You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a Channel Manager to develop, execute and evolve our partner go-to-market strategy in India. You will work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Operations and the leadership team to align sales and go-to-market efforts with our product, technical and sales development efforts. Your key task is to deliver immediate and future partner-sourced revenue growth, working primarily with Grafana's regional Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
As our first dedicated channel hire in India, you will build an emerging partner community and shape the role, the strategy and the playbook inside a rapidly growing company where partners are a core part of go-to-market.
This is NOT a programmatic channel and distribution role. This IS a sales-focused channel role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable owning a partner-sourced revenue number, and can build on a fast-growing channel business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop executive-level relationships with focus partners in India
Own partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration to drive revenue targets
Lead the identification, activation and development of regional partners
Develop partner capabilities, co-sell motions and brand awareness initiatives
Establish strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans
Work with leadership to manage pipeline and revenue commitments
Work across Grafana Labs on message alignment, operational coordination and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of experience in channel sales or sales (selling with partners)
Experience selling SaaS (open source technology is a plus), and familiarity with BEPIC and MEDDPICC selling methodologies
A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
A consultative sales approach, with the goal of keeping customer, partner and community satisfaction exceptionally high
Proven experience developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors new to the India market
Bonus Points For:
Running low-touch deal cycles with partners independently of the direct sales team
A demonstrated ability to increase partner-sourced revenue (NACV) contribution to India's overall revenue.
Compensation & Rewards:
In India, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range will apply for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.

4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd Cloud, Infra, Data & Security is growing fast, and our architecture leadership needs to keep up. We need someone who can take an unclear problem, define it, design the answer, and make sure it ships. You'll set technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, and data. You'll shape engagements and roadmaps before they're committed. And you'll stay close enough to delivery that what we design is what gets built. We operate AI-first: you'll use AI as a daily tool to move faster and multiply what you and the teams around you can deliver.
There will be ambiguity. That's the job. The plans don't exist yet, and you'll help write them.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:
- You'll help define the business, not inherit it. The Cloud BU is rapidly scaling. The patterns, standards, and team habits you set now become how we operate.
- The scope is broad on purpose. It covers cloud foundations, Kubernetes platforms, data, and AI workloads, so you won't be boxed into one layer.
- Decisions move quickly. You'll work directly with BU leadership, and decisions take days, not quarters.
- The problems are current. The work is getting AI workloads into production safely, building data platforms that are governed, and keeping cloud spend under control.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Architecture direction. You'll define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. You'll decide what we standardize and what we leave flexible.
- Data and AI platforms. You'll design lakehouse and warehouse, streaming, and governance patterns. You'll also design the platform layer that moves GenAI and agentic workloads from prototype to production, covering access control, evaluation, observability, and cost guardrails.
- Solution shaping. You'll lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write the solution designs and technical scope that teams commit to.
- AI-accelerated delivery. You'll use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle: discovery synthesis, design drafts, IaC and code generation, review, documentation, and estimation. You'll turn what works into repeatable patterns and prompts the team adopts. You'll also set the guardrails for how AI is used with client and production data.
- Security and compliance by design. You'll own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging. Your designs need to hold up to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulated-industry scrutiny without slowing delivery down.
- Cost and operability. Every design ships with a run cost, reliability targets, an observability plan, and a rollback path.
- Raising the bar. You'll run design reviews, mentor architects and senior engineers, and turn repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool). You can still review a pull request credibly.
- Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
- Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You can show concrete examples of AI shortening your delivery timelines or expanding your output. You also know where it fails, and you verify what it produces before anything reaches production.
- Can explain a tradeoff to a CFO in the morning and debug it with an engineer in the afternoon.
- Act under ambiguity. You write the first draft of the plan instead of waiting to be handed one, then adjust it as you learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- You've put GenAI or LLM systems into production (RAG, evaluation, guardrails, agent orchestration).
- You have multi-cloud or hybrid experience at enterprise scale.
- You've worked in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
- You hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA. These help but aren't required.
- You've built an architecture practice or center of excellence from an early stage.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first e-commerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The SABR team owns the top layer of request processing for product discovery. We own the service that first receives product discovery requests (autocomplete, search, browse & recommendations) & executes the entire business logic that drives product discovery. That service also functions as a gateway to parse incoming user requests, orchestrate calls across the internal services that do the ranking and retrieval, interpret their responses, and assemble the final response the customer sees. We also own the public configuration APIs customers use to control how discovery behaves, and the MCP layer that exposes all of it to AI agents.
Our team owns both platform & product components: Because of the positioning of our services, we take part in every architectural decision of our core product offering. At the same time, our goals are heavily influenced by direct customer feedback, because all product discovery-related features are either implemented in or integrated with our services.
All of our services are public APIs, so interface design and backward compatibility are a constant part of the job. But most of our attention goes to keeping them fast and up: we serve up to 15k RPS, fan out to many internal services on every request, and are expected to stay available and degrade gracefully when any of them fails or slows down.
The work is distributed systems in practice rather than in theory: request orchestration, failure isolation, caching, latency budgets, capacity planning, and the observability to know what is actually happening in production. The team is small enough that engineers own problems end to end, from design through on-call.
ABOUT YOU
You're a staff-level engineer who wants to own systems, not tickets. You've built high-traffic, low-latency Python services and carried the pager for them. You think in trade-offs: latency versus cost, flexibility versus a public API that customers can't afford to see break, the fix that ships this week versus the architecture that has to last two years. You can lead work that spans several engineers and several quarters, you enjoy mentoring others, and you're fine when a problem shows up half-defined. You don't mind being the one who reads the spec for some unfamiliar protocol, works out how it fits, and designs an integration that holds up at scale. You change your mind when someone has a better argument, you make the people around you better, and you still care about your code long after it merges.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the technical direction of one or more of our services - architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Lead design of new systems and public APIs, and the evolution of existing ones as traffic and feature scope grow.
- Raise the engineering bar through design and code review, and mentor mid and senior engineers into owning bigger scopes.
- Partner with product, other engineering teams, and solutions/support to shape what we build and to represent search constraints and trade-offs honestly.
- Take part in on-call for the systems you own, and lead incident response and follow-through when things break.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
TECHNICAL
- Substantial experience building and operating high-traffic, low-latency backend services in production.
- Extensive Python knowledge (our primary language).
- Experience with observability and performance work in live systems.
- Experience designing and evolving public APIs that external customers depend on.
- Experience designing & implementing scalable service-oriented architectures.
BEYOND THE CODE
- Track record of leading projects that span multiple engineers and quarters.
- Influence without authority, and willingness to change your position when someone has a better argument.
- Clear written communication - design docs, RFCs, postmortems.
- Good judgment about trade-offs and scope.
- Comfort with ambiguity and loosely defined problems.
- Ownership that extends past merge, to how the system behaves in production.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AWS
- Background in search, ranking, information retrieval, or e-commerce product discovery.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-facing infrastructure (MCP, agent tooling, or similar).

Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will drive the transition from manual, repetitive legacy work to more accurate, streamlined, and automated models, dashboards, and data feeds. Your work will change from week-to-week and month-to-month as you partner with FP&A to redesign how the team plans and forecasts, build new dashboards, and train AI agents to do the tedious stuff automatically. We need someone who combines financial acumen with technical know-how — translating model assumptions and drivers into the right long-term solution, whether that's a Pigment model, a Python script, or an AI agent. You'll also own the trustworthiness of the numbers Finance leaders rely on, building systematic data-quality checks and partnering with the Data/Analytics Engineering team to resolve upstream data issues. And because a fix that only you can maintain isn't really a fix, you'll document your models clearly enough that analysts without a Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes — empowering the team with tools that completely solve problems without manual workarounds.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Pigment, BigQuery, NetSuite, Omni, Sigma, Claude Code
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with FP&A business partners across Sales & Marketing, R&D, and G&A to understand how each team plans, forecasts, and reports today, then work together to identify manual, repetitive Finance work that Pigment integrations, Python scripts, and AI agents can streamline and automate.
Own the end-to-end build of new and migrated Pigment models — data blocks, formulas, workflows, dashboards, and views — turning fuzzy business asks from FP&A into technical solutions people actually want to use.
Collaborate on the design and maintenance of our Pigment architecture, ensuring we avoid a tangled mess of metrics, dimensions, and boards and keep our tools easy-to-navigate.
Team up with your peers on the Finance Systems team to build durable integrations between Pigment, BigQuery, and other finance systems, so the data everyone needs shows up accurately and automatically instead of through manual workarounds.
Put systematic data-quality checks in place — reconciliations, change monitoring, variance alerts — so business partners can trust the numbers without manual effort.
Document what you build clearly enough that a Finance analyst with no Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes.
Loop in the Data/Analytics Engineering team when a request needs a new data connection or you find an upstream data problem.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or analytics engineering, with hands-on work in an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) — or an equivalent analytics-engineering background (SQL, dbt, Python) with a strong interest in moving into EPM/finance systems work.
Proven experience using AI agents/LLM tooling to automate finance workflows.
Ability to sit with a Finance stakeholder, listen to a messy description of “how we currently do this,” and come back with a well-scoped technical plan.
Working proficiency in Python — or willingness and ability to learn via Claude Code or Codex.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery or similar).
High attention to detail — this role will work on models that inform real business decisions, so the ability to audit models and build intuition on outputs matter as much as speed.
Strong communication skills — able to explain a data discrepancy or a modeling trade-off to someone without a systems or data background.
Bonus Skills
Prior experience inside an FP&A or corporate finance function (not just building tools for one from the outside), ideally supporting a Sales, R&D, or G&A finance function specifically.
Prior experience building a Sales Capacity/Planning model or a Supply Chain model in Pigment, Anaplan, or another similar planning platform.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Omni.
Experience with dbt or another data-transformation framework.

About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills
Experience building or operating metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or single-tenant customers with strict reliability and latency requirements

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Accounting Automation Engineer to replace manual accounting work across a multi-entity, multi-country enterprise, using Claude Code and agentic AI.
You will use Claude Code and agentic AI, plus Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, to automate accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close and the wider day-to-day accounting operation. You need strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge to get the numbers right, because an automation that posts wrong entries is worse than no automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The goal is to automate the repeatable core of enterprise accounting, with human review kept only where judgment is needed.
Accounts payable
- Invoice capture and data extraction from PDFs and email, using AI where useful
- Vendor matching, coding suggestions, and 2-way/3-way PO matching
- Duplicate invoice detection and approval routing
- Payment run preparation and vendor statement reconciliation
Accounts receivable
- Invoice generation and delivery
- Cash application and bank receipt matching
- Aging reports, dunning and collections reminders
- Credit note handling and bad debt/ECL provision support
Reconciliations
- Bank and card reconciliations across all accounts and currencies
- Balance sheet account reconciliations (prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, fixed assets)
- Intercompany and subledger-to-GL reconciliations
- Exception reports that flag only the items a human needs to review
Month-end close
- Close checklist tracking and scheduled reminders
- Recurring, accrual, prepayment and amortization journals
- Depreciation runs and FX revaluation
- Trial balance checks, flux/variance analysis, and draft commentary
- Management reporting packs
General accounting operations
- Expense report and employee reimbursement checks
- Chart of accounts and master data hygiene
- Audit support: evidence collection, PBC lists, sample extraction
- Data pipelines between ERP, banks, payment platforms and spreadsheets
QUALIFICATIONS
Two things matter most, and we weigh them above everything else:
1. Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
2. Real experience with AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, backed by solid engineering basics
We accept two paths: an accountant who learned to code, or an engineer who learned accounting. Both are judged on the same practical test.
- Hands-on experience building automations with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (either is fine)
- Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, with solid engineering basics, shipping working scripts and agents
- Ability to run local scripts and schedule jobs (cron, task schedulers or CI pipelines)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, shown by ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent, or by several years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with core processes: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end close
- Comfort working with APIs and MCP servers, CSV/Excel data and basic SQL
- Care for accuracy, controls and audit trails
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments, including intercompany and consolidation
- Experience reconciling payment processor statements across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
- Experience with shared cost services that invoice group companies, including complex expense splits and automated invoice generation
- Experience with an ERP and its API (which ERP does not matter)
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, including tool use and MCP servers
- Knowledge of VAT/GST and e-invoicing rules in several jurisdictions
- Experience with Git, testing and basic cloud deployment
- Prior experience in a finance transformation or accounting operations team
- Additional languages, where our entities operate in non-English markets

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.

- You'll advance our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (I.D.E.A) strategy, working to build more diverse and inclusive teams
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:

SKILLS AND TOOLSET YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

- Persistence, consistency, and attention to detail - if we hire one person out of 200 candidates, you'd ensure the other 199 have a great experience. You care deeply about your craft.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. You are self-motivated and committed to excellence
- You are kind, warm, and thoughtful - you'll represent the company when you interact with thousands of candidates each year
- You'll contribute across the full scope of recruiting operations, from maintaining our ATS database and finding new ways to source candidates to analyzing data to improve recruiting efficiency and managing sourcing channels
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
