About your future tasks
Team Leadership & Management
- Hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Managers, ensuring they meet and exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
- Establish a data-driven, high-velocity partner management culture, with clear KPIs around partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development to strengthen partner management, co-selling, and strategic relationship-building expertise.
- Oversee continuous training to ensure the team maintains deep product knowledge and is fully equipped to support partners’ sales cycles.
Partner Strategy & Ecosystem Growth
- Build and execute the regional channel strategy, guiding your team to recruit, enable, and scale high-value partners across EMEA and APAC.
- Identify and implement new partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market initiatives to expand revenue opportunities.
- Ensure consistency and predictability in partner performance by designing metric-driven activity models for the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support co-selling, co-marketing, and seamless partner experiences.
- Act as the escalation point for strategic partners, helping remove roadblocks and supporting major opportunities your team uncovers.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Monitor and on partner team activity, sourced and influenced revenue, and pipeline generation on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Deliver accurate and timely forecasts for your region and ensure your team adheres to operational rigor in Salesforce and partner management tools.
About you
- Fluent English is required; local languages in the supported region are preferred or required.
- Working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce), PRM/partner portals, Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience in the IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing ecosystem—especially with agencies or consultancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- 15+ years experience, with at least 5+ years of managing channel, partnerships, or sales teams, across EMEA.
- 5+ years of individual contributor experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed partner pipeline and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly metric-driven, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- SaaS or MarTech experience strongly preferred.
- Travel is recommended but not required.

Anthropic Fellows Program is designed to foster AI research and engineering talent by providing funding and mentorship to promising technical talent regardless of previous experience. Fellows primarily use external infrastructure such as open-source models and public APIs to work on empirical projects aligned with Anthropic's research priorities, aiming to produce public outputs like paper submissions. The program runs multiple cohorts yearly with rolling application reviews, expecting a start in January 2027 but flexible start dates can be requested.
The program includes 4 months of full-time research, direct mentorship from Anthropic researchers, access to a shared workspace, connection to the AI safety and security research community, a weekly stipend of 3,850 USD / 2,310 GBP / 4,300 CAD plus benefits varying by country, and funding for compute (~$15k/month) and other research expenses.

There are two main fellow tracks:
ML Systems & Performance Fellows:
- Mentors include Alwin Peng and Zygi Straznickas.
- Projects may involve building CPU simulators for accelerator workloads, adding backends for accelerators on open source projects, building on-demand infrastructure, and creating complex synthetic data or environment pipelines.
- Candidates should have strong software engineering skills, experience with complex ML systems, ability to balance research and engineering rigor, comfort with large-scale distributed systems and high-performance computing, experience with training or evaluating large language models, and skills in analyzing and debugging model training.
- Fluency in Python and full-time availability are required.
Reinforcement Learning Fellows:
- Mentors include Ruhua Jiang, Kaidi Cao, Sunny Duan, David Brandfonbrener, Colt Steele, Dino Distefano, and Will Williams.
- Projects may include building model-based tools to understand and improve AI training data, research on generalization, creating RL environments to improve Claude models and safety-related tasks, and research and implementation of RL algorithms.
- Candidate criteria are similar to ML Systems Fellows.
Logistics:
- Participants must have work authorization and be located in the US, UK, or Canada during the program.
- Shared workspaces are available in San Francisco; remote participation is allowed in the UK, US, or Canada.
- Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must have or obtain full-time work authorization independently.
- The program duration is 4 months full-time, with possible extensions and flexibility for partial commitments.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:
Prospect internal IT departments with 50 to 3,000 employees through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Establish trust and rapport with channel partners through phone, email, and LinkedIn while learning about their solutions, team composition, territories, and ideal customer profile.
Work collaboratively with the team to create outbound prospecting strategies for channel partners and mid-market internal IT departments.
Develop and manage contact and opportunity pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up on both.
Work closely with the Account Executive team to set demos, assist with closing deals, and build a passionate understanding of Huntress products, our human-led SOC, monthly educational webinars, and competitor offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while maintaining accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce and documenting all interactions.
Explore practical AI tools to support prospect research, outreach preparation, account prioritization, and follow-up while applying sound judgment to the work.
What You Bring to the Team:
You have 1+ year of outbound calling experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of success.
You have knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security.
You communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal conversations.
You can work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
You have experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with the VAR and reseller community is a bonus.
You are excited to explore AI and use it to work faster and smarter, with good judgment about when and how to apply it.
