Location: United States Workplace: Remote BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work. THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships. THE OPPORTUNITY As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot. You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions. - Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity. - Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel. - Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets. - Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse. - Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using. - Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets. - Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts. - Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines. - Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea. - Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on. WHAT YOU BRING - 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category. - A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed. - Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut. - High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it. - Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one. - Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision. - Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated. - Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes. - Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements. - A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon. Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision. Location: London Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP: - Work directly with EMEA AEs and SDRs to understand what converts in-region and co-design follow-up plays that drive pipeline. - Partner closely with Field Marketing to build joint regional plans, align priorities, and create a coordinated interface into the sales team. - Support new-hire ramp by identifying warm signals, share campaign hand-off details, marketing programs, and proven outreach plays reps can use in their first 90 days. - Collaborate with RevOps on targeting, routing, campaign tracking, and reporting to improve regional execution and pipeline visibility. You don't need to write code, but you should be able to hold a conversation about agents, evals, and observability without a script - Strong partner to Sales. You've worked shoulder to shoulder with AEs and SDRs and you're comfortable with a pipeline number - Fluent in the numbers: funnel conversion, CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline contribution, and attribution's real limits - Working command of a modern stack, Hubspot, Influ2, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, SFDC, Reo.dev http://Reo.dev, and Clay - Comfortable with ambiguity and true ownership COMPENSATION: £95,000-£125,000 base salary + equity Location: - UK, London or The Netherlands, Amsterdam Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Location: Remote; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. ABOUT THE ROLE *Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv. We're looking for a Copywriter with a focus in Product Marketing to sit at the intersection of product marketing and in-product experience. This is not a brand or campaign role — it's a performance-driven, product-close writing role. You'll own copy across landing pages, lifecycle emails, ads, feature launches, onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and everything in between. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand, and adopt Runway's products. That means writing copy that converts on a landing page, writing the in-product text that helps a user get started, and crafting the email that brings them back. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, design, and product teams — and you'll be measured on clarity, speed, and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Write landing page copy, ad copy, and performance marketing assets that drive acquisition and conversion - Own in-product copy — onboarding flows, feature announcements, tooltips, modals, upgrade prompts, and CTAs - Write lifecycle and product emails — launches, re-engagement, onboarding sequences, and feature adoption - Own the narrative for launch videos and short-form product films, writing scripts, sharpening others' drafts, and making sure every frame makes the product's value clear - Partner with product marketing on positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market copy for new releases - Collaborate with design and product teams to shape the in-product writing experience - Write and iterate on A/B test variants across landing pages, emails, and ads - Translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear, compelling language for a range of audiences - Maintain consistency in product voice and terminology across all touchpoints WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 4+ years of experience in product copywriting, growth marketing or a related writing role at a tech or SaaS company - A portfolio that shows range across performance marketing, product copy and in-product writing — not just brand campaigns - Strong instinct for conversion-oriented writing — you think in terms of clarity, action, and outcomes - Experience writing in-product copy (onboarding, feature education, UX microcopy) alongside marketing copy - Comfort working with data — you can look at test results, funnel metrics and engagement data and know what to write next - Experience partnering with product, design, and growth teams in a fast-moving environment - Ability to context-switch across multiple launches and workstreams without losing quality - Experience in AI, creative tools, or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar. We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage. You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win. This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Set the vertical portfolio strategy. Build the business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order that determine where Ramp invests and where it does not. - Own the vertical business number. Define the scorecard for each priority vertical: pipeline, win rate, attach, workflow adoption, product activation, channel performance, and customer proof. - Become the market expert. Understand the financial workflows, buying dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology ecosystems, and competitive landscape of each priority industry. - Influence the product roadmap. Translate market evidence into clear product requirements and help Product distinguish table stakes from differentiators. - Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives. Package Ramp's cards, expenses, accounts payable, procurement, banking, treasury, travel, and accounting automation around the jobs each vertical needs to get done. - Own GTM strategy end to end. Define the ICP, audience, positioning, claims, proof, channel strategy, launch plan, sales motion, and adoption plan for each priority vertical. - Lead market-facing programs. Represent Ramp in the industry through webinars, customer sessions, partner moments, field events, advisory groups, and executive conversations where domain credibility matters. - Make Sales better at winning. Build workflow-based pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, competitive guidance, and demos that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of Ramp products. - Run the operating cadence. Bring Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance into one readout: what is moving, what is stuck, what we learned, and what changes next. - Build the customer and partner feedback loop. Develop trusted relationships with finance leaders, operators, ERP and implementation partners, associations, and sellers closest to the market. - Create the verticalization playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking a vertical from market signal to product requirements, GTM package, measurable growth motion, and scaled investment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, growth, sales strategy, or another strategic GTM function, including significant ownership of product or industry outcomes. - Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for a specific industry or workflow-heavy market. You should arrive with a strong point of view on verticalization. - Deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Construction or A&E software, accounting and ERP workflows, nonprofits, public sector, procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations. - A record of influencing product strategy using customer, competitive, market, and funnel evidence. - Experience owning integrated B2B campaigns from audience definition and brief through execution, measurement, and iteration. - Strong data literacy. You can interpret pipeline, conversion, win rate, attach, adoption, and channel performance and turn the findings into a decision. - Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a business case for executives, a product narrative for the market, and a sales play that works in a customer meeting. - Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing without relying on formal authority. - High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, and improve it quickly. - Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows. NICE TO HAVE - Experience at a vertical SaaS company serving construction, accounting, nonprofits, government, or another operationally complex industry. - Direct experience with construction ERPs or accounting platforms such as Sage, Trimble, Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct. - Experience marketing a multi-product platform rather than a single point solution. - Existing relationships with finance leaders, industry operators, implementation partners, associations, or technology partners in a priority vertical. - Experience building a new PMM or industry-marketing function from the ground up. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
