About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who loves the detail of paid search. You’re equally comfortable building a Google search campaign from keywords to negatives and walking stakeholders through what the results mean. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and the discipline to keep budgets on pace without losing sight of pipeline.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our Google programs and run paid media across Search, YouTube, Display, DOOH, and LLMs.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales and Demand Gen goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Social Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own Google as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, build, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll work directly with Sales and Demand Gen, so you’ll see how your campaigns turn into pipeline.
- You’ll run a broad mix of channels, from Search and YouTube to DOOH and LLMs.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize ads for Google (Search/YouTube), Display, DOOH, and LLMs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build search campaigns end-to-end, including keyword strategy, match types, negative keywords, bidding, ad copy, audiences, and assets.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, UTMs, and keywords before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing search campaigns within Google Ads, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
A lot of that trust is design. When customers tell us why they picked Help Scout over the alternatives, and when they recommend us to someone else, the reason they give most often is that it is easier to use and it feels better to work in. That's why our top source for new customers comes from human and agent referrals. Our user experience is one of the strongest advantages we have, and as Director of Product Design you'll be directly accountable for keeping our quality high as we accelerate our growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead our product design team as a player/coach. Manage and develop a small team of experienced product designers and stay close to the work through critique, design reviews, and occasional projects of your own. Your most senior individual contributors carry the most complex design problems; your job is to make sure the whole team's work meets the bar. Set clear expectations for craft and ownership and build a culture where critique and feedback make the work better.
- Turn great design judgment into something that scales. Own the design principles, standards, guardrails, and decision record that make a Help Scout experience feel like Help Scout, so designers, engineers, and AI agents can create high-quality experiences with more speed and autonomy. Your most senior designers author the interaction models and product patterns that sit underneath them.
- Be accountable for our design system as a product. Set the priorities and resourcing for the Help Scout Design System (HSDS), drive its adoption across Product and Engineering, and make it useful and legible to both people and machines, working with the designer who serves as its technical lead for architecture, patterns, and Figma/code parity.
- Own how AI shows up in our product. AI is every designer's job, not one person's. You are accountable for Help Scout's point of view on trustworthy AI experiences: how AI communicates, gives people control, handles mistakes, and moves from assisting customers to acting on their behalf. Your most senior designers lead the design direction and patterns; you make sure that point of view is adopted and applied consistently by every designer, and that it evolves with the product.
- Evolve how design gets done as AI accelerates delivery. Own the operating model: workflows, tooling standards, design debt, how design works with Product and Engineering, and how the capacity AI frees up gets reinvested. Decide which of the practices the team pilots (code prototyping, AI-assisted workflows) become the standard way we work. Your most senior designers shape how AI fits into the design process itself; you make sure that guidance becomes how the team actually works.
- Help shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering. As a member of our Experience Leadership Team (XLT), bring design judgment, customer understanding, and a clear view of where design investment will have the greatest roadmap impact. Carry business context, constraints, and initiative outcomes back to the design team, and bring designers into the forums where direction for their work is being set.
- Decide where design capacity goes. Match designers to workstreams based on business priority. Decide who is embedded where, when someone shifts to a higher-priority problem, and when designers move from horizontal work to a deep, time-bound embed in a single workstream.
- Partner with the Brand Design team in our GTM organization to help ensure design cohesion between marketing and in-app product experiences.
ABOUT YOU
- You're an experienced product design leader who still loves the work. You bring 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years managing designers, and have been accountable for the experience of a product, as well as the people creating it.
- You have exceptional product and design judgment. You care about craft in a way that shows up in the details, can clearly articulate why an experience works, and have experience making complex B2B software feel simple and intuitive.
- You know how to scale great product design. You've built or meaningfully evolved a design system that teams genuinely adopted, and you know how to translate taste and judgment into principles, patterns, and systems others can apply.
- You have a strong point of view on AI and the future of product design. You use AI throughout your own design practice and think deeply about both how AI changes the way products are designed and how to create AI experiences customers can trust.
- You know how to lead senior individual contributors. You've managed principal or staff-level designers, given them real scope, and made them more effective without competing with them for the work.
- You're a deeply cross-functional product leader. You're technically fluent enough to earn the trust of engineers, comfortable using data and customer research to inform your decisions, and skilled at partnering with Product and Engineering on difficult tradeoffs.
- You're an exceptional communicator and remote leader. You make your thinking visible through clear writing and direct feedback, treat words as part of the product experience, and know how to build trust, alignment, and a strong design culture on a distributed team.
Who you'll work with
- Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them.
- Chief Revenue Officer. You partner on design cohesion between marketing and product, and on how design shows up in GTM.
- VP of Engineering. You collaborate on how design and engineering work together, on the design system, and on AI-assisted delivery.
- Principal Designer. Our most senior individual contributor reports to you and leads product design direction across workstreams, the design direction for AI experiences, and the technical shape of HSDS.
- Product Designers. A small team of experienced designers embedded in our product workstreams.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Munich, Germany
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About the role:
At Humanoid, we are working from a simple hypothesis that AI is rapidly transforming engineering. The bottlenecks are shifting from writing code to how efficiently AI-authored changes can be verified.
We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to own developer productivity in the age of AI and agents. You’ll build the platform that lets our engineers move faster with coding agents while protecting our code, infrastructure, and robots. You’ll give developers and agents the environments, context, and tools to work effectively, and build verification and security into the path from task to healthy deployment. This means rethinking how engineering work gets done, not just adding agents to existing processes, and establishing the access controls, isolation, and monitoring needed to guard against mistakes, misuse, and new security threats.
This is a hands-on leadership role and the keystone hire for a new developer productivity team. You’ll build the critical systems yourself, recruit and lead engineers, and work across Developer Tools, Security, Safety, Simulation, and robot software. Success means increasing engineering output while reducing cost and human review per accepted change, without increasing defects or safety risk.
What you'll do:
- Own the path from an agent task to a healthy deployed change, including acceptance criteria, execution, verification, merge, rollout, monitoring, and rollback.
- Build secure, reproducible agent runtimes with task-scoped identity, short-lived credentials, bounded access, cost controls, and re-playable execution records. Proactively detect unauthorized agent activity across our compute clusters, whether internal or external.
- Build the interfaces developers use to launch, monitor, and control agents, alongside tooling for agents to collaborate through shared memory, coordinated work, and appropriately authorized access to company resources.
- Reduce the tokens and retries required for accepted work through better context assembly, model and tool routing, caching, task decomposition, and feedback.
- Give agents fast access to builds, tests, simulation, replay, and hardware-in-the-loop, with acceptance criteria they cannot alter.
- Work with engineering teams to make the codebase easier to navigate and verify through clear interfaces, strong invariants, reproducible environments, fast local checks, and well-documented implementation paths.
- Recruit and lead the team while remaining hands-on. Measure success through cost per accepted change, human review time, escaped defects, and time from push to healthy on the robot.
What we're looking for:
- Experience building and operating developer tooling or infrastructure used across engineering teams, such as build systems, CI/CD, test infrastructure, deployment pipelines, or internal platforms.
- Strong software engineering skills and comfort working in large codebases or monorepos.
- Practical experience with Linux, containers, and cloud infrastructure, plus working knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience using and integrating coding agents into real engineering workflows. You understand how context, tools, and evals affect reliability, latency, and cost, and can talk concretely about what worked and what didn’t.
- Sound security judgment around workload isolation, identity, permissions, and credentials. You can design appropriate boundaries for agents accessing code, infrastructure, and company resources.
- Experience building reliable automated tests or verification systems and diagnosing failures across code, tooling, and infrastructure. You have good judgment about what automated checks establish and where human review still matters.
- Experience leading engineers while remaining hands-on. You can set technical direction, recruit a strong team, and turn an ambitious goal into systems that engineers use and trust.
What We Offer:
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
For years, avatars have been something you watch. You write a script, we render a video, someone presses play. That model has taken AI video a long way but it has a ceiling. A video can't answer a question. It can't read the room. It can't role-play a tough conversation and adapt when you push back.
We're changing that. Interactive Avatars listen, talk, and respond in real time; inside your product, your website, or your internal tools. You bring the logic and the language model; we power the avatar layer: the speech, the expression, the listening, the sense that there's someone actually there.
It's early. Interactive Avatars is in closed beta today, and the teams building on it are pushing it into places we didn't expect - AI sales reps, always-on support agents, interactive trainers, onboarding guides. We're hiring a Product Manager to own it and take it from beta to a platform that thousands of developers build on.
This is a role with real scope. You'll help define what a real-time avatar API should be, the surface developers integrate against, the experience end users feel, and the commercial model that makes it a business. You'll work directly with the engineering and research teams building the real-time avatar stack, and with the design partners already live in the beta.
THE PROBLEM YOU'RE SOLVING
Today, a developer who wants a lifelike, real-time avatar in their product has to stitch together a streaming pipeline, a rendering layer, an agent, and a set of hard real-time problems - latency, interruption handling, listening behavior, expressiveness, consistency across sessions, most of which have nothing to do with the product they're actually trying to build.
We have the avatar technology and a working beta. What we need is a PM who can turn that into an API a developer can integrate in an afternoon, trust in production, and build a real business on top of, all while holding a quality bar high enough that the experience feels human, not uncanny.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Owning the end-to-end Interactive Avatar API. This is the developer-facing surface (SDK, integration patterns, docs), the real-time experience quality, and the path from closed beta to general availability, and defining what the roadmap looks like over the coming cycles
- Getting close to the developers and teams building on the beta: understanding how they integrate, where the API fights them, which real-time behaviors make or break the experience, and what "production-ready" means to them
- Translating that understanding into a clear product direction. What to build, in what order, and why, and keeping the team aligned as the strategy evolves
- Working closely with the engineering and research teams building the real-time avatar stack; contributing clear specs, sound judgment on trade-offs (quality vs. latency vs. cost), and the context that helps them build the right thing the first time
- Partnering with go-to-market and commercial teams to define how the API is packaged, priced, and sold - a real-time API has a fundamentally different business model from batch video, and shaping that is part of the job
- Defining and tracking the metrics that tell us whether the product is working across adoption, integration success, real-time quality, reliability, and the commercial signals that prove it's a business
WHO YOU ARE
You've owned a developer-facing product before like an API, an SDK, or a platform and you know that the product is the developer experience. You understand that adoption is won or lost in the first hour of integration, and that trust is won or lost the first time something breaks in production. You build accordingly.
You're comfortable in a space where the roadmap isn't fully formed. You don't need a clean brief to get started. You can talk to developers, watch them integrate, synthesize what you see, and come back with a point of view. You're also honest about what you don't know and willing to update when the evidence changes.
You care about the detail, and you can hold a quality bar for something subjective and hard: a real-time avatar either feels present and responsive or it feels off, and the difference lives in latency, interruption handling, expressiveness, and consistency. You know how to make that bar concrete and defend it.
You think commercially. A new API isn't just a technical surface. It's a business, and you have instincts (or scar tissue) around how developer products get adopted, packaged, and monetized.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in product, with direct experience owning a developer-facing API, SDK, or platform product. The vertical doesn't matter, the platform depth does
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, 0→1 environment where discovery and delivery happen in parallel and the roadmap is still being shaped
- Strong technical fluency: you can hold a credible conversation with engineers about real-time systems, latency, and integration trade-offs, and make good calls without needing every answer handed to you
- Strong written communication: you can write a spec, a strategy doc, or an API design rationale that others can act on without a follow-up conversation
- Real-time / streaming media, conversational AI, or applied-AI product experience is a strong plus but not a prerequisite.
- Instinct for the commercial side of a developer product - adoption, packaging, and monetization is a plus.
- Based in London or open to regular in-person time.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within UTC−6 to UTC+3.
All applications will be reviewed after the submission deadline on Nov 6th, and we’ll be in touch with next steps shortly after. We appreciate your patience and interest in joining the team.
Role Summary
Oyster is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to build a scalable engine that creates demand and pipeline through our partner ecosystem. You will inherit an active portfolio, keep important commitments moving, and decide what to continue, improve, or retire using performance and cost data. Working across Channel and Marketing, you will design and execute programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners—turning partner strategy into repeatable go-to-market motions with clear measurement. This is a high-autonomy individual-contributor role with global remit, budget ownership, and direct partnership with the Director of Demand and Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, orchestrate, execute, and measure partner marketing programs across the ecosystem.
- Build programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners.
- Protect existing partner commitments during handover while reviewing the portfolio for performance, cost, and strategic fit.
- Own and allocate the partner marketing budget, including co-marketing and MDF, and defend investment decisions with return data.
- Develop partner segmentation, positioning, messaging, and repeatable operating models.
- Create joint programs across partner types, including technology partners.
- Enable partners to take Oyster’s message and value proposition to their audiences.
- Align Channel, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations around integrated plans.
- Establish credible reporting for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, and program ROI.
- Apply AI and automation processes to improve segmentation, personalization, program development, execution, and insight generation.
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of measurable partner or ecosystem marketing programs from strategy through execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing to, with, and through partners.
- Ability to connect marketing activity to sourced or influenced pipeline and explain attribution trade-offs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across partnerships, channel, marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
- Experience managing a program portfolio and making evidence-based choices about what to continue, change, or stop.
- Ability to adapt messaging and motions across partner types, incentives, audiences, and regions.
- Sound budget judgment and confidence allocating spend against expected return.
- AI-native working style, with evidence of rebuilding marketing workflows around AI while managing quality and privacy risks.
- Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, global employment, or another partner-led ecosystem.
- Experience marketing with technology partners.
- Experience building a partner marketing function, measurement model, or operating cadence from an early stage.
- Familiarity with PRM, marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting global programs across regions and time zones.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer isolated campaign execution to building an interconnected partner program.
- You are uncomfortable owning pipeline outcomes, attribution, and budget trade-offs.
- You want a blank page rather than inheriting live commitments and partner relationships.
- You rely on manual workflows and are not motivated to adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
- Sustained alignment across Channel, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and external partners feels like overhead rather than core work.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
As a Staff Engineer (Payment Processing) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will set the technical direction for our Gateway, Routing and Payout platforms. Every payment and payout we process passes through these systems, from the merchant's API request to the routing decision that sends it to the right acquirer, payment method or payout rail. Correctness matters on every transaction, and small changes in availability, latency or routing quality show up directly in our merchants' approval rates and revenue.
This is a role for engineers who are energised by scale and by the hard trade-offs that come with it: latency budgets on the authorisation path, failure domains and blast radius, consistency and idempotency across regions, and the operational reality of running critical infrastructure around the clock.
You will operate as a force multiplier across multiple teams - shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and turning ambiguous, business-critical problems into designs that can be delivered incrementally. We're looking for individuals with deep technical judgement, strong ownership, and a pragmatic approach to breaking big problems into smaller iterations that deliver value continuously.
How you'll make an impact
- Own the architecture of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, defining the service boundaries, data models and integration patterns that let them scale by an order of magnitude
- Design for resilience from first principles - redundancy, graceful degradation, backpressure, idempotency and recovery - so that partial failures never become customer-facing outages
- Set and defend the non-functional requirements that matter: availability targets, latency percentiles, throughput ceilings, data durability and recovery objectives
- Lead the hardest technical decisions end to end, from problem framing and design review through to production rollout, migration and decommissioning of what came before
- Drive operational excellence by improving observability, alerting, capacity planning, load and chaos testing, and incident response, and by closing the loop on the root causes you find
- Raise the engineering bar across teams through design reviews, code review, pairing and mentorship, growing the senior engineers around you
- Partner with product, platform and other engineering teams to sequence delivery, remove blockers and keep multi-team programmes aligned on a single technical direction
- Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and refactor-versus-rewrite calls, and communicate the reasoning and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and senior leadership
Experience and qualifications
- Significant experience building and operating distributed backend systems in production, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams
- Demonstrable experience designing for high throughput and low latency, and a strong intuition for where systems break under load
- Deep understanding of resilience patterns in distributed systems: idempotency, retries and backoff, circuit breaking, queueing and backpressure, consistency and failure modes

You will turn commercial priorities into a structured, measurable development journey that helps Business Development Representatives (BDRs) build deep product knowledge, master prospecting skills, and apply our proprietary Sales Methodology. Your work will directly impact quality pipeline creation and prepare BDRs to progress into future commercial roles.
The Academy provides a consistent global foundation, tailored to two distinct sales motions: Mid-Tier and Enterprise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. OWN THE BDR ACADEMY END-TO-END
- Partner with BDR and Commercial leadership to establish the Academy’s operating model, annual roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement cycle.
- Manage the complete learner journey from onboarding to graduation, including cohort planning, communications, milestones, and learner support.
- Build and maintain a unified global curriculum with clear applications for Mid-Tier and Enterprise motions, balancing global consistency with necessary regional adaptations.
- Translate field needs into clear learning outcomes, facilitator guides, practical exercises, and reusable assets.
- Coordinate cohort intake and operational readiness across regional BDR leaders, Sales, People, and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Deliver learning efficiently using a blend of e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person training (directly or via regional partners).
2. DRIVE CAPABILITY & FIELD APPLICATION
- Facilitate engaging blended learning programs: live workshops, practice simulations, call reviews, coaching sessions, and on-the-job application.
- Earn internal "Train-the-Trainer" certification for the Checkout.com http://Checkout.com proprietary Sales Methodology.
- Build BDR expertise across payments, Checkout.com http://Checkout.com products, discovery and qualification, account research, stakeholder mapping, outreach strategies, and commercial tools (including approved AI tools).
- Partner with managers to connect training to live BDR workflows, reinforce positive behaviors, and identify capability gaps early.
- Act as an AI champion, supporting managers in embedding approved AI tools and automated workflows into BDR routines.
3. MAINTAIN STANDARDS, CERTIFICATION & PROGRESSION
- Define competency standards, rubric-based assessments, and clear certification requirements for the BDR pathway.
- Lead evidence-based milestone reviews with managers and leaders at key stages (onboarding, probation, and progression gates).
- Track completion rates, assessment results, and revenue impact; provide transparent data to help managers make informed progression decisions.
- Prepare BDRs for future commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Account Management) while managing clear performance-based expectations.
4. MEASURE IMPACT & COLLABORATE GLOBALLY
- Track and maintain an Academy Scorecard covering metrics such as onboarding speed, certification rates, pipeline contribution quality, and learner/manager feedback.
- Analyze cohort performance by region and stage to resolve bottlenecks and optimize delivery.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure local market relevance without compromising global standards.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Clear Pathways: BDRs follow a structured, tailored learning journey appropriate for their target market motion (Mid-Tier or Enterprise).
- Actionable Learning: Coaching and training directly translate into improved live prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Transparent Growth: Progression decisions are timely, objective, and grounded in clear competency evidence.
- Measurable Value: Executive leadership receives clear, data-backed insights on cohort health, capability growth, and revenue contribution.
- Scalable Operations: The Academy scales seamlessly across global regions without losing quality or accountability.
WHAT YOU BRING
