Коротко о роли
The Identity Consultant serves as a customer-facing Fraud and Identity subject matter expert across the entire customer lifecycle, operating as a forward-deployed consultant across pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing expansion. The Identity Consultant owns the critical onboarding mission for new deployments.
Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with new and existing Jumio customers to assess their risk profiles and develop customized fraud strategies.
— Provide expert advice on risk mitigation, user friction, and optimization of verification workflows.
— Lead the design of standardized identity workflows within Jumio products tailored for various industries and use cases to facilitate quick adoption by new customers.
— Manage launch readiness by proactively identifying and resolving technical, regulatory, or policy-related challenges to accelerate deployment and value realization.
— Advise customer risk and fraud teams on emerging fraud trends and industry best practices.
— Confirm completion of implementation milestones and ensure customer integrations align with Jumio best practices.
— Coordinate go-live planning, readiness reviews, and support execution on launch day.
Requirements:
— Relevant professional experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, digital risk, or related fields, including significant customer-facing roles in consulting, technical account management, solutions, professional services, product, or implementation.
— Strong consultative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills focused on risk strategy and workflow design.
— Project management capabilities with experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance.
— Ability to communicate complex technical fraud concepts clearly to executive stakeholders.
— Preferred: experience with identity verification, fraud, compliance, fintech, or enterprise software solutions.
— Preferred: technical understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, or implementation methodologies.
— Preferred: project management certification or equivalent experience.
— Preferred: experience working with global enterprise customers.
Benefits:
— Annual full-time salary starting at 80,000 EUR gross, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
