ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it.
THE ROLE
This is a founding people-leadership role. There is no team to inherit and no legacy to maintain — you build the team as well as the stack, and you are accountable for both from day one. Early on you will be deliberately hands-on, because there is no one else to solve the hardest problems — but hiring your first engineers, coaching them, and setting their growth paths starts immediately, not later. If you are looking for a senior IC role, this is not it.
You will be the founding Engineering Team Lead for storage on our cloud.
Block, filesystem, and object storage for training runs, sandboxed workloads, and general compute: you decide what we build, what we buy, and how it adds up to storage our customers can bet a business on. Some layers we deploy and harden from best-in-class vendors. The ones that matter most we write ourselves in Go — S3-compatible object storage, tiering, backup and recovery, caching layers that put cold data on cheap spinning disks.
As the team grows, the balance shifts toward people leadership, and you decide how fast. You will own capacity planning across datacenters and the architecture that keeps data durable when disks, networks, and entire sites fail. Storage is a strategic bet for this org: the team you build and the calls you make will define how a gigawatt of European compute stores its data.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Stand up the storage stack — block, file, object — for training, sandbox, and general compute workloads.
- Make the build-vs-buy calls: deploy and harden vendor platforms where they win; design and write our own services in Go where they don't.
- Own the data plane: allocation, duplication, tiering, backup and recovery, S3-compatible APIs.
- Plan capacity across datacenters and across failure domains — petabytes, not terabytes.
- Build the team from zero: make the first hires, onboard and coach them, own performance and growth paths, and set the standard for ownership.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the storage roadmap and make the technical and business tradeoffs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of real people leadership. You have managed engineers — hired, coached, given honest feedback, and grown them. Hands-on contribution matters here, but this role is judged on the team you build and lead, not just the code you write.
- You have built storage systems — object, block, or distributed filesystems — not just operated them. You know what happens when a disk dies mid-write and when a rebalance collides with a backup window.
- Deep distributed-systems fundamentals: durability, consistency, replication, erasure coding, failure domains.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Systems engineers coming from C++ or Rust who are ready to write Go daily should still talk to us.
- You are comfortable with hardware reality: HDD, SSD, and NVMe tiers, and the economics of each.
- 8+ years building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.

A QUICK RUN-DOWN OF THE JOB
We're looking for a Data Product Lead to own the direction and output of LI.FI http://LI.FI's Data team. This is partially a hands-on role with a clear focus on analytics and product thinking. You'll spend a significant portion of your time on the data yourself: deep-dive analyses, dashboards, business cases, and sharing insights that shape how we make decisions across the company. The rest of your time goes to product thinking, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and leading the team.
You'll report to our CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering closely with our Data Tech Lead who owns the technical and infrastructure side. Think of it as the PM-and-tech-lead model: you own the what and why, your tech lead partner owns the how. Together you set the roadmap and priorities for the team.
Please note: This role is remote within the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops
- Do hands-on analytics work: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations that change decisions, including data inputs for the weekly report and Monthly Business Review
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs, and align the data roadmap with product roadmaps
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria the team can deliver
- Act as the quality gate on analyses, dashboards, and datasets before they reach internal or external stakeholders
- Coach and develop the Data team, levelling up team members on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management
- Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap, making sure infrastructure work serves real business needs
WHAT MAKES A GOOD CANDIDATE
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work, with experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team
- Expert SQL: you can pull, validate, and challenge data independently, without relying on engineers
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Omni, Superset, or similar)
- Strong business and product mindset: you use data to find revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities, not just to answer questions
- Enough technical depth to be a real partner to data engineers; comfortable discussing warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite
- Strong data storytelling: you adapt the message to technical and non-technical audiences
- Crypto/DeFi domain experience: ideally in a data role at a crypto company, or demonstrable deep understanding of the space (cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and you'll need to build some of the playbook as you go
NICE TO HAVE
- Python
- dbt and dimensional modelling
- Semantic layer design and metric definition management
- AI-readiness: structuring data, metrics, and documentation so they can be reliably consumed by LLMs and agents
- ML modelling experience (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection)
- On-chain data and tooling (e.g. Dune Analytics)
- Exposure to streaming data (e.g. Kafka)
We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!

- 30 days of PTO

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a critical pillar of our Program Management function: Commercial Operations. This role will transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing the operational leverage that enables Anthropic to maintain velocity as we scale. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing processes that support rapid product growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, someone who can both envision where we need to be in 12 months and build the infrastructure to get us there.
Responsibilities
Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches — helping evolve an established launch motion into a scalable, well-instrumented program that keeps pace with an accelerating product roadmap
Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process: lead intake and scoping for your portfolio of launches, translate each into its commercial-readiness requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance and selling motions), and collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch
Identify where launches slow down today and drive resolution to prevent them from recurring: propose and implement process and system changes, clarify ownership, drive completion across partner teams like, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
Build specific program components that don't exist yet — launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; and develop training that shifts programs from late-stage gatekeeper to early-stage partner
Take ownership of major program-improvement workstreams such as instrumentation (pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, guides, throughput and cycle-time metrics) or workflow tooling and automation (intake, tracking, approvals, status) in partnership with Engineering and systems teams
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to design clear interfaces and processes that span multiple teams
You may be a good fit if you have
Experience building and running new product introduction processes
Experience building capabilities and solutions that enable launching in new ways, from pricing to geographies
10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume SaaS experience a plus)
Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments — taking things from 0-1 and then scaling beyond
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do the operational work of building while also leading a team
Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build operational tooling
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to demonstrate ROI on operational programs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering
Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you need to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Excitement about building the operational backbone that enables Anthropic to stay on the exponential
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
The Products Team at Docker is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead components of Docker Sandboxes. You will own and drive this strategic product area from high-level concept design through delivery, adoption, and operation. You will help shape how developers and AI agents use fast, secure, isolated environments across local and cloud workflows. You will work closely with developers inside and outside of Docker, our customers, and our partners to expand our open ecosystem offering and provide value. As the company and ecosystem grow, you will help foster teams eager to continuously build, measure, and learn.
To thrive in this role, you will need experience working with developers, deep technical fluency in systems and developer infrastructure, and prior experience as a software engineer. You will need to understand containers, sandboxes/microVMs, virtualization technologies, hypervisors, the software development lifecycle, and how untrusted or agent-generated code can be safely executed and orchestrated. You will need a relentless drive to try new things and an eye for detail. Your long-term success will depend on your ability to own the product roadmap, earn the trust of the developer community, and scale reliable services. Most importantly, you will need to be comfortable taking ownership of big objectives with big goals, working with a cross-functional team, and maintaining a bias for action.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You own Docker Sandboxes, its long-term vision, roadmap, revenue, adoption, and results.
- You believe in and can succinctly articulate our customers, their workflows, and their pain points. You empathize with the world they live in and the security, performance, compatibility, and cost constraints they work through.
- You will engage deeply with developers building AI agents, coding environments, CI and testing systems, and other workloads that require secure, isolated execution, finding solutions for today while optimizing for tomorrow's vision.
- You enjoy building infrastructure products that are easy to adopt and use. You will turn complex tradeoffs across isolation, startup time, performance, density, networking, storage, and cost into simple product experiences.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and will guide product definition, feature prioritization, and scope in concert with engineering, design, security, operations, and go-to-market teams.
- You are a fan of iterative development, working with customers and cross-functional teams to hypothesize, measure adoption and impact, learn from releases, and continually improve the roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have deep empathy for the needs of developers and are obsessed with talking to your users.
- You have prior professional experience as a software engineer, ideally in systems, infrastructure, platform engineering, developer tools, or cloud.
- You have strong technical familiarity with sandboxes/microVMs, containers, virtualization technologies, and hypervisors, including the isolation and security boundaries each provides.
- You understand the building blocks of modern developer infrastructure, including Linux, container runtimes, orchestration, networking, storage, APIs, and cloud services.
- You have experience designing, building, or operating systems that execute customer-provided, untrusted, or agent-generated code at scale.
- You are comfortable interacting with a command-line interface and discussing APIs, SDKs, and technical architecture with engineers and developers.
- You have experience building B2B or SaaS products, or a background in public cloud and developer infrastructure.
- You understand software supply chain and software security concerns, including multi-tenant isolation, identity, secrets management, observability, and reliability.
- You can break down complex technical problems into small, releasable, user-valuable features.
- You can explain complex ideas simply and communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and visually across diverse stakeholders.
- You can analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, define success metrics, and prioritize investments.
- You have a collaborative approach, experience running products from greenfield to scale, and the ability to work with fast-moving, distributed, cross-functional teams. You are a doer as well as a strategist; we are small and need all hands on deck.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Get to know Docker: our vision, mission, and values.
- Understand the Docker Sandboxes team's mission, product strategy, and technical architecture.
- Meet the team along with peers across the business unit and company.
- Work closely with designers, researchers, engineers, security partners, and customers to understand user needs and current pain points.
- Work with your manager and team to review and create quarterly goals.
- Understand the product roadmap, key technical and business tradeoffs, and the data available to make data-driven decisions.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Understand the company's and business unit's product vision and how Docker Sandboxes contributes to it.
- Provide clarity on product vision, target users, priority use cases, and how the team contributes to the overall success of Docker.
- Develop a deep understanding of our developers and customers, how they use isolated environments, and why they choose Docker.
- Shape the team roadmap and product strategy in close collaboration with design, engineering, security, and go-to-market peers.
- Lead the definition of team OKRs and success metrics for the quarter, and provide clear progress reports.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Lead product initiatives across cross-functional teams that make secure, isolated execution simple and valuable for developers and AI agents.
- Drive the long-term direction of Docker Sandboxes, including improvements to adoption, ecosystem integration, reliability, scale, unit economics, and ARR.

An overview of this role
This is an overnight shift role with working hours of 12:00am - 7:00am EST.
As a Support Engineer on our U.S. Government Support Engineering team, you operate at the critical intersection of Support and Engineering, enabling public sector organizations and United States government agencies to run GitLab in some of the most secure and constrained environments in the world. Your work directly supports national security missions, including customers operating within FedRAMP-authorized, air-gapped, and classified or semi-classified environments where traditional troubleshooting approaches are not always possible.
In this role, you will engage deeply with GitLab through the command line; analyzing logs, system behavior, and application performance with strong Linux fundamentals and an understanding of how GitLab’s components interact end-to-end. You may partner with Product and Engineering to reproduce and document edge-case defects using sanitized or redacted data, or contribute directly to the product by opening merge requests that resolve customer-impacting issues. Beyond resolving individual cases, you’ll help strengthen GitLab by improving documentation, support workflows, and institutional knowledge, ensuring that lessons learned in highly regulated environments benefit the broader platform; all while working in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment built on trust, autonomy, and shared ownership.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to quickly analyze strace output
A solution to capture the state of a customer’s server for easier troubleshooting
A functionality to ChatOps to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with public sector customers, including U.S. government agencies, the Department of War, and Intelligence Community organizations, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in GitLab deployments operating under strict security, compliance, and operational constraints.
Perform deep, hands-on technical investigations using Linux command-line tooling and GitLab internals to analyze logs, system performance, and application behavior, often with limited telemetry or incomplete datasets. You will trace issues across infrastructure, application, and code paths to identify root causes, recommend mitigations, and drive durable fixes; frequently partnering with GitLab Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure outcomes that meet both mission and platform reliability requirements.
Create and update clear, reusable documentation and support content based on real customer interactions to improve self-service and reduce repeated issues.
Participate in regular
pairing sessions
with other Support Engineers and act as a
stable counterpart
to cross-functional teams to share knowledge and improve support processes.
Contribute to building and refining internal support tools and workflows, including automation and troubleshooting utilities, to make diagnosing and resolving issues more efficient.
Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations, providing timely emergency support for self-managed customers operating in restricted and compliance-focused environments.
Support the growth of the team by reviewing applications and assessments, and participating in interviews and hiring decision discussions.
What you’ll bring
Due to government security requirements, you must be a United States Citizen (defined as any individual who is a citizen of the United States by law, birth, or naturalization) to be eligible for this position
Experience managing customer-facing cases across the full support lifecycle, from initial inquiry and triage through reproduction, escalation, and resolution
Strong Linux systems administration knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration issues in complex environments
Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered developer tooling and gateway architectures (for example GitLab Duo, AI gateway configurations, or similar model-serving/proxy layers), including how they're deployed and troubleshot in self-managed or air-gapped environments
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash) and work within model-view-controller frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails) to investigate and resolve issues
Practical experience with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows
Skill in creating and maintaining clear, accurate support content and technical documentation
Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, empathetic way to customers and coworkers with varying technical backgrounds
Familiarity with DevOps practices and container-orchestration technologies such as OpenShift and Kubernetes
Understanding of common information security and compliance concepts and controls (for example DISA STIG and SELinux), and eligibility to work on United States federal customer environments as required for this role
About the team
At GitLab Federal, LLC, the U.S. Government Support Engineering team partners with public sector organizations and United States government agencies to support GitLab in highly secure, mission-critical environments. Our work directly enables national security outcomes, supporting customers across the Intelligence Community, Department of War, and other federal, state, and local government entities operating within regulated and restricted boundaries.
We are embedded within Support Engineering and work closely with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales to solve complex, high-impact technical challenges. Our team frequently dives into code, logs, and architectural behavior to understand not just what is failing, but why; especially in environments with sanitized data, limited visibility, and strict compliance controls such as FedRAMP. We collaborate asynchronously across time zones and through structured pairing and discussion to share knowledge, strengthen solutions, and continuously improve how GitLab supports secure, air-gapped, and regulated deployments, while upholding GitLab's standards for rigor, transparency, and technical excellence.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Security isn't a feature at 1Password. It is the product. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to shape security strategy across the company, working with Security Engineering, who hold one of the highest technical bars in the industry, and with the product teams building everything our customers touch.
You'll be the bridge. You'll understand cryptographic and architectural detail well enough to earn the trust of our security engineers, and you'll translate what matters into clear priorities for feature teams. Just as importantly, you'll bring a deep respect for the customer: a security control nobody can stand to use makes everyone less safe. You'll help us find the design that's both rigorous and usable, and have the credibility to say so in a room full of experts
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with product teams on security early. Work with PMs and feature teams to understand their upcoming roadmaps, identify security requirements and threat-model implications before designs are locked, and make sure those needs are visible, prioritized, and resourced.
- Align Security Engineering with product strategy. Translate feature-team needs into prioritized security work, and make Security Engineering's priorities legible to the rest of the company so tradeoffs are made in the open.
- Own an independent security roadmap. Set direction for platform-level security investments, such as key management and recovery, the cryptographic foundations of our zero-knowledge architecture, authentication, and our long-term readiness for post-quantum cryptography.
- Lead our strategy for the AI era. Define how 1Password approaches agentic access to credentials, secrets for non-human identities and AI agents, and the trust models emerging around tools and protocols like MCP.
- Balance risk and usability with evidence. Help security engineers weigh real-world risk against user friction, using adoption, support, and telemetry data alongside threat models. Shipping with accepted, documented residual risk is sometimes the right call, and you'll help us make and defend those decisions.
- Represent 1Password to the security community. Engage with security researchers and our bug bounty program, speak at conferences, and contribute to the wider conversation about where credential security is heading.
- Raise the bar for product work. Coach PMs on security thinking, challenge assumptions constructively, and set the standard for how security-critical product work gets done.
OUR PHILOSOPHY ON PRODUCT CONSISTS OF FIVE CORE PILLARS:
- Focus and execution: Can you ship quickly and measure results?
- Customer empathy: Are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems?
- Effective communication: Can you bring the entire organization, horizontally and vertically, along on the journey?
- Go to market: Can you understand and drive business outcomes through product decisions?
- Technology: Articulating how our technology beats our competitors
Product Managers play a highly visible role at 1Password and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing a high bar for our products. At the Principal level, you also set the standard for how product work gets done. You coach, you challenge assumptions, and you make the whole team better. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You will work with Engineering, Design, Security Research, and GTM teams to ensure every decision we make as a product is grounded in our commitment to verifiable security.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time on security-critical products or platforms in a SaaS environment. We'll also strongly consider exceptional candidates with equivalent depth, such as security engineers or researchers who moved into product.
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of security fundamentals: cryptography, authentication protocols, identity and access management, zero-knowledge and end-to-end encrypted system design, and threat modeling.
- Fluency in the credential and identity landscape, including passkeys, WebAuthn/FIDO, and the standards shaping how people sign in.
- A track record of earning credibility with security engineering teams, not just working alongside them.
- The ability to read and reason through technical specifications, security audits, and cryptographic design documents.
- Experience making and defending risk-based tradeoffs, and explaining them clearly to engineers, executives, and customers.
- A history of shipping security features that users actually adopt, and of using friction and adoption data to improve them.
- Experience setting strategy at the platform or infrastructure level, and influencing roadmaps you don't own without formal authority.
- Communication that scales from a security research paper to an executive briefing without losing precision in either direction.
- A strong point of view on how the security landscape is shifting, and the ability to connect it to concrete roadmap decisions.
STRONG PLUS
- Standing in the security community, through conference talks, publications, research, open-source work, or standards participation.
- Hands-on experience with AI security: agent identity and authorization, prompt injection, secrets management for automated systems.
- Experience with compliance and certification regimes such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or FIPS.
- Prior work in vulnerability disclosure, incident response, or threat intelligence that gives you a practitioner's intuition.
- Experience running or working closely with a bug bounty program or researcher community.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product and Security team that holds an exceptional bar and genuinely cares about getting it right
- A direct line to decisions that shape the security architecture millions of people depend on every day
- Empowerment to set long-term security product strategy and drive it through execution
- A culture where technical depth is respected, tradeoffs are named honestly, and shipping the right thing matters more than shipping fast
- A collaborative environment where the best argument wins, regardless of title

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
