ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Associate, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Own the process design and execution for role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
- Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage handoffs and keep data changes moving accurately and on time
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3-6+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- Experience building data workflows, with and without AI
- SQL skills

About the Role:
We're hiring our first Senior GTM AI Engineer. This is a software engineering job inside the revenue org. You will build the pipelines, internal tools, and agents that decide which companies we go after, how we reach them, and what our sellers see when they open their laptop in the morning. Most of what a sales ops team used to do by hand is now something you can write software to do. Tasks include finding every company building voice AI before they contact us, researching accounts and drafting first emails, watching product usage to alert AEs about customer expansion or churn, and keeping the CRM clean without manual form filling. You will build those systems, run them in production, and be judged on whether pipeline and revenue move. Your users are AEs, SDRs, and GTM leaders. Your job is to make a small team perform like one three times its size.
What You'll Do:
— Write code every day, mainly Python services, SQL models, scheduled jobs, and small internal apps.
— Use Claude Code and similar tools to ship quickly.
— Build agents for account research, lead qualification, outreach drafting, CRM hygiene, and usage monitoring.
— Design, equip, evaluate, and maintain these agents.
— Turn product usage data in BigQuery and Looker into actionable signals for sellers.
— Build the account targeting machine: sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and ICP scoring.
— Integrate existing systems (CRM, enrichment providers, outbound tools) for seamless data flow.
— Maintain funnel data trustworthiness through routing rules, field governance, and attribution.
— Prototype rapidly, measure effectiveness, discontinue ineffective solutions, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership.
— Document your work for sustainability.
What You'll Need:
— 4+ years as a software engineer, data engineer, or growth/GTM engineer with experience shipping systems others depend on.
— Strong Python and SQL skills.
— Ownership of production automations end to end: APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, retries, error handling, and monitoring.
— Experience building with LLMs beyond single prompts: multi-step agents, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation.
— Ability to assess agent output quality and choose appropriate tools.
— AI-assisted development experience using tools like Claude Code daily.
— Solid fundamentals: clean code, version control, code review, debugging, and systems thinking.
— Ability to ship independently without an engineering team.
— Curiosity about sales organizations and willingness to learn CRM and related tools.
— Builder's mindset with operator's judgment: scoping for business impact, iterative shipping, and measuring pipeline and revenue results.
— Low ego, high ownership, and comfort as a single-threaded owner of a domain.
Nice to Have:
— Hands-on Salesforce or other CRM experience at object and API level, or experience with enrichment and outbound tools like Clay.
— Experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker, or equivalent warehouse and BI stack.
— Experience at developer-facing or API-first companies or selling to technical buyers.
— Experience as the first engineer in a sales or growth org building the function from scratch.
Pay Transparency:
Salary range: $160,000 to $220,000 per year for candidates in the U.S. Adjustments may apply for other regions.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience.
Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline.
You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps.
You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers.
You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
AI DELIVERY
- Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan.
- Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release.
- Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments.
- Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements.
- Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments.
- Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation.
- Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
CHANGE READINESS
- Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release.
- Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features.
- Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act.
- Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process.
- Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process.
- You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities.
- You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes.
- You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through.
- You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear.
- You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution.
- You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership.
- Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects.
- A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change.
- Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained.
- Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps.
- Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through.
Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery.

What you will work on
- Reviewing and editing the team's copy across the blog, Help Center, changelog, Creator Hub, case studies, PR and news, newsletters, product updates, and UI text;
- Fact-checking every piece before it ships: checking model and feature names against the product;

- Holding one consistent brand voice across everything we publish.
Your must haves
- English as your native language;

- An instinct for style, tone and rhythm. You feel when a sentence works and when it doesn't;
- The ability to explain your edits and how they make the text stronger. "It sounds better" is a start, not an answer;

About ••••••••••••: helps expand access to high-quality early childhood education. We provide childcare providers with software, tools, and support to build and run sustainable businesses, and assist governments in modernizing childcare programs. Our products support critical everyday workflows for providers, families, and government partners.
The Role: We're looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented QA Engineer to lead quality across our government products, billing product, and products sold to childcare providers. You'll build an AI-driven QA practice while staying hands-on: investigating failures, writing automated tests, validating releases, and working directly with government customers. You'll bring technical depth to understand complex systems and attention to detail to catch problems before customers do.
What You'll Do:
— Lead QA across ••••••••••••.
— Own the testing strategy, prioritize highest-risk workflows, and establish clear standards for release readiness across products.
— Use AI daily: apply AI tools to generate test cases, write and maintain automation, explore edge cases, and accelerate debugging.
— Validate results and protect customer and government data.
— Test AI-powered products: build repeatable evaluations for accuracy, consistency, unsupported outputs, and unexpected behavior across real customer workflows.
— Build strong technical coverage: create and maintain UI and API tests, use SQL to verify data integrity, and integrate reliable regression and smoke tests into development and release processes.
— Protect billing accuracy: test invoices, payments, refunds, calculations, reconciliation, including failed transactions, retries, rounding, and duplicate charges.
— Represent •••••••••••• with government partners: meet stakeholders to understand requirements, lead user acceptance testing, explain issues clearly, and coordinate fixes and acceptance documentation.
— Make requirements testable: translate product requirements and government acceptance criteria into test plans, test cases, and documented results.
— Work closely with Engineering and Product: participate in Scrum planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; help teams identify risks early, prioritize defects, and verify fixes.
— Improve quality over time: track escaped defects, recurring issues, test reliability, and release risks; turn findings into better coverage and processes.
Who You Are:
— Hands-on QA or quality engineering professional taking ownership from requirements through verified fixes.
— Highly detail-oriented, curious, and persistent.
— Able to notice inconsistencies, investigate edge cases, and follow issues through to resolution.
— Technically strong in test automation, API testing, SQL, debugging, and modern software development practices.
— Comfortable using AI extensively and able to demonstrate how it improves speed and depth of work.
— Clear communicator working effectively with engineers, product teams, and government stakeholders.
— Experienced in Agile teams and Scrum ceremonies.
— Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple products in a fast-moving environment.
— Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate, with availability to work onsite 5–6 days per week.
— Experience with government systems, billing or payments, childcare software, and government-facing UAT is especially valuable.
What Success Looks Like:
— Most important workflows have dependable test coverage.
— Government UAT is organized and supported by clear evidence.
— Billing issues are caught before customers are affected.
— Teams understand release risks, and AI helps test faster and more thoroughly.
Compensation: Competitive compensation.
About the role
You are an architect for quality with the vision to define and build QA processes for any sort of app. You can work at any company in the world, but you choose us because you want to use your versatility and "nose for bugs" to solve new and interesting challenges. You are a champion of quality on multi-disciplined teams, blending a deep understanding of user experience with a technical approach to breaking systems. You are a thought partner to developers and product managers — someone who doesn't just find bugs but identifies systematic gaps. You are brilliant yet humble; a doer with high integrity who takes ownership of quality and enjoys a full life outside of work.
Note: This position is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Poland or Portugal.
Key responsibilities
— Define and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy and processes for entire products, determining the most effective manual techniques to ensure "world-class" standards of quality
— Plan and perform exploratory and manual testing for complex features, going beyond specifications to ensure the user experience is intuitive and seamless
— Be the champion and source-of-truth for quality, helping both internal teams and clients identify systematic quality gaps while building processes to close them
— Evangelize "quality at the source" across the development lifecycle
— Own the documentation and reporting of quality metrics and bug tracking, ensuring the product team, engineers, and clients have clear visibility into project health
— Partner with the PMs and TPMs to define acceptance criteria and manage release approvals
— Lead cross-functional investigations into complex quality issues, driving them through to resolution with engineering and product teams
Qualifications
— 5+ years of experience in testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications
— 2+ years of experience acting as a sole QA leading a project, with the ability to build a testing strategy from a blank slate
— A "nose for bugs" and the manual testing skills to break an app in ways a script might miss
— You understand user experience as much as code
— Strong understanding of client-server architecture, modern engineering stacks, and the ability to use DevTools and API clients (like Postman) to perform deep technical audits
— Practical understanding of how manual testing fits into a modern CI/CD pipeline and the ability to collaborate on release cycles
— Proficiency at maintaining test documentation and communicating test results to key stakeholders
— A mindset for risk-based testing, with the ability to clearly articulate technical risks and quality tradeoffs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
— A proactive personality who learns quickly while working independently and is always looking for ways to improve the "how" of building software
— Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
What we offer
— Remote-first, flexible work with a budget to set up a work space that works for you
— Localized healthcare coverage to support you and your family’s wellbeing
— Flexible paid time off with a minimum of 3 weeks per year (plus holidays)
— "No internal meetings" Fridays, so you can focus on deep, uninterrupted work
— A professional growth budget for learning that matters to you – whether it’s developing your technical skills or learning a new language
— A monthly wellness allowance to support your physical and mental health
— Annual company offsites, where we gather in person to build meaningful connections
— A competitive salary that reflects your expertise, impact and experience
— Profit-sharing, so you can benefit directly from the value we build together
— A paid sabbatical program, designed for rest, renewal and fresh perspective

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
- Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article
- Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result
- Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after
- Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything
- Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach
- You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips
- Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention
- A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
- Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. AI is how you move faster, not how you cut corners
- English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
- You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
- Experience making performance creatives or ads for social: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for combining AI footage with graphics
- Advanced workflows: ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync
- You follow new model releases closely and test them the week they come out
- Your own social account or channel with AI-made content
- You already use Higgsfield on your own projects
The deal
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

Workplace: hybrid
We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
As a Technical Product Operations Manager, you will own the work that moves our platform forward but does not fit inside any single team. Our engineering organisation is split across several tribes, each with its own services, roadmap and release cadence. Platform migrations, retiring shared dependencies, standardising how every squad works and rolling out new engineering practices all cut across those boundaries, and you will be the person who holds that work end to end.
You will run cross-team technical programs, help drive and improve the engineering processes everyone relies on, and make sure both are backed by real data rather than assumptions. This is not a people management role, and you will not write production code. You do need to be technical enough that engineers treat you as a peer. The role is broad and hands-on. In a typical week you might sequence a Kafka topic migration across four squads, fix a company-wide process that keeps stalling at the same step, pull numbers from a database to settle a question about impact, and ship a small automation that removes a recurring manual task for the whole department. Continuous improvement and AI are central to the role: you will constantly look for better ways for engineering to work and apply AI where it clearly improves throughput, quality or speed.
Responsibilities:
Run cross-team technical programs such as platform migrations, dependency removals, standardisation initiatives, decommissioning, and large infrastructure changes. For each one, break broad goals into sequenced plans with named owners.
Find the right decision-makers when ownership is unclear, facilitate technical discussions (including where squads disagree), and secure clear decisions with committed dates.
Maintain a single, accurate view of each programme's phase, blockers, owners, and delivery dates. Raise conflicts between sources rather than smoothing them over.
Produce concise, accurate status reporting that engineering leadership can act on.
Drive and improve company-wide engineering processes, such as tech design review. This means sharpening the processes already live, establishing new ones where needed, and running their cadence, templates, queues, and follow-through.
Gather feedback from engineers and separate friction worth removing from friction that serves a purpose, then turn the findings into concrete process changes.
Instrument processes so their health is measured rather than assumed, for example review turnaround time, rework rate, or how often work reaches build without a required decision.
Query data directly using SQL, dashboards, and APIs, and reconcile what Jira reports with what systems actually show.
Identify recurring manual work across engineering and automate it, using AI where it adds real value, then measure whether the automation delivered actual savings.
Build lasting assets such as playbooks, templates, runbooks, automated reporting, and agent workflows that keep working after each programme ends, and help colleagues adopt the AI practices that work.
Requirements:
Degree in STEM or other quantitative field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical programme management, engineering operations, or delivery management within a high-performance software engineering environment.
Proven track record of delivering cross-team technical programmes in a multi-team organisation.
Strong technical understanding of modern software systems, including services, deployments, queues, metrics, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, releases, and rollbacks.
Ability to read architecture diagrams, tech design documents, and ADRs, and judge whether they are ready for review.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with dashboards, APIs, and Jira.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve personal and team productivity.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to drive decisions where ownership is unclear.
Clear, concise written communication for senior audiences.
Strong ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THE COHERE TPM ROLE?
As our Generative Machine Learning organization has continued growing, we are looking for more Technical Program Managers to join the team!
At Cohere, TPMs are pivotal to our success, being seen as operational experts specializing in cross-functional efforts. Great TPMs at Cohere are well-rounded, executing with precision at the tactical level, while partnering with senior leaders and shaping the big picture at a strategic level, and the opportunities are endless in growing the scale and impact of their work. Cohere’s TPMs would often be described as organized, execution-oriented, pragmatic leaders who are adaptable to the needs of the company and the programs they lead.
As a reward for the depth and breadth of expertize that you bring to the table, you will get to work alongside some of the most talented AI researchers and industry experts in the world on building cutting edge AI technology. No day will be the same as the one before, and the dynamic high growth environment will be absolutely perfect for anyone excited about solving novel problems, bringing structure to oftentimes chaotic and fast-paced environments, and ambitious about scaling their own impact and growth alongside the company!
Please note: While we are remote-first and accept candidates from all over the world, we are highly prioritizing hiring for people who are within 1-2 hours of British Standard Time (BST).
AS A MACHINE LEARNING TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Establish, improve, and scale foundational processes that allow the Generative Modeling teams to execute better, faster, and more predictably
- Scale the operational capacity and effectiveness of the Modeling TPM team in collaboration with the Modeling TPM lead to ensure the function can remain lean and effective during a period of the program portfolio complexity and size continuing to rapidly increase
- Flexibly adapt to the needs of the company, programs, and the team from tackling long-horizon programs that can span quarters or even years to jumping onto often highly ambiguous short-term challenges that can have company-wide impact
- Partner directly with leaders within and outside of the Modeling organization on efforts to design, train and improve our core generative models
- Lead cross-functional, oftentimes company-wide programs and strategic initiatives, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Platform, Infra, Policy, and Finance
- Operate as an organizational expert in improving engineering execution rigor and operations on the ground, while contributing to the strategic layer in areas such as long-term strategic planning with senior modeling leadership
- Map out dependencies and risks, and ensure that cross-functional execution across the program runs smoothly, communicating status with non-technical and technical stakeholders and senior management
- Both own and enable a useful communication flow of priorities, ideas, and knowledge throughout and beyond the Modeling organization in line with your programs
- Respond quickly to program-level changes, clarifying new scope, and managing resource needs in response to evolving priorities
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 5-10 years as a Technical Program Manager AND 5+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML. Strong preference for candidates that have worked directly in building foundation models.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, particularly when it comes to Natural Language Processing & Large Language Models (LLMs). Bonus points for experience with Multimodal AI.
- Experience with working in a chaotic, fast paced, low structure environment. We need someone who is pragmatic, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and can function at the tactical and strategic level to do whatever it takes to make Cohere’s models succeed
- Personal hands-on understanding of the unique challenges of managing projects and programs in the AI/ML development space as opposed to traditional software program management
- Managed projects & programs requiring a strong general business acumen, such as coordinating with Finance on reporting needs or Policy on regulatory compliance matters — the broader your experience beyond ML technical program management, the better!
- (optional, but preferred) Have technical experience in a hands-on capacity. We don’t necessarily need someone with hands on experience training models, but you need to feel comfortable sitting in the same rooms with some of the best researchers in the world, working on highly complex, cutting edge ML problems
If some of the above - other than the ML TPM experience - doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you consider yourself a thoughtful worker, a lifelong learner, and a kind and playful team member, Cohere is the place for you.
We welcome applicants of all kinds and are committed to providing both an equal opportunity process and work environment. We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.

HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Role Purpose
As Audit & Compliance Manager, Europe, you will be the primary owner of audit readiness and tax regulatory compliance across all Europe entities. You will set the standard, structure and cadence for how the region prepares for and manages statutory audits, global group audits, and tax authority engagement — working through the local reporting teams and external accountants who handle data preparation, review and submission, rather than performing that work yourself. Your role is to define how things get done, ensure consistent quality across every market, and be the region's face in front of auditors and tax authorities.
What Makes This Role Different:
Build, don't just maintain.
You're stepping into a newly created position with a mandate to design the region's audit and compliance approach from the ground up — not inherit a fixed process.
Full regional ownership.
This role spans the entire Europe region.
High visibility, real stakes.
You'll be the direct point of contact with external auditors and tax authorities on some of the company's most sensitive matters, with senior leadership relying on your judgment.
A technology-forward environment.
The business is actively investing in automation, AI and dashboarding to modernize reporting — you'll be expected to bring ideas here, not just adopt what's handed to you.
Cross-functional reach.
You'll work closely with the Tax, Transfer Pricing and Legal teams, and directly with hub-entity finance teams, on issues spanning VAT, customer transactions and company-wide reviews.
What You'll Do:
1. Statutory & Global Audit Leadership
Audit Lifecycle Ownership:
Lead the end-to-end process for local statutory audits and global group audits across all 23 countries — planning, coordinating PBC (Provided by Client) lists, and driving on-time sign-off.
External Auditor Relationship:
Act as the primary regional point of contact for audit firms, owning timelines and resolution of open items.
Consolidation Alignment:
Ensure local statutory filings align with Global/Group reporting timelines (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP) for a seamless audit process.
Pre-Audit Structuring:
Work with local teams ahead of each audit cycle to define what needs to be prepared and how — so the region walks into every audit with a consistent, proactive structure rather than reacting to auditor requests.
2. Tax Governance & Regulatory Compliance
Filing Oversight:
Ensure accurate, on-time submission across VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Corporate Income Tax, and country-specific statistical and national bank reporting — delivered through local reporting teams and external accountants, with you owning quality and timeliness.
Tax Team Liaison:
Standardize and oversee submission of supporting data to the central Tax team; ensure schedules provided for assessments are reconciled and audit-ready.
Notice & Assessment Management:
Proactively manage tax notices and audits, coordinating evidence-gathering and working with the Tax team to ensure timely, well-supported responses.
Corporate Secretarial Support:
Oversee annual filings and coordinate with Legal on board meeting minutes (financial aspects) and other local regulatory requirements.
3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
Root Cause Analysis:
Identify recurring audit adjustments or tax queries and implement structural fixes to eliminate them at the source.
Internal Controls:
Strengthen the control environment across the region to minimize audit findings.
Technology & Automation:
Identify and champion tools — including AI and dashboarding — to reduce manual work and increase consistency across the region's reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Mindset & Soft Skills (critical to this role)
A challenger, not a process-follower — someone who questions how things are done today and proposes a better way, rather than simply executing an existing playbook.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-volume, occasionally chaotic environment, and energized rather than fatigued by it.
Strong communicator and team player who can build trust quickly across Tax, Legal, Transfer Pricing and local finance teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out across markets while staying close enough to the detail to be credible with auditors and tax authorities.
Experience & Technical Skills
Currently operating at Manager level (or equivalent) within an audit firm or a multinational's in-house compliance/audit function — this is not a developmental hire.
10–12+ years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on exposure to multi-country compliance in Europe.
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification.
Solid working knowledge of IFRS, European tax regulations, and Transfer Pricing fundamentals.
Advanced proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
Fluent English, written and spoken — required given daily interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work confidently across time zones and cultures.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 40,000.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is 15,871,000 HUF.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
