At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager for Product Engineers, you will lead a group of talented builders creating the core developer experience of the Render platform. This role blends strong technical leadership with product thinking: you’ll partner closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into high-quality, scalable systems that developers rely on every day. You’ll be responsible for guiding technical direction, developing engineers, and ensuring the team ships meaningful improvements quickly while maintaining the high standards that define Render’s platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background, a deep sense of ownership, and a passion for building products that developers love.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow a team of product engineers, supporting their development through mentorship, feedback, and clear technical guidance.
- Drive execution on key product initiatives from ideation through launch, balancing speed with high standards of reliability and quality.
- Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into thoughtful technical solutions and product roadmaps.
- Engage deeply in technical discussions, guiding system design decisions and helping the team navigate architectural tradeoffs.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering practices and team processes.
- Help the team break down complex problems into incremental milestones that deliver value quickly while supporting long-term platform evolution.
- Ensure teams maintain a strong understanding of the developer experience and customer impact of the features they build.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, customers, and internal teams to understand needs, align priorities, and ensure delivery of impactful features and solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years as an Engineer shipping products and/or features that have downstream impact on the business and product ecosystem
- 2+ years of experience managing people and developing engineers, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system design, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Product-oriented mindset with experience translating business goals and user needs into engineering roadmaps and shipped features.
- Ability to balance urgency with thoughtful execution, helping teams ship quickly while maintaining high quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for both team outcomes and long-term system health.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience building products for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools.
- Background working on highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience improving engineering velocity through tooling, processes, and team practices.
- Experience building products used directly by developers or technical users.
- A track record of successful collaboration with product, marketing, and customer support teams to drive adoption and retention.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.

We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
to help build and scale Mattermost's core web platform for teams operating in defense and critical infrastructure sectors. You will contribute across our Go backend and React/TypeScript web frontend, building features that hold up under strict security, compliance, and reliability requirements.
Our engineering culture is AI-forward. We expect engineers to work fluently with AI coding agents such as Claude Code day-to-day — for scaffolding, refactors, code review, and test generation — and treat that as core craft rather than a shortcut. We would rather hire smart people who get stuff done than chase an exact tech-stack match. If you have a track record of shipping and owning complex software end-to-end, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Architect and build full-stack features optimized for scalability and performance across Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis
Leverage AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor as a core part of your daily workflow while retaining full accountability for correctness, security, and design decisions
Develop internal tooling and testing infrastructure to speed up the team's delivery, including agentic workflows and skills that make AI tooling more effective for the broader team
Own testing strategy across frontend and backend code you ship
Design and consume REST and WebSocket APIs with solid networking fundamentals
Maintain the security and compliance standards required by our government and enterprise clients
Contribute to Mattermost's open-source codebase
What We Are Looking For
Required:
Strong full-stack development experience in Go and React, or a comparable stack
Experience designing and consuming REST and WebSocket APIs with solid networking fundamentals
Relational database experience including PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization
Hands-on daily fluency directing AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot for scaffolding, refactors, code review, and test generation — with the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to take the wheel yourself
Bias toward shipping and owning complex software end-to-end without close supervision
Nice to Have:
Experience with distributed systems or high-availability service architecture
Familiarity with enterprise or regulated-environment security requirements
Background in defense, intelligence, or critical infrastructure products
Open-source contributions
Experience working on distributed or remote-first teams
Experience building tools, skills, or workflows on top of AI coding agents including MCP servers, agent skills, or CI-integrated agents
How Success Is Measured
First 90 Days: Shipping full-stack features on the core platform using an AI-forward agentic development workflow and owning testing strategy across the code you ship.
Why Mattermost
Mission-driven work: Your contributions directly support the organizations and missions that depend on secure, reliable collaboration including the U.S. Department of War and critical infrastructure operators worldwide
Remote-first culture: Work from anywhere with a globally distributed, high-trust team built for autonomy and ownership
AI-forward environment: We actively adopt and build AI-enabled workflows. Agentic development is core craft here, not a novelty
End-to-end ownership: Ship and own complex software across the full stack with real accountability for what you build
Open source at the core: Be part of a vibrant developer community shaping the future of secure collaboration
Target Salary Range: $142,723- $172,723
Mattermost takes a market-based approach to pay and pay may vary depending on your location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Mattermost offers a remote-first work environment with medical, dental, and vision coverage. You’ll also receive unlimited PTO plus company holidays, a work from home stipend, an annual learning and development budget for conferences, certifications, and courses, paid parental leave for all parents, and a 401(k) plan.
U.S. Eligibility & Compliance
This role may require obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must meet federal eligibility requirements to be considered. For more information visit

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Social Media Lead to help build Circle’s social and media function from the ground up. Circle has one of the most interesting brands in the creator economy, but our social accounts don’t yet reflect the strength of the brand or reach the audience they should. This role is a chance to help change that — turning strong ideas, customer stories, partner moments, and long-form content into social content people actually want to watch and share. You’ll help build the engine: creating the content, supporting the strategy, and helping establish the rhythm and systems that make strong output repeatable. Reporting to our VP of Partnerships and Creator Growth, you’ll work closely with our founders and leadership team, as well as teammates across Community, Events, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and our Design Studio, to help Circle show up on social with more clarity, consistency, and ambition.
This is a remote role, which requires travel up to 25% of the time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Execute Circle’s social content strategy across channels, helping translate direction into strong, platform-native output.
- Produce and publish social-first content with a strong emphasis on short-form video.
- Edit video independently, including cutting clips, shaping hooks, writing captions, and packaging content for distribution.
- Build and maintain the content operating rhythm, including calendar management, capture workflows, and coordination across teams.
- Partner with leadership and other stakeholders to identify content opportunities tied to partnerships, events, community, and customer stories.
- Collaborate on longer-form content development so shoots are designed with short-form distribution in mind from the start.
- Attend Circle’s events and key moments to capture content and support Circle’s presence on social (this role will require travel up to 25% of the time).
- Track leading indicators like non-follower reach, watch-through, saves, shares, and cadence consistency, and use them to improve execution over time.
- Bring practical recommendations on formats, workflows, and content opportunities based on what’s working.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience creating content for a tech, SaaS, creator economy, or community-led brand, with a clear understanding of how those audiences engage with social content.
- Video editing and production skills, including the ability to work independently in Adobe Premiere or a comparable professional editing tool to create polished short-form content quickly.
- Deep fluency across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a solid grasp of what each platform is rewarding and how non-follower reach compounds over time.
- A clear point of view on what earns attention on social, with the ability to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
- Awareness of the social and creator economy landscape, including fluency in how brands in our space are showing up today and what separates the ones that break through.
- Comfort being on camera when needed and capturing content independently in a fully remote environment.
- Operational instincts and the ability to build repeatable systems for planning, capture, and cross-functional coordination.
- Good judgment in cross-functional environments, with a clear understanding of how to support a long-term social strategy centered on non-follower reach and the ability to recognize when requests may conflict with those goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company, 35 days of paid time off each year, and more.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Fujairah, and Armenia, with Abu Dhabi and Riyadh opening next. We leverage a modern technology stack to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across the Deluxe Homes Group end to end — from housekeepers, technicians and drivers to customer support, finance, technology and branch supervisors. You are the single point of
accountability for keeping every vacancy moving: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and a clean handover to onboarding.
This is an ownership role, not a coordinator role. We need someone who makes routine decisions — which channel to use, which candidates reach the hiring manager, when to switch on an agency — and reports after, not someone who escalates and waits. If a housekeeping shift is short next Monday, you already have three vetted candidates ready.
Note: This role does not include HR administration (visas, payroll, employee relations). Those sit with the HR team — your job is filling seats with the right people, fast.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Run every vacancy end to end: intake with the hiring manager, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and handover to onboarding.
• Own time-to-fill per role and keep a live pipeline for every open position — no vacancy sits without movement for more than a week.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings against the role profile before any candidate reaches a manager.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia.
• Report pipeline numbers weekly (roles open, candidates sourced, interviews held, offers out) — in the tracker, not from memory.
2. Sourcing & Channels
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels — direct outreach, not just posting and waiting.
• Keep the careers page (
jobs.deluxehomes.com
) postings current, accurate and closed when filled.
• Build and maintain a warm candidate bench for our recurring roles: housekeeping, maintenance technicians, drivers, guest support.
• Run the employee referral channel and keep it visible to staff.
• Manage recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill roles: brief them tightly, hold them to deadlines, and cut the ones that underdeliver.
3. Volume & Specialist Hiring
• Deliver blue-collar volume hiring (housekeepers, cleaners, technicians, drivers) at pace and to standard — including batch interview days.
• Fill office and specialist roles: customer support, reservations, finance, marketing, technology, and branch supervisors.
• Support branch hiring for Fujairah and Sharjah, and coordinate Armenia vacancies with the local HR Manager.
• Screen for our non-negotiables: initiative, fast learning, and delivered outcomes — not just years on a CV.
• Enforce the application screening question on every role and filter on it before reviewing CVs.
4. Process, Records & Candidate Experience
• Complete reference checks before any offer is requested — no exceptions.
• Keep complete, accurate recruitment records: every role, every candidate, every decision traceable.
• Give every candidate a clear, respectful process — timely updates, honest rejections; they are also future guests and owners.
• Prepare offer requests with full details (role, salary, start date, conditions) for HR Manager and management approval.
• Improve the process every month: where candidates drop off, which channels convert, what to change next.
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment in the UAE at a 100–500 person company — hospitality, property, facilities or similar operational business preferred.
• Proven track record hiring BOTH blue-collar volume roles and office/specialist roles — you can name your numbers: roles filled, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE job boards (Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent); you source directly, not only post-and-pray.
• Structured screener — you interview against a profile and can defend every shortlist decision.
• Decisive operator — you make calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers.
• AI tools used daily for sourcing, screening and outreach (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI). Not optional in 2026.
• UAE residency. On-site in Dubai 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00 — this is not a hybrid or remote role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality, holiday-homes or property-management hiring background.
• Experience running an ATS and keeping it clean.
• Additional sourcing languages for our candidate pools: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog or Russian.
• Familiarity with UAE visa categories and MOHRE basics (offer-stage awareness; processing sits with HR).
• UAE university graduate (UOWD, AUD, AUS, Heriot-Watt Dubai, or similar).
What We Offer
• Full ownership of recruitment across a 700+ property, ~230-person group — your results are visible every week.
• Direct access to the HR Manager and company leadership — decisions get made, not queued.
• Professional development support. 6-month probation per UAE Labour Law. UAE employment visa sponsored.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you.
This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it
restored or replaced.
Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them.
Key Responsibilities
Research and find link opportunities
• Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research.
• Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints.
• Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site.
• Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet.
• Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data.
2. Outreach and negotiate
• Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast.
• Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price.
• Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link.
• Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them.
• Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to.
3. Place and verify
• Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page.
• See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live.
• Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it.
• Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced.
• Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period.
4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline
• Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth.
• Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending.
• Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings.
• Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them.
• Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links).
• Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty.
• Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message.
• Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them.
• Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it.
• Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office.
• Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking.
• Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage.
• Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools.
• Experience buying placements through link marketplaces.
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work.
• Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries.
What We Offer
• A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin.
• A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets.
• Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law.
• A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced AI Safety Engineer to drive the deployment and operationalization of automated moderation and guardrail systems that protect our platform and users across a multimodal space, with a particular focus on detecting and preventing abuse of ElevenLabs' free tiers. You'll work alongside a team of ML and full stack engineers to build production-grade safety infrastructure from the ground up.
This is a product ownership role where you'll be responsible for end-to-end technical execution of our safety systems, from architecture to deployment and monitoring. You'll bridge the gap between ML research and production-grade systems, ensuring our safety infrastructure is robust, observable, and scalable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and build scalable backend infrastructure for abuse detection, deploying AI/ML models into production systems
- Architect robust APIs, data pipelines, and service architectures supporting real-time and batch moderation workflows
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability systems; establish SLIs, SLOs, and performance benchmarks
- Partner with ML engineers to translate research models into production-ready systems and integrate them across our product suite
- Drive technical decisions and contribute vision to the safety roadmap on how the next generation of platform guardrails should be built for scale and precision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Direct experience tackling free-tier abuse, fraud detection, or fake-account / bot farming at scale
- 6+ years of backend software engineering experience building production systems at scale
- Strong production backend experience: distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and Python expertise (asynchronous Python, backend frameworks)
- Infrastructure & DevOps proficiency: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD pipelines
- Observability mindset with experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and building observable systems
- Track record of taking products or systems from 0→1 with measurable impact, including deploying or working alongside ML/AI systems in production
Bonus:
- Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Integrity engineering experience
- MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, and versioning of ML models
- Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Redis), or event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

About Whizz
Whizz is the largest e-bike subscription service for gig delivery workers in North America. We rent maintained, insured e-bikes to independent couriers on a monthly subscription. We operate in six states, with New York as our largest market, and employ 100+ people.
Purpose of the Role
The Head of Finance owns the company's finance and accounting function. This is an operational role. The priority is accurate reporting, disciplined budgeting, and financial control across a physical, asset-heavy business.
Responsibilities
Financial reporting. Own the preparation and accuracy of the P&L, cash flow statement, and balance sheet. Run the monthly close on schedule and ensure the reporting package is consistent, reconciled, and usable by management.
Inventory and fleet accounting. Own how inventory and fixed assets are recorded and reflected in the financial statements. This includes maintaining and improving the capitalization and depreciation policy for bikes, batteries, and spare parts, managing the fixed asset register, accounting for disposals and write-offs, and reconciling operational inventory records against the general ledger.
Budgeting and financial model. Maintain the company's financial model for internal planning purposes. Build the annual and quarterly budgets with department heads, track actual performance against plan, and variances with recommended corrective action.
Financial control. Build the financial control function: approval and authorization procedures, spend controls, segregation of duties, and regular controls over cash, receivables, and payables.
Team and external partners. Manage in-house accountants and the outsourced accounting firm, define the division of work between them, and hold both to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Compliance and operations. Oversee payroll, multi-state tax registrations and filings, statutory reporting, and audit readiness. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payment processing operations.
Cross-functional Work
The Head of Finance works directly with the operations, supply chain, and product teams on projects such as pricing changes, new city launches, vendor contracts, warehouse and inventory processes, and payment system changes. The role is expected to identify and address the financial and accounting implications of these projects at the design stage.
Requirements
7+ years in accounting and finance, including experience owning a full monthly close as Controller, Head of Finance, or equivalent.
Experience in the US market.
Experience with inventory and fixed asset accounting in a physical business.
Multi-state payroll and tax compliance experience.
Experience managing accounting staff and outsourced providers.
Experience in a company where processes had to be built rather than maintained.
Strong systems skills, including accounting system implementation or migration.
What We Offer
Competitive salary and benefits.
Fully remote work in the rapidly growing business.
Full ownership of the finance and accounting function.
Direct reporting line to the CEO.
Location: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland , Romania
