About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them.
As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate.
What you’ll be doing
You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. You'll also be the go-to person when things get stuck.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists, support them daily, and spot knowledge gaps and training needs.
Own the onboarding pipeline so it always reflects reality. New venues are assigned the same day, follow-ups and on-hold reasons stay up to date, and stalled cases get escalated or offboarded instead of left open.
Track the team's key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues, so you always know where the team stands and can flag deviations early.
Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to escalate blockers early and improve how we onboard.
Keep data quality high by validating issues yourself before escalating, sharing bug reports daily, and making sure partner information is accurate and complete.
Plan team capacity ahead of holidays, business trips and short weeks so no partner is ever left without an owner.
Our humble expectations
You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people, including setting clear performance expectations and following up on them.
You have 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce or a shared service center.
You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, because you'll work daily with German partners and stakeholders.
You're comfortable working with data and use KPIs and dashboards to understand performance and make decisions.
You're structured and detail-oriented, and you keep pipelines, timelines and data accurate without being chased.
You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and drive changes independently.
What we offer
A key leadership role shaping how merchants in one of Wolt's biggest markets join the platform.
A team that's already up and running, so you can focus on raising the bar rather than starting from scratch.
Close collaboration with teams across Germany and Budapest, plus visibility across Sales, Account Management and Product.
Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company, backed by comprehensive internal training.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Role..
As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and continuously improving the supply chain for Wolt Market in Finland.
You will take ownership of a broad portfolio of Supply Chain responsibilities, including inventory and availability management, demand forecasting, supplier performance and operational supplier management. You will use data and strong commercial judgement to balance availability, inventory, shrinkage, and profitability, ensuring that Supply Chain decisions support both our customers and the overall performance of the business.
The role requires a high degree of independence and ownership. You will identify opportunities and challenges, translate analysis into actions, and drive complex Supply Chain initiatives from problem definition through implementation and follow-up with limited guidance.
You will work particularly closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst and act as an experienced sparring partner to the Finland Category and Store Operations teams. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the regional Supply Chain team and the wider Wolt Market Supply Chain community, sharing knowledge, contributing to common initiatives and supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain capabilities.
Key tasks and responsibilities of the role
Own and drive core Supply Chain responsibilities for Wolt Market Finland together with the local Supply Chain team.
Manage and continuously improve inventory availability, stock levels and inventory health while balancing availability, shrinkage, capacity and profitability.
Analyse demand, inventory, availability, shrinkage and supplier performance and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.

Partner closely with Store Operations to identify and solve Supply Chain-related operational challenges and ensure processes work effectively from supplier through to store.
Manage operational relationships with suppliers and collaborate on topics including ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, availability and Supply Chain improvements.

Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes.
Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution.

Collaborate with the regional Supply Chain team and wider Supply Chain community, contributing to cross-country projects, exchanging best practices and helping develop scalable ways of working.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product and other relevant functions.
Manage several priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high level of quality and follow-through.
Take a hands-on approach and be willing to move between strategic analysis, problem solving and operational execution as required.

Join OLX and see how far you can go.
About the Role
We are a large-scale consumer marketplace building AI-native product experiences across multiple markets. Trust and Safety is not a defensive function here - it is a strategic growth lever. A platform users trust converts better, retains longer, and earns stronger word of mouth. Fraud, abuse, and bad actors actively destroy the value we create; eliminating them is product work at its core.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end. You will define the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep our marketplace safe - while building systems that are intelligent, proportionate, and do not create friction for the millions of legitimate users who rely on us every day. AI is central to how you will do this: not as an add-on, but as the foundation of a new generation of proactive, signal-driven safety infrastructure.
This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.
What you will do:
Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan.
Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible.
Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals.
Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions.
Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale.
Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data.
Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets.
Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity.
Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.
What we are looking for:
Significant product management experience in the digital sector: consumer facing platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar high scale environment.
Proven experience owning trust related products or problem spaces such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity & Verification, Marketplace Integrity, Account Security, Abuse Prevention, Payments Risk, or Compliance Technology.
Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, risk, or other trust related issues, rather than relying solely on manual or operational processes.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and making prioritization decisions based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex products in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, or automation systems. Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making thoughtful trade offs that protect both users and the business.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problem spaces, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
Strong core product muscle that transfers across fraud domains—you've stepped into unfamiliar threat vectors, oriented fast, and delivered. Domain specificity matters; rigid domain lock-in does not.
Well versed in building, iterating core Data (Science) products at scale
Nice to Have:
Experience building trust, risk, fraud, or safety products across
multiple international markets
and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with
emerging regulations
and industry trends affecting online platforms, digital marketplaces, payments, AI, and consumer trust.
If you're excited by the opportunity to solve complex trust challenges at scale and build products that make a meaningful difference to millions of users, we'd love to hear from you. This is a role for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, partnering across disciplines, and shaping the future of trust in a modern, AI-powered marketplace.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles.

— Рефакторинг кодовой базы, переписывание на Clean Arhitecture и постепенное выделение сервисов;
— Обеспечивать масштабируемость и надёжность платформы при росте нагрузки;
— Реализацией продуктовых фич в новых сервисах;
— Активно анализировать и улучшать имеющуюся observability платформы с фокусом на performance optimization;
— Работать в связке с DevOps/SRE;
— Исследовательскими R&D задачами;
— Уверенный опыт промышленной разработки на Node.js (у нас Nest.js) от 4 лет;
— Знание реляционных и аналитических БД (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse): оптимизация запросов, индексация, шардинг/репликация;
— Навыки system design: построение fault-tolerant систем, масштабирование по горизонтали и вертикали;
— Умение писать дизайн-документы - мы активно работаем над документированием системы;
— Опыт работы с Redis и Kafka;
— Опыт работы с Kubernetes;
— Оплата от 400.000 руб (финальная сумма обсуждается на встрече с успешным кандидатом);
— Возможность выбрать форму сотрудничества и оплаты (все налоги — наша забота);
— Онбординг-квест — не бросим в бой без подготовки, введем в курс дела и подключим к команде;
— Занятость 5/2 с 8-часовым рабочим днем;

— Проводить тестирование креативов, аудиторий и маркетинговых гипотез;
— Анализировать ключевые метрики эффективности: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC;
— Выстраивать воронки продаж и реализовывать стратегии ретаргетинга;
— Обеспечивать взаимодействие с контент-командой (SMM-менеджеры, дизайнеры, продакшн) для создания рекламных материалов;
— Опыт работы от одного года в сфере e-commerce или beauty-индустрии;
— Компетенции в полном цикле настройки и ведения рекламы в Amazon;
— Уверенное владение рекламными кабинетами TikTok Ads, Amazon, Walmart;
— Понимание влияния креативных решений на конечные результаты рекламных кампаний;
— Способность анализировать данные и принимать обоснованные решения на основе метрик;
— Удаленный формат трудоустройства;
— ДМС (Ингосстрах, Медси);
— Гибкое начало рабочего дня с 9:00 до 18:00 / с 10:00 до 19:00;
