THE ROLE
We’re looking for a product marketer to own positioning, launches, and customer stories for Baseten’s post-training offerings. You’ll work closely with researchers, engineers, and customers to understand a fast-moving market and give MLEs and researchers a clear reason to choose Baseten Training.
You’re an excellent writer, a curious researcher, and a fast learner who can develop a strong point of view on technical topics, rather than just translating product features into content. Prior post-training experience is helpful, but not required.
There’s no single path into this role. We welcome candidates from non-traditional backgrounds who have built strong writing, market judgment, and strategic thinking plus execution skills, whether that comes from product marketing or another field. We care more about the quality of your work and how quickly you learn than a particular title or industry background.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and differentiated messaging that articulates the value of Baseten’s Training platform to developers and enterprise customers.

- Narrative Development: Shape how the market thinks about closed-to-open weights models and post-training ROI.
- Product Storytelling: Own the launch process for new features and products, collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and growth teams.
- Customer Stories: Work with our customers to understand the technical differentiation, key story, and compelling customer results. Then own telling the story from customer interviews through distribution and publication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience owning positioning, launches, or customer storytelling, gained through product marketing or related work.
- An interest in AI infra and post-training with a proven aptitude to learn quickly.
- Excellent writing: You can turn complex product capabilities into clear, accurate, compelling narratives. We’d love to see some of your work.
- Fast learning: You get up to speed on unfamiliar technical concepts, ask thoughtful questions, and work with engineers and researchers to get the details right. You can operate at the right technical altitude when talking to different stakeholders.
- Competitive judgment: You proactively research customer alternatives and develop a clear point of view on differentiation.
- Hands-on ownership: You prioritize in ambiguity, navigate cross-functional trade-offs, and drive work through to launch.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
There are close to a billion knowledge workers in the world, and only a small fraction of them have discovered what it feels like to work alongside AI that actually raises their game. Getting the rest of the way there isn't a single campaign or launch — it's an integrated marketing and growth motion: the right story, reaching the right persona, backed by activation and campaign work that turns a first try into habitual use. That's what this role owns.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own the GTM Strategy and integrated growth motion that makes Claude for Knowledge Work — chat, Cowork, Claude for Office, Tag and more — the default AI collaborator for knowledge workers.
You'll define the Marketing & growth strategy by segment for our core knowledge-work products, and coordinate the work streams that acquire and activate both users and accounts and drive their success. This role provides direction, coordination, and fuel across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success.
This is a GTM-oriented product marketer: deep in messaging and product truth, expressed through narrative content, campaigns, activation programs, and community. You'll build and run programs personally from day one, backed by many internal teams.
If you've owned an awareness-to-success marketing motions end to end for a product line, know how to turn product truth into content and campaigns that land with various segments and personas, and want to build the motion that gets millions of knowledge workers to change how they work, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
Define the Marketing and growth strategy, segment by segment.
Build a marketing plan per priority segment or function, prioritizing where to lead first and what to deliberately not do yet.
Set the content direction for Claude for Knowledge Work.
Shape flagship narrative content based on the plan and campaign needs, building on the messaging and launch foundations owned by Core PMM.
Turn activation into a flywheel inside enterprise accounts.
Identify and activate champions, coordinate workshops and webinars, and run lifecycle programs for various personas inside top accounts, inspiring knowledge workers to raise their ambitions and deliver more impact with Claude.
Own the flagship acquisition and activation campaigns.
Define and run the "Hand off your tasks to Claude" integrated programs, choosing channels and activations that fit the audience.
Inform the digital, social, and field motions.
Shape the Knowledge Work digital, social, and influencer motion — ops, finance, legal, marketing, and productivity creators — and our social presence in this space.
Coordinate without owning.
Provide direction, coordination, and fuel across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success, so the growth motion moves as one program without duplicating any team's mandate.
Build and ship the work yourself.
Operate as an individual contributor in year one — write the plans, build the campaigns, and ship the content directly, with room to grow a team as the motion matures.
Report on what the motion is actually driving.
Track and share progress against awareness and preference, growth (WAUs and enterprise account depth), revenue contribution, and campaign efficiency.
Minimum qualifications
Have experience creating marketing programs for functional personas, whether users or buyers (e.g., Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales)
Excel at cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of driving work through influence across Demand Generation, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success, without direct authority over any of them
Possess strong storytelling and content instincts, with a track record of flagship narrative content such as executive series or customer story programs
Demonstrate grit and leadership, with a track record of driving results in ambitious, high-scale, high-velocity environments
Are comfortable operating autonomously as an IC in year one, building and shipping plans, campaigns, and content directly rather than through a team
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of growth and product marketing and/or demand gen experience for portfolio or product-line scope
Experience marketing a productivity, collaboration, or AI-powered enterprise product to knowledge workers, as distinct from developers
A background running community, influencer, or creator programs for a B2B audience
Experience building unaided awareness and preference for a specific product name or term within a category where the parent brand already has strong general awareness — building a name, not a category, from scratch
Experience reading and responding to competitive dynamics in a fast-moving market

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Strong business intuition — you connect financial outcomes to operational drivers and can tell the story behind the numbers
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information
- Entrepreneurial orientation: eager to define and develop the strategic finance function, not just execute within it
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including the ability to work with large data sets in both Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working at a SaaS, data, or technology company preferred. Familiarity with the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industry is a strong plus but not required
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
As a member of Ramp's Risk Strategy & Operations team, you will leverage data to develop and optimize credit strategies.
Credit is one of Ramp's most consequential products. Every policy change affects how customers can grow their usage, and how responsibly Ramp scales up while managing risk. Credit Risk Strategy owns these tradeoffs end to end.
In this role, you will own or help build strategy across credit risk areas like credit limits, payment speed, and collections. You'll take ambiguous problems, get to the data, prototype the solution, and push the change with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Compliance.
AI fluency is required. We use AI as a core pillar of our risk management stack, and you will be prototyping and managing related Agents and tools. You should already be using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI tools to write code, explore data, prototype apps, automate workflows, and check your own work. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to use AI to ship something runnable or inspectable enough to test, improve, and hand off.
We are looking for builders with high agency and high urgency: people who prototype the workflow, not just write the recommendation for someone else to build.
What You'll Do
- Own credit risk strategy for areas like model prototyping, credit limits, payment speed, collections, etc.
- Use SQL, quantitative reasoning, and credit risk judgment to investigate patterns, size opportunities, define policy changes, and pressure-test recommendations.
- Build the first useful version when the workflow does not exist: a tool, app, dashboard, agent, notebook, QA loop, monitor, or decisioning process.
- Use AI tools every day to move faster on research, analysis, coding, synthesis, writing, verification, and follow-through.
- Build AI into credit risk workflows: feature exploration, policy monitoring, case review, exception handling, decision support, documentation, and human-in-the-loop QA.
- Investigate new data sources and model features; evaluate signal quality, coverage, failure modes, and how they would change credit decisions.
- Make ambiguous credit risk decisions within your surface area, balancing loss, customer experience, operational burden, growth, compliance, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, to execute and build the risk management infrastructure
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit risk management or quantitative strategy role
- Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL or Python for data retrieval and manipulations
- AI fluency you can demonstrate live: name the tools, show an artifact, explain a recent failure mode, and walk through how you verified the output before using it in a credit risk decision.
- Ownership in ambiguity: you define the question, get the data, make the call, communicate the tradeoffs, and drive follow-through without waiting for perfectly scoped work.
- Strong communication: you can compress a complex credit risk decision into a clear narrative that leadership and cross-functional partners can act on.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience building credit risk in similar Card or expense management products
- Previous experience in high-growth startups or environments where the operating model changed quickly.
- Previous experience with Operations teams
Compensation
We are open to hiring at multiple levels for this role (Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate). Level is determined during the interview process.
The expected base salary ranges are:
- Analyst: $108,000 to $148,000
- Associate: $140,000 to $192,000
- Senior Associate: $160,000 to $200,000

- Budget for intra-office travel

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Strong financial and budget management skills, with experience managing operational budgets and driving cost-effectiveness.
Experience managing and developing teams, including recruiting and mentoring staff.
Experience overseeing or working closely with HR functions (recruitment, performance management, learning and development, culture building).
Comfort in a fast-paced and changing environment that involves a degree of ambiguity and requires figuring things out with limited precedent.
Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and a bias toward data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with INGO standards, donor compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience working effectively in matrixed organisations.
Experience and aptitude leveraging new technologies and AI to advance operational effectiveness. Comfort with an agile and iterative approach.
Knowledge of Mozambique's regulatory environment for NGO operations, procurement, and employment law is an advantage.
Language Requirement: English fluency required; Portuguese fluency is a plus.

We are looking for an M&A Tax Director to join our Tax Team at Anthropic. As the company pursues an active and growing pipeline of acquisitions, acqui-hires, data center investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, this role will be a core member of our transactions tax function, working closely with our M&A Tax Lead. You will support and lead tax workstreams across the deal lifecycle, from initial evaluation through post-closing integration, and serve as a trusted resource for our Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance teams. Beyond transactions, this role will support a wide range of strategic and operational tax matters. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and a front-row seat to some of the most consequential transactions and tax planning work happening in AI today. If you're excited to help build a function from the ground up at a company working on one of the most important challenges of our time, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage tax workstreams for acquisitions, mergers, acqui-hires, asset and stock purchases, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, and minority investments, including tax due diligence, risk identification and quantification, and deal structuring analysis
Partner with Corporate Development on deal pipeline evaluation, providing early-stage tax input to inform go/no-go decisions and deal economics
Draft and review tax provisions in transaction documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary deal documents
Support post-acquisition tax integration planning, including entity rationalization, intercompany restructuring, and tax attribute analysis
Advise on tax considerations for data center investments, build-to-suit arrangements, leases, and related infrastructure transactions, and coordinate with relevant team members on incentives, credits, and indirect tax matters
Advise on the tax structuring of joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and REIT-related investment structures, including real estate and data center joint venture arrangements
Help build and maintain transactions tax playbooks, due diligence checklists, and internal processes
Coordinate with the tax compliance and provision teams to ensure clean handoff of closed transactions, including documentation of structure, elections, tax attributes, and reporting positions
Prepare technical tax memoranda documenting transactions, material tax positions, and risk assessments to support internal sign-off, financial statement audit, and tax return filing positions
Minimum qualifications
JD or CPA
M&A and transactional tax experience gained at a large law firm, Big 4 M&A tax practice, or in-house transactions tax team
Strong technical expertise in federal and state tax rules governing corporate transactions, including Section 338, Section 368 reorganizations, and asset and stock acquisitions
Experience running tax due diligence workstreams and quantifying tax exposures in transaction contexts
Experience drafting and negotiating tax provisions in M&A transaction documents
Experience supporting post-acquisition integration from a tax perspective, including entity rationalization and intercompany restructuring
Preferred qualifications
7-10 years of tax experience, with significant M&A and transactional tax exposure
LL.M. in Taxation or MST
Experience providing general tax advisory support, including advising on commercial contracts, operational matters, and cross-functional tax questions
Experience with joint ventures, partnerships, minority investments, revenue-sharing arrangements and financing transactions
Experience with REITs, including REIT qualification and tax considerations for REIT joint ventures and real estate investment structures
Experience with data center acquisitions, infrastructure transactions, or real estate tax considerations
Tax experience at a high-growth technology company

Exposure to international tax aspects of cross-border acquisitions
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tax issues into clear, actionable guidance for Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development partners
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to help build processes from scratch in fast-paced environments

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs' public sector business across France. The Public Sector Partnerships Lead will identify and build relationships with government institutions across France, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs' products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across France — from healthcare and education to transport, public banks, and other state-owned enterprises — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs' products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across French government institutions — spanning ministries, agencies, établissements publics, and SOEs — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company's public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across France, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company — including EU-level developments given France's influence in shaping EU AI policy.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
Who you are:
- You're genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You're comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
What you bring:
Primary requirements
- 10+ years' experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts across French government institutions — spanning ministries, agencies, établissements publics, and SOEs, including in healthcare, education, and transport. Prior government or grands corps experience is a plus but not required if network breadth is strong.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Contacts or experience navigating EU institutions or other major European markets is a plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the French and EU AI policy landscape, including general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across France.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.
- Fluency in English and French.

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong operating discipline and comfort using data to improve performance.

The company offers end-to-end solutions for protecting homes and businesses of any scale. To date, the Ajax product portfolio includes 280 devices for intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire and life safety, and comfort and automation.
As a Hardware Engineer, you will not only design circuits but also serve as a technical cornerstone for our R&D in Taiwan.
We are looking for an expert who brings strategic value: someone who can oversee complex system architectures, consult on cross-departmental optimizations, and mentor the team on high-performance design methodologies. You will be the bridge between innovative concepts and mass-scale manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design: Develop sophisticated schematic solutions and PCB layouts for new Ajax devices, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
Strategic Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance enhancement through component unification and innovative architectural shifts.
Project Oversight: Lead complex hardware projects from initial concept through to mass production (10,000+ units/month), ensuring all technical risks are mitigated.
Cross-Functional Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert for the firmware and supply chain teams to optimize the hardware-software interface and manufacturing yield.
Prototype Lifecycle: Lead the “bring-up” process, debugging complex issues and defining rigorous testing protocols for design validation.
Requirements
Advanced Circuit Design: Expert-level calculation of circuit elements and high-fidelity simulations of device behavior.
EDA Mastery: Professional proficiency in Altium Designer (experience with managed libraries and 3D modeling is preferred).
Design for Excellence (DfX): Proven track record of designing for LVD/EMC compliance and mass manufacturing (DFM/DFT).
Power Management: Deep expertise in designing both battery-powered and mains-powered (85–265 VAC) devices.
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Experience preparing comprehensive production documentation (BOM management, Gerber files, assembly drawings) using Git for version control.
Communication: Fluent English is required for technical documentation and international collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Supply Chain Leadership: Direct experience working with vendors and manufacturers for high-volume production.
High-Speed Design: Advanced understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI). Experience with S-parameters, PDN impedance modeling, and TDR measurements.
System-Level Thinking: Ability to write or review embedded software (C/C++, STM32) to facilitate deep-level debugging and hardware-software co-design.
Regulatory Mentorship: Experience guiding products through global certifications (UL, CE, RED), beyond basic compliance.

About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Risk & Fraud team exists to protect the thing that makes a marketplace work: trust. Every transaction we process depends on us drawing a clean line between genuine players and bad actors, without getting in the way of the good ones.
The work spans both ends of the problem: the day-to-day defense — alert review, chargeback management, and escalations from Customer Support — and the longer game of partnership strategy, fraud program design, KPI ownership, and staying ahead of how fraud evolves. We don't treat fraud as a cost centre — we treat it as a discipline.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Risk & Fraud, you own the line between trust and loss for the entire business.
You're not refereeing from the stands. You set the fraud strategy across all our products, you lead the team, and you own the decisions that actually move the number — which partners we work with, which models we trust, where we draw the risk line, and what we tell Product when a new feature opens a door we'd rather keep shut. You're the person the stakeholders turn to when the question is "how exposed are we, and what are we doing about it?" and you answer with evidence, not vibes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of the Number: You own the fraud P&L. Payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false-positive rate — across the business, these are yours. You're the one who can explain every movement and who's accountable for the trend line.
- Leader of the Team: You won't just run the team; you'll build a strong second line of leadership beneath you and develop the people in it, so the function stays sharp whether or not you're in the room.
- The Strategy Setter: You own the fraud-reduction roadmap. You decide what we build versus buy, where we invest, and how the multi-product fraud program is designed — then you make sure it actually ships.
- The Partnership Principal: You own the commercial and strategic relationships with our fraud-prevention partners. RFPs, champion-challenger tests, SLAs, and the negotiations themselves sit with you.
- The Cross-functional Bridge: You're the operational partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. When the business builds something new, you make sure fraud risk is designed in from the start — not patched in after the first loss.
- The Compliance Anchor: You own our risk-side regulatory and compliance obligations — PSP requirements, KYC, and law-enforcement requests — and make sure we're defensible as we scale across markets.
- The Final Word on Risk: You're the top escalation point for the hardest risk calls, and you represent Risk & Fraud in cross-functional and leadership forums with structure, data, and a clear point of view.
Requirements
-
- A Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (think 4+ years in a fast-paced or high-growth environment) and have led a team before. What matters most is the scope you've owned — you've been accountable for fraud outcomes end to end, not just clearing queues.
- An Owner of Outcomes: You don't just talk about "reducing fraud" — you have the receipts. You can point to specific times you moved fraud rate, chargeback rate, or approval rate through structural change, and explain the trade-offs you made to get there.
- A Commercial Operator: You've owned partner selection and negotiation, managed budgets and SLAs, and know how to hold a partner accountable to the numbers they promised.
- A Data Native: You have a sixth sense for dashboards. You can look at a metric gap, diagnose the root cause, and make the call without waiting for an analyst to hand you the answer. Comfort in SQL / Databricks-type environments is a strong plus.
- A Builder of Teams: You find genuine satisfaction in developing leaders and building a function that thrives independently. You set clear expectations and you coach.
- Familiar with Our World: Ideally you've spent time in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming, and you know the failure modes — promo abuse, reseller fraud, account takeover — and the pace of a high-volume digital business.
- Compliance-Fluent: You're comfortable operating against regulatory, PSP, and KYC obligations, and you know where the risk function's responsibility starts and stops.
- A Strong Communicator: Since we operate internationally, your written and spoken English needs to be sharp enough to set strategy, influence executives, and lead a diverse team.
