Senior Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Developer / Solution Architect

Responsibilities: — Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services — Define solution architecture, make technical decisions, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability — Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and external systems — Work directly with clients to understand requirements, propose technical approaches, and deliver suitable solutions — Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, technical estimations, and proposals — Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery — Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and development best practices Requirements: — 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development experience — Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization and development using C#, JavaScript, plugins, and custom components — Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages — Experience with Dynamics 365 CE applications such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights — Experience designing solution architecture and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using APIs and Azure Integration Services — Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and deployment best practices — Experience with data migration, security models, and data architecture — Experience in pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation — Ability to communicate directly with clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and make independent technical decisions — Good English communication skills Benefits: — Experience with Power BI is a plus — Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, or providing technical guidance is a plus — Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Solution Architecture are a plus
