About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to reach the right buyers on LinkedIn and beyond. You’re equally comfortable planning a full-funnel, account-based program and strategizing the creative that brings it to life. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel

Write and edit social media content for Aleph’s channels, including posts, captions, carousels, short video scripts, and campaign copy, adapted to each platform and audience (global, regional, and local).
Support regional marketing managers with ready-to-adapt PR and content toolkits, copy reviews, and localization guidance.
Review press releases for clarity and key messaging, help regional marketing managers prepare them, and turn announcements into engaging social, email, and internal communications content.
Write and optimize email marketing programs, including newsletters, campaign emails, and nurture sequences. You’ll own subject lines, preview text, and CTAs, A/B testing them to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
Incorporate AI tools across the content workflow, from research and initial drafting to localization and variant testing.
Manage the integrated content calendar day-to-day across social, email, web, and the marketing intranet.
Apply our brand voice and tone guidelines, ensuring website copy, presentations, and sales materials remain consistent.
Monitor social listening, respond to community engagement, and identify potential reputational risks early.
Track social and email performance metrics (engagement, views, open rates, CTR, conversions) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
What you need for this role:
5+ years of experience in content marketing, PR, communications, or integrated marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Proven expertise in developing and executing communication strategies, including content for social media, employee-generated content (EGC), email, and internal communications (comunicación interna).
Solid understanding of PR materials (press releases, Q&As, media kits, etc.), including their structure, newsworthiness, and how to craft compelling headlines and leads. PR agency experience is strongly preferred.
Experience using content and PR tools, media monitoring solutions, content management systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, eClincher, PR Newswire).
Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, able to transition seamlessly from a punchy 150-character post to long-form content while maintaining brand voice.
A systems mindset focused on building scalable, localizable, and measurable content strategies rather than chasing short-term trends.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and time zones.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to create and adapt content, paired with strong editorial judgment on where human oversight is essential.
Comfort with data, with a proven ability to derive actionable business insights from performance dashboards.
What will make us really love you:
You have a creative mindset and a passion for storytelling that captivates audiences.
You excel at turning complex messages into engaging, clear content for diverse audiences.
You’re a natural relationship-builder, fostering trust with stakeholders at all levels.
You bring strategic thinking and can pivot quickly in a fast-changing landscape.
You love analyzing trends, insights, and data to continuously optimize communication efforts.
You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in high-pressure situations.
