BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 million units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Join our Customer Success department as a Salesforce & Tooling Lead, where you will own the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of our Salesforce ecosystem – spanning both Enterprise and consumer environments. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in which you will line-manage a small team of Salesforce Administrators while serving as the primary technical expert for our Agentforce deployment and broader Salesforce architecture.
Based in London or Paris and on-site five days a week, you will work closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, Knowledge, Enterprise and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive scalable, high-quality tooling solutions that enable our global customer base to receive best-in-class support.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, mentor and line-manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, setting clear objectives, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development.

- Lead AI initiatives, beyond Agentforce, that improve efficiency and customer experience across Customer Success.
What we’re looking for
- Able to work on-site five days a week in our London or Paris office.
- A minimum of five years’ hands-on Salesforce experience in high-volume B2B and/or B2C environments, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, API integrations and CI/CD.
- Proven experience operating and troubleshooting Agentforce (core requirement; general AI chatbot experience is not a substitute).
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce architecture.
- Demonstrated experience leading a Salesforce team, with the confidence to coach, delegate and hold others accountable.
- Salesforce certified as Administrator, Platform App Builder and Platform Developer; Service Cloud Consultant and Agentforce Specialist are a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager with a deep understanding of TradingView users, strong commercial judgment, and experience driving product growth. You will grow OKX's business within the TradingView ecosystem by identifying the most promising customer segments, defining why traders should choose OKX, and finding effective ways to acquire, activate, and retain them, with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
Your first priority is to establish how the business can grow and which opportunities warrant investment. You will validate growth hypotheses through user research, data analysis, and focused experiments before committing substantial engineering resources. Those insights will shape the product roadmap, investment priorities, and the TradingView integrations and trading experience improvements you deliver with engineering and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the Growth Strategy and Business Opportunity —
Identify high-potential customer segments, trading use cases, and market opportunities within the TradingView ecosystem. Assess competitive positioning, platform selection drivers, and OKX's differentiated value proposition. Build growth hypotheses and business cases that consider audience size, revenue potential, acquisition cost, and expected return, then set business goals, priorities, and a phased growth plan.
Understand Users and the Trading Conversion Journey —
Use interviews, behavioral data, and community feedback to understand how traders discover platforms, use charts and indicators, set alerts, connect accounts, place orders, and manage positions. Identify what motivates or prevents users from choosing OKX, making their first trade, and returning. Develop customer segments and conversion funnels, and turn insights into clear product, positioning, and lifecycle opportunities.
Validate Growth Hypotheses and Improve Conversion and Retention —
Design measurable experiments across acquisition, account connection, first successful trade, repeat trading, and reactivation. Use existing capabilities, onboarding, trader education, value proposition testing, and targeted campaigns to validate opportunities. Define success metrics, experiment costs, and criteria to scale or stop; expand approaches that work and use the evidence to inform subsequent product investment.
Drive Go-To-Market and Ecosystem Partnerships —
Work with marketing, regional, lifecycle, and TradingView partner teams on acquisition and go-to-market plans. Evaluate ecosystem visibility, communities, creators, educational content, and joint campaigns as potential channels. Define the customer proposition, distribution approach, conversion journey, and partner objectives, and assess channels by the active traders, retention, and business contribution they generate.
Translate Growth Evidence into Product Delivery and Integration —
Translate validated user needs and growth opportunities into a product roadmap, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. Define the minimum scope and engineering priorities required to achieve the business objective. Work with OKX engineering and TradingView technical teams to assess API integration, account authorization, market data, and order and position synchronization, and drive the necessary adaptation, testing, and launch to address specific conversion, trust, or retention problems.
Own Business Outcomes and Continuously Refine Investment —
Own metrics for newly acquired trading users, first-trade conversion, active traders, retention, incremental trading volume, and revenue contribution, taking acquisition, incentive, and delivery costs into account. Separate the effects of market conditions, incentives, and product improvements. Review growth initiatives and feature investments, reallocate resources based on results, and track connection success and trading reliability as measures of experience quality.
What We Look For In You
Relevant product management experience in trading, fintech, or digital assets, with a track record of measurable product growth. You can explain how you identified opportunities, developed a growth strategy, and improved acquisition, trading conversion, retention, or revenue, including your personal contribution and results.
A deep understanding of TradingView users and their practical use of charts, indicators, watchlists, alerts, and trading workflows. You can explain why different traders choose a platform, switch terminals, abandon an order, or continue using a service, and validate those insights through research and data.
Strong commercial judgment and growth strategy skills. You can segment customers, assess opportunities, define differentiated positioning, select distribution channels, and build business cases. You validate demand and a credible path to growth through research and focused experiments before substantial engineering investment.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills. You can analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention, design and evaluate growth experiments, and assess incrementality, acquisition cost, customer value, and incentive cost. You can distinguish short-term trading volume changes from sustainable growth.
An understanding of trading products and their commercial drivers. You are familiar with spot and derivatives fundamentals and how instrument coverage, fees, liquidity, execution quality, and account and position workflows influence customer choice, conversion, and retention. You can translate these factors into product decisions.
Experience delivering products that involve technical integration. You have worked with engineers on API or third-party platform integrations and can read interface documentation, understand account authorization and market data, order, and position synchronization, define business rules and acceptance criteria, and drive testing and launch. You connect technical constraints and implementation scope to user value and growth objectives.
Strong English communication and cross-functional execution skills. You can work with TradingView partners, marketing, regional, product, and engineering teams on business opportunities, product priorities, and technical feasibility, aligning resources around shared outcomes.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience growing a business within TradingView or a comparable trading-tool ecosystem, with examples spanning opportunity discovery, growth validation, and scaling.

Experience growing products across regions or trader segments, with an understanding of differences in user behavior, customer propositions, and acquisition approaches.
Experience with TradingView Broker Integration, Advanced Charts, Trading Platform, or comparable integrations, with an ability to explain how the work improved the user experience or supported growth objectives.
What Success Looks Like
An evidence-based growth plan that identifies priority customer segments, OKX's differentiated value, promising distribution channels, and the business opportunity.
Validated, repeatable approaches to acquisition, trading conversion, and retention, supported by research and focused experiments that guide engineering investment and resource allocation.
Measurable, sustainable growth in active traders, retention, and revenue contribution, with acquisition and incentive costs taken into account.
Delivery of the product capabilities and TradingView integrations needed to capture validated opportunities, with improvements to critical user journeys and ongoing measurement of their growth impact.

Position Summary
We are looking for a Financial Reporting and Control Manager to own group reporting and the monthly close across Hex Trust's legal entities in Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. You will run the group consolidation in Workday, our new ERP, and own the numbers that go to the Executive Committee, the Board, our auditors and our regulators.
Our finance team is deliberately small. Workday and AI tools handle most of the transaction processing, reconciliation and first-draft analysis, so your job is to run the close as a controlled process, check what the systems produce, and stand behind the result. The role suits a qualified accountant who wants more ownership than a large finance team would offer, and who is comfortable reviewing work that a machine has prepared.
You will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with the Group CFO.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the monthly group close as a controlled process: set the close calendar, run the review gates, and sign off entity results with the Director of Finance.
Run the group consolidation in Workday, including intercompany eliminations and currency translation, and review the system output rather than assembling it by hand. Catch the cases where a system-generated elimination or translation is wrong.
Produce the monthly Executive Committee reporting and the quarterly board reporting for the Group, Singapore and MENA, delivered through our live financial dashboard. Turn the automated variance analysis into clear commentary that you can defend.
Review the closes of the material legal entities, and own intercompany recharges and reconciliations.
Deliver the statutory audits across the group with the Director of Finance: prepare schedules and workpapers, manage auditor requests, and challenge proposed adjustments where the treatment is wrong.
Account for digital assets, staking and validator income, stablecoin activity and trading results, with treatment and documentation that are ready for audit.
Prepare regulatory financial returns, including monthly reporting to VARA in Dubai and returns to the MAS in Singapore, for sign-off by the Director of Finance.
Coordinate tax compliance with our local advisors across jurisdictions.
Keep the finance procedures and our finance knowledge base current, so that the automated tools and AI agents work from accurate instructions.
Work with the finance operations team to extend the automation of the close and of our reporting.
Requirements
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with three to five years of experience, ideally including audit at a Big Four or mid-tier firm.
Hands-on experience of group consolidation, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency reporting across several legal entities.
Experience with a modern ERP; Workday is a strong advantage. We value ERP experience over advanced spreadsheet consolidation skills.
Sound technical accounting under IFRS or HKFRS. Experience with digital assets or crypto accounting is an advantage but not a must.
Comfortable working with AI tools and automated workflows. Much of your first draft will come from a system, and your job is to question it. Examples of where you have used AI tools in finance work are a plus.
The judgement to say a number is wrong, to push back on an auditor, and to explain results clearly to senior stakeholders.
Experience with regulatory financial reporting in Hong Kong, Singapore or Dubai is an advantage.
Strong written and spoken English. Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
About the company
Our client makes CE Level 2 certified protective apparel for dirt bike, moto, mountain bike and snow riders: base layers, hoodies and jeans with armor built in. They run roughly 600 UGC videos and 1,000 static ads a month on Meta, produced by a team of creators, editors and AI creatives, with an outside media buyer who launches everything.
About the role
You keep the creative pipeline accurate. Every ad is QC’d and logged in the tracker perfectly, every creator and editor delivers on time, and every retainer count is exact.
You are the operations layer between the creative team, the media buyer and finance, so the Creative Strategist and CMO can spend their time on strategy instead of checking your work.
What you’ll own
Getting the tracker right is the core of the job.
Creatives tracker, daily
Check every new row: ad set name matches the naming convention exactly, creator key spelled right, funnel stage filled, product code and asset link correct
Catch mislabeled files, such as a TOF batch named BOF or a missing funnel tag, and get the editor to fix them. Never rename creator files yourself
Group rows correctly: one row per product batch, with TOF and BOF cuts split into their own folders
Match each row’s ad copy from the copy tab to its funnel stage, with no price in TOF copy
Keep the tracker in sync with Meta once ads go live
QC and approve ads in the sheet
Watch every video and static in full before approving
Enforce the ad set build rules, which change often but are firm
Tracking people down
Track every creator’s deliveries against their monthly quota and chase late or missing videos
Chase editors, the static designer and AI creators on deadlines once briefs are out, and log what is late
Retainer counts
Count each creator’s delivered videos against their quota by hand, using that creator’s count rule, whether per concept, per video or per variant
Who we’re looking for
Extreme attention to detail.
You are the last check before anything goes live. If a wrong name, a wrong color, a missing funnel tag or a miscounted video gets past you and someone else finds it, that is a miss. Your approval means it is right
Smart.
You pick things up fast, spot what is off, and do not need to be told twice
Great with people.
You work well with creators, editors and the team: friendly, clear, and you follow up without creating friction
Happy to run a system, not redesign it.
This role does not come with creative freedom. You follow the process precisely, and you make it better by being reliable
Hungry to learn.
The job will keep expanding with new tools and new tasks as the team scales, including uploading ads to Meta with AI. You are excited by that, not thrown by it
Motivated.
You take ownership, finish what you start, and care about getting it exactly right
If you want a lot of independence or creative freedom, or you are fine with “close enough”, this is not the right role.
Requirements
Meta media buying experience, strongly preferred. You understand campaign and ad set structure, funnel stages, naming conventions and how creative testing works in an ad account. That is what lets you QC ads properly, and uploads and buying support are where this role grows
1+ year in ad ops, creative ops or media buying for a DTC brand or agency
A track record of being the person who catches the errors other people miss
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Clear, plain written English
Strong with AI tools. You use Claude or similar every day to get real work done, and you check the output instead of trusting it
Comfortable in Slack, Google Drive and Meta Ads Manager
Nice to have: AdManage.ai, Motion, Triple Whale, experience with a UGC creator program, Todoist or Asana, or a creator or affiliate pay process
The basics
Contract, fully remote
Around 4 hours per day
The team works roughly 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PT, and you need at least 3 hours of overlap with that window. Hours are flexible for the right person
Finalists complete a short paid test after the interview
Details
Part-time, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Your 4-hour shift must fall within 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PST, the same shift every day
Benefits
Fully remote
Paid in USD
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
