Do you manage numbers with precision, but you care even more about the systems behind them? Are you ready to take full ownership of invoice workflows, spot friction in financial processes, and help scale automation? If you enjoy solving problems using clear judgment rather than just following a rigid checklist, you will find your place here.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our finance team is growing, and we need someone to help us scale how we handle accounts payable and procurement. This role exists to ensure that our internal invoice workflows run smoothly across JetBrains entities, minimizing friction and keeping our records precise.
You will not just process transactions – you will have real ownership over the accuracy of our data and play a key role in implementing our new procurement and accounts payable automation system. You will collaborate with teams across the entire company to resolve purchase order discrepancies and streamline approval workflows. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our global business operates behind the scenes.
Day to day, you will:
Run day-to-day accounts payable activities for JetBrains entities.
Review vendor invoices and requisitions to verify authorizations and approvals.
Verify supporting documentation for vendor invoice payments.
Partner with different departments to resolve invoice approval issues, purchase order discrepancies, and disputes.
Maintain a smooth workflow for vendor and intercompany invoices, booking them accurately in our ERP system.
Prepare and track payments while communicating directly with the bank.
Process and reconcile corporate credit card and petty cash transactions.
Participate in implementing and refining our new procurement and accounts payable automation system.
Help with month-end and year-end closing routines.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and other finance projects.
What you’ll bring
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to precision in financial data.
A proactive approach to problem-solving – you do not just notice a broken process, you try to fix it.
The ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and make sound decisions under clear constraints.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across different teams.
A growth mindset and a genuine motivation to develop your professional expertise.
Comfort handling tension and navigating change when systems or workflows evolve.
What you’ll need
Experience managing accounts payable activities or general accounting processes.
Practical understanding and working knowledge of Czech VAT regulations.
Professional proficiency in Excel to analyze financial data.
Professional fluency in both English and Czech to collaborate with local and global teams.
Experience navigating NetSuite (Oracle) or a similar ERP system.
What success looks like
Success in this role means earning trust through accurate day-to-day financial tracking and keeping vendor workflows moving without delays. You will know you are succeeding when you help the team successfully transition to our new automation tools, leaving our accounts payable systems cleaner, faster, and more efficient than you found them.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

- Experience partnering closely with Legal, Product, and Engineering, including third-party vendors
- Comfortable using tools like Linear, Figma, Google Drive, or similar to create systems that stick

Deep expertise in SOC 2 and HIPAA frameworks within the AWS environment.
Familiarity with PHI handling, GRC and compliance automation platforms, and exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent audit and certification workstreams.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into clear actions for engineering and business teams.
Nice to have:
CISA, CISM, or CISSP certifications

You'll be responsible for:
Compliance Leadership:
Lead annual SOC 2 and HIPAA certifications, managing interfaces with external auditors and professional services.
Technical Control Design:
Partner with Engineering to harden AWS workloads (EKS, EC2, data pipelines, and more) to meet HIPAA and SOC 2 controls; perform technical security design reviews and architectural risk assessments for services handling PHI.
Policy & Risk:
Define and maintain security policies and standards; embed risk assessment activities within engineering processes, and evolve Flo's security risk management framework.
Vendor Risk Management:
Support vendor risk activities including contract reviews and security posture assessments.
Operational Excellence:
Partner with control owners to automate evidence gathering and ensure controls reduce friction rather than creating it.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary Security POC for US regulators and partners; support the wider Security team with ISO 27001/27701 alignment; report risk status to security leadership.
Tooling:
Manage and integrate GRC and compliance automation platforms to streamline monitoring and reporting.

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:

The Mission of the Senior Software Engineer (Telemetry)
Satellite telemetry does not forgive gaps. Build the systems that make sure there are none.
ICEYE's SAR constellation generates a continuous stream of data that fleet operations depend on to function. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Fleet Automation team, you will be a key contributor to the infrastructure that makes that data usable: the pipelines, parsers, and time-series stores that translate raw satellite signals into operational state in near real-time. The scope is expanding, the ownership is real, and the engineering problems are ones you will not find anywhere else.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Expected Outcomes and Requirements
Outcomes:
- Telemetry pipelines ingest, transform, and store satellite data from across the fleet reliably and in near real-time, with minimal manual intervention
- Telemetry data stores are performant and well-maintained, including schema design, query optimisation, capacity planning, and zero-downtime production migrations
- Anomaly detection and automated recovery systems reduce operational load on the mission operations team
- TTC gateway telemetry integration is delivered as a production-grade component ready for customer deployment
- Engineering quality across the team is actively raised through code reviews, testing standards, and support of less experienced engineers
Role-specific Competences
- Strong Python proficiency in production backend systems; experience with Go or Rust is a plus
- Proven experience building and operating telemetry systems, data pipelines, and distributed systems in production
- Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and at least one time-series database such as InfluxDB or Prometheus
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native environments, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm
- Actively uses AI and LLM tooling as part of their engineering workflow
- AWS or equivalent cloud platform experience is a plus
Key Competences
In addition to the requirements above, we evaluate candidates on these key qualities throughout the hiring process:
Intellectual Firepower: Rapidly comprehends, structures and synthesizes complex information, draws accurate conclusions, and communicates them with clarity.
Passion and Work Ethic: Brings sustained motivation, resilience, and high personal standards to every challenge.
Ownership and Action: Assumes full accountability for outcomes, acting decisively, and ensuring commitments are delivered.
Team Player: Works collaboratively across teams, contributing to shared success, and engaging in constructive debate.
Integrity and Growth Mindset: Operates with transparency and humility, learns from setbacks, and actively seeks opportunities to grow.

It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
We’re looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer with GCP, Azure, or AWS expertise to help us build a seamless, reliable platform for the dbt platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Our team’s mission is to create a seamless developers experience by providing a stable, observable, and easy-to-use infrastructure platform.
Over the past year, we’ve designed and operationalized a next-gen cell-based architecture, scaling the dbt platform across all three cloud providers. Now, we’re focused on automation, self-service, and improving developer velocity through better tooling, processes, and infrastructure design.
As an Staff engineer on our team, you’ll work on medium projects, helping to refine our platform while ensuring performance, reliability, and a great developer experience. You’ll collaborate across teams, solve real infrastructure challenges, and help shape the future of multi-cloud dbt Cloud.
What You'll Do
Design, operate, and support infrastructure systems with parity across tenancy models (single vs multi) and public clouds (AWS, Azure, and GCP) - and work with engineering teams to get their services consistently deployed to those environments
Bring cloud infrastructure expertise to the team, helping us strengthen and scale our infrastructure as we expand dbt Cloud’s multi-cloud capabilities.
Help create a great developer experience while working with our close partners in Architecture, Release Engineering, Product Engineering and Security
Leverage tools and languages such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, Helm, ArgoCD, Go, and DataDog
Design and build automation to eliminate manual toil and streamline infrastructure operations at scale
Identify and implement infrastructure optimizations that reduce cloud spend without sacrificing reliability
Participate in a balanced on-call rotation in an environment that values continuous improvement, and help to upgrade our tooling and reduce toil
Skills We're Looking For
10+ years of Experience with the clouds, tools, and languages in our stack, especially: AWS\Azure\GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, and Bash
Solid experience with declarative Infrastructure as Code - ideally with Terraform or a willingness to learn while leveraging your CloudFormation or ARM\Bicep background
Love to automate tasks
Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team - and have excellent communication and writing skills
Prior experience in a multiple cloud environment
More extensive Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting background
