ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. - ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs — a role that’s strategic, high-impact, and deeply collaborative. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our Go-to-Market (GTM) org, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to hire exceptional talent that drives our business forward.
This isn’t a conventional recruiter role — you’ll work alongside GTM Sourcers and hiring leaders to define role strategy, design world-class candidate experiences, and deliver outstanding hires across global markets. You’ll help shape what it means to build elite GTM teams in a fast-moving AI company.
If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building recruiting systems that scale — and if you care deeply about quality, speed, and candidate experience — this role is for you.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
- Full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles, from early-stage hires to strategic senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partnering closely with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals that elevate quality of hire.
- Collaborating with GTM Sourcers to build and execute strategic sourcing plays, including market mapping, talent pools, and targeted pipelines across regions.
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Representing ElevenLabs externally — every interaction with candidates is an opportunity to bring our brand and values to life.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology environments (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact > years). Specifically we’d like to see experience recruiting for quota-carrying roles, sales background a plus.
- A track record of closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
- Comfortable managing high volume, complex roles with multiple search priorities - while maintaining high quality and urgency.
- Strong partnership skills — you influence hiring leaders with clarity, data, and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication — you craft compelling role narratives and maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborates seamlessly across teams and time zones.
- You know what great looks like, whether from building Revenue teams at standout tech companies or from your own experience carrying a number and winning in sales
Bonus:
- We’re especially excited about candidates with regional specialization or experience recruiting in one or more of these high-growth markets:
- Middle East
- Having deep networks, language capabilities, and cultural fluency in these regions is a strong plus as we continue expanding our global GTM footprint.
- Additional bonus points for:
- Data fluency — tracking and improving recruiting metrics and operating with an analytics mindset.
- A builder’s mindset — you iterate, experiment, learn patterns, and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
- Arabic language is plus

In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Web Designer/Developer, you will own avoca.ai http://avoca.ai end-to-end, design and ship every page, landing experience, and campaign site that defines how Avoca shows up on the internet. Reporting directly to our Director of Brand, you'll be a hybrid designer-engineer, equally credible in Figma and in code, owning the surface where most of our market meets us for the first time.
You will partner side-by-side with our Creative Director on visual language, our Creative Producer on integrating motion and film, and Product Marketing on launch and campaign work. You will architect the design system and the codebase that lets us ship category-defining web work at the velocity a Series B running into a $1T market demands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own avoca.ai http://avoca.ai end-to-end, design every new page in Figma, build it in code, and ship it. No handoffs. No throw-overs.
- Build and maintain Avoca's marketing component library and design system, with Figma → code parity as a non-negotiable.
- Ship the Q4 product launch site, the marquee industry conference microsite, and the customer story film pages for our top accounts.
- Design and build conversion-critical landing pages for paid, SEO, and ABM campaigns; instrument, A/B test, and iterate based on data.
- Lead interaction and motion design on the web, hero animations, scroll-driven moments, the homepage live-performance counter, and integrating Creative Producer's film and motion into the site experience.
- Partner with the Director of Brand on web brand expression; partner with Product Marketing on launch and campaign sites; partner with PMM and Product on customer-facing announcements and microsites.
- Instrument and ship analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization, page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO are not someone else's problem.
- Own technical decisions for the marketing stack: CMS, framework, hosting, asset pipeline, deploy/preview workflow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4–7+ years of progressive experience as a hybrid marketing web designer/developer at B2B SaaS, agency, or in-house brand teams. Portfolio must include shipped marketing sites you designed AND built.
- Strong React / Next.js fluency. Production experience with Tailwind, Vercel or Netlify, headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or Storyblok), and modern asset pipelines.
- Strong Figma fluency including design system thinking, component variants, auto-layout, and library management. Bonus: Framer or Webflow fluency for rapid prototyping.
- Hands-on interaction and motion design experience, Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie, or similar with a portfolio that shows craft beyond CSS transitions.
- Strong instinct for marketing performance: page speed, Core Web Vitals, A/B testing, basic SEO, accessibility, and conversion design.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end web sprints from Figma to production deploy without intermediate handoffs, running multiple sites in parallel.
WHO YOU ARE
- A hybrid by choice, not by accident, a designer who codes and an engineer with taste, who has resisted being pushed into one lane.
- Obsessed with the line between brand and performance. Won't ship anything ugly; won't ship anything that doesn't convert.
- A craft maximalist on the details that matter, type, motion, spacing, performance and a pragmatist on the rest.
- Deeply collaborative, with a natural instinct for partnering with the Director of Brand, Art Director, Creative Producer, and Product Marketing.
- In-office, engaged, and eager to lead from the front at our NYC location full-time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $165,000-$185,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward’s Payments & Blockchain team builds the capabilities that move money into and out of its products, connecting banking partners, payment providers and local rails for millions of users.
We’re building a peer-to-peer marketplace for Asia-Pacific that lets users buy and sell digital assets directly with each other using familiar local payment methods. Payward will provide the marketplace infrastructure, merchant network, escrow, transaction management, and trust and safety capabilities.
We’re looking for an experienced product leader who has launched crypto P2P in APAC and can turn that expertise into a shared platform serving multiple Payward products.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Strategy and market expansion: Set the P2P vision, business objectives and roadmap. Prioritize markets, customer segments and payment methods based on demand, competitive conditions, economics and regulatory requirements.
- Merchant network and liquidity: Develop the merchant acquisition, onboarding, incentives and retention strategy. Work with commercial and local teams to build dependable liquidity, competitive pricing and coverage across relevant payment methods.
- Marketplace economics: Define fee structures and incentive programs. Set commercial targets and improve revenue, transaction costs and contribution margin with finance and commercial partners.
- Core P2P capabilities: Lead product development across matching, escrow, order management, payment confirmation, transaction limits, merchant controls and dispute handling.
- Platform adoption: Build reusable capabilities and integration requirements that allow multiple Payward products to offer P2P. Make the platform straightforward to integrate, operate and extend into new markets.
- Buyer, seller and merchant requirements: Define transaction workflows, exception handling and acceptance criteria. Bring customer research and marketplace expertise into interface decisions, and use transaction data to identify friction and improve completion.
- Trust and marketplace integrity: Partner with risk, compliance, legal and operations to build merchant verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and appeals into the product from the outset.
- Launch and operating performance: Lead cross-functional launch planning and establish the processes needed to run each market. Track liquidity, order completion, time to trade, repeat usage, dispute rates, fraud losses and platform reliability.
- Product leadership: Align senior stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs, work closely with engineering on system capabilities, and develop product talent as the platform scales. Apply proven P2P playbooks and move quickly from decisions to live transactions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A demonstrated record of launching and scaling a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC, ideally including a launch from zero.
- Senior product leadership experience with responsibility for strategy, roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of merchant operations, two-sided liquidity, pricing, incentives and the economics of P2P trading.
- Practical knowledge of APAC payment methods, local banking and wallet ecosystems, and how customer behavior differs across markets.
- Experience building shared platform capabilities used by multiple products, channels or external partners.
- Strong judgment about fraud, payment verification, transaction disputes and the operational realities of running a financial marketplace.
- Technical fluency across APIs, transaction lifecycles, payment integrations and reliable financial systems.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through partnerships with engineering, interface product teams, operations, risk and commercial teams.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience expanding P2P across several APAC markets.
- Experience with stablecoins and local fiat on/off-ramps.
- Experience building and leading product teams.
- Fluency in one or more APAC languages.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, curious, and constantly evolving.
About the Role
You will be joining the growing UK arm (London-based) of our US-based Advisory business, where you will help shape the direction of the practice and execute our ambitious plans to scale our strategy consulting capabilities.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and front door to Exadel, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most. We believe great consulting doesn't begin with a predefined problem or solution. It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.

What You'll Do
Lead client engagements, shaping opportunities, Problems & Solutions
Own consulting workstreams and engagements end-to-end, accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, and client outcomes
Lead workshops, asking thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to uncover what clients are truly trying to achieve, rather than simply accepting their initial problem statement or proposed solution
Identify underlying challenges, root causes, and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, helping clients focus on the outcomes that will create the greatest value
Help clients define what success looks like and translate their goals into strategic priorities, actionable recommendations, and practical roadmaps
Develop Executable Strategies
Develop client strategies and own strategic roadmaps grounded in business realities and focused on measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business performance
Evaluate strategic options across people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology, including AI where it can deliver meaningful value
Lead business case development, quantify opportunities, and confidently present investment recommendations to client leadership and finance teams
Work with Exadel's broader advisory, design, data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure strategies can be translated into tangible solutions
Build Client Relationships & Grow the Business
Build trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and evolving needs
Recognize emerging challenges and opportunities where Exadel can deliver additional value, helping shape new engagements and long-term partnerships
Support proposals, pitches, business cases, and solution development for new opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership that helps organizations navigate evolving business challenges, strategic opportunities, and the role of emerging technologies
Help Shape Our Consulting Practice
Contribute to the development and evolution of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable approaches that strengthen our ability to deliver client value
Help build and scale our strategy consulting capabilities, influencing how we engage clients, shape opportunities, and deliver outcomes
Mentor and coach other consultants, strengthening their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client leadership skills

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.
And once the strategy is defined, you won't simply hand it off. You'll work alongside our broader delivery teams to help turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes, ensuring solutions work for the people and organizations they are intended to serve.
What You Bring
Strong consulting experience:
Extensive experience in strategy, management, business, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders
Strategic leadership and opportunity shaping:
The ability to enter client conversations without a predefined problem or solution, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward the right strategic direction and business outcomes
Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking:
A natural instinct to ask questions, dig beneath the surface, investigate root causes, and understand what truly matters to clients. You're comfortable respectfully challenging their thinking when it leads to better outcomes
Executive presence and stakeholder leadership:
Confidence engaging directly with senior executives, including C-suite leaders, building trust, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and influencing strategic decisions
Commercial and business acumen:
The ability to connect business goals to financial and operational outcomes, quantify opportunities, build credible business cases, and confidently discuss revenue, margin, cost, risk, and return on investment
Human-centered thinking:
Strong empathy, creativity, judgment, and an understanding of how people, organizations, and technology interact. You recognize that successful strategies must work for the people they affect
AI and technology fluency:
Curiosity about emerging technologies and hands-on experience using AI to enhance your own work. You understand where AI can create value, recognize its limitations, and are comfortable collaborating with technical teams without needing to be an engineer yourself
Strategy through execution:
Experience translating strategic direction into practical roadmaps, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes. You understand how to connect business strategy with delivery
Builder mindset:
Comfortable moving beyond presentations to test ideas, validate assumptions, and develop tangible proof. You thrive in ambiguity, work at pace, and balance hands-on contribution with leading from the front
Business and operating model understanding:
Experience assessing organizational capabilities, business processes, governance, and operating models, with the ability to recommend changes where they support client goals
People leadership:
Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching consultants, with a genuine interest in helping others develop
Exceptional communication:
The ability to distill complex business challenges into clear, compelling narratives and communicate recommendations persuasively, both in writing and in the room
High standards and accountability:
A commitment to intellectual rigor, accuracy, quality, and delivering thoughtful recommendations that create meaningful client value

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Dev Platform team builds the internal platform that Kraken's engineers use to build, ship and run software. Within Dev Platform, the AI Gateway is Kraken's company-wide LLM gateway: a single, governed entry point that gives teams self-service access to leading models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, with visibility into usage and cost, configurable budgets and rate limits, and routing across models and providers for efficiency and resilience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the reliability, availability and performance of the AI Gateway as a production-critical service used across the company, including SLOs, error budgets and on-call practices
- Design the gateway's resilience: multi-provider routing, failover, retries, rate limiting and graceful degradation when an upstream model provider is slow or unavailable
- Set the technical direction for gateway architecture, capacity planning and scaling as LLM traffic grows and more workloads move onto the gateway
- Build observability for LLM traffic, covering latency, errors, token usage and cost, attributed by team and use case
- Partner with Security, Finance and AI governance stakeholders to put access controls, budgets, audit logging and data-handling requirements into the platform
- Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews, and turn what you learn into lasting reliability improvements
- Automate operations through infrastructure as code, safe deployments and progressive rollouts
- Mentor engineers and raise the operating standard across Dev Platform
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- Extensive experience in site reliability, infrastructure or platform engineering, with a track record of owning high-traffic, business-critical services in production
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, a major cloud provider and infrastructure as code (for example Terraform)
- Strong command of SLOs, observability and incident management, and the judgment to know which reliability work matters most
- Proficiency in a language such as Rust or Python, and comfort reading and contributing to a production service's codebase
- Experience with API gateways, reverse proxies or traffic management: load balancing, rate limiting, failover and caching
- Experience with Consul and Vault for service discovery, configuration and secrets management
- Working knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms for internal platforms and APIs, such as OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, mTLS and API keys, and how to apply them to a multi-tenant service
- Experience with model evaluations: building or operating eval pipelines to compare models, prompts and agents, and to catch quality regressions before and after rollout
- Familiarity with coding agents and agent harnesses (for example OpenHands, Claude Code or similar), including running them safely in sandboxed environments for engineering teams
- Experience with agent memory systems and the databases behind them (vector stores, search, relational and key-value stores), and operating them reliably
- Staff-level influence: you set direction across teams, write clear design documents and bring others with you
- Good judgment balancing reliability, cost and developer velocity for internal customers
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience operating LLM gateways or integrating LLM provider APIs at scale (streaming, token-based rate limiting, model routing, caching)
- Experience hosting and serving models yourself, including vLLM, and running distributed inference or training workloads with Ray (GPU scheduling, batching, autoscaling, cost per token)
- Experience designing, developing and maintaining Kubernetes controllers and operators (for example with controller-runtime or kubebuilder), including CRDs, reconciliation loops and safe upgrades
- Experience with cost attribution, budgeting or FinOps for usage-based services
- Background in security-sensitive or regulated environments such as financial services or crypto
- Contributions to open-source gateway, proxy or observability projects
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build and extend the AI Gateway: new model and provider integrations, routing policies, budgets, rate limits, and usage and cost reporting
- Design the APIs, SDKs and self-service tooling that let engineers across Kraken onboard to the gateway quickly and safely
- Help teams migrate their LLM workloads onto the gateway with minimal disruption
- Implement access control, key management and audit logging in partnership with Security
- Instrument the gateway so teams can see latency, errors, token usage and cost for their own workloads
- Own features end to end, from design through production, and keep the service reliable alongside SRE

- Contribute to code review, design documents and engineering practices across Dev Platform
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- Solid experience as a backend or platform software engineer building and operating APIs and distributed services in production
- Strong skills in a backend language such as Rust, Python or TypeScript, with a habit of writing well-tested, maintainable code
- Working knowledge of how LLM APIs behave: authentication, streaming responses, token accounting, rate limits and provider failure modes
- Experience with observability, CI/CD and containers, and comfort with Kubernetes and a major cloud provider
- Ability to design clean, well-documented APIs for internal customers and to weigh their feedback
- Clear written and verbal communication, and the ownership to carry work from idea to production
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with API gateways, proxies or traffic management
- Experience building LLM-powered systems, including routing, caching, evaluation or cost controls
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth, OIDC, RBAC)
- Contributions to open-source infrastructure or developer-platform projects

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a technology company that makes it easy to discover and get the best of your city delivered to your door. Founded in Helsinki in 2014 and now part of DoorDash, we operate in 30+ countries, connecting customers with local restaurants, grocery stores and retailers through our app and delivering it all through courier partners.
Three groups make that marketplace work: the customers who order, the courier partners who deliver, and the merchants who sell. This role sits on the merchant side. Merchant Operations owns the support experience for our restaurant, grocery and retail partners, covering everything from onboarding and menu management to the day-to-day operational issues that come up while they're trading. That support is delivered through a combination of internal Wolt Operations teams and external BPO partners.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our Merchant Operations team, the Content, Training & Quality (CTQ) Manager plays a key role in making sure that the people who support our merchant partners know exactly how to do the work, and do it consistently. This is a global role: your audience is both our external BPO agents and our internal Operations team across 30+ Wolt countries.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Content Ownership:
Build and maintain the process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles behind Merchant Operations workflows. Consolidate what exists today into one coherent, findable, and trustworthy source, and keep it current as processes change.
Training Design & Delivery:
Organise, facilitate, design and/or deliver onboarding and upskilling programmes for internal operations teams and external BPO agents — live sessions, workshops, and self-serve modules in Cornerstone. You'll apply sound instructional design: define what someone needs to be able to do, build the shortest path to getting them there, and measure whether it worked.
Stakeholder Management:
Work across operations team leaders and process owners to understand how each process actually runs, align on what "correct" looks like, and drive adoption of new or updated ways of working. You will influence without direct authority, which makes this a core part of the role rather than an add-on.
Build the Quality Framework
: Establish our quality assurance approach from the ground up, together with the Operations team — defining what gets checked, how it's scored, and how often. Then close the loop by translating what the checks surface into the next round of content and training improvements.
Continuous Improvement & Scale:
Proactively identify where unclear process, content, or training is driving errors, rework, or long handling times, and close those gaps before they become escalations – staying close enough to the work, through quality reviews, agent feedback and performance data. You’ll design CTQ for reuse and consitency across 30+ countries and multiple delivery partners rather than rebuilding market by market, while leaving room for genuine local differences.
Our humble expectations:
Experience
: 3–5 years in operations, learning & development, process enablement, or customer support — preferably in a marketplace, e-commerce, delivery, or other fast-paced operational environment. We're open on background: what matters is that you've built content and training for people doing repeatable operational work.
Content & Training:
Demonstrated experience creating operational content (SOPs, process documentation, knowledge-base articles) and designing and delivering training to distributed, multicultural teams. Formal instructional design or adult learning knowledge is a strong plus.
Analytical Mindset:
Comfort working with quality and performance data to spot where processes are breaking down and prioritise what to fix first.
Ownership:
Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment, set your own starting point, and drive changes through to adoption without close direction. Mess doesn't paralyse you — you sequence a clean-up, make concrete decisions on the best available data, and get on with it.
Teaching Instinct:
You're a natural simplifier who'd rather write three clear pages than fifteen thorough ones, and you adapt how you teach to the audience in front of you — including stakeholders more senior than you. You build trust quickly with operational teams and can get busy people to give you what you need.
Bonus points
Experience with BPO or outsourced operations teams, or setting up a quality assurance framework from scratch.
What we offer
A blank page, not a maintenance job.
A global quality assurance framework doesn't exist yet — you'll build it from the ground up with the Operations team, and consolidate scattered documentation into something people actually trust and use.
Genuine global scope at IC level.
Your work reaches internal Operations teams and external delivery partners across 30+ countries, with exposure to the wider DoorDash network.
Measurable impact.
This isn't content that disappears into a wiki — you'll see handling times, error rates, and agent confidence move as a direct result of what you build.
Real autonomy.
You set the roadmap and decide where to start. No one looking over your shoulder.
Career growth in a fast-moving sector.
A dynamic environment at the centre of delivery and e-commerce, with room to grow as the function you're building matures.
Salary package and benefits
, plus discounts on Wolt orders.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at
