LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Directorate of Maternal, Child, Adolescent and Youth Health (DSM/E/A/J) is responsible for implementing public health policies related to maternal and child health. Its core mandate is to reduce maternal, neonatal, infant morbidity and mortality. Infant and neonatal mortality remain a constant concern in the country despite ongoing efforts by the government and its partners. Continuous availability of medicines and inputs for maternal, neonatal, and child health is a fundamental pillar for reducing maternal, neonatal, and infant morbidity and mortality.
In recent years, the national supply chain management system has undergone significant evolution characterized by:
The progressive strengthening of quantification and supply planning mechanisms
The increasing use of logistics data generated from DHIS2
The progressive reinforcement of the Quantification Analytics Tool (QAT) as the national reference tool for forecasts and supply planning
A growing need for advanced analysis of logistics data to improve continuous availability of inputs.
Given the complex logistics challenges, DSM/E/A/J requires support from a dedicated technical specialist to lead, optimize, and secure all processes within its supply chain. Accordingly, these Terms of Reference have been developed to recruit a high-level technical assistant who will support DSM/E/A/J in the effective use of the QAT tool and in strengthening mechanisms for planning, storage, distribution, and the continuous coordination of the system.
The Advisor will support the e-Maternal, Child, Adolescent and Youth Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to DSM/E/A/J in the overall management, operational monitoring, and strategic optimization of the supply chain for maternal and child health medicines and health products—from needs planning to last-mile delivery.
Quantification and Review:
Provide technical support for annual quantification exercises for maternal and child health products using the QAT tool and lead periodic revisions based on actual consumption data and available stocks.
Order Management and Follow-Up:
Coordinate with partners on order management and ensure rigorous monitoring of delivery timelines to prevent stockouts
Strengthen strategic use of logistics data for decision-making
Support the institutionalization of QAT as the national reference tool for forecasting and supply planning
Develop mechanisms for validation, triangulation, and quality control of logistics data
Support performance monitoring of warehousing and distribution carried out by ONPPC
Develop dashboards and supply chain performance indicators
Develop SOPs, guidelines, and standardized tools
Support the formalization of processes
Organize capacity-building sessions
Contribute to the progressive autonomy of national teams
Document achievements and institutionalized mechanisms.
Expected Results
Through this support, DSM/E/A/J aims to achieve:
Sustainable improvement in the quality of logistics data
Better capacity to anticipate stockouts
Institutionalization of QAT as the single source for logistics data management and quantification
Development of a data-driven management culture
Strengthened supply chain performance monitoring
Improved visibility of logistics risks
Progressive strengthening of national technical autonomy.
REPORTING
:
The Advisor will provide a detailed monthly report to the U.S. Department of State submitted by the 5th day of the following month. Additionally, the Advisor will submit a weekly progress report to U.S. Embassy/Department of State (and participate in weekly calls) to include a short paragraph about main successes for that week.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree in logistics, health commodities supply chain management, pharmacy, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health supply chain
Confirmed experience in quantification and supply planning

About the Position
Niger submitted a request to Gavi for support in optimizing Cold Chain Equipment (CCEOP). This submission includes a renewal and equipment allocation plan at the operational level over five years, from 2017 to 2021.
With UNICEF’s support, Niger updated the inventory of cold chain equipment in May 2017. The update revealed gaps in geographic coverage, storage capacity, and conservation capacity both at district levels and service delivery points, including Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and health posts (HP). The platform will enable the country to improve its supply chain and cold chain by increasing coverage with certified refrigerators and contribute to efforts to strengthen vaccination coverage and equity.
The Directorate of Immunization (DI) is responsible for implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) across its five components. DI must guarantee the supply and quality of vaccines up to the last mile of the supply chain, to ensure continuity of vaccination services. Vaccines are biological products requiring the availability and functionality of cold chain equipment (CCE) to ensure their effectiveness. Niger has adopted a policy promoting the use of new technologies, including solar-powered refrigerators, refrigerators with cooling jackets, and freezers for which this CCEOP support request was submitted to Gavi in October 2016.
The updated inventory documented that at the service delivery level, 3,767 structures were recorded, including 1,361 Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and 2,409 other service delivery structures (health posts, clinics, and hospitals) that provide vaccination services. Among these structures, 2,491 (66%) have equipment, including 1,322 CSIs (35%) and 1,169 other structures (31%). Furthermore, a total of 1,279 structures (34%) has no cold chain equipment (refrigerator), including 39 CSIs (1%) and 1,240 other structures (33%).
Of the total 4,046 cold chain equipment units:
2,899 (72%) are solar refrigerators,
950 (23%) are electric
197 (5%) are gas-powered.
Among these, 279 units (7%) must be discarded due to obsolescence or irreparable complex failures.
In implementing this project, UNICEF plays an important role in managing procurement, from ordering to installation of equipment at districts and CSIs. UNICEF, through its supply center, handles procurement and has contracted two manufacturers (represented in Niger by two service providers), to implement the equipment operational deployment plan submitted by DI.
To support this effort, the U.S. State Department, through the LEAP project, is providing the Directorate of Immunization with a National Technical Assistant (TA) to help implement the CCEOP2 operational deployment plan, oversee installation and user training, support GEV preparation, and monitor vaccine management for a period of at least one year. The Advisor will support the Immunization Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities

As part of the implementation of the MOU between the Government of Niger and the Government of the United States, specialized technical assistance is envisioned to support the strengthening of the health system, particularly through the Health Information System and digital health.
The Directorate of e-Health plays a central role in coordinating, providing technical guidance, harmonizing, documenting, securing, and monitoring digital initiatives in the health sector. It must ensure that digital platforms and solutions are coherent, interoperable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with national priorities.
The Ministry currently has several platforms and business systems used for data collection, reporting, analysis, and utilization. However, significant challenges remain including fragmentation of solutions, insufficient documentation, interoperability needs, variable data quality, difficulties in user support, insufficient ongoing training, and the need to strengthen data sovereignty and protection.
The recruitment of an Advisor in HIS and Digital Health will strengthen the operational capacities of the Directorate of e-Health, providing cross-cutting support to technical directorates and programs, particularly for needs related to maternal and child health and malaria, without replacing the structures responsible for the programs.
The Advisor will support the e-Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support the Directorate of e-Health in coordinating digital initiatives, preparing technical meetings, notes, reports, presentations, and monitoring documents.
Support the implementation of the e-Health master plan, roadmaps, action plans, annual priorities, and partner-supported activities.
Support the technical and functional monitoring of priority platforms such as DHIS2, eCHIS/CommCare, OpenClinic, mSupply/eLMIS, STELab, dashboards, and other solutions adopted by the Ministry.
Contribute to the mapping of data flows, indicators, and organizational units, the documentation of workflows, and the progressive application of interoperability standards.
Support the improvement of data quality, analysis, visualization, and use for decision-making, particularly in the areas of maternal health, child health, and malaria.
Contribute to addressing requirements related to data protection, cybersecurity, classification of digital interventions, service continuity, and digital sovereignty.
Support the establishment of sustainable mechanisms for training, e-learning, helpdesk services, knowledge base, user documentation, and skills transfer.
Produce and maintain guides, procedures, terms of reference, technical notes, reports, training materials, and knowledge capitalization documents.
Expected Results
The Directorate of e-Health has close, structured, results-oriented technical support.
Digital initiatives are better coordinated, better documented, and better aligned with the master plan.
Priority platforms, data, and interoperability workflows are better monitored.
Security, data protection, and digital sovereignty requirements are better addressed.
The capacities of national teams and users are sustainably strengthened.
Improved HIS for maternal and child health and malaria.
Expected Deliverables
Technical assistance work plan;
Technical notes, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations supporting the Directorate of e-Health;
Mapping platforms, data flows, interoperability needs, and prioritization matrices;
Contributions to Terms of Reference, specifications, guides, SOPs, procedures, and action plans;
Training materials, skills transfer documents, and knowledge base content;
Monthly or quarterly technical assistance reports, with operational recommendations.
REPORTING
University degree at Master's level (Bac+5) or higher in computer science, information systems, public health, statistics, epidemiology, data management, digital health, systems engineering, or an equivalent field.

Experience working with a Ministry of Health, a central directorate, a national program, a health project, or a technical partner; knowledge of the Niger context and digital sovereignty issues.

Strong command of digital health standards, principles, and frameworks, including the classification of digital interventions, architecture frameworks, interoperability standards, and data governance best practices;
Knowledge of national and institutional requirements related to data protection, digital security, and compliance, particularly in connection with the ITU, HAPDP, CNAC, and ANSI;
Practical command of issues related to health platforms: DHIS2, eCHIS/CommCare, OpenClinic, mSupply/eLMIS, STELab, dashboards, and other national solutions;
Ability to translate business needs into clear, realistic, and actionable functional and technical requirements for service providers and technical teams;
Ability to produce professional documents: Terms of Reference, specifications, technical notes, reports, procedures, user guides, and training materials;

About Nysonian
Nysonian is a 9-figure consumer products company built around two brands:
NOBL
and
Flo Pilates
. We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.
NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection.
Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.
Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to own the end-to-end design of our digital product experiences — app, web, and subscription/account flows — across NOBL and Flo Pilates.
This role reports to VP of eCommerce and works closely with eCommerce, engineering, and brand creative.
What You'll Own
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for digital product experiences — from early concept and wireframes through high-fidelity design and shipped product — across web, app, and connected hardware interfaces (Flo Pilates).
Own the design system and component library, ensuring consistency and speed of execution as both brands scale.
Translate ambiguous product and business problems into clear, tested design solutions — running (or partnering closely on) user research, usability testing, and iteration based on real usage data.
Partner directly with engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation, and with product management to shape roadmap priorities from a user-experience lens.
Balance two brands with distinct customer bases and product types (physical/travel vs. connected fitness/subscription) without diluting either brand's design identity.
Mentor or provide design direction to other designers/contractors as the team grows.
Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in product design (UI/UX) for consumer-facing digital products, ideally at a DTC, subscription, or connected-hardware company.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership — from research and problem framing through shipped, measurable outcomes, not just polished mockups.
Experience designing for both web and mobile app, and comfort designing for connected hardware/IoT product experiences is a plus.
Fluency with modern design tooling — e.g. Figma, FigJam, Framer, or similar for prototyping — and analytics/testing tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Maze, Hotjar) to validate design decisions with data.
Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale.
Comfortable working daily with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — for research synthesis, copy drafting, rapid prototyping, or workflow acceleration. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should already have this in your workflow, not be learning it on the job.
Prior experience designing for two distinct brands or product lines simultaneously is a plus.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You're primarily a visual/UI designer without research, testing, or data-informed iteration experience — this role requires owning outcomes, not just interfaces.
You need a mature, fully-built design system and established design ops to plug into — this is being built and refined as you go.
You're looking for heavy creative-review layers before shipping — this team expects senior designers to make and defend their own calls.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $130,000 to $160,000.
Why You'll Love Working at Nysonian
Culture
We're founder-led and operate with speed, direct communication, and clear accountability
We invest in tools and management practices that help colleagues do their best work
Our products are used by customers globally
AI is intentionally embedded in how we work, create, and scale
Senior leaders are expected to create structure, make decisions, and stay close to execution
Growth & Development
Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for performance-based advancement
Ownership of strategy, systems, execution, and team buildout within your function
Opportunity to build and scale a meaningful part of the business across two consumer brands
Scope and compensation growth tied to performance, role expansion, and measurable business impact
Benefits
Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance options for you and your family
100% Paid for Life and Disability Insurance
Paid Time Off
Nine (9) paid holidays per year
Complimentary NOBL & Flo Pilates products
Remote-first — core operating hours are 9-5 EST
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, ancestry, sex, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, natio
nal origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll own fraud and abuse detection across our cashback, credit, promo, and referral mechanics — building the monitoring that keeps these programs profitable and safe.
What you'll do:
- You'll be the dedicated fraud and abuse analytics owner for loyalty, cashback, credit, and referral programs across Salmon Bank.
- You'll work directly with Risk, Product, and business teams — moving from a suspicious pattern to a tested hypothesis, an investigation, and a permanent monitoring rule.
- The schemes you catch and the controls you build directly shape how much abuse costs the business, and how fast we close each gap.
What you'll own:
- Monitor transactions and customer behavior across cashback, promo, referral, and credit products to catch abuse patterns as they emerge.
- Build and maintain SQL/Python-based reports and monitoring across large transactional datasets.
- Form and test hypotheses on potential abuse schemes, then investigate flagged cases and assess their financial impact.
- Calculate the economics behind each case — potential and actual losses, revenue impact, cost of abuse — to prioritize what gets fixed first.
- Work with business and product teams to close the gaps: propose changes to product terms, promo rules, or cashback mechanics.
- Turn every closed case into a permanent alert or trigger, and revisit past cases on a regular basis to check whether the pattern has returned.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience investigating and preventing abuse in banking or financial programs — cashback, credit cards/credit lines, promotions, referral programs, loyalty programs, or quasi-cash/transaction abuse.
- You don't need to have covered every category above — what matters is hands-on experience building continuous monitoring, not one-off analysis.
- Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent scripting), comfortable working directly with large transactional databases.
- A track record of turning a hypothesis into a working monitoring system, not just a one-time report.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

About KIRA
Our mission is to make money smart, reliable and within reach for everyone. In 2019, we built the first mobile-first insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, it's the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. We are expanding ways to help people in Asia including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more. Our objective is to build tools that help people get more from their money, become experts with ease and self-reliance. We believe AI will help us achieve this in our generation.
The Role
KIRA is building an AI Stockbroking Superapp for Southeast Asia across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. These products move real money. Reliability, regulatory requirements, and third-party financial rails are fundamental to the product.
The Technical Product Manager owns a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch. We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal. The bar is knowing where AI genuinely improves an outcome, where deterministic systems must remain in control, and how to build products that are reliable, auditable, and trusted.
What You'll Own:
— Owning a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
— Shaping technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security and scalability.
— Driving trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements and user experience.
— Building regulatory requirements into the product across KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing.
— Applying AI where it improves outcomes, with clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
— Shipping products around external dependencies, including regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
— Aligning Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance around clear product decisions and launch requirements.
What We're Looking For:
— 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
— Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems.
— Experience working closely with engineers and ability to review, challenge and contribute to technical designs.
— Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated, high-consequence product domain.
— Strong product judgment and ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
— Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability and understanding when AI should not be used.
Nice to have:
— Engineering or highly technical product background.
— Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
— Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
Outcome:
— Clear vertical strategy and legible roadmap.
— Ships fast and clears the gates that actually block launch.
— Money is correct and users are never misled about the state of their funds.
— AI features are valuable, predictable and trusted.
— Trade-offs made deliberately under uncertainty and hold up when challenged.
— Engineering, design, compliance, and operations are aligned with minimal friction.
Location:
This is a remote role. We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations.
Language:
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
Interview Process:
Our process is designed to move fast:
— Online assessment or practical task
— Technical interview
— CEO / final round
For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of the interview process. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About The Role
As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of Fivetran+dbt Labs: building compelling narratives, driving product adoption, and shaping how our products are used and understood by our enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. Technical Product Marketing Managers at Fivetran+dbt Labs stay current on the evolving data and analytics landscape, modern data infrastructure, and emerging trends such as AI. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable digging into the details of our features and our users’ needs as they are with telling a big-picture story about where our platform and industry are headed.
This is not a Product Marketing role focused solely on executing requests from the product or sales teams. Product Marketing at Fivetran+dbt Labs is highly strategic and cross-functional, collaborating across product, marketing, GTM, customer success, and executive teams to shape the direction of our product offerings and deliver customer impact. If you are passionate about driving strategy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to transformative initiatives in the data and AI space, we’d love for you to apply.
What You’ll Do
Content Development & Messaging: Create high-impact technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including architecture diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, technical guides, and other customer-facing content. Develop thought leadership that translates complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging for technical audiences. Review and edit materials across the product portfolio to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the modern data ecosystem to inform product positioning and messaging. Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers that support adoption and expansion across key products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.
Skills We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
