About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an experienced Executive Communications Writer to support and scale the ways our leaders tell our story. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Executive Communications and other organization leaders to reach priority audiences in ways that compellingly communicate Anthropic's position at the AI research frontier, market-leading commercial posture, and industry-leading commitment to public benefit.
In this role, a given day might include drafting, editing, brainstorming, on-site event support, and coordinating executive response to breaking news, all in close collaboration with the External Communications team and other leaders. The ideal candidate will be an adept storyteller, an experienced partner to leaders, and a flexible collaborator, able to navigate ambiguous situations with sound judgment. When circumstances dictate, you should also be capable of shaping highly technical materials that reach sophisticated audiences with deep domain experience. Because a company like Anthropic — and a technology like advanced AI — are unprecedented in nature, we’re looking for proactive, visionary candidates who offer fresh perspectives on what executive communications might look like in the AI era.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience and expert capability in at least one domain relevant to Anthropic's roster of executives. These include: science and research; products and AI architecture; enterprise and commercial strategy; and visual storytelling and brand, among others.
Responsibilities:
Originate and shape exceptional executive communications that span a wide array of written and rhetorical formats and platforms
Work cross-functionally with External Communications colleagues and other subject matter experts to drive consequential communications moments that serve strategic goals
Support senior leaders in developing their areas of communications focus and in their preparation for major communications moments
Balance a collaborative ethic with a strategic point of view
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of high level executive communications experience, ideally at a high-tempo, industry-shaping organization
Are an exceptional writer and communicator — both on the page, and in high-stakes, fast-moving environments
Are high agency and low ego
Demonstrate comfort and experience in supporting senior leaders
Have a point of view on how forces of change are reshaping traditional communications disciplines, including executive communications
Display strong operational capabilities
Are self-driven with a bias to action
Show excellent judgment and instincts in navigating ambiguous situations
Maintain epistemic humility while making informed decisions
Bring an open and curious mindset to deeply understand technical concepts

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
About the role
Merchant Configuration sets up how our merchants process payments, and those changes go straight into our live production systems. A mistake here isn't a typo. It can have a financial or compliance cost. That's why this team works to a standard of 99.5%+ accuracy and completes 95% of cases within 24 hours.
You'll join our new Mexico City team as its third analyst, part of a global Merchant Configuration team of around 25. You'll support our US merchants, setting up, updating and closing merchant accounts in Salesforce. About 70% of the work follows defined processes. The other 30% calls for judgement, especially when a merchant asks for something unusual and the right answer is "that won't work, here's what will."
What you'll do
- Set up, update and close merchant accounts accurately, following defined processes to the letter
- Check your own work before it goes live. Accuracy here is the job itself, not a nice extra
- Handle complex, non-standard merchant requests, and push back with a better solution when a request won't work
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand what they need and get cases resolved quickly
- Contribute to team projects such as card scheme mandates (for example, Account Funding Transaction setups)
- Build deep knowledge of our configuration products, so that within 90 days you can handle full end-to-end setups on your own
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role where accuracy and following process mattered, for example payments operations, product operations, risk/KYC, or implementation. Recent graduates with strong, relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- A track record of detailed work, with examples you can talk through: errors you caught, quality checks you built, processes you improved
- Very good written and spoken English. All work and communication is in English
- You take feedback well and act on it, stay steady under pressure, and work well in a team
- You've used AI tools in practical ways to work faster or more accurately, and can explain how
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payments lifecycle, or experience at a payment processor, fintech or e-commerce company
- Experience with Salesforce
This role is not for you if:
- You don't have the right to work in Mexico. We are not able to sponsor a visa for this role
- You can't be in our Mexico City office Tuesday to Thursday every week
- You aren't open to switching to US West Coast hours if the business needs it. The role normally works Mexico hours, but contracts include this flexibility
- You prefer to approximate and move on. This team has no room for "close enough"
What we offer
- Two to three months of structured training and shadowing before you work on your own
- A clear career path: Analyst I → Analyst II → Senior Analyst → Team Lead, with promotion based on performance rather than time in role
- A founding seat on a new team in one of our newest locations

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Anthropic's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the compute that trains and serves our frontier models. Behind every cluster is a physical supply chain: servers, accelerators, networking equipment, spares, and tooling that have to be received, inspected, secured, tracked, and delivered to the right site at the right time. The Warehousing and Logistics team owns that flow, and this role runs its day-to-day operations in the US.
As Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you'll report to our Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead and own the operational management of all direct and third party logistics providers) of inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and outbound shipments to our data center sites and partners. You'll manage the relationships and performance of our third-party warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders, and you'll be the person on the ground when a shipment is late, a pallet arrives damaged, or a site needs a critical spare tomorrow morning.
This is a hands-on operational role on a small team, so you'll move between running the daily floor rhythm and building the processes, controls, and metrics that let us scale as our hardware footprint grows. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, communicating clearly with engineers and vendors alike, and holding a high bar for accuracy and chain of custody on high-value, security-sensitive equipment.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations across locations in North America, including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, cycle counting, kitting, and outbound fulfillment to data center sites for the Anthropic owned warehouse and those run by Anthropic’s partners/ third party logistics providers
Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware, compute, MEP, spares, and consumables, maintaining clear chain of custody from dock to rack
Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers, managing schedules, and resolving exceptions such as delays, damage, and shortages
Manage third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders, including onboarding, service-level tracking, performance reviews, and cost management
Coordinate closely with data center operations, hardware engineering, procurement, and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines and site readiness
Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs, and end-of-life equipment, including secure handling and disposition of storage devices in partnership with security and compliance
Build and document standard operating procedures, checklists, and controls for warehouse and shipping activities, and train warehouse staff and vendors on them
Maintain compliance with safety, hazardous materials, export control, and customs requirements for the equipment we handle
Define and report on operational metrics such as receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and freight cost, and use them to drive continuous improvement
Support capacity planning for warehouse space, staffing, and equipment as our hardware volumes and site count grow
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping
Hands-on experience with a warehouse management or inventory management system, and comfort working in spreadsheets to analyze inventory and shipment data
Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels and holding vendors accountable to them
Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel) and the documentation that goes with it
Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT or electronic equipment, such as hazardous materials rules for lithium batteries
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams and external partners
Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and keep operations running reliably as volume and complexity increase
Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US as needed
Preferred qualifications
Experience handling data center or enterprise IT hardware, including servers, GPUs or other accelerators, and networking equipment
Experience with international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and export control requirements such as EAR
Experience with secure chain-of-custody programs, asset tagging, and data-bearing device sanitization or destruction
Experience directly managing warehouse staff or contract labor
Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and how inventory data flows between them and warehouse systems
Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods
Forklift certification or experience overseeing material handling equipment operations
Experience supporting rapid infrastructure buildouts, whether in cloud, telecom, or another hardware-intensive industry

Perplexity is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help enterprise customers build the knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices required to reach value with Perplexity Computer. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical fluency, strong facilitation, and a track record of building onboarding and adoption programs that scale.
About the role
Perplexity Computer enables customers to build AI-powered workflows that navigate tools, interact with applications, and complete multi-step work. Helping organizations adopt this new way of working requires more than a product demonstration or one-time kickoff.
Enablement Specialists design and deliver the programs that move customers from initial access to confident, sustained use. You will create onboarding journeys for different levels of readiness, lead customer workshops and office hours, diagnose adoption barriers, and turn repeated questions into scalable guidance.
This is a customer-facing role that works closely with Customer Success, Applied AI Architects, Product, Marketing, and Support. Customer Success retains ownership of the account, adoption strategy, and expansion strategy; you will own the enablement programs and interventions that help customers and customer success managers become self-sufficient.
What you'll do
- Design customer journeys. Build onboarding and adoption programs for customers and user cohorts with different roles, goals, technical readiness, and levels of AI experience.
- Deliver high-quality enablement. Lead technical kickoffs, workshops, office hours, remote sessions, onsite programs, webinars, and train-the-trainer experiences.
- Make complex concepts accessible. Teach Computer and agentic-workflow concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Guide customers through setup. Help customers understand access, members, permissions, connectors, credits, models, initial workflows, and the practices required to get started.
- Diagnose adoption barriers. Determine whether a customer is blocked by knowledge, readiness, process, configuration, product capability, or technical complexity.
- Route complex needs well. Recognize when a question requires an Applied AI Architect, Customer Success, Support, Product, or Engineering and provide a clear handoff.
- Create scalable assets. Turn repeated onboarding and adoption needs into curricula, customer checklists, implementation guidance, lifecycle communications, videos, examples, and internal enablement.
- Use evidence to increase adoption and consumption. Segment customers by readiness and usage behavior, identify where consumption stalls, deliver targeted interventions, and measure activation, time to first value, repeat usage, sustained credit consumption, and program effectiveness.
- Build the learning loop. Bring customer patterns and feedback back to Applied AI, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support.
What we're looking for
The strongest Enablement Specialists can teach, diagnose, and design for scale. You should be able to run a compelling customer session, understand the technical details behind a blocker, and build a repeatable program rather than solving the same problem one customer at a time.
Must-haves
- 4+ years in technical onboarding, customer enablement, implementation, solutions consulting, customer education, or a technically oriented Customer Success role.
- Proven program-building experience. You have designed and delivered onboarding, training, or adoption programs across live and self-service formats.
- Strong facilitation and communication. You can explain complex product and AI concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Technical fluency. You can guide customers through permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows, and common integration concepts.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Director, Product Finance and FP&A to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! This role spans our Product Finance and Corporate FP&A functions. You'll own two of the highest-leverage areas on the team: the unit economics and monetization strategy across every product we ship, and the financial architecture of the company—model, budget, and Board reporting. The work you do will directly shape how we price, how we allocate capital, and how we support executive decision-making through financial insights and planning.
This represents a truly unique opportunity to join one of the country’s fastest-growing startups as we scale toward a potential IPO. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, and executive leadership to drive some of Ramp’s most important financial decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
PRODUCT FINANCE
- Own our unit economics models for every product line, setting financial targets and partnering cross-functionally to turn goals into reality
- Drive pricing and monetization strategy across Ramp's portfolio in partnership with Product and executive leadership
- Run strategic custom deals, structuring creative commercial arrangements that help Sales win in competitive situations
- Partner closely with Product leaders to evaluate new product investments, business cases, and long-term growth opportunities
FP&A
- Own Ramp's consolidated financial model and develop a deep understanding of the business drivers behind company performance from revenue through cash flow
- Lead headcount planning across the company, including partnering with People and GTM leadership on capacity and hiring decisions
- Lead non-payroll budgeting across the company, particularly partnering with Engineering, Procurement Ops, and executive leadership on cost strategy and vendor negotiations
- Build and oversee executive-level financial reporting, analyses, and materials that support Board and leadership decision-making
- Own FP&A's internal systems and tooling roadmap for the infrastructure that both FP&A and the broader finance org run on
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related finance function, including experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing high-performing team members is a plus
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- A "get things done" mentality—you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial analyses clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and executives
- Proven track record of using AI and automation tools (e.g. Claude Code) to streamline financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and other finance workflows

Your Role:
The Creative eLearning Developer designs and builds interactive training services, offering collateral and enablement content for the Services Portfolio by combining three capabilities in one role: multimedia/video design, graphic design, and technical writing. This role turns technical subject matter into polished, field-ready courses, videos, and collateral for websites, presentations, classrooms, and e-learning platforms - owning a deliverable from storyboard through final published, LMS-ready package.
This is a “creative” eLearning Developer specifically: unlike a standard eLearning Developer who authors courses from assets supplied by others, this role also creates the graphic and multimedia assets themselves - 2-D/3-D graphics, video animation, and course visuals, in addition to authoring interactive modules in tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise 360 and writing the scripts, captions, and course copy that tie a deliverable together. The role also manages one or more supporting processes for the team (e.g., video mastering, templates, or SCORM packaging standards), working largely self-directed with minimal supervision and reporting status to leadership at regular intervals.
Your Opportunity:
Multimedia & Video Design:
Video & Audio Editing:
Edit video and audio into the final training, services and marketing deliverables.
Storyboard Translation:
Translate storyboards into technical infographics and animated sequences.
3-D & Motion Assets:
Create line art, 2-D graphics, 3-D imaging, and video animation for course and presentation content.
Graphic Design & Brand Hub:
Template & Style Systems:
Create, maintain, and utilize templates for presentations, documents, and animations using a variety of development tools.
Brand & Style Guides:
Contribute to creating style guides for deliverables, ensuring visual and written consistency across the portfolio.
Visual Layout:
Design presentation layouts and visual assets that translate technical information into a clear visual story.
Brand Evolution Support:
Support the Senior Manager, Services Portfolio Production, in executing the corporate “house style” overhaul across all One Tenable, Prime assets, including the Tier 1/2 rebrand timeline.
Creative Request Hub:
Act as a direct creative design point of contact for the Senior Director and leadership — turning around presentations, graphics, and one-off collateral on request — with strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Brand Guideline Stewardship:
Maintain and enforce brand standards (logo usage, typography, color, iconography) across all portfolio deliverables, and flag or correct off-brand assets in circulation.
Technical Writing & Content Development:
Script & Course Copy:
Write and edit scripts, voiceover text, captions, and on-screen callouts, maintaining a consistent voice across written and visual content.
Documentation:
Maintain technical and course documentation to support the assets you build.
Content Evaluation:
Evaluate existing visual and written content and recommend improvements for clarity and engagement.
eLearning Authoring & Publishing:
Course Authoring:
Build interactive learning modules — branching scenarios, quizzes, and simulations — using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
Packaging & LMS Publishing:
Package courses to SCORM/xAPI standards, publish to the LMS, and test for compatibility and learner tracking.
Accessibility:
Apply accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508) to eLearning content.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery:
Requirements Gathering:
Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop design plans.
Iterative Feedback:
Perform edits based on feedback from Solution Architects, peers, and leadership.
Deadline Management:
Create deliverables within time constraints to meet project deadlines.
Independent Execution:
Perform tasks with minimal supervision, managing one or more supporting processes (e.g., video mastering, templates, SCORM packaging standards) end-to-end.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Mentorship:
Mentor and develop less experienced designers, sharing craft and process knowledge across the production team.
What You'll Need:
Minimum 5 years of eLearning development, multimedia, or graphic/video design experience in a professional setting.
Comfortable writing and maintaining technical/course documentation, scripts, and captions for course and video deliverables.
Familiarity with the full product delivery life cycle: requirements analysis, design, testing, implementation.
B.A./B.S. in graphic design, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or comparable experience.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360 (or Adobe Captivate), plus Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia.
Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote) for fast-turnaround, executive-ready decks in addition to core Adobe Creative Cloud work.
Experience building or maintaining a brand guideline system (logo, typography, color, iconography) at an organizational level.
Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI packaging and LMS publishing; awareness of accessibility standards such as Section 508.
Working knowledge of Instructional Design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
Experience or knowledge of Tenable products; familiarity with network architecture and Tenable cybersecurity practices for enterprise environments.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong initiative and the ability to work remotely, both self-directed and as part of a geographically distributed team.
This role may require the ability to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our headquarters in Columbia MD or Boston MA. This position is US-based only.
Ability to work remotely in a self-directed manner
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Social at Ramp exists to make the company more visible, culturally relevant, and useful to the people we want to reach. We are looking for a highly strategic Social Media Lead to turn that ambition into an operating system.
Your central job is to build the strategy and operating system for Ramp social. You will bring a clear point of view, make the right calls about where and how Ramp shows up, and ensure our biggest moments have real distribution behind them. You will help more Ramp employees credibly tell the stories closest to their work. You may also be hands-on where it matters, but strategic leadership and operational ownership are what will define success in this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set Ramp’s social strategy, raise the creative bar, and focus the calendar on fewer, more consequential moments.
- Decide when Ramp, an employee, executive, creator, customer, or partner should lead the story, then build the right distribution plan around it.
- Help more Ramplings and executives post credibly about their work, with clear guidance, coaching, and amplification.
- Build a reliable approach to community management and social support, including the right contractor bench.
- Bring together producers, influencer, Brand, Comms, Growth, Support, and visibility teams to execute the highest-priority work.
- Establish a clear scorecard and use social insights to improve the work over time.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Ramp has a clear social point of view, distinct roles for each channel, and a calendar built around high-conviction moments rather than constant posting.
- The social function is a strategic driver of visibility and demand, not an internal posting service.
- Employees and executives have an easy, trusted way to share their work, and the strongest posts receive coordinated amplification.
- Product questions and customer issues found on social are handled with dependable ownership and follow-through.
- Social has data driven goals and learnings, including reach, awareness, demand, campaign lift, and market insights.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years leading strategic social, or related marketing programs at a top-tier technology, consumer or media company.
- A demonstrated ability to build social strategy and the operating model behind it: prioritization, agency management, workflows, measurement, and executive alignment.
- Excellent editorial judgment and an instinct for what will feel credible and native on each platform, especially LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube, and emerging community channels.
- Comfort with performance and brand measurement, including how to distinguish correlation from impact and how to run disciplined tests.
HOW WE WORK
We make finance teams cool. That means taking ideas further, choosing fewer bets with more force, and creating work people genuinely want to talk about. We value sharp taste, clear thinking, generous collaboration, and the willingness to say no when a moment does not meet the bar.
Ramp is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

As the leader of our new Hedge Funds sales team within Enterprise FSI, you will build and lead the team that brings transformational AI to the world’s leading hedge funds - multi-strategy platforms, quantitative and systematic firms, discretionary long/short equity, global macro, and credit funds. These are some of the most technically sophisticated and competitive organizations in financial services, rethinking how they generate ideas, conduct research, build and test strategies, manage risk, and run their operations - and they’re looking for a partner they trust to take frontier AI from promising experiments into production at the core of their investment process.
You’ll own a focused portfolio of top-tier funds at very different stages of AI adoption, from firms already running Claude across research and engineering to those just beginning their journey. You will lead Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, design the coverage and territory model, and build the repeatable, hedge-fund-specific plays that turn early wins into durable, scaled adoption. The selling is technical and multi-stakeholder - platform decisions, protection of proprietary strategies and data, security and compliance rigor, and solutions built on Claude through our API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and partner cloud platforms. Buyers move fast, decision-making is concentrated among a small group of senior leaders, and you’ll shape strategy and operating rhythm while staying personally engaged with founders, CIOs, CTOs, and heads of research on the pursuits that matter most.
This is a rare opportunity to build a team from the ground up, not just run a number: to shape how the hedge fund industry adopts frontier AI, and to do it at a company where safety, trust, and long-term customer outcomes are central to how we sell.
Key responsibilities:
Define Hedge Fund go-to-market strategy and coverage design, including segmentation, territories, account prioritization, and vertical value propositions, and evolve the coverage model as the business scales
Recruit, coach, and retain Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives with deep financial-services and platform-selling expertise; develop talent and create career paths that keep top performers growing
Codify the use cases, proof points, reference stories, and sales motions that make wins repeatable within hedge funds, partnering with Marketing, Enablement, and partner teams to scale them
Engage personally with C-level executives on priority pursuits, building business cases and value narratives and navigating complex procurement, security, model-risk, and legal processes through to production deployment and expansion
Own the team’s revenue targets and operating rhythm, instilling pipeline-generation discipline and running forecasting, deal inspection, and account planning cadences that make performance predictable and coachable across a high-volume book of business
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate hedge funds needs into product and roadmap input
Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and cloud partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, and represent Anthropic with customers and at industry events as a visible, trusted leader
Minimum qualifications:
Experience leading enterprise sales teams that sell technical, complex products such as API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, or data and machine learning platforms into hedge funds
A track record of winning and growing enterprise customers, including building C-suite relationships, in hedge funds
Experience designing go-to-market coverage for an enterprise sales team, including segmentation, territories, and account prioritization
Operational rigor across both a high-volume pipeline and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, balancing velocity with deal quality and forecasting accurately in fast-changing environments
Credibility with technical buyers and builders — CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Research — and experience pairing effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams
Strong coaching skills that raise team performance through deal coaching and account strategy, combined with personal effectiveness alongside executives on high-priority opportunities
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic’s mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading other sales leaders (second-line management), or demonstrated readiness to step into that scope
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to hedge funds
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling — model-risk management, regulatory and compliance-driven procurement, security review, and the governance expectations of financial institutions
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience leading organizations through rapid growth, re-segmentation, or significant change
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000
—
$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. Your Role:
Build and lead a high-velocity production engine that transforms technical concepts into elite, field-ready service and training offerings across the Professional Services Portfolio. This role owns the full collateral and course-delivery lifecycle - from initial brief through go-to-market launch - and is accountable for the platforms, governance, and creative/technical talent that keep the portfolio's content current, on-brand, and field-ready.
The role carries a dual mandate: lead the production engine and serve as the primary link between Production and Sales Enablement/Go-to-Market (GTM), ensuring the portfolio is properly represented in the field. The ideal candidate has managed a diverse staff of technical and creative resources, can work with minimal supervision, and can implement the process changes required to continually mature the team's launch and collateral operations. Technical fluency in network security and vulnerability management is required to evaluate content accuracy and guide the team's technical output.
Your Opportunity:
Strategic Leadership & GTM Alignment
Brand Evolution:
Lead the overhaul of Tenable's corporate “house style” across all One Tenable and Prime assets, and own the Tier 1/2 rebrand timeline.
The Face of Production:
Serve as Professional Services lead for Prime Weekly TV, coordinating with SMEs to deliver high-quality broadcast content on a recurring cadence.
Go-to-Market Liaison:
Act as the bridge between Production, Sales Enablement, and Prime leadership so the collateral roadmap aligns with go-to-market goals and the portfolio is properly represented to the field.
Launch Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute service and training offering launches, including go-to-market and marketing strategy.
Operational Excellence & Platform Governance
The Assembly Line:
Design and manage scalable, repeatable workflows that take content from initial brief to final delivery, replacing ad hoc production with a governed process.
Platform Management:
Own the LMS and training delivery platforms, the global PS collateral library, and access management for all portfolio assets.
Curriculum Development:
Create and maintain appropriate training curricula, collateral and video recordings.
Governance:
Implement rigorous quality and content review standards for all technical and marketing assets, balancing innovation with the ongoing maintenance of existing offerings.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with Services Architects, Portfolio Program Management, and Domain Specialists to design, develop, and maintain professional service and training collateral.
People Leadership & Performance
Global Team Management:
Build and lead a diverse, cross-timezone team of technical and creative professionals spanning multimedia design, technical writing, and video production.
Data-Driven Leadership:
Establish and track day-to-day production metrics - throughput, quality, and cycle time - to hold the team accountable to clear output standards.
Talent Development:
Foster a high-performance culture capable of adapting to rapid shifts in corporate direction, messaging, and strategy.
Quality & Stakeholder Management
Content Standards:
Perform content reviews to assure the technical accuracy, brand alignment, and quality of all portfolio collateral before release.
Stakeholder Interface:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Theatre leadership) regarding production requests and timelines.
Risk & Dependency Management:
Identify launch dependencies and production bottlenecks early, and escalate or resolve blockers before they affect GA dates.
What You'll Need:
8+ years of related experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes, ideally in a professional-services or training-content environment
3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff
Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes for service or training offerings
Exposure to the full content/product delivery lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, production, review, and launch
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field preferred
Working knowledge of network security and vulnerability management; familiarity with Tenable.io, Tenable.sc, and Nessus strongly preferred
Experience administering an LMS and managing a content/collateral library at scale
Familiarity with data and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau) to track portfolio health and production metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong initiative and the ability to work remotely, both self-directed and as part of a geographically distributed team
Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches in an agile, frequently shifting environment
This role may require you to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our headquarters in Columbia MD or Boston MA. This position is US-based only
Ability to work remotely in a self-directed manner
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Product Manager
to join our team that supports our core integrations, public
API and webhooks products
.
This is a build role. You’ll ship net-new integrations with platforms our customers depend on — automotive and healthcare tools, scheduling systems, workflow platforms like Zapier — and you’ll deepen the ones we already have. You’ll also own the shared service and framework those integrations run on, and the developer-facing API and webhook surface that thousands of customers and partners build on top of.
The other half of the job is keeping the ecosystem healthy. Integrations break in ways ad campaigns don’t, and you’ll be the person who decides what gets fixed first. That means working shoulder to shoulder with
Support, Sales, and Marketing
— they hear about problems before dashboards do, they know which integration is blocking a deal, and they need you to tell them what’s coming and when.
This role suits a hands-on, technically fluent PM who wants to ship real integrations, cares about customer product experience, and works in an environment where AI is a daily tool rather than a talking point.
What You'll Do
Build and deepen integrations
Ship net-new core integrations — new verticals like automotive and healthcare, scheduling and workflow platforms, and the partners our roadmap calls for next.
Deepen existing integrations past MVP: fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make the ones customers already rely on genuinely good.
Own the shared service and framework every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, error handling, and retries — and the tooling that makes the next integration cheaper to build than the last.
Own the integrations UI and library: how customers discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot what we’ve built.
Own the API and webhooks
Own CallRail’s public API and webhooks as a product, not a byproduct: new capabilities, versioning strategy, deprecation paths, and the developer experience around them.
Drive
parity between our API and webhooks
so developers get consistent data and behavior regardless of how they consume it.
Own API documentation, the developer dashboard, and the administration and billing experience for API access.
Define and monitor the health metrics developers actually feel — latency, error rates, rate-limit behavior, webhook delivery reliability — and act on them.
Prioritize and triage
Own the integrations bug queue. Triage incoming issues, and make the reliability work that keeps the ecosystem healthy visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Close the loop with
Support
— build the intake path that turns ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them the answers and workarounds they need in the meantime.
Keep
Sales
and
Marketing
ahead of the roadmap: what’s shipping, what’s fixed, what’s still broken, and what they can confidently sell and promote.
Cross-functional
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Lead discovery with customers, developers, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption.
Represent core integrations and the API in planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
3-5 years of product management experience
, including meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer tools, or platform-oriented work.
Background in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
A track record of actually shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end — not just governing a platform others built on.
Strong technical fluency. You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, understand webhooks and event delivery semantics, and can scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator.
Hands-on experience with public or partner APIs — REST, OAuth, versioning, rate limiting, pagination, and webhook reliability patterns.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (Claude or similar) in your actual day-to-day product work.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Comfort with the unglamorous half of integration work: bugs, migrations, and reliability — and the judgment to prioritize it against net-new.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers.
Excellent written communication. Integration decisions live or die by how well they’re documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling a developer platform, API program, or developer portal.
Experience with vertical software ecosystems — automotive, healthcare, home services, or legal.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we’re actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring API data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail’s platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you’ll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We’re looking for evidence that you’ve already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks
Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
Competitive HSA with company matching
Paid parental leave
Flexible vacation policy
401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
Employee stock options available from day one
$2,000 annual educational allowance
Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered
Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually
Regular company outings and events
Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office
Designated bike storage

Are you ready to be part of the future?
About the job
We are seeking a Technical Content Creator to showcase the practical power of Tether's peer-to-peer stack. This is a builder-centric role designed for an engineer or highly technical creator who bridges the gap between low-level infrastructure, cryptography, and functional application.
We are not looking for a social media marketer or an on-camera influencer. We are looking for a technical storyteller who can write code, spin up peer-to-peer nodes, build functional Bare-powered applications, and record polished, clear, screen-share demos. You will turn our core stack (Pear and Bare) into an ongoing series of visual, practical "build-in-public" prototypes that prove to the world what true decentralized, peer-to-peer infrastructure looks like.
Responsibilities
Build Practical Demos: Independently build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using the Pear platform and the Bare runtime with minimal engineering hand-holding.
Record Technical Demos: Record clear, engaging, and high-quality screen-share walkthroughs and video demos of your builds, highlighting how the code works, how peers discover and sync with each other, and the value the systems deliver.
Translate Code to Content: Turn complex protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and technical documentation into highly visual, digestible developer content (such as code-along videos, step-by-step guides, and interactive repositories).
Collaborate with Core Devs: Work closely with our P2P protocol and product engineering teams to stay ahead of upcoming Pear and Bare features.
Prototypes: Rapidly prototype application concepts — such as spinning up a peer-to-peer chat, file-sync, or data-replication demo — to show how quickly developers can launch resilient, serverless products using our ecosystem.
Fuel Influencer-Led Developer Adoption: Collaborate with technical influencers, developer advocates, and content creators to amplify our ecosystem. You will provide them with turn-key technical assets, co-create code-along challenges, and arm them with the high-quality demos and prototypes needed to inspire and onboard new developers to Pear and Bare.
3 to 6+ years of experience in a technical role such as Technical Content Creation, Solutions Engineering, or Backend/Systems Development.
Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages used across our ecosystem (such as NodeJS, C/C++) to interact confidently with peer-to-peer networking and runtime internals.
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of peer-to-peer (P2P) networking, distributed systems, hypercore/append-only-log style data structures, and decentralized application architecture.
Demo/Video Production Skills: Experience recording and editing polished technical screen-shares, terminal recordings, or video tutorials (using tools like Loom, Camtasia, Screenflow, etc.).
Developer Empathy: The ability to look at a complex P2P protocol or runtime and understand exactly what kind of demo or sample project will get developers and infrastructure operators excited to start building.
Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed environment across global time zones.

About the Role
Job Description
As a Customer Experience Operations Specialist, you'll help improve and scale Osano's self-service customer experience by understanding how customers engage with our product, identifying patterns and areas of friction, and helping turn those insights into solutions that improve adoption and customer success.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and comfortable with technology. You’ll look at customer behavior and data, ask questions about what’s working and what isn’t, and help form hypotheses about how we can improve the customer journey at scale. You’ll also support customers through basic troubleshooting and use customer experience and analytics tools to better understand how customers interact with Osano.
The Role
Support self-service customers throughout onboarding by answering common product questions, providing guidance, and helping troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Track common customer questions, onboarding challenges, and recurring issues to help identify patterns and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Monitor self-service and PLG metrics such as signups, activation, implementation progress, product usage, go-live, and retention.
Assist with analyzing customer and product data to understand where customers get stuck, what behaviors lead to success, and where additional support may be needed.
Help build and test scalable customer programs, including automated outreach, in-product guidance, customer education, and other adoption initiatives.
Use tools such as Userpilot, Pendo, Heap, or similar platforms to learn how customers interact with the product and support reporting on customer behavior.
Maintain and improve self-service resources, customer communications, internal documentation, and process guides.
Identify customer trends, potential churn risks, and upgrade opportunities and share findings with Customer Experience, Product, and other internal teams.
Partner across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, and Product on projects that improve onboarding, adoption, and the overall self-service customer journey.
Support additional Customer Experience operations and reporting projects as the self-service program grows.
About You
Early in your career and excited to build experience at the intersection of Customer Experience, technology, data, and operations.
Naturally curious and analytical — when you see a customer problem or unexpected behavior, your instinct is to dig deeper, look for patterns, and understand the “why” behind it.
Comfortable working with data and metrics to identify trends, form hypotheses, and help determine what actions could improve the customer experience.
Technically curious and comfortable learning new software, including customer analytics, product adoption, and reporting tools.
Confident troubleshooting basic technical issues and willing to investigate a problem before escalating it.
Interested in finding scalable solutions rather than solving the same customer problem one at a time.
Strong written and verbal communicator who can turn customer feedback, trends, and data into clear takeaways for others.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects.
Comfortable working independently, experimenting with new approaches, and asking thoughtful questions when needed.
Customer-focused, with an interest in understanding what drives successful onboarding, adoption, retention, and long-term customer value.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience working with data through coursework, internships, projects, or previous roles.
Familiarity with SaaS products or an interest in how software companies use customer and product data to improve the user experience.
Exposure to tools such as Userpilot, Pendo, Heap, Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Basic experience with reporting, dashboards, spreadsheets, or data visualization.
Interest in Customer Experience Operations, Customer Success Operations, Product-Led Growth, or a similar career path.
