Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Product Manager to own the WorkOS Dashboard and help developers get more value from our products. You'll work on the experience of getting started, building an integration, adopting additional capabilities, and expanding usage as a customer's needs grow.
This is a product role with a clear growth mandate. You'll build features and improve workflows that help developers succeed, using customer research and product data to understand where people find value and where they get stuck. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Dashboard product roadmap, with accountability for the developer experience and the growth outcomes it supports.
- Talk to developers and observe how they use the Dashboard alongside APIs, documentation, and the rest of their workflow.
- Build features that help developers get started, complete integrations, discover relevant capabilities, and expand their use of WorkOS.
- Improve onboarding and reduce the time it takes a new developer to get value from the product.
- Identify friction across the customer journey and prioritize opportunities using customer research, product analytics, and business impact.
- Define and track measures of activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention. Use experiments to evaluate changes and decide what to build next.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship clear, useful experiences for technical users.
- Work with Marketing and Sales on product discovery, product-qualified leads, and the path from self-serve adoption to enterprise use.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and results clearly across the company.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes.
- Experience building developer tools, API products, infrastructure products, or technical B2B SaaS. You understand developers and how they use dashboards to work with a technical product.
- A track record of shipping features that improve onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, or retention.
- Experience with product-led growth and a clear understanding of how product improvements lead to customer and business outcomes.
- Strong product instincts backed by customer research and data, including experience designing and evaluating experiments.
- Experience with API or usage-based pricing models and how they shape the customer experience.
- The ability to make decisions with incomplete information and move quickly with engineering and design.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance.

- Act as the primary liaison between creative ideation and our advanced post-production/localization team.
- Prepare clear, organized project files and briefs for the production team when creatives require high-end Motion Graphics, complex VFX, or localization into multiple languages.
- Review final outputs from the production team to ensure the original creative vision was maintained during the polishing phase.
Requirements

- A genuine passion for video games (mobile, PC, or console) and a deep understanding of gaming culture, memes, and community language.
- Strong skills in mobile editing apps (CapCut) and/or desktop software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut). You can turn raw footage into an engaging video quickly.
- Ability to look at other ads not just as a viewer, but as a strategist analyzing why they work.
- Excellent ability to articulate creative concepts to the team and provide clear feedback to post-production artists.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment where priorities shift based on data.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Manager, Product Research
Location: Remote, US
Compensation Range: $200,000 to $230,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
The Huntress Product Research team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. As a Principal Product Researcher, we’re looking for someone who wants to pour all of their creativity into building and implementing simple solutions that are disproportionately effective at countering these constantly evolving threats. Competitive candidates have experience managing, deploying, and securing SMB environments utilizing a wide variety of security software, best practices, and automation tools. Familiarity with product management, incident response, social engineering, psychology, education, and managed service provider tools is an additional way to differentiate yourself.
As you can imagine, success doesn’t happen in a vacuum. An effective Product Researcher fosters highly collaborative environments between the Product, Engineering, and Security teams to accelerate our mission and secure the 99% of businesses that fall below the enterprise poverty line. This collaboration is needed to produce and prioritize a unified technical vision that ultimately delivers our most impactful features and capabilities.
We defend over 5M endpoints for 225,000+ mid-sized and small-business customers, and that number continues to grow each month. Given this market’s tighter budget, it’s not financially feasible to assign human analysts to each client. The Security Operations team addresses this challenge head-on by building and scaling highly automated efficiencies—often lightly augmented by our SOC — that make intruders earn every inch of their access while maintaining affordability and healthy gross margins.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify innovative ways to detect Windows OS threats
Develop cross-platform features that leverage telemetry from common OS subsystems such as file system, memory, process, and network activity
Research and development of sensor capabilities to provide visibility and detection support for attack techniques across supported Windows OS versions
Work collaboratively with internal engineering and detection teams to implement detection logic
Identify and evaluate new telemetry opportunities
Identify and address gaps in product coverage
Respond to product escalations
Perform False Positive and False Negative investigations
Lead product research initiatives to develop and evaluate security product strategies and technologies
Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate and operationalize solutions developed by Threat Operations teams
Applies AI as a practical part of day-to-day product research work to improve the speed, quality, and impact of research outputs
Uses AI to support information gathering, analysis, prototyping, and production of clear, decision-useful work products while maintaining accountability for the final output
Builds and reuses lightweight prompts, templates, or workflows for recurring research tasks rather than relying on one-off use
Develop internal and external technical documentation to educate customers and communicate research findings to adjacent teams about security risks and opportunities
Mentor and teach technical expertise to advance the broader community
Promote Huntress’ reputation through media interaction, public speaking, CFPs, CTFs, and blogs
Qualifications:
Expert in Windows OS internals, components, APIs, and design
Prior experience with Windows OS kernel coding and device drivers
Experience testing EDRs, bypasses, and evasion techniques
Comfortable with reverse engineering and using debuggers
Proficiency in multiple programming/scripting languages, such as C/C++/C#, PowerShell, and Python
Applies AI to improve research quality, speed, and outputs in day-to-day work
Commitment to clear documentation of research findings
Experience with MITRE ATT&CK matrix, SIGMA, Yara, and Elasticsearch/Kibana
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution

full-time employees

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (Monetization) who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
This is a hybrid embedded role: you remain part of the SRE organization (practices, standards, duty rotation) while being functionally embedded into the Monetization product domain. You'll build long-term working relationships with the domain's engineering teams, own a meaningful share of their application infrastructure execution, and co-author the reliability practices used company-wide.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure of the Monetization domain: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. DataGrip is a core part of our ecosystem and revenue, but we currently lack a dedicated face to represent it to the outside world. We are looking for a Developer Advocate to take ownership of our public presence within developer communities and connect with our global users.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our users and our product team. You will bring DataGrip to the center of the conversation by diving into online discussions, crafting advocacy content that provides value for years to come, and gathering the real-world feedback we need to build better tools. When we build and launch new database products, you will be involved in the product discussions from inception, leading the way.
Day to day, you will
Monitor and join active conversations across platforms like X, Reddit, and Discord to support database professionals.
Create high-quality, long-lasting content, including videos and blog posts, that helps users master our tools.
Represent DataGrip at conferences by giving technical talks and mingling with the community.
Gather real-world user insights and pain points from the field and bring them directly to our internal product teams.
Build and sustain visibility across a massive, diverse landscape of database communities.
What you’ll bring
A genuine enjoyment for talking to people and actively engaging with online developer communities all day.
A natural curiosity for industry trends and evolving database technologies.
An independent mindset comfortable with taking full ownership of public outreach and strategy.
Strong communication skills that translate complex technical details into clear, engaging insights.
A collaborative approach to working with both highly technical product teams and marketing colleagues.
What you’ll need
A solid technical background in database development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
A deep understanding of what makes a fantastic database tool.
The demonstrated ability to create clear, technical written or video content for developers.
The ability to speak publicly and present technical topics confidently at industry events.
Fluency in English with a knack for clear, precise communication.
The proven ability to navigate and actively participate in online spaces like Reddit, X, and Quora.
What success looks like
You’ll help make DataGrip consistently present and recognized in relevant database discussions worldwide. You’ll build a reliable bridge between our users and the product team, transforming community feedback into actionable tool improvements. Your content will serve as long-lived marketing that continues to educate and attract users, ensuring our voice remains sharp and influential across the entire database ecosystem.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Synthesia's long-term vision is to build the best human-interactive models: systems that don't just talk to people, but perceive and respond to them, reacting to a user's actions and emotions, not only their words. Today over 60,000 businesses rely on our platform, and the next leap in what we can offer them depends on models that combine text, audio, and video into a single real-time interactive experience.
As a Staff Research Engineer, you'll join the Voice team within our 40+ person R&D department, but your scope will extend well beyond voice. You'll help define and drive that broader vision across teams, proposing ambitious research directions and taking direct ownership of the design and implementation of its most critical components. You'll work directly with our voice lead and collaborate tightly with our video teams and other senior members of the org.
Concretely, you'll work on voice to voice models that produce text and voice simultaneously. Models that can reason, interrupt the user with back channeling and talk. Models that feel like you are having a natural conversation with, without the feeling of turn taking that is dominant in current speech to speech models. Your role would be to partner in defining a roadmap, implementing it and shipping the outcomes to product.
What you'll do
- Shape our roadmap to create new model capabilities and unlock new functionality for our customer base, on both short and long time horizons.
- Propose novel multi-modal system architectures (especially text and voice).
- Develop and evaluate streaming and conversational systems for low-latency, interactive voice-video synthesis.
- Design solutions that reinforce emotional expressiveness and natural interaction.
- Implement and bring designs to life, from pretraining through post-training.
- Integrate and test novel architectures (neural codecs, diffusion, flow-matching) to enhance realism and responsiveness.
- Define new evaluation metrics for conversational systems, including latency-aware and interaction-based measurements.
- Track the latest research in audio-visual diffusion, autoregressive models, neural codecs, and multimodal LLMs.
- Curate new datasets to complement existing data.
- Lead post-training initiatives like DPO, fine-tuning, and distillation to bring models to shipping quality.
- Ship models to production with optimised runtime to serve customers, and address their feedback thereafter.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- The ability to bring novel ideas and designs that advance the field of interactive multimodal systems.
- Strong understanding of generative modelling, ideally applied to sequential or multimodal data.
- Hands-on experience with large language models or similar transformer-based architectures.
- High proficiency in PyTorch, including distributed training and model optimization.
- A solid grasp of time-series modeling and tokenization, preferably in the context of audio, speech, or video.
- A demonstrated ability to prototype quickly, test hypotheses, and iterate efficiently.
- Proven experience training deep learning models end-to-end, from data preparation through evaluation.
- Strong general software engineering skills, enabling contributions to a large, shared research infrastructure.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Having shipped a generative model into a live product used at meaningful scale, not just published or prototyped it.
- Working on conversational or interactive systems where latency, responsiveness, and user experience were first-class constraints, not afterthoughts.
- Working on LLMs with large scale trainings leadings to models with decent reasoning capabilities
- Owning a research problem end to end: from architecture proposal through pretraining, post-training, and production deployment.
- Collaborating across modalities or teams (e.g. audio and video, or research and product) to ship a unified system.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience with real-time or streaming architectures.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art architectures in audio and speech generation, such as diffusion models, neural codecs, flow-matching models, or autoregressive decoders.
- Excellence in one or more of the following modalities: voice, text, video.
- Evidence of original research contributions, such as publications or open-source work at top-tier venues (e.g. NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, Interspeech).

Team and growth
Partner with Account Executives, Marketing and Alliances to drive pipeline and exceed goals.
Log activity and categorize lead information accurately in Salesforce.

Communicate well, verbally and in writing, with strong grammar.
Have a high-level understanding of the data and analytics space.
Collaborate well in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of work efficiently.
Are values-oriented and share our company values.
