What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales VP, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own Garner's provider segment at its most senior level, as a quota-carrying seller responsible for the marquee health-system and enterprise relationships that define this category for us. You will help set the segment's go-to-market approach, from sub-segments to pursue, to lead generation, to closing strategy. This is a seat for someone who has built a selling book from limited infrastructure before and wants to do it again with a genuinely differentiated product and dataset behind them.
What you will do
Own the provider segment end to end, from go-to-market strategy through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Land and expand marquee health-system and enterprise logos, opening executive-level doors up to health-system CEO.
Run a data-driven sales motion at the most senior level: connect Garner's data to a buyer's top strategic priorities.
Lead complex, committee-driven negotiations to close, holding momentum and goodwill across long cycles and multiple veto-holding approvers.
Establish the repeatable playbook the segment adopts: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, and build the feedback loop that turns market signal into roadmap and pricing change.
Build full fluency across Garner's product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
8 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience owning a new-market motion end to end: building a segment from limited infrastructure and landing marquee logos
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
A track record of closing through multi-stakeholder, committee-driven buying processes, where clinical, analytics, finance, legal, and administrative approvers each hold an effective veto.
Command of the room with senior buyers up to the CEO: you build trust fast, go head to head on strategy, and secure buy-in for a high-consideration purchase.
Data fluency built by repeatedly entering new or ambiguous markets and learning the methodology deeply.
Repeatable plays for reviving stalled pipeline, applied across a book rather than one deal at a time.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to build an internal operating rhythm: who to pull in when, plus a feedback loop into product and pricing.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.

Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. European governments, research institutions, and public bodies are investing in large-scale AI, analytics, and data infrastructure. MinIO's software-defined, S3-compatible, cloud-native object storage is built for the performance and scale these workloads demand.
We are seeking a technical, creative, and entrepreneurial Sr Regional Sales Manager to lead MinIO's growth in the public sector across EU Region. You will sell to national and regional government, research and HPC centres, universities, healthcare bodies, defence and security agencies, and EU institutions. You will combine technical depth in storage, data lake/lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC with a real understanding of how the public sector buys, so you can shape and win complex, multi-stakeholder deals of €250K+.
What You Will Do
Drive Public Sector Business Development:
Identify and develop opportunities across ministries, agencies, research organisations, and public institutions. Engage early, before requirements are written, to influence strategy, architecture, and budget planning.
Lead Technical and Vision Selling:
Articulate how MinIO delivers transformational outcomes for data infrastructure, AI/ML, analytics, and HPC, not just incremental improvements. Translate technical capabilities into mission outcomes and public value.
Navigate Public Procurement:
Manage the full cycle from early engagement through tender, evaluation, and award. This includes EU and national procurement rules, framework agreements, and dynamic purchasing systems. Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs with Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Contracts.
Close Complex Deals:
Own opportunities with longer, committee-driven sales cycles, from first contact through to award.
Compete and Win Against Legacy Vendors:
Position cloud-native, S3-compatible object storage against traditional storage vendors by demonstrating its advantages for modern workloads. Make the case on cost, flexibility, and performance.
Support Security Reviews:
Work with customers and internal teams to respond to security questionnaires and architecture reviews, involving Product and Legal as needed.
Build the Business Case:
Develop ROI and total-cost-of-ownership models that speak to public-sector priorities: value for money, risk reduction, and long-term sustainability.
Partner-First Territory Strategy:
Build and run co-selling plans with resellers, system integrators, and alliance partners, including those holding public-sector frameworks, to extend coverage and reach buyers who purchase through partners.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Marketing on tailored solutions, successful POCs and pilots, and a smooth path from award to deployment.
Forecast with Discipline:
Maintain accurate pipeline management, realistic forecasting that reflects procurement timelines and budget cycles, and clear account plans.
Your Skills and Experience
Public Sector Sales Expertise:
7+ years of enterprise or public-sector sales in the EU, with consistent quota attainment and average deal sizes of €250K+.
Procurement Fluency:
Hands-on experience with public tenders and frameworks, and with working through procurement officers, technical evaluators, and budget holders.
Technical Acumen:
Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments. You can engage architects and researchers and connect technical concepts to mission and policy outcomes.
Public Sector IT Awareness:
Working knowledge of the data protection and security requirements that shape European public-sector IT purchasing.
Partner-Led Approach:
Track record of building co-selling strategies with channel, SI, and alliance partners.
Competitive Selling:
Proven ability to displace entrenched vendors with a differentiated value proposition.
Consultative, Challenger Mindset:
You teach, tailor, and challenge customer thinking, and you shape requirements rather than just responding to them.
Startup Mindset:
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up in a fast-moving company.
Network:
Established relationships within UK/EU public institutions, research communities, and the partner ecosystem.
Communication:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Fluency in English and other relevant local languages is required.
