ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build the data, systems, and growth infrastructure behind Avoca’s next stage of growth.
Our ambition is to build a world-class GTM engine. We’re looking for someone excited to build AI-powered systems that give a small team enormous leverage and have an outsized impact on revenue.
You’ll build the engine behind our outbound motion: mapping and enriching our target market, finding the signals that indicate which accounts are most likely to buy, and turning those signals into relevant outreach and timely action for our Sales team. You’ll also build and scale our autonomous outbound email program from the ground up, using AI-powered workflows to run personalized campaigns to thousands of accounts, while maintaining strong sending infrastructure and deliverability.
Beyond outbound, you’ll build the data pipelines, integrations, automations, and internal tools that make our Growth and Sales teams more effective. This is a builder-operator role: you’ll put the systems you create into practice, learn from their performance, and keep improving them. We’re looking for someone with the technical ability to build complex systems and the commercial judgment to focus that work on qualified pipeline and revenue.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with Sales and RevOps to turn better data, signals and workflows into pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build, run, and scale our autonomous outbound email engine end-to-end: from campaign strategy and execution to sending infrastructure, deliverability, measurement, and optimization — turning it into a major source of qualified pipeline
- Build and ship AI agents and GTM workflows for prospect research, account prioritization, personalization, content development and other repeatable work; continuously identify new opportunities to automate and expect to launch new agents regularly
- Map and enrich Avoca’s total addressable market, building the reliable account and contact data that powers our campaigns and outbound SDR motion
- Identify, test, and activate buying signals that surface the right accounts at the right time and trigger relevant outreach or rep action
- Build the integrations, automations, and internal tools that connect our data sources, CRM, enrichment providers, outbound platforms, and Sales workflows
- Partner closely with SDRs, Sales, and RevOps to improve targeting, lead routing, rep productivity, and the conversion of signals into pipeline
- Evaluate our GTM technology stack and decide what to buy, build or automate
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth ops, outbound, or another technical GTM role in a B2B environment
- A track record of building and operating large-scale outbound email programs that generated qualified pipeline
- Deep knowledge of outbound infrastructure and deliverability, including domain and inbox provisioning, authentication, warm-up, rotation, bounce management, and sender reputation
- Demonstrated expertise building AI-powered workflows for research, segmentation, personalization or campaign execution
- Hands-on experience building sophisticated workflows in tools such as Clay, Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, Smartlead, or similar platforms
- Strong technical foundations and comfort working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and conditional logic; working knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience building, enriching, and maintaining large account and contact datasets using multiple data providers and enrichment waterfalls
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn customer, market, and behavioral data into repeatable growth systems that create pipeline
WHO YOU ARE
- You’re a builder who wants to own both the system and the business outcome
- You combine technical depth with commercial instinct and can move comfortably between building AI-powered workflows, campaign strategy, and pipeline review
- You’re deeply curious and enjoy uncovering unconventional data, signals, and workflows that create alpha
- You move quickly, test pragmatically, and make good decisions without waiting for perfect data or an established playbook
- You’re rigorous about the details
- You build for the people using your systems and work closely with Growth, Sales, and RevOps to understand what they actually need
- You’re high-agency, resourceful, and excited to work in person in NYC with an ambitious team that moves quickly and holds a high bar
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building signal-based outbound for a mid-market sales motion
- Experience supporting or working closely with a scaled SDR organization
- Experience in vertical SaaS, home services, or another market with a large, identifiable universe of target businesses
- Experience building agentic workflows, AI-powered internal tools, or autonomous GTM systems from scratch
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $160,000-$210,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Customer Growth to build and lead the operating system that helps RevenueCat customers become better app businesses.
This is broader than a traditional Customer Success role. It combines strategic account coverage, app-growth judgment, specialist advisory, customer education, product adoption, and scalable enablement. The goal is not to give every customer the same high-touch service. It is to identify where RevenueCat can create disproportionate value, deploy the right kind of help, and turn every successful customer intervention into knowledge that benefits the rest of the customer base.
You will lead a multi-lane Customer Growth function spanning the CSM team, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and the emerging Customer Enablement function. The CSM Team Lead will own daily CSM execution. You will set the strategy, operating model, talent bar, investment plan, and measures of success for the function as a whole.
For our highest-value customers, this means deep account context, growth diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, product-adoption strategy, technical-account coordination, and clear next-step ownership. For high-potential customers, it means identifying them early and providing the right help before revenue has fully materialized. For customers with specific growth bottlenecks, it means bringing in the right specialist. For the broader customer base, it means scalable education through Growth Advocates, lifecycle guidance, office hours, playbooks, templates, product nudges, and eventually dynamic next-best-action systems.
Your job is to make Customer Growth one operating system rather than a collection of disconnected activities.
WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW
RevenueCat serves tiny indie apps, fast-growing startups, games, media companies, health and fitness apps, AI products, marketplaces, and some of the most sophisticated consumer app businesses in the world.
The app market is top-heavy, so the human touch must be allocated deliberately. At the same time, a customer that is small today may become strategically important very quickly. Contract status and current revenue are necessary signals, but they are not sufficient.
We already have many of the ingredients: CSMs, a CSM Team Lead role, Growth Advocates, Customer Growth Advisory specialists, Product, Support, Marketing, Sales, TAM, Data, and one of the richest datasets in app monetization. We need a leader who can turn those ingredients into a coherent function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own Customer Growth strategy across the full customer base. Define how RevenueCat helps customers grow after they begin using the product, including named accounts, high-potential customers, specialist-assisted customers, scaled customers, and the long tail.
- Build segmentation and coverage. Use current value, future potential, adoption, intent, growth moments, risk, and strategic importance to decide who receives named CSM coverage, time-bound help, specialist advisory, scaled education, product-led guidance, or monitoring.
- Lead through the CSM Team Lead. Set the bar for customer context, account strategy, stakeholder management, growth diagnosis, adoption planning, commercial awareness, and follow-through. Develop the Team Lead and create a strong leadership bench rather than becoming the permanent CSM manager.
- Identify high-potential customers early. Work with Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to find customers with meaningful future potential before revenue alone makes them obvious.
- Govern Growth Advisory. Define intake, qualification, expected impact, output quality, follow-through, and reuse. Specialists should be deployed against specific high-value problems rather than become general-purpose consulting capacity.
- Make Growth Advocacy a customer-education channel. Ensure Growth Advocates turn real customer learning into authoritative one-to-many education for existing customers and the broader app ecosystem.
- Build Customer Enablement and Scaled Growth. Create the roadmap for lifecycle programs, templates, office hours, documentation, automation, product nudges, and next-best-action guidance.
- Drive meaningful product adoption. Partner with Product and Product Marketing so customers adopt RevenueCat capabilities in ways that help them win, rather than merely increasing feature activity.
- Create clear cross-functional decision rights. Define how Customer Growth works with Sales, TAM, Support, Product, Marketing, and Data without turning CSMs into AEs, TAMs into a catch-all, or collaboration into meeting theater.
- Build the customer-insight loop. Repeated customer questions should become product improvements, enablement, playbooks, benchmarks, documentation, lifecycle programs, and market education.
- Own the function. Set metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the talent bar across Customer Growth.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH
- Meet directly with at least 15 customers across different sizes, growth stages, product footprints, and monetization models—including high-value, high-potential, at-risk, and scaled customers.
- Take point on at least two live customer-growth situations. Work alongside the CSM, Advisory, TAM, Support, or Product partner to diagnose the problem, agree ownership, and move each customer to a concrete next milestone.
- Ship at least one no-regrets improvement to a broken handoff, account motion, Advisory route, or customer experience rather than waiting for a complete strategy.
- Establish a clear operating agreement with the CSM Team Lead and act on urgent customer, talent, or ownership issues.
- Build a working view of the team, coverage, high-potential misses, lane boundaries, and metrics—deep enough to make decisions, without allowing analysis to delay action.
WITHIN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS
- Act as executive sponsor for a small set of strategically important or high-potential customers and personally lead at least two customer-growth interventions through a measurable milestone.
- Put the first version of segmentation and coverage into production on real accounts, then revise it from evidence.
- Run decision-oriented account reviews and a working Growth Advisory intake and follow-through motion.
- Ship the first scaled education or Customer Enablement program based on a repeated customer need.
- Make the first material changes to ownership, operating cadence, or talent where the current model is not working.
- Establish a customer-insight loop that turns frontline evidence into owned Product, education, lifecycle, or process actions.
WITHIN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS
- Maintain direct customer contact every week and own selected executive relationships while leading the wider system through the CSM Team Lead and specialist leaders.
- Operate a functioning multi-lane Customer Growth model with clear owners, live handoffs, and visible outcomes across CSM, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and Customer Enablement.
- Have the CSM Team Lead independently owning daily CSM execution, coaching, and account quality.
- Demonstrate measurable results from customer interventions and show that repeated one-to-one work is becoming reusable Advisory output, education, enablement, or product insight.
- Have shipped multiple scaled programs and made concrete hiring or investment decisions for the function.
WITHIN THE FIRST TWELVE MONTHS
- RevenueCat has a trusted, actively used system for serving high-value, high-potential, specialist-assisted, and scaled customers.
- Customer Growth produces measurable improvement in customer outcomes, meaningful product adoption, account health, renewal readiness, expansion quality, and customer revenue outcomes.
- The Head remains directly connected to customers and is a trusted executive partner for selected strategic accounts.
- The best customer work consistently becomes reusable product, education, and market leverage.
- The function has a strong leadership bench and a record of shipping improvements without waiting for perfect information.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Approximately 10 or more years in Customer Success, Customer Growth, strategic accounts, Growth Advisory, product growth, lifecycle, monetization, or an adjacent customer-facing function.
- Five or more years leading customer-facing teams, including managers, senior team leads, or specialist groups.
- Evidence of owning an entire function or multi-lane operating model, not only managing an individual CSM team.
- Experience building or materially rebuilding segmentation, coverage, strategic-account, adoption, health, advisory, or scaled-customer systems.
- Strong commercial judgment around NDR, renewal risk, expansion influence, customer value, and executive alignment.
- Credibility with mobile apps, app monetization, in-app purchases, paywalls, checkout, pricing and offers, lifecycle, retention, experimentation, analytics, or a closely adjacent domain.
- Enough product and technical fluency to lead around a developer-facing platform while preserving clear ownership for TAM, Support, and Engineering.
- Experience managing both generalists and specialists.
- Evidence of turning repeated one-to-one work into scalable systems.
- Strong written communication, directness, and remote-first operating habits.
- Evidence of hiring, coaching, performance management, and raising the leadership and talent bar.
IDEALLY, YOU
- Have led CSMs and advisory, education, lifecycle, or enablement teams together.
- Have scaled a customer-facing function through a major company-growth stage.
- Have worked in a hybrid self-serve, product-led, and enterprise business.
- Have firsthand experience as an app operator, growth leader, founder, or consultant.
- Have built product-led or tech-touch Customer Success programs.
- Have helped productize or commercialize an advisory or professional-services capability.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the commercial system that converts RevenueCat's market position, product signals, and customer demand into dependable revenue, regardless of that revenue coming in the form of an immediate contract, a self-serve credit-swipe, or long-term expansion.
In the ‘app monetization platform’ category, RevenueCat currently has about a 90% marketshare, ranging from the biggest apps in the world (ChatGPT, Ladder, VSCO) to a long tail of 100,000+ indies and startups vying to make it big. We only power roughly 25% of in-app revenue, though: The majority of apps still tries to build this themselves. Your job will be to show them the error of their ways. Not (just) to close a deal, but because we truly, deeply believe we will help them make more money.
As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead the AE and Sales Engineering teams, bringing both teams together in a single, well-oiled machine. You’ll set the functional strategy, develop talent, own forecasting and results, and you’ll personally help move important opportunities forward without becoming the required manager or closer on every deal.
WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW
We have more opportunities than the current team can consistently identify, prioritize and pursue.
Our reputation and market position produce consistent touch points with the majority of potential prospects, without those touch points turning into economic opportunities. At the same time, we’re rapidly expanding into new markets and product areas that need more proactive sales support than we can deliver.
We need a leader who can make several motions work together without forcing them into one generic process:
- Complex evaluations involving technical, business, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
- Faster mid-market opportunities that require strong qualification and commercial momentum.
- Self-exploration where customer behavior reveals an opportunity before a formal handraise.
- Carefully researched outbound engagement with app businesses where RevenueCat has a specific reason to be useful.
- Partner-sourced and selected regional motions whose economics must be demonstrated before they are scaled.
The foundations exist: Account Executives, Sales Engineers, product and usage data, a respected brand, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Growth. This role will turn those ingredients into a successful Sales function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own the function. Set goals, metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the performance bar across Sales.
- Build a multi-motion Sales system. Define how strategic, mid-market, product-led, outbound, partner, and regional opportunities are identified, qualified, staffed, and advanced, across a growing product portfolio.
- Create qualified pipeline beyond inbound. Develop focused account and outbound programs grounded in customer evidence, specific use cases, market events, and product signals rather than undifferentiated prospecting.
- Close the coverage gap. Ensure high-potential product usage, sign-ups, inbound requests, support interactions, and target-account signals quickly result in a named owner and an intentional next action.
- Build the team. We have good building blocks in place but the team needs to be significantly expanded to take on our current scale. Hire and developer exception talent, and define what makes a great sales team member at RevenueCat.
- Remain close to customers. Participate in customer conversations every week and personally lead or support opportunities with unusual economic, technical, or organizational complexity.
- Make the forecast useful. Establish definitions and inspection habits that distinguish real, qualified opportunity value from incomplete records, existing usage conversions, renewals, total contract value, or loosely influenced demand.
- Help shape pricing and packaging. Bring a clear Sales point of view to cross-functional pricing and packaging decisions, using customer evidence to advocate for structures that support value, adoption, and durable growth.
- Get cross-functional collaboration right. Define how Sales works with Customer Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, TAM, and Support without creating duplicate account ownership or executive rescue as the default operating model.
- Create learning from every deal. Turn repeated discovery patterns, objections, migrations, wins, and losses into better playbooks, reusable assets, Product evidence, and team training.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We help even more apps make even more money, without turning Sales into the standard SaaS “spray and pray” factory
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ Year of experience leading Sales in a technically complex B2B environment, including responsibility for managers or senior team leads as well as individual contributors.
- Success across multiple distinct motions such as strategic enterprise, mid-market, product-led Sales assistance, focused outbound, channel, or regional selling.
- Experience creating qualified pipeline rather than depending entirely on inbound demand or a large SDR organization.
- Enough product and technical fluency to talk to Engineering about a possible migration without relying on Sales Engineering for every conversation.
- Fluency with pipeline inspection, forecasting, conversion data, capacity planning, and performance management.
- Evidence of hiring, coaching, developing leaders, raising standards, and making difficult talent decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Partnerships, and post-sale teams.
- A desire to stay personally engaged with customers and live commercial work as the organization grows (and an understanding of why this matters).
IDEALLY, YOU
- Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business where self-service remains an important customer path.
- Understand app infrastructure, payments, monetization, developer platforms, or another domain with meaningful implementation complexity.
- Have built a productive Account Executive and Sales Engineering partnership.
- Have experience with partner-sourced, international, or regional programs.
- Have sold to buying groups spanning engineering, product, growth, finance, security, legal, and procurement.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role:
WorkOS is growing rapidly, and our largest customers are growing with us. We're looking for an Account Manager to own the expansion of our most complex accounts — deepening product adoption, uncovering new use cases, and turning strong technical relationships into meaningful revenue growth.
This is a commercial role with a technical center of gravity. You'll build trusted relationships with engineering and product leaders, understand their roadmaps well enough to see where WorkOS should show up next, and drive the renewals, upsells, and multi-product expansion that follow. You'll also be a critical feedback loop into product — the expansion opportunities you can't close today become the roadmap that unlocks them tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of strategic accounts end to end: retention, renewal, and expansion targets
- Build and execute account growth plans — map the org, identify unadopted products and untapped teams, and drive a clear path to increased usage and spend
- Proactively surface expansion opportunities by understanding each customer's product roadmap, technical architecture, and growth plans
- Lead commercial conversations independently, from initial opportunity through pricing, negotiation, and close
- Drive adoption of the full WorkOS platform — SSO, Directory Sync, AuthKit, Audit Logs, and beyond — across new teams, new products, and new geographies
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Engineering to remove technical blockers standing between a customer and their next stage of growth
- Run executive business reviews that connect WorkOS usage to customer outcomes and set up the next expansion conversation
- Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene across your accounts
- Feed structured expansion signal back to Product — what customers are asking for, what's blocking adoption, and what would unlock the next tier of spend
- Help build the playbooks, content, and processes that make this motion repeatable as the team scales
Qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or sales at an enterprise level, with a track record of growing existing accounts
- Demonstrated ownership of expansion, upsell, or net revenue retention targets
- Strong product sense and genuine energy for solving hard technical customer problems
- Ability to lead complex integration and architecture conversations in a consultative, proactive way
- Familiarity with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to our largest and most technical customers
- Familiarity with SQL — comfortable writing basic queries and modifying more complex ones to find adoption and usage signal on your own
- Comfort navigating multi-threaded relationships, from individual developers to VPs and executive buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial instincts: you can spot an opportunity, build the business case, and ask for the deal
- Operations-savvy mindset — you remove process friction and build things that scale
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
You will own product design for Vercel Marketplace and Vercel Connect, the products that help developers and agents discover, provision, and connect external services to their workloads running on Vercel. You will design both sides of the ecosystem: builders choosing and managing services, and partners creating and operating integrations across the Vercel dashboard, CLI, API-driven agent flows, v0, and partner tools.
Both products are live, with active customers and partners. You will improve current journeys while defining how integrations and agent access should work next.
You will report into Design and collaborate with a Product Manager and dedicated engineering team.
We’re considering candidates at both the Senior and Staff level and will calibrate level based on experience and demonstrated scope and impact.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the builder and partner experiences across discovery, installation, billing, management, and removal, and shape what the team builds next with Product and Engineering.
Define how developers and agents discover, provision, configure, and use databases, services, and integrations across Marketplace and Connect.
Turn OAuth, permissions, environments, credentials, billing, and provider constraints into experiences that feel simple without hiding details that matter.
Build and test working prototypes independently, using coding agents to explore product behavior and technical constraints.
Work directly with customers and partners, using research, support signals, and product data to find opportunities, define success measures, and prove improvements through experiments.
Work through implementation with engineers and maintain quality through launch and iteration.
There is no mature design playbook here. Create the reusable patterns and structure Marketplace and Connect need, and adjust course as evidence arrives.
Take on foundational product problems, including provider dependencies and platform operations. Some high-impact work will be largely invisible to users.
What you need
Your portfolio makes your contribution, decisions, shipped outcomes, and impact after launch easy to understand.
You have independently owned ambiguous, technically complex product work from problem framing through launch and iteration.
You reason about systems while maintaining a high bar for interaction and visual craft.
You use qualitative and quantitative evidence, define success measures, and change direction when evidence challenges the hypothesis.
You make complex products feel clear and trustworthy, including edge cases, recovery, language, and accessibility.
You work directly with Product and Engineering, read APIs or code when useful, and explain tradeoffs clearly.
You independently use coding agents to prototype interactions, inspect implementation, and learn unfamiliar systems. Curiosity and agency with these tools are required.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's RL Data Platform team builds the systems that produce, move, and serve the human data Claude learns from: the interfaces humans use to give feedback, the pipelines that turn raw feedback into training signal, and the tooling researchers use to launch, monitor, and inspect data collection. Every RL run depends on a steady supply of high-quality data - human feedback, expert demonstrations, graded transcripts - and when a researcher has an idea for new data on Monday, our job is to make it collectable by Wednesday and in the training mix by Friday.
This is a full-stack, ownership-heavy role on a small, senior team. You'll design and ship web interfaces used by thousands of expert annotators, build the backend services and data pipelines behind them, and work directly with RL researchers to understand what data they need and why. You'll scope your own projects, make architectural calls, and see them through to production. We're looking for engineers who treat researchers as their users, build for reliability first, and care as much about the shape of the data leaving the system as the UI going into it.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and operate the feedback and data collection interfaces used by human annotators, domain experts, and internal researchers.
Build and maintain the backend services, APIs, and pipelines that route model samples to humans and return structured feedback to training.
Own the reliability, latency, and usability of systems that run continuously against live model endpoints.
Partner with RL researchers to translate loosely specified data needs into well-scoped collection campaigns and the tooling to run them.
Build dashboards, monitoring, and inspection tools so researchers can see data quality and throughput without asking an engineer.
Identify and remove the bottlenecks between "we want this data" and "it's in the training mix".
Minimum qualifications
Strong full-stack engineering skills, with production experience in TypeScript/React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
Experience designing and operating backend services and data pipelines that other teams depend on.
A track record of owning projects end-to-end, from an ambiguous brief to something in production that people use.
Comfort working directly with technical stakeholders whose needs change week to week, and the judgment to push back when something isn't worth building.
Effective use of AI tools in your own day-to-day work.
Care about the societal impacts of your work.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building annotation, labelling, evaluation, or other human-in-the-loop data tooling.
Experience with RLHF, preference data, or other human-feedback pipelines for ML systems.
Experience shipping researcher-facing or other expert-facing internal tools people love: interviewing users, hunting down friction, measurably improving the experience.
Experience running experiments on data collection interfaces and using the results to improve data quality.
Experience working with crowdworker or expert vendor platforms at scale.
Familiarity with how LLMs are trained and evaluated.
Representative projects
Build an interface that lets a domain expert review a long agentic transcript, flag the step where things went wrong, and write a corrected continuation - with the result landing in a training-ready format.
Rework the sampling path between our feedback interfaces and model endpoints to cut time-to-first-sample for annotators.
Build a campaign launcher that lets a researcher stand up a new data collection effort (task, rubric, population, quality checks) without writing code.
Instrument annotator behaviour to detect low-effort or adversarial work and surface it to the quality team automatically.
Design the data model for a kind of feedback we haven't collected before, and ship the pipeline that gets it into the training mix.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
- Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role — able to move across brand, growth, content, and product marketing fluidly
- You are the user: genuinely degen, active on-chain, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
- Dune and Nansen are daily tabs; proficient in Amplitude and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)
- Treats every initiative as a testable experiment; hunts for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the numbers
- Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality
Bonus Points
- Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
- Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
- Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
- Experience running global marketing campaigns

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Hardware Test Engineer to own the test methodology for HMND‑01’s hardware components, robot subsystems, and complete humanoid robots. You will be the engineer who decides what “good” looks like — from a single actuator on the bench to a full robot walking through an integration sequence.
This is a hands-on, technical leadership role. You will design test methods, run them yourself on early prototypes, and partner closely with the test automation team, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, and Supply Chain Quality as we move from EVT toward production. You’ll be the hardware voice that shapes what gets measured on the line, at what tolerance, and why — without owning the QC routine or rig build, which sit with Production Ops Quality and Manufacturing Engineering respectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. TEST METHOD DEFINITION
- Component-Level Methods: Define functional, performance, and stress tests for individual hardware components — actuators, sensors, electronics, structural parts — including pass/fail criteria and required data capture.
- Subsystem Testing: Design integration tests for major robot subsystems (arms, hands, legs, torso, head) covering kinematic accuracy, repeatability, load behavior, and thermal response.
- Whole-Robot Testing: Define and execute system-level tests for full robot assemblies, including end-to-end motion sequences, balance, manipulation tasks, and failure-mode behavior.
2. HANDS-ON TEST EXECUTION
- Prototype Bring-up: Be the first engineer to put hands on each new hardware revision, characterizing performance against design intent and feeding findings back to the design team.
- Failure Analysis: Investigate failures during testing, work with hardware engineers to root-cause issues, and verify fixes.
- Test Documentation: Capture methods, results, and learnings in a way that the rest of the organization can repeat and trust.
3. AUTOMATION SUPPORT
- Test Automation Inputs: Translate manual test methods into specifications for the automation team. Decide which tests can be automated and which must remain manual, and why.
- Tooling: Specify and prototype custom test fixtures, jigs, and instrumentation needed to execute your methods reliably during prototype and bring-up work.
- Data: Define what each test must capture so that automated runs produce results comparable to your manual baseline.
4. PRODUCTION TEST — IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION OPS
- Requirements for Line Rigs & Jigs: Provide the technical requirements for production test jigs, fixtures, and test beds — what they measure, at what tolerance, what data they need to capture, and the pass/fail criteria. Manufacturing Engineering owns rig design, build, and commissioning; you review designs and sign off on whether they actually verify what they’re meant to verify.
- In-Process Verification: Define the checks at each stage of assembly that confirm components and sub-assemblies have been built correctly before they move to the next station, including required measurements and rework paths for failures.
- Test Evidence & Traceability: Define what each production test must capture so that results, measurements, and pass/fail outcomes are written to the production database, linked to the serial number of the unit under test — every shipped robot has a complete and queryable build and test history.
- System-Level Acceptance: Define final-product acceptance tests — performance envelopes, functional gates, and sign-off criteria for a robot leaving the line.
5. QUALITY & DESIGN FEEDBACK LOOP — IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SUPPLY CHAIN QUALITY AND PRODUCTION OPS QUALITY
- Component Performance Characteristics: Define the system-level performance characteristics that incoming parts must meet. Supply Chain Quality translates these into incoming inspection criteria and supplier qualification plans, and runs the inspection process.
- Root-Cause Partnership: Partner with Production Ops Quality on root-cause analysis when line failures trace back to component behavior or system design, and feed findings back into engineering.
- Closed Loop with Design: Treat test data as a closed loop with design — surface trends from production into design reviews so the product gets better, not just the process.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have:
- Experience: 5+ years in hardware test engineering, with hands-on testing of complex electromechanical systems — robotics, automotive, aerospace, or similar.
- Test Methodology: Strong grasp of test theory, test design, and pass/fail criteria definition. You can write a test spec that another engineer can execute without follow-up questions.
- Mechanical: Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, common core components (gears, bearings, actuators), measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, load cells, encoders), and technical drawings including GD&T basics.
- Electrical: Comfortable reading schematics, using a multimeter and oscilloscope, and reasoning about basic power and signal integrity.
- Production Fluency: Familiarity with hardware production operations — flow, takt, work instructions, traveler documentation — enough to collaborate effectively with Manufacturing Engineering and Production Ops without trying to own their work.
- Tooling: Experience with test and task tracking systems (Jira, X-Ray, TestRail, or similar).
- Matrix Operating Style: Comfortable influencing test stations, rigs, and equipment design through clear requirements and tight partnership, not through ownership.
- Mindset: Systems thinking — you naturally see how a problem at the component level can manifest as a behavior at the full-robot level.
Nice-to-Have:
- Robotics experience, especially with serial-link manipulators or legged systems.
- Hands-on test rig and fixture design experience (mechanical and/or electrical) — useful for speaking the same language as Manufacturing Engineering on rig requirements.
- Python (or similar) for ad-hoc data analysis and lightweight test automation.
- CAD (SolidWorks/Fusion/NX) for sketching test fixtures.
- Familiarity with ROS2.
- Experience with embedded systems and field buses such as CAN or EtherCAT.
- Experience with industrial automation equipment (servos, gateways, sensors, PLCs).
- Knowledge of statistical quality control fundamentals (SPC, MSA) — for working effectively with Quality on test data interpretation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE TESTING
- Actuators (motors, gearboxes, encoders, drivers)
- Robot manipulators and end-effectors
- Legged subsystems and balance behaviors
- Power and battery systems
- Full humanoid robot assemblies
WHAT WE OFFER
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Fully funded private healthcare for UK employees, with broad provider access, virtual and in‑person care, and strong mental health and serious illness support.
- Equity included–we believe builders should share in what they build.
- Pension scheme with a total 8% contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the GTM AI Engineering (Claudification) team, you will build the agents and AI systems that run Anthropic's own go-to-market work. Our sellers already work alongside agents every day. You will take things to the next step and build agents that run complete autonomous motions across areas like inbound, outbound, and pipeline management. In addition, you’ll build eval frameworks that prove those agents are ready for customer-facing work and are driving value. This is a senior role where you’ll drive technical direction for agents and evals across our team.
Working closely with sellers, RevOps, and our platform engineering partners, you'll own projects from first prototype through production operation. You'll combine full-stack engineering (MCP servers, agentic systems, web applications, etc.) with hands-on evaluation work (behavior benchmarks, production monitoring, ROI measurement), and help architect the shared platforms that builders from across our go-to-market org contribute to. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing AI engineering function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate autonomous agents that run go-to-market motions end to end, across areas like inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement
Design the human oversight for each motion: approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths that keep sellers in control
Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior, and run them in development and in production
Instrument model and tool calls in production, and build the observability and measurement that ties agent actions to pipeline and revenue
Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications that connect to systems like our CRM, communication tools, and data warehouse
Set the technical direction for how we build, evaluate, and operate agents across the team
Architect shared codebases that builders from across go-to-market contribute to, setting the conventions and review practices that keep quality high
Work directly with sellers to ground agent designs in real workflows, and iterate based on what you observe
Identify repeatable patterns and contribute insights back to Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques
Minimum qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with experience building and operating production applications
Production experience with LLMs, including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks
Experience using evals and transcript analysis to find and fix real problems in an LLM system
Working fluency with data, including SQL
Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a spec, finding simple solutions to complex problems
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI, and care for the people who use what you build
Preferred qualifications
8+ years in roles such as software engineer, ML engineer, or forward deployed engineer. Former technical founders are encouraged to apply
Experience with the Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK
Experience with go-to-market systems (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, conversation intelligence) or time working closely with a revenue team
Experience growing a codebase that many people contribute to, inner-source or open-source
Applied ML and experimentation background: A/B testing, propensity models, recommendations, or causal analysis
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners with low ego
Representative projects
(Illustrative of the kind of work, not a project list.)
Build an agent that takes a routine sales workflow from first signal to a drafted, human-reviewed action
Stand up the eval suite for an agent: seed scenarios, scoring rubrics, and regression runs on every change
Ship an MCP server that gives sellers and their agents governed access to a core revenue system
Design a shared repository where go-to-market builders publish agents and skills, with the tests and review rules that keep it healthy
Build a predictive model that explains itself, so an agent can tell a seller why it suggests an action
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

Descript's Research team builds the models behind the product's most distinctive features: Video Regenerate and lipsync, video translation, zero-shot voice and roomtone cloning, and Studio Sound. We don't build general-purpose generative models. We pick specific problems in the editing workflow and build specialized models for them. This isn't research for its own sake. Everything we build is meant to ship, and most of it has, going from prototype to a production feature used by millions of creators within months.
This role is focused on multimodal understanding: training models to perceive edited media the way a human video editor does. Underlord, our AI editing agent, reasons about a project largely through a textual representation of it. Giving it direct perception of the media it's working on is what will let it judge its own output and reason about the creative choices in an edit, not just the structure of a project. It's also an open research problem, since there's no settled way to represent or evaluate editorial craft, whether a cut lands or whether the pacing works. We have a unique dataset to work with.
Some recent work from the team:
Audio editing by latent inpainting
: regenerating a masked span of speech
Video Regenerate
: regenerating a speaker's lower face to match new or translated audio
Jumpcut Smoothing
: generating a bridge across a cut so the join plays like a continuous take
Anchored Tree Sampling
: tree-based imputation that bounds drift in long video generation
PoDAR
: disentangling power from semantics in audio latents to make them easier to model

What you'll do
Multimodal understanding:
build vision-language systems that let Descript's agentic editing features reason over the visual and audio content of a project.
Evaluation:
design the benchmarks and evals that make editorial quality measurable, and that balance quality against cost and latency.
Data:
build the datasets your work depends on, including synthetic data generation where real examples don't exist at scale.
Training:
train specialized models from scratch or fine-tune existing foundation models, whichever gets the capability we need.
Shipping:
take models from prototype to production with the agent and engineering teams.
Direction-setting:
identify the next research direction that should become a Descript feature, not just a paper. More senior candidates should expect to own this directly; more junior candidates will grow into it.
Publishing:
take your work to academic venues if you'd like. We support it, but it isn't a requirement of the role.
What you bring
Required
Proven ability to design and implement deep learning algorithms, demonstrated by publications, open-source work, or models you've shipped.
Strong programming skills and deep fluency in PyTorch.
A track record of generating new ideas in machine learning. You produce more ideas than you can implement, and once an experiment setup is established, you can run and evaluate many of them quickly rather than being bottlenecked on infrastructure.
Strong experimental judgment. You test ideas fast, and you're honest with yourself and the team about which ones don't pan out.
Clear written and verbal communication, including when a direction isn't working, so the team doesn't waste time following a lead that's already dead.
A PhD or Master's in deep learning or a related field, or equivalent experience. We care about the track record more than the credential.
At least one of the following must be true:
Lead or first author of an accepted publication in a top venue: CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or similar.
Played a key role in shipping a production feature with deep learning as a core component.
More senior candidates (Senior and Staff) should also bring a track record of owning research direction rather than executing a plan handed to them, and experience mentoring or technically leading other researchers or engineers.
Where breadth helps
Direct experience in multimodal understanding is welcome but not required, and we don't require domain-specific expertise in computer vision or speech and audio. Our team spans both, and strong general deep learning ability transfers. We hire against the bar above, and then expect you to grow into the domain. Depth in any of these is a strong signal:
Vision-language models and multimodal understanding.
Generative modeling for video, audio, or images.
Post-training, fine-tuning, and RL on large foundation models.
Building evaluation systems for generative or agentic outputs where metrics resist clean definitions.
Taking a research idea through to a shipped, production-facing feature.
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $197,000–$262,500, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.
