We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, Ad Monetization, you'll join a small product and engineering team building RevenueCat's next generation of monetization products for app developers.
Ads at RevenueCat are early, but we’re no longer starting from zero. We’ve launched ad revenue tracking and rewarded-ad infrastructure, with strong early adoption. Our next chapter is helping developers earn more from ads: building products that connect publisher inventory with demand, improve monetization performance, and make ad monetization easier to adopt and operate.
You'll report to our product lead for Ads and become the primary IC product owner for ad monetization. You'll own significant parts of the roadmap end-to-end: understanding customer problems, identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, working closely with engineering and design, shipping quickly, and using what we learn to determine what comes next.
This is still a fast-moving initiative with significant strategic latitude. We're specifically looking for someone who has built ad monetization products for mobile apps, ideally at a mediation platform, ad network, SSP, or similar company serving app publishers. You should already understand the ecosystem well enough to contribute a strong point of view while remaining willing to challenge your assumptions as we learn.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience owning product decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked.
- You've built and shipped publisher-facing ad monetization products for mobile apps, and have firsthand experience solving the product, technical, and business problems involved in helping developers monetize ad inventory.
- You deeply understand the mechanics of mobile ad monetization, including how publisher inventory, demand sources, auctions, pricing, mediation, and measurement interact.
- You understand the incentives of the different participants in the ad ecosystem and can reason about both the technical and commercial implications of product decisions.
- You are excited about RevenueCat's mission to help developers make more money and about expanding that mission beyond subscriptions.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to take an initiative with early traction and help turn it into a significant product area.
- You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on SDKs, APIs, integrations, data flows, and other technical product decisions.
- You have demonstrated the ability to ship and learn quickly, including finding pragmatic solutions to hard problems with many constraints.
- You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, making decisions under uncertainty, and taking responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions.
- You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Build a deep understanding of what's live today, including ad revenue tracking, rewarded-ad infrastructure, and virtual currency and entitlement flows.
- Spend significant time talking with customers using these products to understand what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities may be.
- Build strong working relationships with your engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market counterparts.
- Develop context on our existing strategy, customer research, technical architecture and the hypotheses behind our current roadmap.
- Begin contributing your own perspective on where RevenueCat should invest next.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Take ownership of a meaningful portion of the ad monetization roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering to identify the fastest and most effective ways to validate our next set of product hypotheses.
- Ship or meaningfully advance your first product bets.
- Establish a strong understanding of the opportunities, constraints, and tradeoffs that should shape our roadmap.
- Effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders on priorities for the area.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Independently drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across your areas of the ad monetization roadmap.
- Have shipped meaningful improvements for customers and developed clear signals about what we should invest in next.
- Have a documented point of view on where RevenueCat should be headed in ad monetization over the longer term and what capabilities we'll need to get there.
- Have materially improved RevenueCat's understanding of the ad monetization vendor ecosystem, customer needs, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.
- Be recognized internally as a domain expert who can help the broader company reason about advertising and monetization.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Be the primary IC product owner for RevenueCat's ad monetization products.
- Have shipped products that create measurable monetization value for our customers and establish a meaningful new growth opportunity for RevenueCat.
- Have a credible, evidence-backed view of RevenueCat's longer-term opportunity in ad monetization and a roadmap for pursuing it.
- Have shipped enough meaningful bets that you've also stopped, changed, or deprioritized something when the evidence showed it wasn't delivering the value we expected.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

The Financial Crime Quality Assurance (QA) team at OKX is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of financial crime investigations across the business. We are a team of risk-focused professionals who independently assess investigation quality, promote consistency in decision-making, and ensure compliance with AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. By working closely with Operations, Product, and Compliance teams, we help strengthen financial crime controls and drive continuous improvement across the investigation lifecycle.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Compliance Assurance Function of a regulated crypto business. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting quality reviews of financial crime investigations, assessing investigator decision-making, and ensuring compliance with AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. You will work closely with Operations, Team Leads, and Product teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen investigation quality, and support the effectiveness of the firm’s financial crime controls.
What You’ll Be Doing
Quality Reviews
– Conduct daily independent QA reviews of investigator and Sanctions casework, including Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, EDD, and other AML investigations. Evaluate accuracy, completeness, adherence to AML/CFT policies, regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and the quality of case narratives. Assess whether investigative decisions are well-supported, risk-based, and appropriately documented, including escalation and disposition outcomes. Identify defects, document findings, and provide clear, constructive feedback to investigators and team leads.
Stakeholder Collaboration
– Partner closely with the Financial Crimes Operations team, Team Leads, Product teams, and other stakeholders to communicate QA findings, discuss quality trends, resolve process gaps, and ensure consistent interpretation of policies and quality standards. Build strong relationships across AML and other cross-functional teams to support a holistic approach to compliance and risk management.
Quality Calibration & Internal QA Meetings

Share key findings, emerging typologies, regulatory expectations, and best practices to improve review quality and reduce subjectivity.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
– Monitor investigator quality performance, analyze QA findings and recurring error trends, and prepare regular quality reports and dashboards. Identify systemic issues, emerging risks, root causes, and opportunities to strengthen controls and support management decision-making.
Coaching & Quality Improvement
– Provide timely and actionable feedback to investigators and team leads to improve investigation quality, strengthen analytical skills, and enhance case documentation. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AML investigations by providing guidance on complex or high-risk cases, typologies, and regulatory expectations. Support remediation activities by validating corrective actions and tracking quality improvements over time.
Policy & Process Compliance
– Ensure all reviews are conducted in accordance with internal AML/CFT policies, regulatory requirements, quality frameworks, and standard operating procedures. Escalate potential compliance risks, control weaknesses, or systemic issues identified during QA reviews.
Continuous Improvement & QA Framework
– Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to investigation procedures, QA methodologies, workflows, scorecards, sampling frameworks, training materials, and quality controls. Contribute to AI-enabled quality tools such as QA Copilot and participate in UAT, process validation, and implementation of new quality initiatives.
AML Projects & Program Enhancements
– Participate in AML-related projects, initiatives, and program enhancements as required. Provide QA expertise and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening AML controls, processes, and overall program effectiveness.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
– Perform additional assignments and special projects as delegated by the supervisor, including process improvement initiatives, training support, root cause analysis, documentation updates, and cross-functional projects to strengthen the overall quality program.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field; a relevant compliance certification (e.g. ICA, CAMS) is an advantage
Prior experience in a compliance, legal or regulatory role within financial services, fintech or crypto industry is preferred
Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, financial crime investigations, transaction monitoring, and QA methodologies, with the ability to evaluate investigation quality, assess decision-making, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards

Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE IMPACT
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$135,100– CA$193,000 + equity
United States: $97,300 – $139,00 + equity
______________________________________________________________________

- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll build Salmon's digital employer brand engine — getting the specific talent we want to hire onto our radar and converting online attention into qualified candidates.
What you'll do:
- Turn Salmon's EVP into targeted campaigns for the segments we actually want to hire — Engineering, Data, Product, across local and global markets — and run them across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and the other channels where that talent spends time.
- Build digital funnels end to end — audience segmentation, campaign mechanics, landing pages, lead capture, retargeting, and conversion — using AI and automation to run research, content, and reporting faster and more scalably.
- Turn strong employees into digital ambassadors and grow Salmon's presence in the online communities where target talent already spends time — and work with Recruiting on candidate quality, objections, and funnel drop-off to keep improving hiring conversion.
What you'll own:
- Own the digital employer brand strategy and execution across priority markets and talent segments, activating the EVP across every candidate-facing touchpoint.
- Run LinkedIn organic and paid — audience targeting, testing, optimisation, and reporting — and build presence in relevant Telegram channels and professional groups.
- Build platform-native employer brand presence on Instagram (incl. Threads), TikTok, Reddit, and niche communities where talent researches careers, companies, and relocation.
- Develop employee digital advocacy: identify the right ambassadors, shape content with them, and help them build a credible external voice.
- Design talent-marketing funnels, campaign landing pages, and candidate journeys from first interaction to recruiter handoff — and keep career-site and job-board presence fresh and converting.
- Manage online reputation and brand mentions across search, communities, and review platforms — and own the analytics that tie digital activity to qualified candidate outcomes, from reach through to hire.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Strong experience in employer brand, talent/recruitment marketing, digital or growth marketing, or audience development — with the ability to build positioning and campaigns for specific audiences.
- Deep understanding of digital channels and their mechanics, especially LinkedIn organic and paid, and how audiences behave differently across platforms.
- Proven ability to build and optimise digital funnels and performance — not just run a content calendar — connecting digital activity to candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with UGC and employee advocacy, plus creating or launching landing pages and lightweight journeys with no-code tools or a CMS.
- AI-native: you use AI tools, agents, and automation by default to scale research, content, analytics, and repetitive work.
- An owner, builder, and strong executor who takes a direction from 0 to 1 and keeps tuning it — works hands-on, decides on data, and re-prioritises quickly. English C1.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT
- Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
GROWTH AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
