Join our CRM Marketing team!
We're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team.
We use data-driven marketing automation to improve customer journeys through personalised communications across various channels (like email, push notifications or WhatsApp). You will experiment with new ideas, optimise conversion and work closely with stakeholders to drive growth across different OLX categories.
Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from the office approximately twice per week.
What you will be doing:
Deliver CRM messages and campaigns for the category served across email, push and in-product, working from the category's intake form, so that the category decides what is sent and the centre's standards decide how well it is built.
Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers, buyers and, where relevant, professional users, supporting acquisition, activation and retention for each brand in each market.
Grow the addressable base (consented, reachable contacts) as a category KPI, and pass consent and data-quality gaps to the CRM function head.
Design, run and read tests (in-channel and incrementality), explain the business impact, and scale proven solutions across the category's markets.
Set weekly priorities with the category's Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results against the category's outcomes.
Propose proven motions for the reusable CRM library and shape the requirements for new CRM channels and capabilities with the MarTech team.
What we are looking for:
4 to 6 years in marketing, with hands-on CRM, lifecycle, engagement or retention experience in a digital platform or marketplace.
Experience in classifieds, e-commerce or other multi-sided marketplaces.
Build and run automated journeys in a CRM or marketing automation platform across email, push and in-product, from segmentation to reporting.
Experience with Braze (or equivalent) and with working with technology and product teams on implementation projects.
Data-driven: design tests, read results and explain business impact through analysis.
User-centric: turn insights into end-to-end consumer journeys.
Intrapreneurial: comfortable building completely new solutions, and working in a matrix with a good degree of ambiguity.
Use AI in day-to-day CRM work, for example to draft and localise copy, build segments, personalise journeys and speed up analysis.
Fluent business English to work smoothly with colleagues across several countries.
Location: based in Barcelona.
Our benefits:
Competitive salary and an annual bonus (15%)
Training and conference budget
Health insurance (Cigna)
A high degree of autonomy, as OLX believes in empowering people

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
Over 30,000 Canadian businesses already trust Wealthsimple Business to spend, invest, and help their employees save, all in one place. But most Canadian SMBs still don't know we offer business banking at all. Our team owns the growth engine that closes that gap: getting Wealthsimple Business in front of the millions of small businesses in Canada who haven't heard of it yet, and building the pipeline that lets us compete directly for a market that isn't ours yet. We work closely with the broader Marketing org but stay focused on this segment specifically. This isn't general brand awareness — it's demand for a product category most SMBs haven't considered us for.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own net-new customer acquisition for the SMB segment: running the paid and experimental channels that create demand where none currently exists. This is a build-from-scratch role in a real sense. The acquisition engine for this segment doesn't exist yet, so you'll be defining it, testing what moves the needle, and scaling what works, rather than optimizing something already in motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own SMB-specific acquisition: explore and test across channel types, paid media, partnerships, content, community, and anything else that could move the needle. No one's handing you a channel mix. Figuring that out is the job
- Run the team's growth experimentation cadence: CAC/LTV analysis and funnel experiments that turn into repeatable, scalable campaigns, not one-off tests, measured through to pipeline handed to Sales
- Test positioning and messaging that gets this segment to notice us for the first time
- Own growth-motivated webinars and other programs aimed at reaching new audiences, not nurturing ones we already have
- Partner with the Demand Gen Specialist so acquisition experiments feed nurture, and nurture insights inform where acquisition effort goes next
- Embed AI into your day-to-day, creative and copy iteration, audience research, campaign experimentation, to move faster and test more
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6+ years in growth or performance marketing, with a track record of generating demand and measuring it through to downstream pipeline value
- Experience building and running growth experiments: channel tests, funnel optimization, CAC/LTV analysis. You don't just execute a media plan someone else designed
- Comfort operating in a segment or product with limited brand awareness. You understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative have to work differently when you're introducing a category to someone who doesn't know it exists yet, not comparing features for someone who already does
- Experience running net-new-audience programs (webinars, partnerships, co-marketing) aimed at reaching new audiences, not nurturing existing ones
- An analytical mindset: you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend what to do next, not just report on results
- Clear written communication: able to translate test results and positioning ideas into something a cross-functional team can act on
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work: building lead enrichment workflows, generating and testing creative at scale, or surfacing insights from data faster. You treat AI as a core part of how you work
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.
- Experience marketing specifically to small and medium-sized businesses, understanding how SMB buyers discover, evaluate, and choose financial products
WHO YOU ARE
- You're motivated by ambiguity and building from scratch, not maintaining an existing channel
- You think like an owner. You don't wait to be told which experiment to run next
- You're comfortable being judged on outcomes you can't fully control yet, because the category itself is new
- You partner well. You know acquisition and nurture only work if the handoff between them is good
- You're competitive in a healthy way. "Let's go win this" is a mindset, not just a talking point
- You're as comfortable in the numbers as you are in the creative. This role needs both

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. It’s time we built a meaningful, engaged Community out of these degenerates.
Are you ready for this mission?
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online Copywriter to give Kraken Pro. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential, and copy is where all of that comes to life.
We’re looking for someone who writes fast but thinks sharp, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn complex product features into lines that traders actually stop and read. This role demands a razor-sharp ear for language, a deep understanding of trading culture, and a self-starter attitude.
- Write copy that converts. Craft punchy, high-impact messaging across campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social for Kraken Pro.
- Speak fluent trader. Capture the voice of CT, FinTwit, and the trading floor, and know when to be witty, when to be direct, and when to let the numbers do the talking.
- Launch like you mean it. Shape the narrative for new product drops and feature releases, turning technical updates into clear, compelling stories.
- Own the voice. Help build and protect the Kraken Pro tone of voice across every touchpoint, from a headline to a push notification.
- Collaborate at speed. Work hand in hand with Design, Product, Growth, and Social to brief, iterate, and ship copy that moves the needle.
- Test and learn. Run copy experiments, track performance, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Copy you wrote that moved people to act, whether for a brand, an agency, or your own projects. We care more about what you’ve made than where you’ve worked.
- 3+ years in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Range as a writer. Headlines, long-form, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, and taglines. You can go from a three-word CTA to a full campaign narrative without missing a beat.
- Taste. Knowing when to cut a line is as valuable as knowing how to write one.
- Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture, and the language traders use
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work closely with designers, whether that’s briefing the team, using Figma for copy placement, or being scrappy enough to mock something up yourself
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to reach the right buyers on LinkedIn and beyond. You’re equally comfortable planning a full-funnel, account-based program and strategizing the creative that brings it to life. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel

Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
Partner

Establish

Develop
targeted post-event content and micro-campaigns to enable Account Executives to maintain momentum with enterprise account teams.
Measure
and report on event success through commercial metrics: target account penetration rate, pipeline created/influenced, deal velocity, and closed-won revenue.
Manage
the apportioned regional field marketing budget and local vendor relationships to ensure optimal ROI and flawless execution.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
5–7 years of enterprise software/SaaS field marketing experience, with a proven track record of owning event strategy and execution tied directly to pipeline and revenue generation.
Deep familiarity with the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), including regional business etiquette, key enterprise tech hubs, local event ecosystems, and localized content preferences.
Fluent/Native German (written and verbal) communication skills, along with impeccable English, to write compelling local messaging and engage with DACH buyers and local agencies.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to act as a trusted peer to Senior Sales Leadership and Enterprise Account Executives.
Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) to track event ROI, account attendance depth, and pipeline conversion across the funnel.
Exceptional organisational discipline and project management skills to manage multiple complex event activations simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
*Desired:
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) methodologies and account-level pipeline tracking within enterprise SaaS.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in the UK.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to learn from each other. For this role, approximately 25–30% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way across the DACH region.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Developer Relations team builds developer tooling and creates awareness through events, social channels, and community activity. In this hands-on role, you’ll turn that attention into active users by owning the journey from first touch through signup, installation, first success, and continued engagement, while also owning the Developer Hub as the main conversion surface. By helping more developers discover and adopt 1Password’s developer tooling, you’ll contribute to the company’s mission and growth.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in developer marketing, lifecycle or customer relationship management (CRM) marketing, or growth marketing for a technical or developer-facing product.
• Proven experience building lifecycle programs that improved activation and retention, with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable, as well as product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
• Experience owning or substantially improving website conversion performance, including A/B testing.
• Strong writing skills, with an instinct for what developers find useful and credible.
• Comfort working with engineers and developer advocates and with technical concepts such as application programming interfaces (APIs), command-line interfaces (CLIs), software development kits (SDKs), and documentation. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be able to try the product yourself.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly team. Preferred: Experience with product-led growth, free-to-paid conversion, open source adoption, event and community programs, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), scripting, search engine optimization (SEO), docs-led growth, or developer communities such as GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, X, or LinkedIn.
What you can expect:
• Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and social channels, including QR codes, event-specific landing pages, follow-up sequences, and starter kits.
• Work with Developer Relations teammates so every event, talk, and social moment has a clear call to action, tracking, and post-event nurture plan.
• Turn social engagement, including launches, threads, demos, and community moments, into measurable traffic and signups through the right landing pages and offers.
• Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels.
• Define activation for the product, build programs around milestones such as a first application programming interface (API) call, successful build, or integration, and segment messaging by behavior, role, language, technology stack, and source.
• Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion across its homepage, product pages, community pages, and events pages. Run continuous testing across copy, calls to action, page structure, and signup flows, and partner with Design, Engineering, and Documentation to improve time-to-first-value.
• Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample applications, changelogs, and email content; build reporting from first touch through activation and retention; and share findings that help shape the roadmap and messaging. Early success will include auditing the funnel, launching event follow-up and onboarding programs, and improving signup-to-activation, event-to-user, and Developer Hub conversion.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, able to transition seamlessly from a punchy 150-character post to long-form content while maintaining brand voice.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
THE M&A AND INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION ROLE
Alan is diversifying its activities in the fields of healthcare, prevention and insurance through mergers and acquisitions, and is actively expanding internationally. In addition, Alan recruits talent worldwide and enables its employees to work remotely in complete safety.
“Alaner, everywhere”. The role makes sure each acquisition and each country opening is legally secure, fast and humane: from HR due diligence, to transferring employment contracts, to fully integrating the people who join us.
You'll join the Expansion crew inside the People team. You'll work closely with the crew owner, and with Corporate, Finance, team Leads and General Managers involved in each deal.
THE PEOPLE TEAM
The People team is made up of 13 people who work in an environment shaped by Alan's Leadership Principles. Every one of them is a genuine fan of our products (Culture being one of them) and deeply committed to Alan's Prevention and Health mission.
The team covers Learning and Development, Payroll and Admin, Employee Experience and Operational Efficiency, Compliance and Employment Law, Comp and Ben, and now M&A and International Expansion.
It is a generalist team: everyone shares three core missions, namely People on-call (answering the day to day questions from Alaners, which is now AI-powered), individual situation management, and HRBP responsibilities. This represents roughly 50% of our time. Then each person owns one or more cross-functional topics depending on their flavour. In your case: M&A and expansion.
YOUR MISSIONS
On top of the core missions shared across the People team, you will work on a very diverse range of high-impact topics:
You will own to the People workstream of M&A transactions from due diligence to integration, alongside the crew and in close collaboration with the Corporate team, Legal, Finance and the business owners of each deal.
Depending on the nature of the deal, you will own:
- HR due diligence: reviewing headcount, employment contracts, collective agreements, compensation & benefits, liabilities and risks of target companies, and flagging red flags clearly to the deal team;
- Transferring employment contracts in France and abroad, and choosing the right path for each deal and country;
- Integrating acquired teams: day-1 and first-months plans, harmonising contracts and benefits, communicating with acquired employees, onboarding them into Alan's way of working;
- You will support the people transition of acquired teams, working with the crew and leads on team set-up, keeping key talents, and supporting every individual situation with care;
- Working with external advisors (law firms, HR advisory, relocation and EoR providers): writing clear briefs and challenging their advice.
Also:
- Opening new countries on the People side: entity vs employer of record, compliant local contracts, benefits and payroll partners
- You will handle international relocations and cross-border situations for Alaners moving or working between countries (visas, social security, tax, type of contract);
- Building reusable playbooks (HR due diligence checklist, integration playbook, "country opening – People" checklist) so each new deal is faster than the last
- Taking on global and cross-border individual situations (mobility, work from anywhere, sensitive cases)
- Raising the team's expertise: sharing your knowledge of employment law and M&A practices with the crew and the wider People team
- Leveraging AI and automation to multiply the impact of your work
OUTCOMES WITHIN YOUR FIRST MONTHS IN THE TEAM
BY 2.5 MONTHS:
- You are autonomous on day-to-day People on-call requests;
- You have mapped our current M&A and country-opening practices and shared a first list of gaps and quick wins;
- You have contributed to the People workstream of at least one live deal or country opening (due diligence, contract transfer or integration);
- You have contributed to our reusable playbook (e.g. HR due diligence checklist);
- You have shadowed and been reverse-shadowed on individual situation management.
BY 5 MONTHS:
- Depending on the ongoing projects, you own the People workstream of a deal end to end, from due diligence to integration, with the crew as a sounding board;
- You have run, or co-run, one talent density assessment and the parting ways cases that came with it;
- You handle cross-border individual situations without supervision;
- Your playbooks are used by the crew and by Legal / Finance on new deals;
- Leads and crew members come to you as the go-to expert on these topics.
IS THIS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?
You may be a great fit for this role if:
- You have around 5 years of experience focused on HR M&A and integration topics, for example in a reputable HR advisory firm or in an HR team that focuses on these topics.
- You have worked on acquisitions in the Tech industry, not only on very large corporate groups, and you know the method is not the same.
- You master HR due diligence and the transfer of employment contracts.
- You have worked on post-merger integration, including talent density and parting ways, not only on the pre-signing side.
- You have international exposure: you have worked on deals or entities outside France.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken (all of our internal processes, documentation and communications are in English).
- You are adaptable and creative: you adjust your method to each type of company and deal instead of copy-pasting one process.
- You are very organised: you run several confidential workstreams in parallel without dropping balls.
- You are a strong communicator, with very different audiences (founders, acquired employees, leads, lawyers), in writing and orally.
- You are strong technically and can teach us things.
- You show judgement and discretion with confidential information and sensitive human situations.
NICE-TO-HAVE
We are not looking for all of the below. Any one of these can be a strong signal.
- You have a legal background, ideally in employment law.
- You have worked in or with a Tech scale-up that made several acquisitions.
- You have opened entities or set-up employers of record in new countries.
- You speak another language relevant to our expansion (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese; Arabic).
- You are AI-enthusiastic and actively use tools to multiply your impact.
LEVEL RANGE
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range.
