About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
- Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field.
The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them.
You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast.
You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view — on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something low-code tooling simply can't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build the agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, off-loading the manual and repetitive work. Reach for AI where it does something low-code can't.
- Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into the dashboards, scores, and alerts reps actually act on. A build isn't done until the field is using it.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog — we have a lot of tools, some overlap, and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize without waiting to be handed a roadmap.
- Ship rep-productivity workflows fast — triage asks from the field, find the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like a VP of Sales asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday.
- Know when to go custom — not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. Spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when the problem calls for it, and make that call with judgment, not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions — every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications. Anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt that someone else has to unwind six months later.
- Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems — ensuring data flows reliably between the tools your team depends on every day.
- Document what you build — if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role — ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
- You’ve shipped production agents on Vercel — build custom internal GTM apps and agents on Vercel, with durable workflows and sandboxed execution, so what you ship runs reliably in production instead of as one-off scripts
- Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) — you're actively building with these tools in production, not just experimenting
- Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment and workflow tool — you have opinions about how to use it well and you've pushed it to its limits
- Direct experience with Salesforce — you know the data model, you've built on it, and you're comfortable owning CRM-level changes
- A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows, not just contributing to or consuming them
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) and a fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Strong judgment on the build decision — you know when low-code gets you 80% of the way there and when it becomes the bottleneck, and you act accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with enrichment and data-provider ecosystems beyond Clay
- Comfort building reporting and alerting on a data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks) and BI layer (Sigma, Hex) — not as a data engineer, but as a consumer and builder on top of the data layer
- Experience building with agent platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, etc.) and/or agent frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, etc.)
- Experience with highly technical software sales cycles and complex GTM motions
- An instinct for stack consolidation — you've inherited a messy tool environment before and helped bring it toward something more intentional without breaking what works
- Systems thinker — you naturally break problems into composable parts, building solutions with separation of concerns so they're reusable, extensible, and easy to maintain
- Comfortable with a little sprawl — you're not paralyzed by ambiguity or imperfect tooling. You know how to experiment, build fast, and clean up as you go
- Challenging work and exposure to a variety of ML startups.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

Location: Minsk; Tbilisi; Chișinău
Workplace: hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our distributed engineering team.
IDT/NRS builds the Point of Sale platform that runs tens of thousands of independent retail stores across the United States.
We are now expanding that platform into restaurants.
If you like challenges where the hard part is getting it right at scale rather than getting it working once, this is that job!
Primary location - Minsk, Belarus (hybrid - 3 days/week in the office)!
What you will own:
Architecture and delivery of new restaurant facing services, from data model to API to the screens merchants actually touch.
The merchant facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and everything staff touch across the life of an order.
Extending and hardening existing production services without destabilizing them.
Correctness under concurrency: transactional integrity, isolation levels, idempotency, race conditions, retries, and honest tradeoffs where perfect guarantees are not available.
Behavior when the connection drops. A store keeps serving whether or not the network is up, which means offline capable clients, local state, sync on reconnect, and reconciling what happened while the system was split.
Queueing and asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event driven flows.
Safe rollout of releases that reach tens of thousands of users.
Working directly with product managers and designers to shape what gets built, not just receiving requirements and implementing them.
Technical direction and code review for other engineers, including the judgment to say when a design is wrong and the credibility to make that stick.
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years building full-stack products
, including time as the senior person on the work.
Deep Node.js and TypeScript experience across the full-stack
, with production services you designed and still stand behind.
Deep understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Strong relational database skills, Postgres or MySQL
: schema design, indexing, query tuning, transactions, and what actually happens under load. Comfort with non relational stores such as Redis or MongoDB, and with caching and invalidation.
Experience with queues and streaming, whether Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, or similar, including the failure modes that come with them: ordering, duplicates, replay, and consumer lag.
Front- end skill that matches the environment:
our team use these screens during a rush, on a terminal or a tablet, with no time to think and no tolerance for a bad interaction.
We use Vue.
Experience with React or Angular is fine
, as long as it includes component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
Real time interfaces built on websockets, ideally socket.io. Order flow and kitchen display depend on it.
Excellent debugging. You can take an unfamiliar production failure and reason your way to root cause instead of guessing.
Parts of the existing platform are PHP.
Working effectively in unfamiliar code, with AI, is part of this job.
Experience deploying services that scale horizontally, tolerate a failed instance or a slow dependency, and automatically add or shed capacity.
Comfortable on Linux, and fluent with Git and CI and CD workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You will be in daily conversation with teams in the United States and Israel, and will often be the person explaining a technical decision to people who did not attend the design discussion.
How you work:
AI first.
You use AI tooling as a core part of how you engineer: mapping an unfamiliar codebase in hours instead of weeks, pressure testing your own designs, moving faster without lowering the bar.
You apply it across the whole lifecycle: shaping a design before any code exists, writing and refactoring, reviewing your own work, as well as automated PR reviews.
You jump in.
Handed a large, complex, unfamiliar repository, your instinct is to open it and start reading. Complexity and sensitivity are reasons to be careful, not reasons to wait for someone else.
You build services that stay maintainable.
Clear boundaries, readable code, tests that earn their keep, observability that makes production legible. The next engineer should be able to operate what you built without a tour guide.
You think about the person on the other side.
During a rush, a confusing screen or one extra tap is not a cosmetic problem. It is a slower line and a worse night for the staff.
You go the extra mile.
You follow a problem to its actual end, including the parts nobody assigned to you. You take pride in the work and you care how it lands for the merchant on the other side of the screen.
What We Offer:
Remote B2B (Georgia) or
On-site in Belarus and Moldova work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Top-tier hardware to support your productivity.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Developer Platform https://www.notion.com/product/dev engineer, you will directly contribute to the foundational pieces that make Notion extensible and connected. You will build tools, APIs, and platform experiences that help customers connect Notion to the world — bringing their apps, data, and workflows into one workspace. Your work will make it easier for developers, admins, and builders to create reliable integrations and automations on top of Notion.
You will be a key player in building the robust technical foundation that allows Notion to achieve the connected workspace vision. Your work will include both internal platform contributions that accelerate other Notion engineering teams and end-user-facing functionality that enables toolmaking ubiquity. You will be presented with challenging technical problems, as Notion’s product needs are complex. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- You’ll work with a team of engineers and cross-functional partners across product, design, data science, and user research to define a product strategy and drive execution through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
- You’ll evolve Developer Platform capabilities across APIs, MCP tools, and integration infrastructure that help customers automate workflows, customize Notion, and connect Notion to the tools and data they use every day.
- You’ll contribute to the overall performance, reliability, and robustness of the Notion product, ensuring it scales elegantly across many dimensions.
- You’ll partner with engineering leaders to identify and execute against high-leverage technical investments that ensure the long-term flexibility and sustainability of our core systems.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 10+ years of experience shipping production software, with a strong track record of owning features end-to-end
- Fluency with TypeScript across both backend and frontend
- Strong product instincts: you can take a vague problem, propose a solid technical approach, and know when to cut scope
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building developer tools like APIs and SDKs
- Experience driving teams toward shared goals and balancing business priorities with individuals’ strengths, areas of interest, and career development goals
- Familiarity with AI/agent tooling, evals, or LLM-driven product experiences

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
