WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT YOUTUBE SCRIPTWRITING MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth is about distribution and revenue, not fluff or just good ideas.
A YouTube Scriptwriter is a high-agency storyteller https://www.highagency.com who:
- Crafts scripts that hook viewers and drive engagement.
- Turns trends, research, and insights into full-length, actionable video scripts.
- Works closely with Growth and Scriptwriting teams to ensure content resonates and converts.
This is a hands-on role: you write, optimize, and iterate scripts that the team can directly produce and publish.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
SCRIPTWRITING & STORYTELLING
- Write engaging, audience-focused scripts for YouTube videos.
- Craft hooks, narrative flow, explanations, and calls-to-action that keep viewers watching.
- Translate research, trends, and insights into clear, structured content.
TREND & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
- Cover trending topics, AI tools, tutorials, model comparisons, and other educational content.
- Ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with what performs on the platform.
- Adapt tone and style for different formats: short-form hooks, long-form explainers, or comparison videos.
COLLABORATION & ITERATION
- Work with Growth Researchers to understand which trends and ideas are high-priority.
- Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Directors to ensure scripts match production needs.
- Take feedback from data and audience performance to continuously improve content.
OPTIMIZATION & PERFORMANCE
- Suggest formats, hooks, or structures that are likely to maximize watch time, CTR, and engagement.
- Keep up with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to improve scripts.
- Help build a library of reusable templates, formulas, and structures for consistent output.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want creative, high-agency writers, not just people with a portfolio.
You should have:
- Strong writing skills with a knack for hooks, storytelling, and clear explanations.
- Ability to work from research and turn insights into engaging scripts.
- Comfort iterating based on feedback and data.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Bias toward action: scripts are only valuable if they get produced and perform.
BACKGROUNDS THAT OFTEN DO WELL:
- Journalists or content writers with social media experience
- SMM or digital marketers who write for engagement
- Researchers or analysts who can turn insights into compelling narratives
- Founders, operators, or early startup writers who have worn multiple hats
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Prefer theory over execution or writing for ideas that never get produced
- Avoid feedback or rewriting scripts
- Struggle to meet deadlines or work at a fast pace
- Don’t enjoy staying on top of trends, AI tools, or social media
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
- Full-time position.
Location: Home Based - Americas; Home based - EMEA
The Workplace Engineering function sits at the intersection of traditional HR analytics and modern Product Engineering. This new role will report directly to the Global Head of Workplace Engineering, and sits within our Data discipline inside of our People department. Experienced data professionals at Canonical live at the intersection of software, data, and the business. They don't just help surface analytic artifacts; they help transform them into a strategic asset that elevates decision making and innovation across our global operations (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, and human resources). They balance technical precision with business pragmatism, designing and iterating on experiments, automations, and products that transform insights into valued outcomes. Strategic Insight & Business Outcomes: Move beyond descriptive metrics (e.g., turnover rate) to predictive and prescriptive insights (e.g., predicting attrition risk based on "Time-Product" engagement data).
Data Stewardship & Product Storytelling: Act as the "Translator-in-Chief". Take complex data models and turn them into compelling narratives. Lead the development of AI Agents that can surface insights to managers in real-time. Ensure the "People Data Stack" is secure, GDPR/privacy-compliant, and acts as a "Single Source of Truth" across all People related offerings, products and services.
“Effectiveness at Work” Strategy: Identify opportunities to leverage “High Tech” solutions in our People offerings, and free up more time for “High Touch”, human involvement, thereby maximizing human value.
What we are looking for in you

Perplexity is revolutionizing how companies get work done. We are seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team and serve as the bridge between how our products actually work and how the world learns to use them. You will develop the deepest product understanding on the team and translate it into webinars and education materials that inspire adoption and drive growth.
If you have a passion for understanding how things work, thrive in taking something complex and making it simple, and want to build a world-class product education engine that turns new users into power users, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Know the product cold. Develop a deeper working knowledge of our products than anyone else in marketing, using every feature the day it ships, building the workflows yourself, and staying close to the teams that built them.
- Turn complexity into clarity. Transform complex product capabilities into simple, specific, and accurate explanations, defining not just what we built, but how it works, when to use it, and why it matters.
- Teach at scale. Own product webinars end to end, from content and live demos to delivery and follow-up, spanning onboarding series, feature deep-dives, and use-case walkthroughs.
- Build the education engine. Create the product education materials our users learn from: how-to guides, demo flows, video walkthroughs, and use-case libraries that make customers materially better at their jobs.
- Obsess over the user. Maintain a sharp, real-time view of what users misunderstand and where they get stuck, ensuring our education remains grounded in how people actually use the product rather than how we assume they do.
- Measure outcomes, not just outputs. Tie webinars and education content to tangible activation, adoption, and retention, running lightweight experiments to iterate fast on format, content, and delivery.
- Get products to launch. Own and coordinate the cross-functional workstreams that take products from built to launch, keeping teams aligned on dependencies, timelines, and the work needed to bring each launch to market.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, customer education, business development, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth technology company, or work that proves the skill regardless of title.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into simple, specific, and provable explanations that travel across new users, power users, and admins.
- Genuine obsession with product: you explore every setting, test every new feature, and can explain what a product does better than the team that built it.
- Sharp teaching and storytelling skills grounded in data, with the ability to summarize how a feature works in a single sentence and demonstrate it live.
- High slope: you learn unfamiliar products and domains fast, and your rate of improvement is your standout trait.
- Extreme comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
The Global Alliance Lead is one of the most strategically important roles in our Ecosystem. You will own our relationship with one of the world's leading technology and transformation partners end-to-end — from C-suite engagement through to practitioner enablement and joint pipeline creation. You will be the architect of how the GSI and NewCo go to market together, ensuring our platform becomes the trusted data foundation inside the GSI’s agentic AI delivery practice globally.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Global Head of GSI Relationships. You will orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations — bringing the full weight of the organisation to bear on one of our highest-leverage commercial relationships.
What You'll Do
Relationship strategy and executive engagement
Own the global GSI relationship at partner and C-suite level, building trusted relationships with Client, practice and delivery team leads.
Define and execute a multi-year joint strategy that positions dbt + Fivetran as the default open data infrastructure layer within the GSI’s enterprise AI and agentic workflow delivery
Represent NewCo at GSI’s internal forums, client briefings, and industry events — articulating a compelling narrative around open data infrastructure and its relevance to the GSI’s strategy.
Platform integration and practitioner adoption
Drive adoption of the dbt + Fivetran platform within GSI delivery teams — ensuring practitioners, solution architects and practice leads are certified, confident, and actively recommending the platform in client engagements
Work with GSI's practice leadership to embed NewCo's platform into their business groups, standard delivery architectures, RFP responses and client proposals — with particular focus on GSI's Data & AI practices
Enablement and go-to-market
Design and execute a frictionless enablement programme for GSI practitioners globally — certifications, reference architectures, use case playbooks, and joint delivery assets
Partner with GSI's marketing and alliances teams to develop joint go-to-market campaigns anchored to open data infrastructure, trusted AI delivery, and closing the gap between AI POC and production
Support GSI in building and positioning client-facing agentic AI value accelerators — with NewCo platform as the foundational data layer — the "NewCo inside" model
Pipeline and opportunity development
Source and develop new pipeline opportunities through the GSI relationship — identifying client situations where open data infrastructure creates measurable value.
Drive co-sell motions alongside GSI account teams, ensuring NewCo is present and influential at the point of client opportunity
Maintain a rigorous view of GSI-engaged pipeline — tracking opportunity sourcing, progression, and closed business attributed to the alliance
Telemetry and performance
Define and track the signals that indicate a healthy, high-performing GSI relationship: certifications, sourced opportunities, platform deployments, practitioner engagement, and joint wins
Report regularly to the Global Head of GSI Relationships on alliance health, pipeline contribution, and strategic progress
Identify risks and gaps in the relationship early and mobilise internal resources to address them
What you will bring
15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry
Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships with major consulting firms or global system integrators at a senior level
Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure — dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level within a global consulting organisation — understanding how GSIs make decisions, build practices, and go to market
Strong commercial instincts — able to identify, thoroughly qualify and develop joint pipeline opportunities, not just manage existing relationships
Track record of operating as a cross-functional orchestrator — influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to translate technical platform capabilities into compelling business narratives for consulting and enterprise audiences
Familiarity with AI, agentic workflows, and the data governance landscape is a strong advantage + strong knowledge of GSI's operating model and contacts within.
Willingness to travel globally to engage GSI leadership and teams across regions
What Success Looks Like in Year One
A clearly defined joint strategy with GSI signed off at partner Executive level and on track to primary Global Strategic Practice.
Material increase in GSI practitioner certifications and active platform deployments across Data & AI and Insights & Data practices
GSI-sourced pipeline contributing measurably to NewCo's revenue
At least two joint go-to-market campaigns live in the market delivering pipeline — anchored to GSI's agentic AI and trusted data agenda
First client-facing agentic value accelerators built on NewCo platform delivered with GSI — positioning NewCo as the trusted data infrastructure inside GSI's AI delivery
A telemetry framework in place tracking alliance health and pipeline influence
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to own a marquee relationship at a defining moment for both companies. GSI’s are publicly committing to capturing the full value of the agentic AI revolution for customers — and the merged dbt + Fivetran platform is the trusted data infrastructure that makes AI production-ready. The person who builds this alliance well will sit at the intersection of the two most important forces in enterprise technology right now: the scale of a global systems integrator and the open infrastructure that makes AI trustworthy enough to deploy at scale.
This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings.

About the Role
As the Account Management Lead you'll lead a team of experienced Account Managers across the Western Europe region. You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value to customers and the business.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AM team, owning team and regional NRR performance, customer retention, and expansion goals.
- Act as a player-coach: directly manage priority accounts, join key customer conversations, and model best-in-class success practices.
- Lead by example in complex post-sales and renewal cycles, unblocking issues, driving adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Set strategic direction for the team, aligning account manager initiatives with company goals and market trends.
- Monitor and optimize delivery quality across all accounts, ensuring consistency, excellence, and predictability in customer outcomes, implementing scalable processes that improve accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals, upsells, and adoption; automate workflows and tools to scale team impact.
- Own the ongoing development and optimization of best practices for Commercial and Scale playbooks, ensuring consistent execution, measurable impact, and continuous refinement as the business evolves.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across priority accounts, serving as a strategic advisor and customer advocate in internal and external forums.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, operations, and revenue strategies.
- Partner with Europe GTM & cross functional leadership to align organizational objectives, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure cohesive execution across customer success, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in account management or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally some of this within Western Europe accounts.
• Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to upskill and enable the team — fostering confidence in navigating product capabilities, integrations, and data insights to strengthen customer outcomes.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience — managing AMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for developing people and building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and customer impact.
• Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing key accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals through effective customer engagement and strategic account management.
• Expertise in CS methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling, executive alignment).
• Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimise workflows, and forecast outcomes.
• Strong builder mindset - you thrive in building from scratch, redefining processes and playbooks, and operating with an AI-first mindset
• Bonus: Hands-on with tools (Salesforce, Gong, Sigma, Pylon) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
• Proficiency in German or French is required.
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere within Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Dublin or Paris.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
With over 180,000 business customers, Enterprise Password Manager is 1Password's core product. It is rapidly evolving into a complete credentials security platform for humans, machines, and AI agents.
This is a Senior Staff PMM role. Individual contributor with broad organizational visibility. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and own EPM end-to-end: messaging, positioning, competitive strategy, and launch execution.
You will shape how the market understands credentials security as 1Password grows.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Experience and Domain Expertise
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing, with direct experience in password management, enterprise vaulting, credentials security, or identity security.
- Working knowledge of broad cybersecurity concepts.
- You've repositioned a mature enterprise product. You know the difference between a messaging refresh and actually shifting how the market thinks about something.
- You can market to enterprise IT and security buyers: the admin managing rollout, the CISO approving the spend, and the security engineer evaluating the technical depth.
- A track record of winning in competitive markets by displacing incumbents, not just differentiating in an open field.
Technical Depth
- You understand how credentials work beyond passwords: API keys, certificates, machine secrets, passkeys, and what it takes to issue credentials to AI agents.
- Working knowledge of enterprise IT: MDM, SSO, directory services, and where password management fits in the IAM stack.
AI-Forward, Not AI-Dependent
- You use AI to go faster, not to think less. You know what to hand off and what to own, and you can tell good output from output that still needs work.
- You want AI to free up time for the work only a good product marketer can do: strategy, judgment, and narrative.
- You own the ideas you bring. Walk into a room with a recommendation and you can defend it. Candidates who produce content but can’t explain the thinking behind it won’t fit here.
Strategic Storytelling and Senior-Level Communication
- You write for multiple audiences without diluting the message. An IT admin and a CISO aren't reading the same document for the same reason. You know how to serve both.
- Strong narrative instincts: open with the problem, build to the solution, and land in a way that makes the reader feel the product was built for their situation.
- You’ve shaped category narratives, not just contributed to them.
Bonus points for:
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or similar).
- Experience developing thought leadership in a fast-moving category. 1Password has a team that produces content. This role provides the point of view.
- You've repositioned an established product category. There's a real difference between entering a space and redefining it.
What you can expect:
Own EPM Product Marketing
- Own messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for the Enterprise Password Manager.
- Define how 1Password talks about credentials security for employees, service accounts, and AI agents.
- Tell the story clearly to analysts, IT buyers, security leaders, and sellers. The narrative has to work for practitioners and executives.
- Connect EPM’s story to the Unified Access platform narrative.
Build Competitive Intelligence and Category Positioning
- Own positioning and market leadership claims for EPM.
- Partner with Solutions Marketing on competitive differentiation. Know the competitive set cold: where they’re strong, where they’re not, and how to win against each.
- Track where the credentials security market is moving and keep 1Password’s messaging ahead of it.
Enable the Field with Tools That Actually Get Used
- Produce discovery decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and technical briefs that sellers and SEs reach for because they work.
- Take complex concepts like passkeys, machine credential lifecycle, AI agent authentication, and zero-knowledge architecture and make them usable in a customer conversation.
- Surface win/loss signals from the field and turn them into repeatable GTM motions, not one-off documents.
Influence EPM Product Strategy
- Bring the market's perspective to Product: customer evidence, analyst intelligence, competitive signals, field feedback.
- Make the market case early, before decisions are locked.
Why join us:
- The credentials security market is being reshaped by machine identities and AI agents. You'll own how 1Password tells that story.
- You'll work across product strategy, competitive positioning, and field execution. The work is visible at the executive level.
- 1Password is remote-first and has been since day one. We hire for judgment, not proximity.
- The company is growing and there's room to shape how PMM works here, not just execute what's already been defined.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $180,000 USD and $261,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 CAD and $220,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
Health and wellbeing
👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs
🩺 Competitive health benefits
🏝 Generous PTO policy
Growth and future
📈 RSU program for most employees
💸 Retirement matching program
🔑 Free 1Password account

🤝 Paid volunteer days
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
🌎 Remote-first work environment
*Some roles in our GTM team are currently being hired for in-person hybrid work in Toronto and Austin. These roles will specify on the posting.
You belong here.

- Enterprise GTM Architecture: You will architect and execute our global, enterprise-ready go-to-market (GTM) strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We need someone who has guided at least two previous Tech or SaaS companies through the lifecycle journey from Start-up to Scale-up and Maturity, specifically navigating scale within the $500M to $5B range.

You must bring deep experience in B2B enterprise marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and international localization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- US Ecosystem Expertise: You will optimize our positioning and distribution to generate enterprise demand by leveraging a strong familiarity with the American technology ecosystem and buyer psychology. Your understanding of enterprise SaaS and AdTech marketing playbooks will directly drive our up-market transformation.
- Data-Driven Brand Optimization: You will establish clear data frameworks to measure brand sentiment, pipeline contribution, and the ROI of global marketing initiatives. This requires an equal comfort level analyzing pipeline data, CAC, and LTV metrics as you have guiding brand positioning and creative storytelling.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.

We are looking for a structured and execution-driven Strategic Project Manager to lead complex market expansion and business localization initiatives across multiple regions and business units.
The role focuses on turning ambiguous business needs into structured execution plans, business cases, governance frameworks, and operational launches. Success requires strong stakeholder management, an ownership mentality, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct managerial authority - but with strong C-level support and dedicated resources from Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics assigned to each initiative.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can independently drive initiatives from idea to operational launch and build frameworks to make future launches faster and more predictable.
Responsibilities
1. Business Case Development & Strategic Planning:
Build and structure business cases, ROI assessments, and operational models for market expansion initiatives.
Turn ambiguous business requests into actionable implementation plans, decision-making frameworks, and launch criteria - in close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product and Business stakeholders.
Prepare and present business cases and initiative proposals to C-level stakeholders - including structured storytelling, trade-off framing, and recommendation of go/no-go decisions.
2. End-to-End Initiative Execution:
Lead market expansion and localization initiatives from planning to operational launch.
Coordinate cross-functional implementation across Product, Finance, Legal, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Manage timelines, dependencies, escalations, and execution accountability across parallel workstreams.
3. Governance, Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
Maintain governance structures, execution tracking, and transparent reporting.
Establish scalable project documentation, decision logs, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Requirements
4–8+ years of experience in strategic project management, business operations, transformation, or other cross-functional execution roles - with a strong track record of personally leading and delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments across multiple stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, C-level).
Strong ownership mentality, structured thinking, and ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
Business and operational mindset with high attention to detail and execution quality.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data, reporting and collaboration tools.(our stack: Confluence, Miro, Gantt, YouTrack, Slack, Tableau, Trino).
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely;
Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities;
Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences;
Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;
Corporate prices on hotels and travel services;
MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
Location: Yerevan; Poland; Spain; Ukraine; Serbia
Workplace: remote
About the role:
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are hiring an exceptional Senior Solution Owner to sit at the intersection of frontier AI (Claude and agentic systems) and enterprise transformation. You will own the story and the delivery for client engagements built on our Programs (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, and Blueprint Activation) and five Blueprints— packaging reusable IP into repeatable outcomes, and personally getting hands-on in the field when it counts.
You are equally comfortable framing an ROI case for a CFO, aligning a healthcare or financial-services stakeholder on a compliant rollout, and pairing with an engineer to wire an MCP integration or ship a Claude Code harness.
Domain Focus
Deep, current expertise in one or both of our priority verticals is a leading selection criterion:
Financial Services (FSI) — e.g., office of the CFO, lending/underwriting, risk, compliance-sensitive workflows.
Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) — e.g., revenue cycle management, clinical/operational workflows, regulated data handling.
You understand the vocabulary, the buying process, the compliance constraints, and where AI creates defensible value in these industries.
Forward-Deployed Delivery (FDE / FDX)
Our delivery model pairs a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with a Forward Deployed eXpert (FDX) that lands a Cowork and Blueprint Activation or program inside a client. We normally launch projects in this two-in-the-box model, then extend as the engagement grows. You must be able to credibly play at least one side of that box and partner tightly on the other:
FDX — own the domain framing, product definition, rapid-prototyping loop, stakeholder alignment, and OCM; validate use cases through user interviews and turn them into working demos.
FDE — configure MCP integrations, build and adapt Claude Code harnesses and skills, wire data pipelines and connectors, and debug in the client environment.
Comfort embedding directly with clients and Anthropic field teams, and setting the tone in the first sessions, is essential.
Requirements:
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance and/or HCLS, ideally in a client-facing/consulting context.
Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to one of Provectus' Programs or Blueprints (0-to-1 and scale) and land it as real client delivery.
Track record operating forward-deployed / embedded with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping.
5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
Fluent English.
A hands-on software engineering background is not strictly required. Working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, building skills, workflows, and productivity tooling for yourself or your team; MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses are a must.
GenAI/agentic patterns: how prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and agent frameworks work – well enough to assess quality, challenge assumptions, and translate to client stakeholders.
Data fundamentals: what ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance mean in an enterprise context – well enough to scope integration work and identify data readiness risks.
Cloud & AI infrastructure: AWS as the primary platform; what MLOps and AI observability involve – well enough to ask the right questions and understand tradeoffs.
Design thinking, data-driven decisions, strong communication and executive storytelling.
Bias to action; thrives in ambiguity with structured problem-solving.
Enough engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects on day one.
Nice to Have:
Second priority vertical beyond your primary FSI/HCLS focus.
Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), Seller, Developer certification or willingness to complete one early.
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Software development background.
What You'll Do:
Define value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your assigned Program (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation) or individual Blueprint; align sales and delivery.
Build business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and translate them into scoped SOWs.
Run market/use-case validation, workshops, and user research; turn findings into demos and first deployments.
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data; drive rapid prototyping from use case to context to result.
Build with Provectus’ delivery stack: Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills and plugins. Drive Cowork Activation as a separate, parallel client-facing workstream.
Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Break complex work into incremental releases; balance delivery against technical debt and architecture.
Sprint-Enable-Realize engagement model.
Lead Agile execution - backlog, sprint planning, release process.
Contribute to Provectus' measurement framework that produces the board-level AI Maturity Index, ROI read, and cost signal from the Agentic SDLC program.
Define success metrics and analytics; drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks so wins repeat across accounts.
Why Join Us:
Deliver frontier work on Provectus' delivery stack — Cowork activation, Agentic SDLC program, and Blueprint Activations across FSI and HCLS — with real client impact.
Shape how enterprises in financial services and healthcare adopt AI, from strategy to first deployment.
Work forward-deployed in small, senior teams of Forward Deployed Executive + Principal Architect + Forward Deployed Engineers.
Grow inside a team actively building the modern AI-delivery practice, tooling, and frameworks.
Remote-friendly culture.
Private medical insurance or sports coverage
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work.
