People Leadership & Performance Global Team Management: Build and lead a diverse, cross-timezone team of technical and creative professionals spanning multimedia design, technical writing, and video production. Data-Driven Leadership: Establish and track day-to-day production metrics -  throughput, quality, and cycle time -  to hold the team accountable to clear output standards. Talent Development: Foster a high-performance culture capable of adapting to rapid shifts in corporate direction, messaging, and strategy. Quality & Stakeholder Management Content Standards: Perform content reviews to assure the technical accuracy, brand alignment, and quality of all portfolio collateral before release. Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Theatre leadership) regarding production requests and timelines.
