How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE

- Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
- Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1–4 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- A "get things done" mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
NICE TO HAVES
- Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
- Systems thinking — you design processes to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Transforming 50M+ daily events into real-time actionable dashboard insights
The Dashboards team is responsible for the systems and interfaces that define our partners' daily operations. We build the campaign management APIs, analytics engines, and high-throughput tools that allow advertisers and publishers to configure, monitor, and optimize their activity on our platform.
This is not about simple CRUD interfaces, it is about building high-performance data surfaces that drive massive business decisions. Using Go, Kafka, and Druid, we process and render real-time analytics across 50+ million daily events, ensuring accuracy and complex campaign performance reporting at scale. On the frontend, we tackle genuine engineering constraints: utilizing TypeScript and React, we have moved beyond standard library limitations to build highly optimized graph-rendering with Recharts capable of visualizing datasets that would overload conventional solutions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years as a Product Owner in a fast-paced environment. You have hands-on experience with agile development and a track record of taking features from concept to launch. At adjoe, you'll own the Advertiser Tools product end-to-end, managing a dedicated development team, driving the roadmap, and making strategic decisions that directly impact advertiser performance.
- High ownership, low ambiguity tolerance. You prioritize ruthlessly based on user and business needs, work independently, and make objective calls when requirements are still evolving. You've delivered at least one significant 0-to-1 product iteration and know what it takes to ship at pace without sacrificing quality.
- Bridges business and engineering naturally. You're as comfortable presenting a product roadmap to management and external partners as you are discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers. You close the gap between what the business wants and what the system can realistically deliver.
- KPI-driven team lead. You manage team progress with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for our advertisers and create solutions that meet their goals.
- Develops the people, not just the product. You guide and grow the individuals on your team, helping them operate at their best even as requirements and priorities shift.
- Plus: AdTech background. Experience in an adtech company is a plus, not a requirement.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.
50 Billion Daily Bid Predictions
The adjoe Ads Data Science team owns the entire bidding algorithm that decides which ad you are most likely to enjoy from start to finish: conversion prediction, user quality estimation, and bid shading. Every bid adjoe placed in an ad auction is the output of ML models making 50 billion predictions daily, trained on data from our mobile SDKs that capture real user behavior at scale.
The team moves fast: new ideas tested offline, A/B tests launched in production within minutes. We rely on industry-proven state of the art technology, adapted to our needs and self-hosted where it matters: PyTorch and TensorFlow for modeling, Trino and Athena for querying a 350TB Iceberg data lake, Airflow and Ray for orchestrating our different training pipelines across multiple GPU clusters. Models are built on 600+ features and trained on 200 million data points, with the full ML lifecycle owned by the team from research and experimentation to deployment and real-time inference at sub-200ms latency.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in Data Science, 2+ in leadership. You have a track record of architecting and deploying ML solutions, recommender systems and neural networks specifically, and have led data science teams through hiring, mentoring, regular 1-1s, and career development. At adjoe Ads, you'll be growing and managing the team of Data Scientists, Data & ML Engineers, Data Analysts that owns the entire bidding algorithm.
- At least 50% hands-on. This is not a purely managerial role. You work on data science tasks yourself, own critical procedures like experiments and implementation details, and mentor data scientists in advanced modeling, programming quality, and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in data at scale. You've worked with large, diverse data sources AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, Flink, S3, MySQL and know how to extract signals from a 350TB data lake. Strong Python required; experience building an MLOps stack with Airflow, Spark, or Flink is a strong plus.
- Bridges math and business. You can dive deep into mathematical foundations and translate complex model behavior into clear decisions for product and business stakeholders. You align with the adjoe Ads product team and Cloud Infrastructure on priorities, tools, and best practices.
- Contributes to the roadmap, not just the backlog. You work on long-term strategy and quarterly OKRs, contributing to adjoe Ads' position as a strong competitor in the programmatic adtech market.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization.
The Platform Behind 770 Million Users and Billions of Daily Ad Decisions
Behind the value exchange sits an ecosystem of interconnected engineering teams, each owning a distinct part of the stack. On the demand side, Go microservices evaluate 30+ targeting constraints in milliseconds, process 5.5 billion API requests daily, and integrate with ML models making 100,000+ predictions per second to decide which campaigns reach which users.
On the publisher side, native Android and iOS SDKs run on 13% of the world's smartphones, delivering rewards to 770 million users annually through a system where accuracy and latency are not optional. At this scale, product and technical decisions don't happen in isolation, every change ripples across the entire platform.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a leadership role where you owned the product vision. You have a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in a high-growth environment, with a CS degree or equivalent hands-on mastery of system design and modern tech stacks. You think like an entrepreneur, if something is broken or missing, you fix it without waiting for a brief.
- Ships with conviction, measures with precision. You don't just ship features, you define why they're being built, how they fit the product lifecycle, and exactly how to measure success via business KPIs. You're a fast thinker who values question-and-answer efficiency over process overhead.
- Translates vision into execution. You take high-level business and product goals and turn them into actionable technical roadmaps. You drive projects by coordinating across domain areas, acting as the go-between for business stakeholders and engineering leads, and optimizing delivery processes to maintain velocity as the organization scales.
- Makes executive-level calls without hesitation. You step into technical and product meetings, unblock bottlenecks, and balance technical feasibility with product desirability. You're comfortable with ambiguity and dive into tickets, API documentation, or raw data to confirm product viability on your own.
- Tech fluency is your edge, not your identity. You understand system design and modern tech stacks well enough to make the right calls and ensure every feature maps back to measurable growth and revenue, not to write the code. You value AI as an optimizer but prioritize impact over hype.
- Manages and influences across teams. You have experience managing or mentoring people and can influence stakeholders across different departments. You articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences with confidence.
- Plus: Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to leverage complex data models and pipelines for product-led growth decisions.

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). You don't need deep experience with all of these, but to understand what they do, how they fit together, and be willing to build with and across them. A strong understanding of enterprise data models and workflows is essential.
Broad Functional Understanding -
Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders across diverse domains and quickly understand their unique needs.
End-to-End Ownership -
Track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving to measurable outcomes independently.
Product Mindset -
Ability to scope MVPs, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver iteratively. In addition, consider adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Preferred requirements
Experience with GitLab platform and CI/CD workflows
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or Theory of Constraints thinking
Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Workato) alongside custom development
Previous startup or high-growth company experience
Experience mentoring or leading technical projects with junior engineers
About the team
You will join the Enterprise Technology & AI team. We're the backbone of the organisation, driving transformation in how GitLab team members make decisions, operate at scale, and deliver results for our customers.
We believe the best AI solutions start with understanding the system, not the technology. We value people who think in constraints and flow, who build with conviction, and who never stop learning. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous setting, guided by GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.
Perform rigorous quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence before delivery.
Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.
Proactively monitor account health, identifying and resolving potential retention risks before they escalate.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager, specifically within a marketing or creative agency.
Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional sales talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients range from high-growth startups to established tech platforms across SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech.
Unlike traditional outsourcing, you’ll be placed directly with a client as a core member of their team—giving you real ownership, career growth, and long-term stability.
About the Company
Our client is a results-driven AI marketing agency that specializes in local lead generation for high-stakes professional service firms, including legal, medical, and home services industries. Founded in 2014, the team bridges the gap between engineering discipline and strategic marketing to help local businesses outrank national brands. They provide an integrated suite of services, including AI-driven search engine optimization, adaptive PPC management, and sophisticated digital transformation tools designed to turn discovery into high-intent bookings and calls.
Operating as a forward-thinking scale-up, the company focuses on "Midnight AI" systems that optimize visibility across Google Maps, organic search, and emerging AI recommendation engines. The culture is built on transparency, measurable outcomes, and a calm, disciplined approach to innovation. By joining this collaborative team, you will work at the intersection of traditional search and the new era of AI-driven marketing, delivering high-impact growth for clients who rely on steady inbound lead flow to thrive.
Job Summary
This company is a performance marketing agency building the "Agency of the Future" by leveraging AI to dominate the Answer Engine era. While traditional agencies are focused solely on Google rankings, this team ensures clients are cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We are looking for a high-performing closer to lead our revenue function. You will sell directly to business owners and managing partners of firms generating $1M+ in annual revenue. This is a role for a strategic thinker who understands that modern businesses need high-margin, AI-driven solutions rather than outdated agency deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Owning the full closing cycle, taking 7–10+ qualified calls per week across all US time zones.
Managing and coaching a front-end appointment setter, listening to call recordings daily to identify drop-off points and running live role-play sessions.
Handling complex objections regarding ROI and differentiation without the use of a script.
Conducting daily video syncs with leadership to review pipeline health and priorities.
Providing consistent End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Week (EOW) reports on revenue closed, close rates, and setter performance.
Scaling the performance of the sales function as the agency grows, with a target of $20,000+ in new contracts closed per month.
Requirements
+2 years of experience closing high-ticket services in a digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of selling directly to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries (Law, Medical, Home Services).
Ability to speak fluently about revenue, leads, and ROI rather than just "deliverables."
Experience managing or coaching appointment setters to improve top-of-funnel health.
High level of self-discipline and the ability to operate in a remote, founder-led startup environment without micromanagement.
Availability to cover core US hours (8am–7pm CST) to support prospects from EST to PST.
Benefits

🌎 Fully remote work environment
📈 Compounding commission structure on multi-month contracts
🚀 Opportunity to lead the sales function of an AI-first agency
🎯 High-growth potential with total compensation realistic targets of $11k–$14k/mo by month 6
⚡ Flexible hours with a focus on output over clock-watching
