ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager, Mid-Market Solutions at Ramp, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants supporting Mid-Market prospects and customers. You will establish the operating rhythm for a high-volume, fast-moving pre-sales motion; coach the team on discovery, demos, solution fit, and value-based selling; and partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to deliver a consistent customer experience.
This is a player-coach leadership role. You will stay close to important opportunities while building a scalable team model: clear engagement standards, repeatable demos and discovery practices, strong capacity planning, and effective handoffs. You will use customer feedback and performance data to improve how Mid-Market Solutions Consultants help Ramp win, activate, and grow customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Solutions Consultants; set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.
- Establish a high-quality operating cadence for pipeline reviews, staffing, deal strategy, call coaching, performance management, and cross-functional planning.
- Partner with Mid-Market Sales leadership to improve qualification, deploy Solutions capacity effectively, and build repeatable account and deal strategies.
- Coach the team to run high-quality discovery, deliver tailored and efficient demos, connect Ramp’s products to finance and accounting workflows, and navigate solution-fit conversations with confidence.
- Personally support the highest-priority or most complex Mid-Market opportunities, escalations, and customer-facing moments when needed.
- Build scalable playbooks, demo standards, discovery frameworks, enablement assets, and knowledge-sharing practices that raise the team’s quality and speed.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to translate recurring customer needs into clear feedback, strong handoffs, and improved customer outcomes.
- Define and inspect team health metrics such as coverage, conversion, cycle efficiency, demo quality, solution fit, customer outcomes, and talent development.
- Foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture grounded in customer empathy, collaboration, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Identify practical ways for the team to use AI to improve preparation, documentation, deal research, demo readiness, and customer-facing work while maintaining good judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing technical role, including 2+ years of people management or demonstrated player-coach leadership.
- Proven success leading or mentoring teams in a high-volume SaaS, fintech, or other customer-facing commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting workflows, and the needs of finance and operations stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of business systems and integrations, including ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms; APIs and file-based integrations are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coach others on discovery, solution fit, demo execution, commercial judgment, technical communication, and consultative selling.
- Strong operating judgment: able to prioritize team capacity, inspect pipeline health, use data to improve execution, and make clear trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales and post-sales leaders while protecting customer trust and delivery readiness.
- Track record of building repeatable team processes, assets, and rituals that improve consistency beyond individual contributions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and change-management skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, spend management, accounting automation, payments, or adjacent financial software.
- Familiarity with Ramp-relevant systems such as ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms.

As an Intermediate Backend Engineer on the GitLab Orbit team, you'll help build and operate a graph data service that supports GitLab Duo agents, analytics, and architecture-level features across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments. You'll join a Rust-first team that values clear ownership, thoughtful system design, and rigorous thinking about data and reliability.
The Knowledge Graph service is a Rust backend that builds a property graph from GitLab’s software development lifecycle (SDLC) and code data. It uses ClickHouse, NATS JetStream, and the Data Insights Platform. It exposes secure graph queries and MCP tools used by AI agents and product features. In this role, you’ll deliver features and improvements in well-scoped areas, learn the broader architecture, and contribute to reliability, observability, and operational readiness.
In your first year, you’ll take clear ownership of specific components or features (for example, parts of the SDLC indexing pipeline or query paths). You’ll help reduce single points of failure with better tests and runbooks, and you’ll help the team ship analytical services that are easier to maintain and evolve over time.
What you’ll do
Implement and iterate on backend features in the Rust-based Knowledge Graph service, including changes to the query engine, SDLC and code indexing flows, and API endpoints (including MCP endpoints) under guidance from senior and staff engineers.
Maintain integrations between Knowledge Graph and the rest of the GitLab platform, working in areas that touch GitLab Rails, the Data Insights Platform (Siphon, NATS, ClickHouse), and GitLab Duo Agent Platform.
Contribute to system design discussions by proposing options, raising questions, and documenting decisions, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability for analytical graph workloads.
Improve the operational maturity of the service by adding or enhancing metrics, logging, runbooks, alerts, and small readiness tasks, and by participating in on-call rotation as appropriate for your level and experience.
Collaborate asynchronously with product, data, infrastructure, security, and AI counterparts to clarify requirements, align on scope, and ship features safely for customers and sustainably for the team.
Use AI-assisted development workflows responsibly (for example, using Knowledge Graph-backed agents and internal Duo tooling), and share what works with the team while keeping a strong focus on code quality and correctness.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and pairing to both learn from others and help maintain consistent standards across the codebase.
Contribute across the stack when needed, including occasional Ruby work for Rails integration and authorization paths, or small frontend changes related to Knowledge Graph features (for example, Software Architecture Map UI plumbing).
What you’ll bring
Professional experience building and maintaining backend systems in production, with an understanding of reliability, maintainability, and how to support services over time (for example, incident response and follow-ups).
Proficiency in at least one modern backend language and strong interest in Rust, with either prior Rust experience or clear evidence you can ramp quickly and deliver in a Rust-first, performance-sensitive codebase.
Some exposure to distributed data or analytics systems (for example, OLAP databases, Kafka- or NATS-style messaging, or change data capture (CDC) pipelines), or strong motivation to develop those skills in this role.
Interest in graph data modeling and query patterns (property graphs, multi-step (n-hop) traversals, aggregations), and willingness to learn the tools and concepts used in Knowledge Graph over time.
Practical experience (or strong interest) using AI tools in day-to-day development, along with a thoughtful approach to validating outputs and integrating AI into your workflow.
A language-agnostic mindset and evidence that you can pick up new languages and frameworks as needed (for example, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript/Vue where the work touches adjacent systems).
Solid fundamentals in system design for your level, including the ability to reason about trade-offs, ask good questions, and align your implementation work with documented architectural decisions.
Comfort working in a low-process, high-ownership environment where you take responsibility for your work, refine problem statements with teammates, and communicate progress clearly in writing across time zones in an all-remote team.
About the team
GitLab Orbit sits within the Data Engineering organization. We work closely with partners across AI (Duo Agent Platform), analytics, infrastructure and delivery, and security because our work spans many parts of the platform.
We collaborate asynchronously rather than following a feature factory model. A key challenge for us right now is scaling sustainably as usage grows and team members take time off. That includes hardening multi-tenant behavior. At the same time, we're bringing Knowledge Graph to

Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule, structuring them to reflect any expansion identified.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.

Explain moderately complex renewal terms and issues to customers and internal stakeholders, working to build alignment.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to help identify expansion opportunities, resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
Communicate proactively and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to GitLab's communication framework.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
Prioritize tasks with guidance from more senior team members to drive quality, timely results.
Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with peer RM’s.
What You’ll Bring
Can execute basic renewal processes independently ("basic knots") and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios ("complex knots") such as multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.
Growth mindset and sense of ownership — proactively seeks out ways to learn and improve, and takes action rather than waiting for direction.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing many renewals at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
The ability to travel for events such as trainings, team offsites, customer meetings, etc.
About the team

About the Role
The Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager sits at the intersection of B2B marketing strategy and performance analytics. You sit within GTM Strategy & Planning and act as the right hand to the VP of Growth - helping the team decide where to spend their next dollar, setting marketing-level targets in partnership with Finance, and making recommendations of how to maximize the revenue yield from demand.
The marketing team you’ll be supporting owns the digital/technical marketing channels that are heavily reliant on data-driven decisions and insights. This is a high visibility role with direct exposure to marketing leadership. We're looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, has the business judgment to challenge assumptions, and can move fast without sacrificing rigor. You translate performance data into investment decisions and defend those decisions to senior stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, Denver, Austin, or New York City offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including one to two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Target Setting and Impact Measurement
Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including channel-level targets and budget allocation driven by a documented planning model
Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix
Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by channel, and marketing efficiency ratios
Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions
Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel conversion issues and proactively surface recommendations
Executive reporting & Cross-functional Alignment
Support the weekly and monthly business review process: prepare data and partner with leadership to build a narrative that converts data into actionable insights
Drive alignment on ICP across product marketing, product, sales, and marketing so targeting, messaging, and investment point at the same accounts
Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target
Maintain the coverage, conversion, and velocity assumptions the model runs on, and reconcile them with Field Ops and Finance
Experimentation and Optimization
Analyze marketing experiments (landing pages, email sequences, ad creative, offers) to drive continuous improvement
Partner with our Head of PLG Revenue to identify friction in the self serve funnel and recommend interventions
Design experiments that help optimize the marketing spend and pipeline ROI
Capacity & headcount planning
Own capacity and headcount planning for the Growth marketing organization, tying resourcing to targets and coverage requirements
Model the trade-offs between headcount, program spend, and pipeline output to inform investment and org decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations
Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders, including a VP
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where definitions, targets, and operating models are still evolving, and the ability to balance speed with rigor
Understanding of B2B SaaS performance metrics: pipeline, ACV, conversion rates, velocity, marketing-sourced vs. influenced pipeline, and attribution concepts

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
The team’s outcomes support both the sales-led business and our PLG motion, and we make decisions around lead routing between the two businesses so that we maximize revenue yield.
Comfortable with SQL, Excel/google sheets and BI/visualization tools like Looker to move quickly through data
Working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, opportunity data), marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), and ad platforms (Demandbase, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, chatgpt Ads, etc)
Bonus Skills
Python or R proficiency for statistical analysis, automation, or building lightweight models
Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms (Bizible/Marketo)
Exposure to experiment design, significance testing, or applied statistics in a marketing context
Experience with predictive modeling: LTV estimation, propensity scoring, or cohort analysis applied to marketing audiences
Familiarity with the modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Looker)
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software industries

🎯 Your main goal will be to turn technical interest in n8n into closed-won Mid-Market customers, at speed and at scale.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive covering the North territory (United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Belgium and the Netherlands), you will own a territory end to end, and this is what you will spend your time on:
BUILD YOUR OWN PIPELINE
- Run a high-volume outbound motion that generates at least half of your own pipeline.
- Qualify inbound demand quickly so the best opportunities get your attention first.
- Build a territory plan and target account list for companies with 101 to 1,000 employees in the North territory.
RUN GREAT DISCOVERY WITH TECHNICAL BUYERS
- Engage developers, DevOps, IT and engineering leaders, and uncover the real problem and its business impact.
- Map stakeholders and the decision process, and create a compelling reason to act now.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers on demos, technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
CLOSE AND HAND OVER
- Own the full sales cycle, typically a few weeks to two months, from first touch to signed deal.
- Keep tight commercial control through negotiation, security reviews and procurement.
- Hand over smoothly to Customer Success and keep your forecast and CRM accurate.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 💼 Mid-Market SaaS sales: You have a strong B2B SaaS track record in the Mid-Market segment and can clearly describe your customer size, deal values and sales cycles.
- 🧑💻 Technical buyers: You have sold to developers, engineers and IT teams, and you are curious enough to explain a technical product in the buyer’s own terms.
- 💰 Deal size and velocity: You have closed deals quickly, typically within a few weeks to two months, while juggling many opportunities at once.
- 🎯 Hunter mindset: You focus on new logos, have a proven record of outbound prospecting and have generated most of your own pipeline.
- 📈 Consistent performance: You have hit or exceeded quota consistently over the past two to three years.
- 🔍 Discovery and qualification: You ask sharp questions, qualify rigorously and own the cycle from prospecting to close.
- 📍 Location: You are based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Belgium or the Netherlands and you already have the right to work there. This role covers the North territory and involves regular travel to customers in the region.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🛠️ Developer-focused products: You have sold developer tools, infrastructure, data, AI or automation platforms, ideally open source or product-led.
- 🚀 Startup pace: You have worked at a Series A to C company or in a fast-growing, newly formed team.

🎯 Your main goal will be to win and grow Enterprise customers by becoming the trusted partner of technical teams and their leaders.
As an Enterprise Account Executive covering the Nordics (Denmark and Finland), you will own a territory of larger organisations and drive complex deals from first conversation to signature:
GENERATE NEW-LOGO PIPELINE
- Build and execute account plans for named Enterprise accounts with 1,001 to 5,000 employees.
- Run outbound campaigns that open doors with CTOs, engineering leaders and platform teams.
- Turn community adoption and inbound signals into structured enterprise opportunities.
LEAD COMPLEX, MULTI-STAKEHOLDER DEALS
- Run deep discovery, quantify business impact and build a business case with your champions.
- Map decision makers across engineering, IT, security and procurement and keep every thread alive.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers on technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
CLOSE AND EXPAND
- Own the sales cycle through security, legal and procurement reviews, typically over two to four months.
- Negotiate with confidence and keep clear commercial control of next steps.
- Hand over to Customer Success and plan expansion across teams and use cases.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🏢 Enterprise SaaS sales: You have sold B2B SaaS into organisations of roughly 1,001 to 5,000 employees and can explain customer size, deal complexity and cycle length.
- 🧑💻 Technical buyers: You have sold to developers, engineers, CTOs, CIOs and DevOps or platform teams, and you explain complex products without leaning on a Solutions Engineer.
- 🧩 Complex deals: You have run multi-stakeholder cycles of two to four months and closed meaningful deals in organisations of 1,001 to 5,000 employees.
- 🎯 New-logo hunter: You generate your own pipeline through outbound and win new customers rather than living off expansion or inbound.
- 📈 Track record: You have consistently hit or exceeded quota over the past two to three years.
- 🧭 Structured selling: You use a structured methodology (MEDDPICC or similar is a plus) and navigate technical evaluations, procurement, legal and security reviews.
- 📍 Location: You are based in Denmark or Finland and you already have the right to work there. This role covers the Nordics territory and involves regular travel to customers in the region.
