Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow Provectus's most strategic partnerships: Anthropic and AWS. This is a build-and-lead role — you will create the programs for our alliances function from the ground up.
On the Anthropic side, you will run partner activation programs end to end: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones and closeout requirements are met. You will grow our standing in the Claude Partner Network and be the person inside Anthropic who advocates for Provectus.
On the AWS side, you will manage the alliance, maintaining AI and generative AI competency requirements, keeping Premier Tier standing current, and building the co-sell motion with AWS field teams. There is also an opportunity to develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and others as the ecosystem evolves.
You will lead a team and work directly with Provectus engineering, SO, and marketing leadership to turn partner programs into measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Anthropic partnership
Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs, manage funded enablement engagements from scoping through completion and reimbursement.
Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones are met.
Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network; track program changes, tier requirements, and new co-marketing opportunities.
Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic — field leadership, partner success, and product teams — who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
AWS alliance
Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day — keep Provectus current on Generative AI competency requirements, renewals, and program changes; maintain Premier Tier standing.
Build and expand co-sell motion with AWS field teams — drive opportunity registration, joint account planning, and pipeline reviews with AWS partner sellers.
Manage AWS funding programs; ensure Provectus maximises available program benefits.
Team and cross-functional leadership
Lead and develop a team of partner managers; set priorities, coach on partner engagement, and build the operating cadence for the alliances function.
Work with sales, marketing, and delivery to turn partner programs into pipeline — co-marketing campaigns, joint solution offerings, and partner-sourced revenue.
Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events; bring relevant partner intelligence back to leadership.
Ecosystem expansion
Identify and develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and other emerging AI ecosystem players as the market evolves.
Track the competitive alliance landscape — which SI competitors hold which partner tiers, where there are white spaces Provectus can occupy.
What You Need to Succeed:
5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles, with meaningful time spent managing a hyperscaler relationship (Anthropic, AWS strongly preferred).
Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs (MDF, MAP, or similar), co-sell mechanisms, and partner portals — hands-on, not just supervisory.
Track record of building alliance programs from scratch — not just inheriting and running an existing book.
Experience leading and developing a team; comfortable setting direction and coaching without a large management structure behind you.
Comfortable operating at executive level with partners and customers, and hands-on enough to manage program mechanics personally when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate partner programs into clear internal playbooks and joint value propositions.
Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem — enough to have credible conversations about implementation approaches and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences — Anthropic's and Provectus's primary enterprise target markets.
Experience managing GCP, OpenAI, or other emerging AI ecosystem partnerships is preferred.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
What success looks like:
Anthropic activation programs running as a repeatable, funded motion with a growing pipeline of customer engagements quarter over quarter.
AWS AI competency requirements current, with Premier Tier standing maintained and co-sell pipeline growing quarter over quarter.
Named executive relationships at both partners who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
An alliances team with clear ownership, operating cadence, and measurable partner-sourced revenue contribution.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, we create marketing that moves people to choose our products, builds a brand where great marketers want to work, and fuels the growth of our business.
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join Marketing and help transform how we work internally. You’ll design and build AI-assisted workflows, agents and integrations that reduce manual effort, improve how information moves across the team and give marketers more time to focus on high-value work.
Marketing Operations Team owns our marketing technology and tools, and the automation that supports go-to-market execution across our channels. This role works alongside Marketing Operations, with a different starting focus: improving the internal processes, workflows and systems that help Marketing plan and deliver its work. The aim is to 10x our impact.
This is a hands-on technical role in a marketing team. You’ll spend around 70% of your time building: understanding how work gets done, finding where it is manual or breaking down, and shipping practical solutions. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Operations to make sure what you build fits our existing tools and standards.
You’ll work across Marketing, in close partnerships across Marketing Operations, Commercial AI Transformation and the AI Centre of Excellence. You’ll bring a clear technical point of view on what is scalable and reliable, while making sure the systems you build are useful to the people who need them.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
FIND THE PROBLEMS WORTH SOLVING
Work with teams across Marketing to understand their processes and the work behind their requests. Map workflows, identify manual effort, duplicated work, missing context and avoidable errors, then prioritise opportunities based on their potential value. You’ll use your creativity and judgement rather than simply build to a ticket.
BUILD AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOWS AND INTEGRATIONS
Create and ship agents, automations, skills and integrations that make internal marketing work easier. You might use Claude Enterprise, Copilot Studio, Clay, MCP connectors, coding agents or other tools across our marketing stack. Work with Marketing Operations when a solution involves our marketing technology or channel tools.
MAKE INTERNAL MARKETING WORK MORE EFFICIENT
Build workflows that help teams do the work behind marketing more efficiently, from briefing, research and insight gathering to planning, content development and hand-offs. Connect information and tools so people spend less time on repetitive coordination and more time on work that needs their expertise. Partner with Marketing Operations where workflows touch marketing technology or channel execution.
BUILD SYSTEMS PEOPLE CAN RELY ON
Design beyond the individual task. Consider the data, context, tools, users, hand-offs, controls and feedback loops a workflow needs to work well. Identify where information is missing, where an agent needs better direction or where teams need support to use and improve the system.
HELP MARKETERS BUILD WITH AI
Work alongside marketers to show what is possible and help them use AI with confidence. Create reusable patterns, skills, playbooks and guardrails so teams can solve more problems themselves and repeat good practice.
TEST, LEARN AND IMPROVE
Prototype and test workflows, learn from how people use them, and improve or retire them based on the results. Identify design, security, privacy, brand and scale risks early, and follow our AI governance and review processes.
KEEP UP WITH THE TOOLS
Stay curious about new models, coding tools, connectors and agent patterns. Be able to explain which tools are right for a particular job and why, whether you’re comparing Claude, ChatGPT, coding agents or emerging platforms.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
YOU BUILD THINGS
You’ve made working automations, prototypes, integrations, agents, internal tools or products, and enjoy taking a messy problem through to something people can use. Your job title matters less than what you’ve built and the value it creates.
YOU USE AI HANDS-ON
You use LLMs to get work done, not just to talk about what they could do. You’re comfortable prototyping with AI coding tools, testing different approaches, debugging and improving the result. You can show us something you’ve built with Claude, Codex, ChatGPT or another LLM platform, at work or in your own time.
YOU HAVE SOUND TECHNICAL JUDGEMENT
You can reason about systems, APIs, data flows, permissions and failure modes. You understand the difference between a promising demo and a dependable workflow. You don’t need a traditional software engineering background, but you do need to be comfortable working directly with technical tools and making sensible implementation choices.
YOU UNDERSTAND MARKETING AND GTM
You understand how demand generation, growth, customer marketing, marketing operations, sales and revenue processes connect. You’re familiar with concepts such as campaign briefs, segmentation, ABM, lead scoring, MQLs, MQAs, pipeline, attribution and lifecycle stages. You’re interested in the business outcomes behind the work.
YOU’VE WORKED ACROSS MARKETING OR REVOPS TOOLS
You’ve built or supported workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Clay or similar tools. You can think across a stack rather than optimise one tool in isolation, and you’re comfortable with connectors, APIs, webhooks or MCP-style integrations.
YOU KNOW HOW TO DESIGN USEFUL WORKFLOWS AND AGENTS
You can give a workflow the context it needs, choose the right tools, define hand-offs, involve people at the right points and make outputs easy to review. You understand that an agent’s performance depends on its data and operating environment as well as the model.
YOU PRIORITISE FOR VALUE
You can judge which problems are worth solving, which should remain manual and where a simpler answer will work better. You balance speed, quality, risk, maintainability and commercial impact, and can make a clear case for what to build next.
YOU MEASURE AND IMPROVE YOUR WORK
You’re comfortable defining success measures, tracking usage and output, and deciding what to improve, stop or scale. You care about measurable gains in productivity, quality, speed or business impact.
YOU THINK IN SYSTEMS
You look for the process behind the immediate pain point. When a spreadsheet is difficult to use, for example, you’re curious about the data, decisions and hand-offs that created it, and what would make the process work better. You can hold the bigger picture while working through the details needed to ship.
YOU COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND BRING PEOPLE WITH YOU
You can explain technical ideas to marketers, commercial leaders, Product, Engineering, Security, IT and Operations in a way that helps them make decisions. You listen well, communicate simply and influence through your work and judgement.
YOU’RE CURIOUS AND SELF-STARTING
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to learn. You’ve taught yourself new tools, built something outside your formal remit or pursued a technical interest in your own time. A personal project, prototype, automation, community contribution or other example could show us how you learn.
YOU USE AI RESPONSIBLY
You understand that marketing systems need to be accurate, secure, explainable and aligned with our brand and company standards. You know when people need to review an output, when data should not be used and when an experiment is not ready to scale.
You might come from marketing technology, marketing operations, growth engineering, RevOps, automation engineering, product, full-stack engineering or another technical role close to commercial teams. What matters most is your curiosity about marketing, your judgement about what is worth improving and your ability to build practical solutions.

- Reports to: Engineering Manager, Geospatial Product Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Engineering Team Lead (Geospatial Analytics), you'll own a product engineering team that turns remote sensing and auxiliary data into fast, reliable insight when natural catastrophes happen. The team currently supports our Wind, Earthquake and Landslide products and brings together analytics (SAR, Machine learning / Data Science) and software engineers.
You will work in tandem with the Product Manager to decide what to build and why, and closely with Operations to make sure the products perform during live events.Your decisions shape how several products work, so you'll own the product’s engineering domain end to end: analytics that serve several products at once, built to the level the problem needs and no further. - Experience working closely with product and operations teams in a flow-based, outcome-focused way, including giving direct feedback constructively and explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- A record of taking analytics from prototype to reliable production against latency, accuracy and uptime targets, with sound judgement on when a solution is good enough.
- Experience building, validating and deploying ML models or analytical pipelines based on SAR or other remote sensing imagery for tasks such as damage assessment, change detection or object detection. This includes working with noisy or sparse labels, validating against ground truth such as field surveys or claims data, and monitoring model performance in production.
- A solid grasp of SAR principles, including how backscatter responds to structural change in built environments, and applied experience in change detection using amplitude, coherence or interferometric (InSAR) methods.
- Strong Python skills and experience applying modern engineering practice (Git, code review, testing, CI, documentation), deployed with Docker on AWS. Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY

We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Customer Success Operations Specialist
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Customer Success, Missions Line of Business
- Reports to: Director, Customer Success, Missions
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you’ll run the operating rhythm behind ICEYE’s Missions Customer Success model. Missions delivers sovereign SAR satellite programs to governments worldwide, and Customer Success stays with these customers from go-live through operations, renewal and expansion. Program Managers and Customer Success Managers in each market own the relationships; you own what keeps them running smoothly: the governance calendar, pre-reads, meeting minutes, action registers and follow-up.
You’ll make sure every internal review and customer meeting happens on time, is well prepared, ends with clear decisions, and that every action is closed. Within six months, you will independently drive the cadence across all target accounts. This ensures our customers stay satisfied, building the baseline for a long-lasting relationship.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the governance calendar for all Missions customer accounts, planned a quarter ahead and sized by account tier. Trigger extra reviews when something material changes, such as a major incident, a procurement shift or a renewal risk.
- Prepare, run and document the recurring forums: the monthly Customer Pulse review and Operational and Service Reviews, and the quarterly Internal Account Reviews, Executive Reviews (QBRs), Portfolio Reviews and Voice of Customer syncs with Product. Run the full QBR cycle end to end for strategic accounts.
- Feed Customer Success input into existing forums (PMO Steering Group, sales pipeline, go-live working groups and LoB leadership) and track the follow-ups.
- Coordinate customer reviews with local Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, local ICEYE CEOs and functional experts, covering agendas, invitations, pre-reads, logistics and customer visits to Espoo, including community formats.
- Own the action, risk and decision registers. Chase open actions, escalate overdue items early and close the loop with customers on every commitment.
- Keep the Customer Dashboard, one-page Account Briefs and portfolio reporting current.
- Support running CSAT pulses after major interactions and NPS around QBRs, track recovery plans for detractors, and capture and quantify customer requirements for the product roadmap.
- Turn the operating model into playbooks and templates, and automate reminders, reporting and dashboards in Jira, Slack and Salesforce, using AI tools where they save time.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Hands-on experience in business operations, PMO, customer success operations or program coordination, ideally in B2B or B2G technology
- Proven experience running a governance or operating rhythm across many stakeholders, functions and time zones
- Strong follow-through: you track actions to closure without being prompted, while keeping strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent written English for agendas, pre-reads, minutes and executive summaries
- Confidence building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Excel, Jira, Salesforce or similar tools
- Discretion with sensitive customer information
- A structured, calm way of working when priorities shift and several reviews run in parallel
- Hands-on use of automation or AI tools to cut manual reporting and follow-up
Nice to haves:
- Experience in space, defence, government or other regulated programs
- Familiarity with customer success practice: QBRs, health scores, CSAT and NPS, Voice of Customer
- Finnish or other languages

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.
