ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a strong track record, a builder’s mindset, and a bias for action to join our in-person team in New York or SF.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll own the entire revenue operations function, from top-of-funnel lead routing through deal close and commission administration. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance & People Ops and sales leadership to build the systems, dashboards, and processes that scale our go-to-market motion.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own the inbound lead routing process, partnering with Marketing to ensure proper attribution
- Run territory management and strategy for geo-based decision-making
- Support and strategize on every aspect of revenue operations in your territory
- Own capacity forecasting strategy, including inputs, throughputs, and outputs, and serve as the conduit back to Finance in the US for effective capacity forecasting
- Provide input and strategy on comp-based decisions and benchmarking
- Support leadership on overall regional operations and finance strategy across all functions, including sales, presales, and ecosystem
- Evaluate new tools on the market and be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Build and maintain dashboards, leaderboards, and pipeline reporting to give leadership real-time visibility
- Monitor deal progression and hold reps accountable for CRM hygiene and accuracy
- Support deal reviews at the pricing and negotiation stages, coordinating with outside counsel as needed
- Own the closed-won process from signature through handoff to post-sale
- Administer commission plans across the sales org, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and serving as the source of truth for comp-related questions
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3–7 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth, usage-based sales organization
- You’ve built core GTM infrastructure before: lead routing, CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, commission administration, and deal desk
- You have deep proficiency in CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, custom properties, and data hygiene
- You’ve owned commissions end-to-end: building the model, calculating payouts, fielding rep disputes, and keeping it reconciled with Finance
- You’ve run a deal desk, know what makes a contract clean, and catch errors before they become problems
- You’re strong in Excel or Google Sheets: you can build a pipeline coverage model and know which metrics actually matter
- You’ve earned trust with a sales team by making their lives easier while holding them accountable to process
- You have a builder’s mentality: you identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without being asked twice
- You can zoom out and think strategically while staying close enough to the work to get your hands on the keyboard
- You have an AI-forward mindset: you actively use AI in your work and are excited to pioneer its use in go-to-market operations
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and earn trust across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- You’re a player-coach: you’re not above the details, and you’re excited to own the work yourself

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with strategic customers, partnering closely with our R&D and Go-to-Market teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll go beyond implementation - helping shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions and ensure Fin delivers real, measurable business outcomes in complex, real-world environments.
If you’re excited by ownership, creativity and solving ambiguous problems, and want to work at the frontier of applied AI while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams, this role offers a rare opportunity to combine technical excellence with real customer impact.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate organisational boundaries and bring people together to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby. It doesn’t need to be a language we use today - great people learn quickly and can introduce us to better ways of working.
The ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and a clear focus on business goals and outcomes.
Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss the same topics with engineers and non-technical audiences, adapting the depth and detail as needed.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers to build strong relationships and deeply understand their needs.

About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn't just how something looks—it's how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you'll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a unique opportunity for a designer who loves both craft and technical depth. You'll prototype, build, and ship alongside engineers while helping define foundational experiences that support millions of creators across Figma.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Design and ship end-to-end experiences that help organize, manage, and deliver content across Figma's products, as part of the Content Management Systems team
Partner closely with engineering to shape platform capabilities and technical infrastructure that support CMS and open-source initiatives
Translate technically complex systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences
Prototype early and often to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate nuanced interaction and technical decisions
Contribute to product strategy and long-term vision by bringing together customer insights, product thinking, and technical understanding
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers throughout the product development process
Help raise the quality bar across the organization through thoughtful feedback, design critiques, and mentorship
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
Exceptional product design craft with strong visual and interaction skills, especially in complex software where systems thinking matters as much as any individual screen — with a proven ability to simplify technically complex systems into intuitive, thoughtful user experiences
Code is part of your design process, not something you wait to hand off. You build working prototypes to explore interaction ideas, understand technical possibilities, and communicate a direction
Demonstrated ability to move fast, forming a point of view, testing it, and adjusting course without waiting for complete information
Ability to define a clear product and design vision in ambiguous spaces, using customer insights, qualitative research, and product data to guide decisions
Track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Naturally curious about how software is built, with strong cross-functional partnerships across design, engineering, product management, and research — raising the quality of work through thoughtful collaboration, feedback, and a deep care for the workflows of designers, developers, and other creative makers
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building and shipping software through coding, AI-assisted development, or other technical approaches
Background designing content management systems, asset management platforms, or foundational platform products
Familiarity designing developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or other highly technical product experiences
Contributions to or designing for open-source software
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.

Design and build production-grade data products, not just queries: dbt models on Redshift, fully documented and tested to Single Source of Truth standards, together with the Metabase dashboards and self-service datasets that sit on top of them.
Partner directly with Finance stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory processes into robust, reliable, and auditable data models.
Validate and reconcile critical Finance outputs, including servicer reports, provisioning runs, and amortisation tables, ensuring they are accurate and audit-ready.
Chase data quality issues back to their source, working closely with Data Engineering to solve problems upstream instead of applying downstream workarounds.
Help close the existing revenue gap between operational systems and the data warehouse while improving Finance models for defaults and amortisation.
Present findings, recommendations, and new data products directly to Finance leadership, connecting the data back to the business decisions it's meant to support.
Contribute to broader Data & AI governance initiatives, including metadata, documentation, and data catalog work wherever it impacts Finance.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To turn seQura's raw data into trusted, well-governed data products that power business decisions, reporting, and AI across all domains.
What we own
The dbt transformation layer across business domains.
The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for key business metrics.
Semantic models that enable consistent reporting and analytics.
Data contracts and governance standards across domains.
Data lineage, documentation, and discoverability.
Data quality, testing, and monitoring to ensure trusted data products.
Team Structure
You'll join a team of four Analytics Engineers, working alongside a Data Governance Lead and reporting to the Head of Data.
You'll collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Finance Tech, Data Engineering, and the wider Data & AI team to ensure Finance data is accurate, governed, and easy to consume.
How we work
We treat data as a product, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
We build self-service data products rather than one-off reports.
We understand the business context before building data models—we care as much about why a metric exists as how it's calculated.
We work closely with domain experts to turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
We continuously improve data quality through governance, documentation, testing, and collaboration.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn seQura's core Finance processes and KPIs, including pricing, provisioning, servicer settlement, and product profitability. Meet stakeholders across Finance and Finance Tech, and become familiar with the existing dbt models and Metabase dashboards supporting Finance.
Month 2
Take ownership of your first data quality or reconciliation initiative end-to-end, tracing issues back to their source alongside Data Engineering while contributing to an active dbt model.
Month 3
Deliver your first self-service Finance data product—a documented dbt model together with a Metabase dashboard—that Finance stakeholders can use independently, and present your work and recommendations to Finance leadership.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
Our Finance Analytics stack is built around SQL, dbt, Redshift, and Metabase, enabling trusted, production-grade data products across Finance.
The team uses dbt for transformation and testing, Redshift as the analytical warehouse, and Metabase to deliver self-service reporting. OpenMetadata supports governance and discoverability, while Python and Airflow are used where automation or orchestration adds value.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.
Strong hands-on SQL skills.
Practical experience with dbt, including data modeling, testing, and documentation.
Experience building dashboards and self-service data products using Metabase (or an equivalent BI platform).
Demonstrated ability to understand Finance processes, not just execute against a specification, and translate that understanding into robust data logic.
Strong business mindset, with the ability to connect KPIs to the decisions they support.
Fluent English.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, lending, or BNPL environments.
Knowledge of provisioning, amortisation, EIR, or IFRS 9.
Python for analysis or lightweight automation.
Experience with data governance or catalog tools such as OpenMetadata.
Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
