About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is the runtime control plane for the AI software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC). Thousands of engineering organizations, including more than a quarter of the Fortune 500, use LaunchDarkly to ship, measure, and control every change that reaches production, whether it is written by people or by AI. Feature management built the company. The next chapter is bigger: as the cost of writing code falls and the volume of change outpaces human review, the constraint is moving from writing software to controlling it. LaunchDarkly is building the critical infrastructure for the AI-SDLC. Customers build their own software factories. We build the rails they run on.
We are hiring the leader of Product Management for LaunchDarkly. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the product management organization end to end: the people, operating system, roadmap commitments, and commercial outcomes across every product pillar. You will sit at the technology leadership table as the Product Management peer to the heads of Engineering and Product Design.
The CPO sets the company’s product vision and strategic direction. You will build and run the product organization that turns that direction into a coherent portfolio, shipped outcomes, customer adoption, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on operating role for a product leader who knows how to build the machine, make the tradeoffs, and finish the work.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product leadership.
Serve as the product counterpart to Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Resolve cross-functional tradeoffs, establish shared commitments, and ensure LaunchDarkly presents one coherent product strategy to customers and the market.
Build and lead the product management organization.
Design the organization intentionally, allocate resources effectively, maintain a high talent bar, build succession plans, and establish clear ownership for every product surface a customer or sales representative may ask about.
Own the product operating system.
Establish the cadence that turns strategy into shipped software and met goals, including quarterly commitments, leadership reviews, squad-level inspection, launch briefs, new product introduction (NPI), and the product-to-field handoff. Make execution predictable enough that the executive team does not have to ask whether something shipped.
Drive roadmap delivery across every product pillar.
Lead execution across Enterprise, Foundation, Observability, Experimentation, Agent Control, Automation, and the platform beneath them. Build a culture of doing what we say we are going to do.
Create portfolio discipline without slowing the company down.
Ensure new bets enter the portfolio through explicit decisions rather than hallway conversations, while preserving the flexibility to respond to market changes. Marketing dates should be commitments the product organization can confidently support.
Drive finishing.
A product is not done when version one ships; it is done when the team has iterated based on learning. A launch is not done when it ships; it is done when the field is amplifying it. A process is not done when it is written; it is done when it creates leverage for the team.
Own packaging execution and commercial outcomes.
Lead how pricing and packaging land in the product and in the field so every representative can sell the full platform and every pillar contributes to its commercial goals.
Stay close to customers and the field.
Spend time with the largest customers and most demanding evaluators, translate what you learn into product decisions, and build a process that brings customer and field insight into the roadmap at scale.
Use AI to increase product and engineering leverage.
Help the organization adopt AI-assisted development and product practices in ways that increase delivery speed while maintaining quality and judgment.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year:
The organization is complete. The leadership model is in place, product lines have the right pillar leadership, spans and layers are intentional, decision rights are clear, succession risks are understood, and the organization can continue to scale.
Delivery increases every quarter. Shipped output per team rises quarter over quarter as AI-assisted development compounds, with quality holding.
The operating system runs without the CPO driving it. Reviews, check-ins, launch briefs, and NPI happen on cadence and at a consistent bar.
The portfolio is staffed. Every initiative in flight has an explicit staffing decision and plan behind it.
The numbers move. Activation, attach, activity, and expansion targets for each pillar respond to the organization’s inputs.
The team is stronger than you found it. Product managers have more leverage, complementary strengths are valued over a uniform mold, and every hire raises the bar.
About You:
You are direct, decisive, and high-agency. You identify a problem, propose a fix, and act unless someone tells you not to.
You are a relentless simplifier, not a caretaker. When you find friction, your instinct is to remove process rather than add it. You know how to run a company of this size like a small company that ships.
You are a builder of people and move quickly on people problems. Product leaders who have worked for you say you made them better and would work for you again. You raise the bar clearly, promote based on evidence, and do not allow known performance problems to persist.
You are comfortable challenging a strategy and turning it into a sequenced portfolio. You can tell the story of an idea you pushed back on, how you used evidence to make the call, and how you maintained the relationship.
You write clearly and make decisions. You use written argument to create alignment, expect strong writing from your team, and end meetings with a decision.
You are customer-oriented and commercially grounded. You can move from a conversation with a developer or data scientist to a discussion with an executive buyer or sales leader without losing the thread.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including 7+ years leading Product Managers and product leaders across a multi-product B2B platform
.
Experience leading Product Management at the VP, SVP, or equivalent level across a multi-product B2B platform.
Experience leading a product management organization of 20 or more product managers at a company with approximately $100M to $500M in revenue.
A track record of building and developing a product organization, rather than simply inheriting one.
Demonstrated ability to turn company strategy into a reliable operating system that delivers roadmap commitments and measurable business outcomes.
Experience working with a founder or visionary executive and converting a high volume of ideas into a sequenced, resourced portfolio.
Experience building products for engineering organizations and selling to CTOs, platform leaders, and data science teams.
Strong commercial fluency, including experience owning or materially influencing pricing, packaging, attach, expansion, and go-to-market execution.
Experience balancing enterprise and self-serve motions, including an understanding of what drives a large enterprise expansion and what creates value for a developer on a free plan.
Practical experience using AI agents in your own work and applying AI-native approaches to product management or software development. You should have clear opinions about how AI changes product management, supported by things you have shipped.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and improve delivery speed without compromising product quality.
Pay:

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

About the Role
Join Alvys, an early-stage company transforming the $800B US freight industry. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you'll help protect our platform and the customer data it holds. You'll close cloud security gaps, build security checks into how we ship software, run our penetration testing program, and stand up the infrastructure behind our internal security, IT, and AI tools. This role combines hands-on infrastructure work with coordination across DevOps, engineering teams, IT & Security, and outside security vendors.
Industry Insight
Freight companies run their business on Alvys: loads, drivers, carriers, payments, and financial records. As more of the industry moves to modern software, customers expect that data to be protected like any other business-critical system. Security is part of how we earn and keep their trust.
About Alvys
Alvys is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that powers modern transportation operations. We combine deep industry knowledge with strong technical execution to bring clarity, automation, and reliability to one of the world's most essential industries. Security is a shared responsibility at Alvys, and this role helps every team meet that bar.
Our Principles
Engineering Principles
Build for Real-World Impact.
Our users rely on Alvys to solve real problems, not abstract ones. Every security fix should reduce real risk to our platform and the people moving freight every day, not just clear a scanner finding.
Extreme Ownership and Empowerment.
Ownership extends beyond building. It means being accountable for quality, reliability, and customer impact. If it's in production, it's yours: bugs, uptime, and results.
Technology Debt is Strategic, Not Accidental.
Technical debt is a strategic choice, not an oversight. We incur it deliberately when it unlocks speed, learning, or market advantage. Our architecture remains clean, maintainable, and scalable as we grow.
Simplicity Scales; Complexity Costs.
Logistics is inherently complex, but our technology shouldn't be. We prioritize simplicity in our architecture, leveraging modularity and well-defined service boundaries to reduce cognitive load.
Radical Transparency.
We democratize data and make it accessible across all functions to drive alignment and decision-making. Transparency also means feedback. We systematize constructive feedback loops to ensure growth.
Engineering Culture
Move Fast, Learn Fast.
Speed is our advantage, but we move fast intentionally. We bias for action, assume positive intent, and treat every mistake as a learning opportunity.
Own the Outcome.
Every engineer owns outcomes, not tickets. We take responsibility end-to-end, identifying problems, delivering solutions, and ensuring they last.
Partner, Don't Gatekeep.
Security works best when it's built with the teams who own the systems. We share context with DevOps and engineering teams, explain the risk behind each ask, and make the secure path the easy one.
Pragmatism Over Purism.
Perfect security doesn't exist, but reduced risk does. We choose fixes that scale, are maintainable, and address real threats, not theoretical ones.
People Over Heroics.
We don't reward burnout or always-on behavior. Sustainability is a feature, not a luxury. If someone needs to slow down, unplug, or take care of life outside work, that's expected.
Responsibilities
Cloud security architecture
Design and deliver infrastructure changes that strengthen our cloud security posture, including network isolation and identity-based access.
Make these changes through infrastructure as code, plan rollouts that avoid customer downtime, and work with service owners to update the applications that depend on them.
Build secure defaults into our infrastructure modules so new resources start out compliant.
Vulnerability management and pipeline security
Help run our vulnerability management program, driving remediation within defined SLAs.
Extend our existing security scanning with AI-assisted security testing, such as automated security code review and AI-driven penetration testing.
Tune and improve the automation we already use to process security findings.
Penetration testing
Manage our third-party penetration tests from start to finish: scoping and targeting, test environments and accounts, vendor coordination, findings intake, and retesting.
Help mature our internal, AI-assisted penetration testing tool into a dependable part of the security program, including deployment and scheduled runs.
Infrastructure for security, IT, and AI tooling
Deploy and operate internal applications in Azure, with identity, secrets, networking, and backups set up correctly from day one.
Build telemetry pipelines (OpenTelemetry into Azure Monitor) for our AI and internal tools, with dashboards and alerts that surface anomalous activity.
Working with others
Partner with DevOps, engineering teams, and IT & Security to plan and prioritize work.
Write clear runbooks and documentation, and produce evidence for our SOC 2 program.
Tech Stack
Cloud: Azure (AKS, App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, VNets, Microsoft Entra ID)
Infrastructure as code: Terraform
CI/CD: GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps pipelines
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Registry
Observability: Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
Security: Aikido, Cloudflare
AI tooling: Cursor, Claude, Claude Platform (managed agents), Grokbot
Application code: .NET/C#, TypeScript, Angular, React
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or security engineering.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including networking, identity and access management, and secrets management.
Production experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes.
Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Understanding of common security risks in cloud and web applications, and how to fix them.
Ability to explain technical risk clearly to engineers and non-engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure specifically, including private endpoints, VNet integration, and Entra ID managed identities.
Experience with application security testing (SCA, SAST, DAST), and interest in applying AI to security testing.
Experience coordinating penetration tests or working with external security firms.
Experience with OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, or similar observability tools, including writing alert queries (KQL is a plus).
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CIS Benchmarks.
Interest in AI tooling and how to deploy and monitor it safely.
Security certifications such as AZ-500, Security+, or similar are a plus.
Background in logistics or transportation is a bonus.
Equal Employment Opportunity
Alvys is an equal opportunity employer and as such, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.

Workplace: Hybrid
At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support our CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of People. You’ll be a force multiplier across the executive team: managing complex calendars, driving critical follow-through, and, above all, representing these leaders’ voices in writing and in person with precision and polish. Because you’ll routinely draft, edit, and speak on behalf of executives across the company, this role calls for a very high bar for written and verbal communication: clear, correct, well-organized, and appropriately toned for the audience, every time.
This role is a great fit for someone who embodies Render’s Operating Principles https://render.com/careers, particularly Own impact and outcomes (you anticipate needs before being asked), Raise the quality bar (you take real pride in the quality of every email, deck, and invite that carries a leader’s name), Reason clearly; execute quickly (you triage and act fast, even with incomplete information), and Build together (you build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders across the company).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars across three executives, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time against what matters most
- Approach AI as a core productivity partner and proactively use AI to automate scheduling and streamline communications, research, and other daily workflows rather than defaulting to manual processes out of habit or hesitation
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications including calendar invites, Slack messages, memos, and decks to a consistently high bar for clarity, correctness, and tone, since these often represent the leader’s voice directly
- Prepare polished briefing materials ahead of meetings, including attendee bios, context, and clear agendas

- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics end-to-end
- Plan and help run internal events, staff meetings, and offsites, from logistics through agenda-setting
- Track deadlines and deliverables across email, Slack, and other tools; proactively flag when priorities are slipping
- Handle sensitive financial and people-related information with a high degree of discretion and judgment
- Manage ad hoc research, vendor coordination, expenses, and other operational needs across the three executives
- Serve as a trusted, high-context communication conduit between the executives and the rest of the company
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- AI-forward mindset: excited by AI tools, and consistently looking for ways to use them to increase velocity, output, and strategic value.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: you write clearly and correctly under time pressure, and can adapt tone and formality for different audiences (this is a hard requirement)
- Proven experience as an Executive Business Partner supporting senior leaders, ideally supporting multiple executives simultaneously at a fast-growing company
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment handling confidential financial and people-related information
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing, high-stakes demands without dropping details
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving quickly; you reason clearly about what matters most and execute without waiting for perfect information
- A strong ownership mindset: you anticipate needs, follow through without reminders, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just tasks completed
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly across a wide range of personalities and seniority levels
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Direct experience supporting a CEO, CFO/Head of Finance, or Head of People
- Experience planning company offsites or events at scale
- Familiarity with standard EA tooling (Google Workspace, Slack, expense platforms, travel booking tools)
- Prior experience operating in both early-stage and more scaled organizations

We are looking for an Associate HR Analyst, to join the Human Resources team in Manila, supporting our APAC markets. This is an early-career position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring our people processes run smoothly across multiple markets.
You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), People Service Delivery (PSD), and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
Hiring and Selection
Support the Regional HRBP in submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
Onboarding and Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings and inductions for new hires
Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardized onboarding and induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary
Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP
Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up
Conduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyze exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP
Ensure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday
HR Employee Support
Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance, and compensation from employees and managers across APAC
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time-off requests and balances, Workday challenges, and more
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ and knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the APAC Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI and Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups
HR Systems and Data Integrity (HRIS)
Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What We Are Looking For
Background
A degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience
1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
Advanced English, written and spoken; most team communication is in English
Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required
AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
What Will Set You Apart
High tolerance for ambiguity: you don’t need everything to be defined to take action
Dynamism: you shift context quickly and don’t lose quality when the pace picks up
Comfort with uncertainty: you see change as the norm, not the exception
Proactive communication: you flag issues before they become problems
Discretion: you handle sensitive information with care and sound judgment
Why Join Aleph
Real impact across APAC:
Your accuracy in Workday and your follow-through keep hiring, onboarding, and people movements running smoothly across multiple markets, and your insights help the Regional HRBP and business leaders decide what to do next.
A clear path into HR business partnering:
Learn the HRBP craft from the inside (employee relations, workforce planning data, leadership business reviews) with day-to-day exposure to the Director, HR Business Partners.
Collaborative, supportive team culture:
Work alongside Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Service Delivery colleagues in an English-speaking team that values proactive communication, discretion, and flagging issues early.
Modern tools and AI-forward work:
Build hands-on experience with Workday, Google Workspace, Jira, and AI tools, and help deliver AI and Automation initiatives as part of the APAC Engagement Plan.

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the CEO office, including operating within a Co-CEO leadership model. This role provides high-level administrative support and ensures key projects, budgets, travel, and events run seamlessly — managing complex, ever-changing calendars with responsibility for multifaceted coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience or familiarity with communications and executive affairs, enabling them to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Work in lockstep with other EAs within the CEO office, understanding the unique dynamics of a Co-CEO leadership model — sharing information, coordinating responsibilities, and maintaining seamless executive support across leaders.
- Build relationships with the broader team while acting as a gatekeeper for the executives; anticipate needs and potential issues before they arise, planning for multiple contingencies and implementing solutions with minimal direction.
- Manage an exceptionally complex and ever-changing executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and making thoughtful decisions on behalf of the CEO; coordinate meetings, handle logistics, manage competing deadlines, and review incoming requests to ensure they're on the Executive's radar with all necessary information.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, speaking events, and travel, along with agendas, minutes, and organized records of key projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel — commercial and private aircraft, ground transportation, accommodations, visas, and customs requirements — and serve as the primary point of contact for private aviation providers, managing flight schedules, passenger manifests, and catering.
- Monitor travel plans proactively, adjusting logistics in real time to accommodate changing business priorities, weather events, operational delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and events — including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and partnering with events, security, and other teams — while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance executive effectiveness.
- Track and oversee team tasks, budgets, and meeting schedules to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, and support onboarding and ramp-up for new team members.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, budget reconciliations, and receipts/invoices with accuracy and timeliness, along with additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership, ideally within a CEO office or multi-executive leadership structure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with strong personalities and demanding timeframes.
- Natural talent for improving processes and bringing order out of chaos, remaining calm during periods of disorganization.
- Strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned, with the ability to complete tasks quickly while anticipating the next one in short succession.
- Highly proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, MacOS, and generally tech savvy.
- Familiarity with communications strategies, executive affairs, and leadership environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in approach — this business operates across all time zones.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in budget tracking, travel coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfort working across multiple teams, time zones, and with external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

You will build internal AI products that help Figmates understand our customers and their needs. These products will scale customer intimacy across Figma and inform product and business decisions.
You enjoy figuring things out by making them. You own products from the first idea through design, building, evaluation, and adoption. You build primarily with AI tools and apply strong design and product judgment throughout. This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York City or San Francisco hub - or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:

Design clear, compelling experiences that help employees find customer evidence, understand needs, and make informed decisions
Use AI tools to build and ship internal products. Own the work from initial concept through launch and continued use
Ship focused versions early. Improve them rapidly through feedback, actual use, and careful attention to interaction and visual details

Partner with Research, Design, Product, Engineering, and internal users to launch products and support adoption
Demonstrate what you build, explain your decisions, and share reusable tools and practices. Measure whether the products improve customer understanding
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated exceptional design craft through a background in UX or product design, with strong interaction design, visual judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows without sacrificing important details
Build and shippped impactful products by turning ambitious ideas into working solutions using AI tools, demonstrating significant hands-on contributions, strong execution, and sustained value beyond initial prototypes
Applied deep AI fluency to build sophisticated workflows that connect models, data, and tools, troubleshoot failures across prompts and integrations, and translate emerging capabilities into effective products
Exercised strong product judgment by identifying unmet user needs, translating complex customer information into intuitive experiences, and making thoughtful tradeoffs across scope, quality, and speed
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hold an academic background in design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
Bring a track record in customer research or in building research platforms and tools that help employees explore customer evidence
Align teams around product priorities, communicate a clear point of view, and drive adoption by resolving competing needs with clear tradeoffs
Build evaluations based on realistic tasks to verify the accuracy, evidence quality, and usability of AI-powered products
Demonstrate familiarity with Figma’s products
