Order Experience
– the area responsible for the user experience from the moment an order is placed: payment and the user’s journey in the app after purchase.
Here, analytics directly affects both the user experience and the business economics: how easy it is to pay for a purchase, how quickly a customer’s issue gets resolved, and how much that resolution costs the company.
You’ll work with the Product, Payments, Billing, and Support teams: together with managers, engineers, support specialists, and the finance team, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, test hypotheses, and see them through to implementation. To do this, we have a mature internal A/B testing platform, a set of MCP tools and AI agents for analytical tasks, high-quality data in BigQuery and Spark, and transparent data preparation processes built on Airflow and dbt.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys proactively proposing changes, taking part in setting priorities, and seeing the results of their work in the product and in business metrics.
Responsibilities
Improving checkout and the post-purchase experience.
Identifying the reasons that prevent users from completing payment, and testing hypotheses that make this journey simpler
Developing AI support.
Working with the team to improve AI Chat: finding scenarios for automation, and assessing the quality of user problem resolution and the impact on the business
Improving the support contact experience.
Researching the user journey from ticket creation to problem resolution, agent performance, and refund decision-making
Increasing operational efficiency.
Forecasting support workload, improving the automatic refund model, and finding opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
Designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Helping teams choose metrics and experiment designs, interpret results, and automate analysis.
Developing the metrics system.
Making payments, billing, and support metrics clear and useful for decision-making, and investigating changes and anomalies
Influencing team priorities.
Identifying growth opportunities, estimating the potential impact of initiatives, and helping decide where it’s worth investing time
Enabling teams to work with data independently.
Preparing data for AI tools and automating repetitive analysis so that colleagues can answer basic questions on their own
Requirements
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
A solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on experience with A/B testing – from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Experience applying AI in analytical work: the ability to integrate it into everyday tasks, verify its outputs, and find new opportunities for automation
Independence and an interest in the business: the ability to dig into a problem, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis results to a specific decision
The ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds — from engineers to support, finance, and legal specialists
The ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders: making priorities transparent, agreeing on scope and timelines, and justifiably deprioritizing less important tasks
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, payments, support, or operations automation
Building your own AI tools and agents for data analysis
We offer

As the only company focused 100% on Java, Azul is building the Java platform for the modern cloud enterprise. We are reimagining how customers use Java, bringing them the tools and insight they need to deliver faster, more performant, more dependable, and less expensive Java services. Come join one of the most influential members of the Java and OpenJDK community and help influence the future of Java.
Falcon is the optimizing just in time (JIT) compiler in Azul Platform Prime. It compiles hot Java bytecode into highly optimized machine code and delivers Java performance that standard JVMs do not reach. Falcon is built on LLVM.
We are looking for a Compiler Performance Engineer to make Falcon generate even faster code. This is not a compiler front end role and not a compiler built from scratch: the compiler exists, runs in production at large enterprises, and your job is to find where the generated code is slower than it should be and fix it in the optimizer and code generator.
You will join a distributed team of compiler experts and work on real workloads with direct, measurable impact on customer performance.
What You Will Do
Analyze performance of Java benchmarks and customer workloads, find gaps in generated code and trace them to their root cause in the compiler
Implement and improve optimizations in Falcon's middle end and back end: inlining, loop optimizations, vectorization, redundancy elimination, speculative optimizations and their interaction with the runtime
Improve code generation for x86_64 and AArch64
Write tests and benchmarks that prove the improvement and protect it from regressions
Contribute changes upstream to LLVM where it makes sense
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in compilers, JIT compilers or low level performance engineering
Strong C++ design and coding skills
Solid understanding of compiler optimization theory: SSA, data flow analysis, loop transformations
Ability to read assembly and reason about why one instruction sequence is faster than another
Nice to Have
Experience with LLVM IR and LLVM optimization passes, or with another optimizing compiler such as HotSpot C2, Graal, GCC or V8
Experience with profilers such as perf, VTune or async profiler
Knowledge of x86_64 and/or AArch64 microarchitecture
Experience with Java, Scala or Kotlin, or with JVM internals
MSc or PhD in Computer Science with a compiler or performance focus
What We Offer
Opportunity to make a high impact at a growing, global company
Work alongside top experts worldwide contributing to the Java ecosystem
Referral Program — help us grow with great people
Premium IT equipment — MacBook Pro or hardware of your choice
Competitive paid holidays and sick time
Flexible working hours

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager with a deep understanding of TradingView users, strong commercial judgment, and experience driving product growth. You will grow OKX's business within the TradingView ecosystem by identifying the most promising customer segments, defining why traders should choose OKX, and finding effective ways to acquire, activate, and retain them, with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
Your first priority is to establish how the business can grow and which opportunities warrant investment. You will validate growth hypotheses through user research, data analysis, and focused experiments before committing substantial engineering resources. Those insights will shape the product roadmap, investment priorities, and the TradingView integrations and trading experience improvements you deliver with engineering and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the Growth Strategy and Business Opportunity —
Identify high-potential customer segments, trading use cases, and market opportunities within the TradingView ecosystem. Assess competitive positioning, platform selection drivers, and OKX's differentiated value proposition. Build growth hypotheses and business cases that consider audience size, revenue potential, acquisition cost, and expected return, then set business goals, priorities, and a phased growth plan.
Understand Users and the Trading Conversion Journey —
Use interviews, behavioral data, and community feedback to understand how traders discover platforms, use charts and indicators, set alerts, connect accounts, place orders, and manage positions. Identify what motivates or prevents users from choosing OKX, making their first trade, and returning. Develop customer segments and conversion funnels, and turn insights into clear product, positioning, and lifecycle opportunities.
Validate Growth Hypotheses and Improve Conversion and Retention —
Design measurable experiments across acquisition, account connection, first successful trade, repeat trading, and reactivation. Use existing capabilities, onboarding, trader education, value proposition testing, and targeted campaigns to validate opportunities. Define success metrics, experiment costs, and criteria to scale or stop; expand approaches that work and use the evidence to inform subsequent product investment.
Drive Go-To-Market and Ecosystem Partnerships —
Work with marketing, regional, lifecycle, and TradingView partner teams on acquisition and go-to-market plans. Evaluate ecosystem visibility, communities, creators, educational content, and joint campaigns as potential channels. Define the customer proposition, distribution approach, conversion journey, and partner objectives, and assess channels by the active traders, retention, and business contribution they generate.
Translate Growth Evidence into Product Delivery and Integration —
Translate validated user needs and growth opportunities into a product roadmap, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. Define the minimum scope and engineering priorities required to achieve the business objective. Work with OKX engineering and TradingView technical teams to assess API integration, account authorization, market data, and order and position synchronization, and drive the necessary adaptation, testing, and launch to address specific conversion, trust, or retention problems.
Own Business Outcomes and Continuously Refine Investment —
Own metrics for newly acquired trading users, first-trade conversion, active traders, retention, incremental trading volume, and revenue contribution, taking acquisition, incentive, and delivery costs into account. Separate the effects of market conditions, incentives, and product improvements. Review growth initiatives and feature investments, reallocate resources based on results, and track connection success and trading reliability as measures of experience quality.
What We Look For In You
Relevant product management experience in trading, fintech, or digital assets, with a track record of measurable product growth. You can explain how you identified opportunities, developed a growth strategy, and improved acquisition, trading conversion, retention, or revenue, including your personal contribution and results.
A deep understanding of TradingView users and their practical use of charts, indicators, watchlists, alerts, and trading workflows. You can explain why different traders choose a platform, switch terminals, abandon an order, or continue using a service, and validate those insights through research and data.
Strong commercial judgment and growth strategy skills. You can segment customers, assess opportunities, define differentiated positioning, select distribution channels, and build business cases. You validate demand and a credible path to growth through research and focused experiments before substantial engineering investment.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills. You can analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention, design and evaluate growth experiments, and assess incrementality, acquisition cost, customer value, and incentive cost. You can distinguish short-term trading volume changes from sustainable growth.
An understanding of trading products and their commercial drivers. You are familiar with spot and derivatives fundamentals and how instrument coverage, fees, liquidity, execution quality, and account and position workflows influence customer choice, conversion, and retention. You can translate these factors into product decisions.
Experience delivering products that involve technical integration. You have worked with engineers on API or third-party platform integrations and can read interface documentation, understand account authorization and market data, order, and position synchronization, define business rules and acceptance criteria, and drive testing and launch. You connect technical constraints and implementation scope to user value and growth objectives.
Strong English communication and cross-functional execution skills. You can work with TradingView partners, marketing, regional, product, and engineering teams on business opportunities, product priorities, and technical feasibility, aligning resources around shared outcomes.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience growing a business within TradingView or a comparable trading-tool ecosystem, with examples spanning opportunity discovery, growth validation, and scaling.
Experience with trader communities, creators, educational content, partnerships, or channel growth, with the ability to evaluate initiatives by active traders, retention, and revenue contribution.
Experience growing products across regions or trader segments, with an understanding of differences in user behavior, customer propositions, and acquisition approaches.
Experience with TradingView Broker Integration, Advanced Charts, Trading Platform, or comparable integrations, with an ability to explain how the work improved the user experience or supported growth objectives.
What Success Looks Like
An evidence-based growth plan that identifies priority customer segments, OKX's differentiated value, promising distribution channels, and the business opportunity.
Validated, repeatable approaches to acquisition, trading conversion, and retention, supported by research and focused experiments that guide engineering investment and resource allocation.
Measurable, sustainable growth in active traders, retention, and revenue contribution, with acquisition and incentive costs taken into account.
Delivery of the product capabilities and TradingView integrations needed to capture validated opportunities, with improvements to critical user journeys and ongoing measurement of their growth impact.
Perks & Benefits

Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
