From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.
Why Join Us
Impact at scale:
Your code will run inside the data platforms of tens of thousands of companies, including some of the world's largest enterprises.

You'll be a public, named maintainer of a foundational project — your work is visible, reviewed, and used by the global data community.
A team that values craft:
We invest in design docs, code review, and durable engineering. We ship fast, but we don't ship sloppy.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Strategic WFM Analyst lives in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecast, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs). Moving beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring, this role acts as a high-judgment governance function, translating complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, modelling capacity risks, and aligning executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations. You are exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translating multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
- Modelling workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
- Analyzing demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature roll outs, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantifying their exact capacity and dollar blast radius.
- Partnering directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
- Drafting concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
- Conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans and establishing corrective action paths.
- Standardizing capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
- Maintaining deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
- Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
- Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, verifiably isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
- WFM Analyst Profile: Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike, not a generalist and not a passive traditional scheduler.

— Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority across cross-functional teams.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Product Manager for Supabase Auth https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth. You'll own the surface area that developers use to authenticate and authorize their end users and manage identity in their apps: email, phone and social login, passkeys and MFA https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth/auth-mfa, enterprise SSO, the OAuth 2.1 server https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth/oauth-server, auth hooks, and support for organizations and multi-tenant applications.
You'll work closely with the Auth engineering team and with partners across Product Management, Security, Design and GTM.
This role is ideal for someone who’s excited about building tools for millions of developers and who has a strong understanding of existing and emerging authentication practices and protocols.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- You'll collaborate with customers of all sizes and expertise levels. Indie developers shipping a side project, startups choosing their first auth stack, SaaS teams designing multi-tenant access, and enterprises in security review.
- You'll own the problem statements and solution rationale behind the Auth roadmap. This means working with Engineering and Design to shape how Supabase crafts the developer experience for the problems you’ve prioritized solving.
- You'll define how Auth works for AI agents on Supabase: agents that sign users up, act on their behalf, and call APIs.
- You'll use data to understand how Supabase developers are using Auth features: where they succeed, where they get stuck, and what to tackle first.
- You'll keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned. You'll own the plan of record for what's coming, why, and in what order.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with equivalent depth. You're comfortable commenting on an architecture doc, following a design discussion, and advocating for the user when trade-offs are required.
- Have shipped standards-based auth or identity products. You've owned OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, sessions or token design, and you know from experience where each one breaks for customers.
- Work comfortably with corporate buyers and with developers. You can work through a CISO's security review and an indie developer's bug report in the same week. You have intuition on which enterprise asks are real value-adding requirements and which are checkbox items.
- Are comfortable with Postgres and familiar with row-level security.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
STRONG SIGNAL
- Owned auth or identity inside an integrated cloud platform.
- Ran an organizations, tenancy, or SSO+SCIM launch from start to finish.
- Designed auth for agents or other automated systems: OAuth for MCP clients, machine-to-machine credentials, scoped tokens.
- Shipped something using Supabase.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly

Track EMEA event performance - pipeline, revenue, deal acceleration, and event engagement
Share insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI and attendee experience across the region
Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running EMEA events smoother and more scalable

Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience running webinars, and real excitement about doing both: a busy in-person calendar plus about one webinar a month
Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (
Customer.io
, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce
Familiarity with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom, Sequel) and event management tools
Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution
Ability to partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting
Comfortable with 15%+ travel

We're looking for a strategic Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager who combines deep expertise in web growth marketing with a hands-on execution mindset. This role is responsible for defining and driving the strategy for our highest-impact web experiences while independently leading complex initiatives from concept through launch, experimentation, optimization, and measurement.

Success in this role requires balancing long-term strategic thinking with a willingness to dive deep into execution. You'll establish scalable frameworks for experimentation, measurement, and operational excellence while remaining closely connected to the work – writing requirements, analyzing data, launching experiments, and continuously improving customer experiences.
This is a hybrid full-time position based out of our Austin, TX office, with two days per week in the office.

Webflow, Sanity, Optimizely, Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, Looker, Microsoft Clarity, Jira, Figma, and Excel/Gsheets.
What You’ll Do
Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high-impact web experiences. Align initiatives with company objectives, user needs, and measurable business outcomes.
Own high-impact web growth initiatives end-to-end, from strategic planning and requirements gathering through launch, optimization, and performance analysis. Partner with Web Design and Engineering to translate plans into real experiences.
Drive alignment across complex and ambiguous initiatives by balancing business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities to make informed decisions and move work forward.
Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) to translate vision into strategic implementation plans that align cross-functional teams and accelerate execution.
Leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps across critical user journeys, including the Homepage, Navigation, Pricing, Signup, and other high-impact experiences to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver cohesive web experiences.
Identify emerging opportunities in AI, personalization, and web technologies, influencing roadmap direction and investment decisions that accelerate long-term business growth.
Mentor teammates and serve as a recognized subject matter expert, raising the strategic, operational, and execution maturity of the broader web and marketing organization.
Skills We’re Looking For
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, conversion, and pipeline generation.
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, independently driving initiatives from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.
Deep expertise in behavioral analytics, experimentation strategy, conversion rate optimization, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence, with experience aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders on complex and ambiguous initiatives.
Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, influence roadmap direction, and recommend investments based on business impact, scalability, and user needs.
Experience creating scalable operational frameworks and documentation that improve organizational effectiveness and raise execution quality across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently present recommendations, business cases, and strategic insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
