and future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead design projects, including new features and improvements to our mobile and web platforms
- Produce, iterate, and prototype concepts for creative workflows
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to suggest product and process improvements
- Contribute to maintaining visual and user experience consistency across our products
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products and strong visual design skills
- Understanding of modern web technologies, web interactions, and usability standards
- Experience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams
- Ability and flexibility to iterate fast and often
- Comfortable picking up unfamiliar parts of the product rather than waiting to be assigned only what you already know
- Knowledge and understanding of the creative tool space
- Bonus points if you have experience with creating functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- At Runway, it’s always a bonus if you have artistic and creative potential (particularly skills with video/audio editing, icon/typography design, Illustration, etc.)
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
